Abstract
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a functional material or a method for producing a functional material; and the functional material contains fluorine rubber fibers which contain at least one fluorine rubber that is selected from among fluoroelastomers (FKM) and perfluoroelastomers (FFKM), and filler particles that contain at least one kind of particles that are selected from among glass particles, metal oxide particles and mica particles.
