Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a display carton that can be used as a display fixture for individually taking out products after being used as a carton for transporting products, and can be placed on a table or hung for use.
Background Art
[0002] A carton that can be used both for packaging products and for displaying them at the storefront is described in Patent Document 1. This carton forms a tear strip (7) on the body portion (4) of the carton, and when displaying products, the tear strip (7) is separated to form a tray (21) and a mounting table (22), and the tray (21) is placed on the mounting table (22) to display the products. With this configuration, the height during product display can be optimized, and the products can be displayed in a stable state.
[0003] On the other hand, a display carton that enables individual extraction of products from the display carton is described in Patent Document 2. This carton is configured to stack products such as portable tissues inside the box body (A) and individually extract the products from the outlet (30) at the lower end.
[0004] According to this configuration, by making the size of the outlet (30) opened at the lower end of the box body (A) match the height of the product, individual extraction is enabled.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] However, the paper box described in Patent Document 1 has the problem that, when displaying products, it is necessary to cut off the tear strip (7) to form a tray (21) and a display stand (22), and then place the tray (21) on the display stand (22), which makes the display process time-consuming. In addition, it is also necessary to put away the tear strip (7) after it has been cut off.
[0007] On the other hand, the paper box described in Patent Document 2 is designed so that individual items can be removed by forming the size of the dispensing opening (30) to match the height (thickness) of the product. However, since the dispensing opening (30) is formed within the unfolded diagram that forms the box body (A), when this base is assembled to form the box body (A), the dispensing opening (30) is formed as an integral part of the box body (A). As a result, the structure for assembling the box body (A) and the dispensing opening (30) becomes complex, which presents a challenge in that it requires a lot of effort to assemble the display paper box.
[0008] Furthermore, since the product to be dispensed from the dispensing opening (30) is limited to one type that fits the size of the dispensing opening (30), if the product size is different, it is necessary to change the size of the dispensing opening (30) in the unfolded diagram that forms the box body (A). For this reason, it is an extremely difficult configuration to adapt to different sizes.
[0009] Therefore, the present invention was created in view of the various conventional circumstances described above, and aims to provide a display cardboard box that combines a transport box for transporting goods and a display box for displaying goods, and when used as a display fixture, allows goods to be displayed with simple work, and can be used by placing it on a table or by hanging it. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] To solve the above-mentioned problems, the first means of the present invention is a display paper box comprising a box body P having a storage box 10 with an open front and a lid 20 that covers the storage box 10 from above, wherein the lid 20 comprises a front panel 21 that covers the entire opening 11 of the storage box 10 and a rear panel 22 that covers the rear panel 12 on the rear side of the storage box 10 and has an opening 22A for individually removing products formed at its lower end, and when the storage box 10 is covered with the lid 20, a transport box body P1 is formed in which the opening of the storage box 10 is covered. A hanging tab 12A is formed on the upper end side of the rear plate 12 of the storage box 10 so as to be flexible, and an insertion opening 23A is formed on the top plate 23 side of the lid 20 for inserting the tab 12A. The objective is to invert the front and rear surfaces of the lid 20 and then cover the storage box 10 to form a display fixture box P2 from which products Q can be individually removed from the opening 22A of the lid 20.
[0011] The second method involves providing a partition 30 inside the storage box 10 to divide the storage space of the storage box 10, and dividing the opening 22A of the lid 20 that constitutes the display fixture box P2 so that multiple types of products can be taken out individually.
[0013] Furthermore, the reference numerals used in the means for solving the above problems are provided to facilitate reference with the parts indicating the components shown in the drawings, and the present invention is not limited to the structure, shape, etc. indicated by these descriptions or reference numerals in the drawings. [Effects of the Invention]
[0014] As described above, this invention can serve as both a paper box for transporting goods and a display fixture. Moreover, it can be used as a display fixture with simple operations. In addition to being used on a tabletop, it can also be used by hanging it. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is a box body P including a storage box 10 with an open front surface and a lid body 20 for covering the storage box 10 from above. By inverting the front and rear surfaces of the lid body 20 and covering it, it can be used separately as a carrying box body P1 for transporting the product Q (see FIG. 1) and a display fixture box body P2 for displaying the product Q (see FIG. 6). In the illustrated example, for example, the liquid soup Q1 and the ingredients Q2 are transported in the carrying box body P1 and used as the display fixture box body P2 in general households, offices, stores, etc.
[0017] The illustrated storage box 10 includes an opening 11, a rear plate 12, a top plate 13, side plates 14, and a bottom plate 15, and is a cardboard box with the opening 11 opening at the front (see FIG. 5). In the illustrated storage box 10, a hanging tab 12A is formed at the upper end side of the rear plate 12 so as to be bendable (see FIG. 4). When this tab 12A is inserted into the insertion hole 23A of the lid body 20, the display fixture box body P2 can be attached to the wall surface with screws, nails, adhesive, etc. (see FIG. 6).
[0018] Figure 9 shows the unfolded view of this storage box 10. In the illustrated example, the top plate 13 and bottom plate 15 are extended above and below the rear plate 12, and the side plates 14 are extended to the left and right (see Figure 9). Furthermore, reinforcing plates 13A, 14A, and 15A are extended from the top plate 13, side plates 14, and bottom plate 15, respectively, via the dotted-dotted folding lines. In addition, overlapping pieces 14B are extended above and below the reinforcing plate 14A of the side plate 14 to increase the strength between the bottom plate 15 and the top plate 13. Also, foldable folding pieces 14C are extended above and below the side plate 14 at the dotted-dotted sections.
[0019] The top plate 13 and the bottom plate 15 are connected to the side plate 14 via folding pieces 14C (see Figure 9). When these folding pieces 14C are folded along the dashed line, they are fixed between the top plate 13 and the overlapping piece 14B when assembling the storage box 10.
[0020] When assembling the storage box 10 in Figure 9, first fold the reinforcing plate 14A onto the side plate 14 and fold it inward into the rear plate 12, and fold the contact piece 14D extending from the reinforcing plate 14A onto the inner surface of the rear plate 12 to make contact. Next, fold the reinforcing plate 13A onto the top plate 13 and fold it inward into the rear plate 12, and fold the reinforcing plate 15A onto the bottom plate 15 and fold it inward into the rear plate 12, making contact pieces 13B and 15B into contact with the inside of the rear plate 12.
[0021] At this time, the assembled box is fixed in place by engaging the locking projections 13Aa, 13Ba, 15Aa, and 15Ba that protrude from both longitudinal ends of the reinforcing plates 13A, 15A and contact pieces 13B, 15B of the top plate 13 and bottom plate 15 with the locking recesses 14E formed between the reinforcing plate 14A and overlapping piece 14B of the side plate 14 (see Figure 9).
[0022] The lid 20 is a component that can be used as a transport box P1 and a display box P2 by reversing its front and rear surfaces. Specifically, when the front panel 21 of the lid 20 is used to cover the opening 11 of the storage box 10, the transport box P1 is formed (see Figure 1). Furthermore, when the front and rear surfaces of the lid 20 are reversed from the transport box P1 state and the storage box 10 is covered again, the display box P2 is formed (see Figure 6).
[0023] Figure 10 shows an unfolded view of the lid 20. In the illustrated example, the side plate 24, rear plate 22, and side plate 24 are formed sequentially from one end of the front plate 21, with an adhesive piece 21A on the other end of the front plate 21. Furthermore, top plates 23 are extended from the upper edges of the front plate 21 and the rear plate 22. The lower ends of the rear plate 22 and the side plates 24 are cut out to form an outlet 22A. In addition, an insertion opening 23A is formed in each top plate 23, and when the top plates 23 are stacked, these insertion openings 23A overlap to complete a pair of left and right insertion openings 23A (see Figure 4).
[0024] To assemble the lid 20 in Figure 10, fold each top panel 23 inward along the dashed line, then fold each side panel 24 inward into the rear panel 22, causing the top panels 23 to overlap on the left and right. At this time, overlap the reinforcing pieces 24A of the side panels 24 under the overlapping top panels 23 on the left and right. Next, glue the adhesive pieces 21A of the front panel 21 to the inside of the adjacent side panels 24 to complete the lid 20 (see Figure 5).
[0025] The partition 30 is a component that is stored inside the storage box 10 to partition the storage space of the storage box 10 (see Figure 5). The partition 30 shown in the figure is formed to partition the opening 22A of the lid 20 that forms the display fixture box P2 (see Figure 7). This partition 30 is configured to divide the opening 22A of the lid 20 into upper and lower sections, allowing multiple types of products Q to be taken out. That is, liquid soup Q1 is stored below the partition 30, and ingredients Q2 are individually pulled out from above. The height of the opening 11 and the height of the partition 30 can also be changed as needed.
[0026] Figure 11 shows an unfolded view of the partition 30. In the illustrated example, the support plate 31 and the partition plate 32 are constructed as separate parts. The support plate 31 is a component that is stacked and stored inside the rear panel 12 of the storage box 10. It is made of rectangular paper material with an overlapping section 31A and a support section 31B continuously formed via a dashed-line fold. When the dashed-dot line of the support section 31B is folded in a mountain fold, the support section 31B protrudes inside the storage box 10 (see Figure 5). A fitting notch 31C is formed in this support plate 31, and the partition plate 32 is fitted and connected to this fitting notch 31C.
[0027] The partition plate 32 is a component formed into a thick plate shape when a pair of upper and lower shelf pieces 32A are folded (see Figure 11). The partition plate 32 shown in the figure has a pair of upper and lower shelf pieces 32A formed by two dotted-dotted folding lines. When the fitting notches 32B formed in these shelf pieces 32A are fitted into the fitting notches 31C of the support plate 31, the partition body 30 is constructed (see Figure 5).
[0028] As shown in Figure 8, it is also possible to combine display fixture boxes P2 with different configurations. In the illustrated example, a display fixture box P2 for displaying and storing product Q such as liquid soup and ingredients is combined with a display fixture box P2 for displaying and storing soup containers.
[0029] Furthermore, the configurations of the storage box 10, lid 20, and partition 30 of the present invention are not limited to the illustrated examples and can be arbitrarily modified without changing the essence of the invention. [Explanation of Symbols]
