Abstract

To provide a WEB conference system, a terminal device, and a WEB conference method, capable of reducing a risk that secret information is leaked in a WEB conference.SOLUTION: A WEB conference system 1 comprises: a WEB conference server 2; and a plurality of terminal devices 3 connected to the server. The server acquires device type information indicating a type of a sound output device in a use in the terminal device from the plurality of terminal devices, determines whether or not a voice is output from a voice output device in the used in the terminal device on the basis of the device type information of each terminal device held in the holding device, or controls a sound volume output from the terminal device.
