It has two parallel opening lines and end opening lines connecting the upper and lower ends of the two parallel opening lines, and a closed loop is formed by the two parallel opening lines and the end opening lines surrounding the opening area. The two parallel opening lines and the end opening line are formed by the periodic repetition of cut sections and connection sections. The cover sheet has a tab, and pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the area excluding the tab.
