Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a baking furnace, and more particularly to a folding baking furnace capable of heating both the inside and outside of the upper lid in both directions.
Background Art
[0002] Conventional baking furnaces include a housing and a heater. A firing space for placing the object to be fired is provided inside the housing. The heater is provided inside the housing to heat the firing space and heat the object to be fired within the firing space.
[0003] Taking a household baking furnace as an example, the baking furnace brings convenience and enjoyment to the baking of food. However, the housing of the baking furnace is composed of a plurality of plate pieces, and the plate pieces are fixedly connected to each other. Therefore, the shape of the housing is fixed and occupies a considerable volume. When it is necessary to move the baking furnace, the user usually has to carry the housing, which is inconvenient to move. Furthermore, when storing the baking furnace, since the housing occupies a considerable volume, a larger storage space is required for storing the baking furnace.
[0004] Thus, due to the inconvenience of moving and storing the baking furnace, it can usually only be used at a fixed position within the home and is rarely carried outdoors for camping or the like. Also, even after taking food out of the baking tray, the baking furnace cannot continuously heat or keep warm these foods.
[0005] Therefore, the design of the conventional baking furnace is not yet perfect and there is room for improvement.

When the door plate 217 rotates to the open position P22, the inlet 211a is opened, and the avoiding notch 217a surrounds the front latching seat 251. And when the door plate 217 rotates to the open position P22, both sides of the first baking tray 502 are inserted from the inlet 211a along the first axis A1 and the second axis A2, and are mounted in the left guide grooves 221 of the two left support parts 22a and the right guide grooves 231 of the two right support parts 23a. Both sides of the second baking tray 504 can also be inserted into another set of left guide grooves 221 and right guide grooves 231.
[0018] Refer to Figures 1, 3, and 4. The top cover 30 includes a top plate 31 and a wall 33. The top plate 31 is recessed to form a heating tank 32, which has a tank surface 321. The wall 33 is connected to the top plate 31 and has a notch 331. When the top cover 30 covers the upper side of the wall plates 21 of the collapsible furnace body 20, one of the wall plates 21 closes the notch 331. A fixing hook 34 is provided inside the top cover 30, and the fixing hook 34 is located on the opposite side of the tank surface 321 of the heating tank 32.
[0019] Furthermore, multiple fixing parts 332 are pivotally supported on the enclosure wall 33 of the top lid 30, and multiple fixing rings 26 are provided on the foldable furnace body 20, with the fixing rings 26 provided on the front wall plate 211 and the rear wall plate 212. When the foldable furnace body 20 is in the unfolded state and the top lid 30 covers the upper side of the wall plate 21, each fixing part 332 is rotatable between an engagement position P41 and a release position P42. When a fixing part 332 rotates to the engagement position P41, it engages with the fixing ring 26, and when a fixing part 332 rotates to the release position P42, it disengages from the fixing ring 26. In addition, multiple first locking seats 35 are provided on the enclosure wall 33 of the top lid 30, and these first locking seats 35 correspond to the second locking seats 25 of the bottom seat 10, respectively.
[0020] The heating device 40 is located inside the top lid 30, on the opposite side of the tank surface 321 of the heating tank 32. A flexible conduit 41 is connected to the heating device 40, and the flexible conduit 41 extends outside the enclosure wall 33. In this embodiment, the heating device 40 is a gas burner, the flexible conduit 41 is a gas conduit, and the gas conduit communicates with the gas canister 1. In other embodiments, the heating device 40 may be an electric heater. When the top lid 30 is removed from the wall plate 21 of the foldable furnace body 20, the flexible conduit 41 can be stored inside the top lid 30 through the opening 331, and the flexible conduit 41 is secured by fixing hooks 34.
[0021] As shown in Figures 1, 8, and 9, when the top lid 30 is detachably covered by the wall plate 21 of the foldable furnace body 20, the heating device 40 faces the firing space S1, and the thermal energy generated by the heating device 40 heats the firing space S1 and the surface 321 of the heating tank 32. For example, the flame generated by the combustion of gas in the heating device 40 is directed upward, heating the surface 321 of the heating tank 32 on the top plate 31, and this heat simultaneously heats the firing space S1 downward. This allows a pot 4 to be placed on the surface 321 and heated. Alternatively, a baking plate 50, for example, a second baking plate 504, can be placed in the heating tank 32, with the second baking plate 504 in contact with the periphery of the heating tank 32 and maintaining a distance from the surface 321. Some of the thermal energy generated by the heating device 40 is transferred to the second baking plate 504 via the heating tank 32, and as a result, food on the second baking plate 504 can be heated or kept warm. In other preferred embodiments, the container placed on the tank surface 321 is not limited to a grill or pot 4, but may be a plate, box, bowl, or other heatable container for holding food.
[0022] Refer to Figure 10. The foldable furnace body 20 can also be transformed into a folded state. In the folded state, the outer surfaces of the first left wall plate 213 and the second left wall plate 214 face each other, the inner surface of the first left wall plate 213 faces the front wall plate 211, and one left support frame 22 is located between the first left wall plate 213 and the front wall plate 211. The inner surface of the second left wall plate 214 faces the rear wall plate 212, and another left support frame 22 is located between the second left wall plate 214 and the rear wall plate 212. Similarly, the outer surfaces of the first right wall plate 215 and the second right wall plate 216 face each other, the inner surface of the first right wall plate 215 faces the front wall plate 211, and one right support frame 23 is located between the first right wall plate 215 and the front wall plate 211. The inner surface of the second right-side wall panel 216 faces the rear wall panel 212, and another right support frame 23 is located between the second right-side wall panel 216 and the rear wall panel 212.
[0023] Refer to Figures 11 to 13. When the foldable furnace body 20 is in the folded state, the furnace body 20 is secured by the strap 28 and stored in the upper storage compartment 13 of the base 10. The top lid 30 can then be detachably attached to cover the side plates 12 of the base 10. Furthermore, the first baking plate 502, the second baking plate 504, and the handle 502b can also be stored in the upper storage compartment 13 of the base 10. When the top lid 30 covers the side plates 12 of the base 10, each fastener 14 of the base 10 is detachably attached to each first fastener 35. The two leg supports 16 are folded into the lower storage compartment 15. This effectively reduces the volume of the furnace 100 when it is stored.
[0024] As shown in Figure 14, a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided: a kiln 200. This kiln 200 has a structure that is generally similar to that of the first preferred embodiment, but the differences are as follows.
[0025] Each left support section 22a has a left support plate 222, and each right support section 23a has a right support plate 232. When the foldable furnace body 20 is unfolded, the two corresponding left support plates 222 extend along the first axis A1, the two corresponding right support plates 232 extend along the second axis A2, and the first axis A1 is parallel to the second axis A2. When the door plate 217 is rotated to the open position P22, both sides of the first baking plate 502 are positioned along the first axis A1 and the second axis A2 from the entrance 211a to the left support plates 222 of the two left support sections 22a and the right support plates 232 of the two right support sections 23a. Both sides of the second baking plate 504 can also be positioned to another set of left support plates 222 and right support plates 232. In this embodiment, the design of the left support plate 222 and the right support plate 232 allows the firing plate 50 to be more easily installed in the firing space S1 and to be stably placed on these support plates. The support plates provide a larger contact surface and effectively distribute the load, thereby reducing the risk of deformation of the support parts due to temperature and load when the firing furnace 200 is used at high temperatures.
[0026] As described above, the heating device 40 of the top lid 30 can simultaneously heat the firing space S1 and the tank surface 321 of the heating tank 32, and this design overcomes the limitation that conventional kilns could only fire inside the kiln. Furthermore, the foldable furnace body 20 can be flexibly switched between an unfolded state and a folded state, giving the kilns 100 and 200 high portability.
[0027] The foregoing describes only preferred and feasible embodiments of the present invention, and any equivalent modifications based on the specification and claims of the present invention should be included within the technical scope of the present invention. [Explanation of Symbols]
