Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] <Cross - reference to Related Applications> This application claims priority based on a Chinese patent application filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on February 14, 2023, with an application number of 202310115559.8 and an invention title of "Washing Component", and the disclosure content of the Chinese patent application is incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of nozzle self - cleaning, and particularly to a washing component for a toilet.
Background Art
[0003] Currently, smart toilets and toilet seat covers have become important components to be considered in toilet renovation. The water quality differences across different regions in China are extremely large. Especially in hard - water areas, scale deposition due to water quality problems frequently occurs. Eventually, the problem that the drainage pipeline in the smart toilet seat cover cannot operate normally appears, which poses a significant challenge to the use of smart toilets.
[0004] Therefore, each sanitary ware development enterprise positions the self - cleaning function as one of the core functions of the smart toilet seat cover. Water flows into the waterway system in the smart toilet seat cover and is heated, and is sprayed through the cleaning holes at the front end to realize the self - cleaning function of the nozzle. However, the water in hard - water areas contains a large amount of calcium ions and magnesium ions. Therefore, scale is likely to be generated after heating, and continuous scale deposition during the use of smart toilets easily causes blockage of the cleaning holes, resulting in the failure of the self - cleaning function of the smart toilet seat cover. For this reason, how to effectively and quickly clean the cleaning holes has become one of the common problems in the industry.
[0005] Chinese patent application CN201921610541.0 discloses a self-cleaning human body washing device in which, during extension and retraction, a self-cleaning water channel sprays water onto a nozzle, washing the nozzle by friction between the cleaning member and the nozzle. However, this patent can only clean the outer surface of the nozzle and cannot remove scale from deep inside the nozzle. [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0020] The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:
[0021] 1. In the cleaning component proposed by the present invention, a self-cleaning unit is attached to the front end of the spray rod and moves back and forth in conjunction with the extension and retraction of the spray rod, and a position limiting section is provided on the extension and retraction path of the self-cleaning unit. During movement, the operating section provided on the push plate can contact the position limiting section, and the push plate swings around the end that is pivotally attached to the upper cover, the scale removal member on the push plate is inserted into the cleaning hole, and when the operating section of the push plate disengages from the position limiting section, the reset device completely pulls the scale removal member out of the cleaning hole. The operating section of the push plate contacts the position limiting section during extension and retraction, so that the position limiting section pushes up, causing the push plate to swing towards the upper cover during extension and retraction of the push plate, thereby inserting the scale removal member into the cleaning hole during extension and retraction. Therefore, the scale removal member can clean the cleaning hole twice in one extension and retraction cycle of the spray rod, effectively preventing scale buildup in the cleaning hole.
[0022] 2. In the cleaning component proposed by the present invention, an operating part is provided at the bottom of the front end of the push plate, and drive surfaces are provided on both the front and rear sides of the operating part along the extension and retraction direction of the push plate, and the height of the drive surfaces is higher than the position limiting part, so that the position limiting part pushes up the push plate by causing it to swing due to the drive surfaces. [0028] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Figure 1-13.
[0029] The cleaning component includes a support frame 10 and a spray rod portion 20 that is extendable and retractable on the support frame 10. A self-cleaning unit 30 is attached to the front end of the spray rod portion 20, and the self-cleaning unit 30 is linked to its extension and retraction movement. The self-cleaning unit 30 includes an upper cover 301 and a push plate 40. The upper cover 301 is provided with a cleaning hole 3011 and a slot 3015. One end of the push plate 40 is pivotally attached to the slot 3015 and is located outside the upper cover 301. An operating portion 401 is provided at the other end of the push plate 40. A reset device 60 is provided between the push plate 40 and the upper cover 301. The push plate 40 is provided with at least one scale removal member 50. The support frame 10 is provided with a position limiting portion 1013 that can contact the operating portion 401. The position limiting portion 1013 is located on the extension and retraction path of the self-cleaning unit 30 that is linked to the spray rod portion 20. When the self-cleaning unit 30 extends and retracts in conjunction with the spray rod section 20, the operating part 401 of the push plate 40 comes into contact with the position limiting part 1013, causing the push plate 40 to swing around the slot 3015 toward the upper cover 301, and the scale removal member 50 is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011. When the operating part 401 detaches from the position limiting part 1013 during the extension and retraction of the self-cleaning unit 30, the reset device 60 completely pulls the scale removal member 50 out of the cleaning hole 3011.
[0030] Therefore, as the operating portion 401 of the push plate 40 contacts the position limiting portion 1013 during extension and retraction, the position limiting portion 1013 pushes up, causing the push plate 40 to swing toward the upper cover 301 during extension and retraction, and the scale removal member 50 is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011 during extension and retraction. Consequently, in one extension and retraction cycle of the spray rod portion 20, the scale removal member 50 can clean the cleaning hole 3011 twice, effectively preventing scale buildup in the cleaning hole 3011.
[0031] In this embodiment, the push plate 40 is pivotally attached to the bottom of the upper cover 301 via the slot 3015, and the actuation part 401 is provided on the lower end surface of the push plate 40. As the push plate 40 extends and retracts in conjunction with the injection rod 20, it can contact the position limiting part 1013, and by pushing up the push plate 40, the other end of the push plate 40 is swung upward around the slot 3015 toward the upper cover 301. In another embodiment, the push plate 40 is pivotally attached to the top of the upper cover 301 via the slot 3015, and the actuation part 401 is provided on the upper end surface of the push plate 40. As the push plate 40 extends and retracts in conjunction with the injection rod 20, it can contact the position limiting part 1013, and by pushing up the push plate 40, the other end of the push plate 40 may be swung downward around the slot 3015 toward the upper cover 301.
[0032] In this embodiment, the operating unit 401 has drive surfaces on both the front and rear sides along the extension and retraction direction of the push plate 40, and the height of the drive surfaces is higher than the position limiting unit 1013. Furthermore, the drive surfaces include a first drive surface 4011 and a second drive surface 4012, and a transition unit 4013 is connected between the first drive surface 4011 and the second drive surface 4012. When the injection rod unit 20 is extended, the position limiting unit 1013 contacts the first drive surface 4011 in a way that pushes it upward, causing the push plate 40 to swing upward. When the injection rod unit 20 is retracted, the position limiting unit 1013 contacts the second drive surface 4012 in a way that pushes it upward, causing the push plate 40 to swing upward. When the transition unit 4013 contacts the position limiting unit 1013, the push plate 40 swings upward to its highest point.
[0033] In this embodiment, a guide portion 101 is provided at the front end of the support frame 10, and a guide hole 1011 is provided in the guide portion 101 for the injection rod portion 20 to extend and retract, and at least a part of the inner wall surface at the bottom of the guide hole 1011 constitutes a position limiting portion 1013.
[0034] In this embodiment, a transmission unit 201 is provided at the bottom of the injection rod unit 20, which is movably connected to a drive motor 901. A relief groove 1012 for accommodating the transmission unit 201 is provided at the bottom of the guide hole 1011, and position limiting units 1013 are provided on both sides of the relief groove 1012. The drive unit is provided corresponding to both sides of the bottom of the front end of the push plate 40, of which the transmission unit 201 is a rack. Specifically, the drive motor 901 is provided on the support frame 10, one end of the conveyor 902 is attached to the output end of the drive motor 901, and the other end of the conveyor 902 is attached to an intermediate gear 903 that meshes with the transmission unit 201, thereby enabling the injection rod unit 20 to extend and retract by the forward and reverse rotation of the drive motor 901.
[0035] In this embodiment, the push plate 40 is provided with a first mounting position 402 and a second mounting position 403. The first mounting position 402 is for mounting the scale removal member 50 and is located away from the end of the push plate 40 that pivots into the slot 3015, while the second mounting position 403 is for mounting the reset device 60 and is located close to the end of the push plate 40 that pivots into the slot 3015. Furthermore, the sealing member 70 is engaged with the first mounting position 402 and is provided on the lower part of the scale removal member 50.
[0036] In this embodiment, the scale removal member 50 is a scale removal needle, with one end having a curved shape and the other end having a straight shape. The first mounting position 402 includes an engagement hole 4021 and a fixing hole 4022, and a protrusion is provided on the side wall of the engagement hole 4021. The scale removal member 50 is located inside the engagement hole 4021, with one end of the curved shape inserted into the fixing hole 4022, and the sealing member 70 is engaged inside the engagement hole 4021 via the protrusion and is provided on the outside of the scale removal member 50. Specifically, there are two first mounting positions 402, and this number may be increased or decreased according to actual requirements. Each first mounting position 402 is provided with a scale removal member 50, and each scale removal member 70 is provided on the outside of the scale removal member 50, with the sealing member 70 engaging inside the corresponding first mounting position 402. The second mounting position 403 is grooved and used to secure the lower end of the reset device 60, which is a spring. The reset device 60 is used to ensure that the scale removal member 50 can return to its initial position after being inserted into the cleaning hole 3011 and cleaned.
[0037] In this embodiment, a lower cover 302 is connected to the lower end of the upper cover 301, and the lower cover 302 is provided with a through hole 3021 and a receiving groove. The sealing member 70 slides and fits into the through hole 3021 to seal the through hole 3021. The receiving groove fits into the second mounting position 403 and is used to fix the upper and lower ends of the reset device 60 and prevent displacement of the reset device 60 during operation. Furthermore, the portion of the sealing member 70 located inside the through hole 3021 is Y-shaped, which ensures the sealing performance of the sealing member 70 while reducing frictional resistance between the sealing member 70 and the inner wall of the through hole 3021 during sliding.
[0038] In this embodiment, a fixing portion 3022 is provided at the front end of the lower cover 302, and a first locking portion 404 and a second locking portion 405 are provided on the push plate 40 along its longitudinal direction. The first locking portion 404 is connected to the lower end of the upper cover 301, causing the push plate 40 to swing around the first locking portion 404 when the drive unit is pushed up against the position limiting portion 1013. The second locking portion 405 contacts the fixing portion 3022 for limiting the initial position of the push plate 40. Furthermore, the fixing portion 3022 includes two locking portions on which hooks are installed opposite each other, and the second locking portion 405 is provided with a fixing surface 4051 that contacts the hooks.
[0039] In this embodiment, a third mounting position 3012 for attaching a nozzle cover 80 is provided at the upper end of the upper cover 301, and a nozzle 801 communicating with a cleaning hole 3011 is provided on the nozzle cover 80. Specifically, the nozzle cover 80 is provided with a nozzle 801 and a water passage 802 communicating with each other, a boss 3013 is provided on the bottom wall of the third mounting position 3012, a cleaning hole 3011 is provided on the boss 3013, and the water passage 802 is provided on the outside of the boss 3013. Grooves 3014 are provided on the front and rear side walls of the third mounting position 3012, and ribs 803 that can engage with the grooves 3014 are provided on the front and rear side walls of the nozzle cover 80.
[0040] The operating mechanism of the cleaning component proposed in this invention is as follows:
[0041] This example illustrates that the first locking portion 404 of the push plate 40 is pivotally attached to the underside of the upper cover 301. As shown in Figure 12A, when the drive motor 901 rotates forward and starts up, the spray rod portion 20 extends forward, the self-cleaning unit 30 moves forward in conjunction with the spray rod portion 20, and the first drive surface 4011 of the drive unit comes into contact with the position limiting portion 1013. As shown in Figure 12B, the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further forward in conjunction with the spray rod section 20, and the position limiting section 1013 is pushed up by the first drive surface 4011 to swing the push plate 40 upward around the slot 3015 until the transition section 4013 contacts the position limiting section 1013. As a result, the sealing member 70 attached to the push plate 40 slides upward within the through hole 3021, and the scale removal member 50 moves upward and is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011. At this time, the push plate 40 swings upward to its highest point and cleans the cleaning hole 3011. As shown in Figure 12C, when the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further forward in conjunction with the spray rod section 20, the drive unit detaches from the position limiting section 1013, and the push plate 40 is swung downward by the reset device 60 until the second locking section 405 contacts the hook section of the lower cover 302. Consequently, the sealing member 70 slides downward within the through hole 3021, and the scale removal member 50 is pulled out of the cleaning hole 3011. At this point, one cleaning cycle for the cleaning hole 3011 is completed.
[0042] As shown in Figure 13A, when the drive motor 901 operates in reverse, the injection rod portion 20 retracts backward, the self-cleaning unit 30 retracts backward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, and the second drive surface 4012 of the drive unit comes into contact with the position limiting portion 1013. As shown in Figure 13B, when the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further backward in conjunction with the injection rod portion 20, the position limiting portion 1013 is pushed up by the second drive surface 4012, causing the push plate 40 to swing upward around the slot 3015 until the transition portion 4013 comes into contact with the position limiting portion 1013. As a result, the seal member 70 attached to the push plate 40 slides upward within the through hole 3021, and the scale removal member 50 moves upward and is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011. At this time, the push plate 40 swings upward to its highest point, cleaning the cleaning hole 3011. As shown in Figure 13C, when the self-cleaning unit 30 moves further rearward in conjunction with the spray rod section 20, the drive unit detaches from the position limiting section 1013, and the push plate 40 is swung downward by the reset device 60 until the second locking section 405 contacts the hook section of the lower cover 302. Consequently, the sealing member 70 slides downward within the through hole 3021, and the scale removal member 50 is pulled out of the cleaning hole 3011. At this point, two cleanings of the cleaning hole 3011 are completed.
[0043] Therefore, each time the user uses the spray rod 20, the self-cleaning unit 30 is inserted into the cleaning hole 3011 during the extension and retraction of the spray rod 20 to perform cleaning. In other words, each time the user uses the spray rod 20, the cleaning hole 3011 is cleaned twice, keeping the cleaning hole 3011 open and ensuring the normal operation of the nozzle 801's self-cleaning function.
[0044] The embodiments described above are merely for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and their purpose is to enable those skilled in the art to understand and implement the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications based on the concept of the present invention fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0045] The cleaning component includes a support frame and a spray rod portion that is extendable on the support frame. A self-cleaning unit is provided at the front end of the spray rod portion, and the self-cleaning unit includes an upper cover and a push plate. The upper cover has a cleaning hole, one end of the push plate is hinged to the lower end of the upper cover, and a reset device is provided between the push plate and the upper cover. A scale removal member is further attached to the push plate, and a position limiting portion is provided on the support frame. When the spray rod portion extends and retracts, the push plate comes into contact with the position limiting portion, causing the push plate to swing upward around the hinge portion with the upper cover, inserting the scale removal member into the cleaning hole. After the push plate detaches from the position limiting portion, the reset device pulls the scale removal member out of the cleaning hole, thus providing industrial practicality.
