[Solution] A radiation imaging device comprising a plurality of pixels, a drive unit, and a readout unit, wherein during radiation irradiation, a first operation is performed in which drive signals are sequentially supplied to the readout unit to generate a first signal, and a second operation is performed in which, following the first operation, the readout unit generates a second signal without supplying a drive signal, and the first signal is corrected with the second signal to generate a radiation image data signal.
