Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This invention relates to a cleansing agent. [Background technology]

[0002] Cleansing products used to remove makeup and sunscreen come in various forms, including oil, emulsion, cream, and lotion types. Among these, oil-based cleansers are particularly popular and widely used because they blend well with makeup and have excellent cleansing power. On the other hand, oil-based products, which contain a high concentration of oily components, have low compatibility with water, which can result in poor rinsing and a feeling of stickiness or greasiness.

[0003] Therefore, Patent Document 1 discloses an oil-type cleansing product that has excellent cleansing effect and excellent rinsability by incorporating a specific nonionic surfactant. Furthermore, Patent Document 2 discloses a cleansing product that not only has excellent cleansing effect and rinsability but also low stickiness by incorporating a specific AO derivative, a polyhydric alcohol, and a surfactant. [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-241224 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2006-232717 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0005] However, in recent years, there has been an increase in makeup products with high oil and water resistance, and the opportunity to double cleanse using a cleansing product and a facial wash to remove makeup and wash the face has increased. Although the cleansing products disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have good cleansing power and rinsability, when used for double cleansing, they may remove too much sebum and cause a feeling of tightness. Therefore, there is a need for a cleansing product that does not cause skin tightness even when double cleansed.

[0006] On the other hand, hand sanitizing with disinfectants such as ethanol has become commonplace recently, but frequent sanitizing can degrease the skin, leading to dryness and roughness. When cleansing with rough hands, you may feel strong friction when rubbing the product in, or a tight feeling after washing. Therefore, there has been a demand for a cleansing product that provides good lubrication even when applied to rough hands, and does not leave a tight feeling after washing.

[0007] The objective of this invention is to provide a cleansing product that has high cleansing power, is easy to rinse, has good lubrication even when applied with rough hands, and does not leave a tight feeling after washing. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] To solve the above problems, the inventors have found that by combining the specific components shown below, a product has high cleansing power, is easy to rinse, has good lubrication even when rubbed with rough hands, and does not leave the skin feeling tight after washing.

[0009] In other words, the present invention is as follows. A cleansing agent characterized by containing 0.1 to 10% by mass of component (a), 2 to 40% by mass of component (b), 1 to 30% by mass of component (c), and 20 to 90% by mass of component (d), wherein the mass ratio of component (b) to component (a) ((b) / (a)) is 1 to 40. (a) Alkylene oxide derivatives represented by the following formula (1) Z-[O(PO)m (EO) n (BO) p H] y (1) (In formula (1), Z is a residue obtained by removing the hydroxyl groups from a polyhydric alcohol having 2 to 6 hydroxyl groups, y is 2 to 6, PO is an oxypropylene group, EO is an oxyethylene group, BO is an oxybutylene group, m and n are respectively the average added mole numbers of the oxypropylene group PO and the oxyethylene group EO, where 0<m≦50 and 0<n≦50, p is the average added mole number of the oxybutylene group BO, where 0<p≦5, The mass ratio (PO / EO) of the oxypropylene group PO to the oxyethylene group EO is 1 / 5 to 5 / 1, The oxypropylene group PO, the oxyethylene group EO, and the oxybutylene group BO may be added randomly or in blocks, and random portions and block portions may coexist.) (b) A polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester represented by the following formula (2) R 1 -O-(CH2-CH2-O)x-R 2 (2) (In formula (2), R 1 and R 2 each represent an acyl group having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, x is the average added mole number of ethylene oxide, and is 1 to 50.) Component (c): One or more nonionic surfactants selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters and polyglycerin fatty acid esters, which have an HLB value of 5 to 15 and a trihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol skeleton Component (d): An oil agent that is liquid at 25°C Effects of the Invention

[0010] The cleansing composition of the present invention has high cleansing power, good rinsability, good slipperiness even when applied and rubbed with rough skin on the hands, and does not cause a tight feeling after washing. Modes for Carrying Out the Invention

[0011] [Component (a)] Component (a) is an alkylene oxide derivative represented by Formula (1). Z is a residue obtained by removing the hydroxyl groups from a polyhydric alcohol having 2 to 6 hydroxyl groups (Z(OH)y), y is 2 to 6, PO is an oxypropylene group, EO is an oxyethylene group, and BO is an oxybutylene group.

[0012] m is the average added mole number of the oxypropylene group PO, and 0<m≦50. m is preferably 0.5 or more, more preferably 1 or more. Further, m is preferably 20 or less.

[0013] n is the average added mole number of the oxyethylene group EO, and 0<n≦50. n is preferably 0.5 or more, more preferably 1 or more. Further, n is preferably 30 or less.

[0014] p is the average added mole number of the oxyalkylene group BO, and 0<p≦5. p is preferably 0.3 or more, more preferably 1 or more. Further, p is preferably 4 or less.

[0015] The mass ratio (PO / EO) of the oxypropylene group PO to EO is 1 / 5 to 5 / 1. If the mass ratio (PO / EO) is excessively low, a tight feeling may occur when a large amount of the cleansing agent is used, and if it is excessively high, rinsability may decrease. In addition, EO, PO and BO may be added randomly or in blocks, or a random portion and a block portion may coexist. From such a viewpoint, the mass ratio (PO / EO) is set to 1 / 5 to 5 / 1. The mass ratio (PO / EO) is preferably 4.5 or less, more preferably 3 or less. Further, the mass ratio (PO / EO) is preferably 1 / 4 or more.

[0016] The content of component (a) in the cleansing agent is 0.1 to 10% by mass. If the content of component (a) is less than 0.1% by mass, the slipperiness during application may deteriorate, or a tight feeling may occur when a large amount of the cleansing agent is used, so the content is set to 0.1% by mass or more, preferably 0.5% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 1% by mass or more. In addition, if the content of component (a) exceeds 10% by mass, the cleansing power may be insufficient, so the content is set to 10% by mass or less, particularly preferably 8% by mass or less.

[0017] [Component (b)] Component (b) is a polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester represented by formula (2). R 1 -O-(CH2-CH2-O)x-R 2 (2)

[0018] In formula (2), R 1 and R 2 are acyl groups having 10 to 18 carbon atoms. R 1 and R 2 The fatty acids (R 1 OH) and (R 2 OH) corresponding to them are preferably fatty acids having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, particularly preferably fatty acids having 14 to 18 carbon atoms. Further, the fatty acid may be any of saturated, unsaturated, linear, and branched. Furthermore, the fatty acid may be a mixed fatty acid that is a mixture of various fatty acids. Note that R 1 and R 2They may be the same or they may be different.

[0019] Fatty acids (R 1 OH, R 2 Specific examples of OH) include lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isostearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and coconut oil fatty acids. Among these, oleic acid, stearic acid, and isostearic acid are preferred from the viewpoint of cleansing power and slipperiness during application, with isostearic acid being particularly preferred.

[0020] Acyl group R 1 and R 2 The esterification rate is preferably 60-98%, particularly preferably 70-98%, and even more preferably 85-98%. When the esterification rate is within this range, the cleansing power is further improved, and the slipperiness during application is also further improved.

[0021] In this specification, the esterification rate is the ratio of the number of hydroxyl groups in component (b) to the number of hydroxyl groups to which the fatty acid is esterified, and is a value calculated by measuring the saponification value (SV), acid value (AV), and hydroxyl value (OHV) of component (b) using the following formula. Esterification rate = [(SV-AV) / (SV-AV+OHV)] × 100

[0022] SV, AV, and OHV are values measured according to the methods described in the following Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). SV; JIS K-0070 4.1 AV; JIS K-0070 3.1 OHV; JIS K-1557 1

[0023] In formula (1), x is the average number of moles of ethylene oxide added, and is an integer between 1 and 50, preferably between 2 and 40, more preferably between 2 and 20, and particularly preferably between 5 and 15. If the average number of moles of ethylene oxide added is excessively high, rinsability may deteriorate or the cleansing power may decrease.

[0024] Component (b) may be of one type or two or more types. The content of component (b) in the cleansing agent is 2 to 40% by mass, preferably 5 to 30% by mass, and more preferably 10 to 25% by mass. If the content of component (b) is too low, the cleansing power may decrease. If the content of component (b) is too high, rinsing may worsen or a feeling of tightness may occur.

[0025] Furthermore, the mass ratio ((b) / (a)) of the mass of component (b) to component (a) is 1 to 40, preferably 1 to 30, and more preferably 2 to 20. If the mass ratio ((b) / (a)) is too low, the cleansing power and rinsability may decrease, and if it is too high, a feeling of tightness may occur.

[0026] [Component (c)] Component (c) is one or more nonionic surfactants selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters and polyglycerin fatty acid esters having a polyhydric alcohol skeleton of trivalent or higher, with an HLB value of 5 to 15, preferably 5 to 12, more preferably 7 to 12. If the HLB value of the nonionic surfactant is excessively low or excessively high, the cleansing power may decrease.

[0027] HLB values can be determined by the Griffin method, which is shown in the following formula. HLB value = 20 × (1 - S / A) S: Saponification value of esters A: Acid value of fatty acids

After replacing the air in the autoclave with dry nitrogen, the catalyst was completely dissolved at 110°C while stirring. Next, a mixture of m × y moles of propylene oxide and n × y moles of ethylene oxide was added dropwise from a dropping device. After the addition was complete, the reaction was allowed to proceed at 110°C for 3 hours. Subsequently, p × y moles of 1,2-butylene oxide were added dropwise to the autoclave from a dropping device. After the addition was complete, the reaction was allowed to proceed at 110°C for 2 hours. The reaction product was then removed from the autoclave, neutralized with hydrochloric acid to pH 6-7, and dehydrated at -0.095 MPa (50 mmHg) and 100°C for 1 hour to remove any remaining water. Furthermore, filtration was performed to remove the neutralized salts generated by dehydration, yielding the compounds of synthesis examples a1, a2, a3, a4, a5, a'1, a'2, and a'3.
