Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to cabinets and frame assemblies with a wide variety of assembly configurations, and in particular to a general-purpose assembly rack.

Background Art

[0002] Currently, various types of racks exist. Usually, a rack is constructed by assembling a plurality of joints and a plurality of support pipes positioned therebetween, and by further installing plates such as shelf boards and exterior panels on the rack, it can be made into furniture such as closets and shoe cabinets, or frameworks such as display shelves and storage sheds.

[0003] In addition, the conventional assembly method for shelf boards on racks involves installing a plurality of support structures at a certain height position, for example, support pedestals and support plates. Since these support structures are formed on joints or support pipes by machining, a single shelf board can be stably supported by the plurality of support structures. Alternatively, the shelf board may be directly fixed to the support pipes, joints, or exterior panels by bolts and nuts.

[0004] However, in the above installation method of support structures, when it is desired to adjust the height of the shelf board, it is necessary to prepare extra joints or perform additional machining on the support pipes in order to install the support structures at different height positions, which has the drawback of increasing costs. On the other hand, in the method of fixing the shelf board with fastening parts such as bolts and nuts, the height of the shelf board cannot be adjusted. Therefore, the conventional assembly method for shelf boards on racks has problems such as insufficient flexibility in adjusting the height of the shelf board and the resulting monotonous storage space.

Summary of the Invention

[0005] To address the lack of flexibility in adjusting the shelf height in conventional racks and the monotonous storage space, the present invention aims to provide a versatile assembly rack that allows for the creation of diverse storage spaces by adjusting the shelf height to suit the items being stored, thereby improving storage flexibility.

[0006] To solve the problems of the present invention, we provide a general-purpose assembly rack, A main body having multiple end faces oriented in different directions, and a plurality of insert structures formed to protrude outward from each of the multiple end faces of the main body, and a plurality of joints installed at intervals, A frame unit comprising a plurality of support pipes into which two insert structures can be inserted at each end, some of which are a plurality of extrusion pipes installed along the height direction of the general-purpose assembly rack, and each of the plurality of extrusion pipes is provided with at least one slide rail extending along the height direction to both ends of the extrusion pipe, The corresponding extrusion pipe has a slide block provided within the slide rail, which is slidable within the slide rail along the height direction, and a support base connected to the block and located outside the slide rail, and each of the plurality of extrusion pipes has a plurality of shelf bases provided, A general-purpose assembly rack comprising a plurality of positioning members, each of which is screwed into and penetrates the corresponding slide block of the shelf base and is capable of contacting the corresponding slide rail of the extruded pipe, so that the shelf base is positioned on the slide rail.

[0007] According to the present invention, by combining the slide rail, the plurality of shelf bases, and the plurality of positioning members, the general-purpose assembly rack of the present invention can be adjusted and changed in the height direction when assembling it with furniture, cabinets, or frames such as display shelves. Therefore, the height of the shelves can be freely adjusted, and compared to the shelf installation method in conventional racks, the furniture and display shelves assembled according to the present invention have greater flexibility and freedom, and costs can also be reduced. [Mode for Carrying Out the Invention]

[0009] Hereinafter, the technical features and practical effects of the present invention, as well as the implementation methods based on the content of the invention, will be described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings.

[0010] As shown in Figures 1, 2, 4, and 5, the general-purpose assembly rack of the present invention comprises a plurality of joints 10, 10I, a plurality of support pipes, a plurality of shelf bases 30, and a plurality of positioning members 40. The main structure of the rack is formed by inserting the plurality of support pipes into the plurality of joints 10, 10I and combining them. Each of the plurality of shelf bases 30 is provided on one of the plurality of support pipes, and each positioning member 40 is a member for positioning a corresponding shelf base 30 on the support pipe.

[0011] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the joints 10 and 10I include a main body 11 and a plurality of insertion structures 12. Specifically, as shown in Figures 3A to 3H, the main body 11 has a cube-like structure and therefore has six end faces 111 that connect perpendicularly to each other. Each of the plurality of insertion structures 12 is formed to protrude perpendicularly outward from the plurality of end faces 111 of the main body 11 so as to be inserted into the plurality of support pipes. Also, as shown in Figures 3A to 3E, each insertion structure 12 has at least one protruding column, and the shape and number of the protruding columns can be designed according to structural strength, productive convenience, etc. Furthermore, the main body 11 can be designed to match the shape, structural strength, and other needs of the insertion structures 12.

[0012] Furthermore, the number of insertion structures 12 and the end faces 111 from which the insertion structures 12 protrude can be determined according to the position of the joint 10 in the general-purpose assembly rack. Specifically, please refer to joints 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, and 10E shown in Figures 3A to 3E. As a typical example, joint 10B shown in Figure 3B is provided at the corner of the general-purpose assembly rack, and therefore only has three insertion structures 12 protruding from adjacent end faces 111, allowing it to be inserted into the corresponding support pipe. On the other hand, if the joint 10 is installed in the center of the general-purpose assembly rack and it is necessary to connect corresponding support pipes to six end faces (up, down, left, right, front, and back), it must have six insertion structures 12 so that it can be connected to all corresponding support pipes.

[0013] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3F to 3H, joints 10F, 10G, and 10H can be formed with different dimensions. When joint 10F is formed with smaller dimensions, the area of the end face 111 is small, and only one protruding column is formed in the insert structure 12F, thus avoiding insufficient structural strength due to the small cross-sectional area of the protruding column. When joint 10G is formed with appropriate dimensions, multiple protruding columns are provided in the insert structure 12G at intervals, improving the freedom of external design. When joint 10H is formed with larger dimensions, more protruding columns are formed in the insert structure 12H, ensuring the stability of the combination between the support pipe and other members.

[0014] As shown in Figures 1, 2, 4, and 5, the plurality of support pipes include a plurality of beams 20A, 20A1 and a plurality of extrusion pipes 20B, 20B1. Each beam 20A, 20A1 is installed along the length and width directions of the general-purpose assembly rack, and the extrusion pipes 20B, 20B1 are installed along the height direction H of the general-purpose assembly rack. At least one insertion hole 200 is formed at each end of the support pipe, which communicates with the inside of the support pipe and into which the corresponding insert structure 12 can be inserted. The number and shape of the insertion holes 200 can be designed based on the number and shape of the protruding columns in the insert structure 12.

[0015] In the multiple joints 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E, 10F, 10G, and 10H shown in Figures 3A to 3H, it is preferable that each end face 111 on which the insert structure 12 is formed has at least one contact area. Since the contact area is located outside the insert structure 12, in addition to using aluminum extrusion as in the extruded pipe 20B to form an insertion hole 200 corresponding to the outer shape of the insert structure 12, a stainless steel pipe can be directly inserted into the insert structure 12 so as to fit over it, and by contacting the contact area of the end face 111, it becomes flush with the edge of the end face 111, thus providing another option for the support pipe.

[0016] As shown in Figures 1, 2, 4, and 5, each extruded pipe 20B, 20B1 has at least one slide rail 22, which extends along the height direction H to the opposing ends of the extruded pipe 20B in order to install at least one shelf base 30. Here, the slide rail 22 can be integrally molded during the manufacturing of each extruded pipe 20B, 20B1 using extrusion technology, so there is no need for additional processing and costs can be reduced.

[0017] As shown in Figures 4 to 6, each of the multiple shelf bases 30 is provided on a multiple extrusion pipe 20B. As shown in Figures 5 to 7, each shelf base 30 includes a slide block 31 and a support base 32. The slide block 31 is provided within the slide rail 22 of the corresponding extrusion pipe 20B and is slidable within the slide rail 22 along the height direction H. The support base 32 is connected to the slide block 31 and is located outside the slide rail 22. A shelf can be placed on the support base 32, and by stably placing the shelf on multiple support bases 32, a storage space is formed.

[0018] As shown in Figures 5 and 7, in order to position the shelf base 30 on the slide rail 22, each positioning member 40 can be screwed into and pass through the corresponding slide block 31 of the shelf base 30 and contact the slide rail 22 of the corresponding extrusion pipe 20B. Specifically, the slide block 31 is provided with a positioning hole 33 through which the corresponding positioning member 40 is screwed into and passes through. When positioning or releasing the shelf base 30, the positioning member 40 can be brought into contact with or detached from the slide rail 22 by tightening or loosening the positioning member 40.

[0019] In the embodiment shown in Figure 7, two slots 36 are formed between the slide block 31 and the support base 32 of each shelf base 30, spaced apart and facing in opposite directions. Each extrusion pipe 20B has two opposing hook portions 23 formed on its slide rail 22 so as to enter the corresponding slot 36 of the shelf base 30. As each positioning member 40 is tightened, it comes into contact with the inner wall of the slide rail 22 of the corresponding extrusion pipe 20B, and the two hook portions 23 engage with the slide block 31 of the corresponding shelf base 30, thereby providing a positioning effect through tightening.

[0020] In other embodiments, multiple holes or recesses may be provided at the bottom of the grooves inside the slide rails 22 of each extrusion pipe 20B for positioning members 40 to contact, which are arranged along the height direction H. This also achieves the effect of positioning the shelf base 30 at different positions in the height direction H. Furthermore, the positioning method by which the positioning members 40 contact the slide rails 22 is not limited to the above description.

[0021] Figures 8 and 9 are overall external perspective views of one embodiment of the general-purpose assembly rack of the present invention. The general-purpose assembly rack includes two frame units 80. Each frame unit 80 includes two cubic structures formed by assembling a plurality of support pipes, and the two frame units 80 are assembled by a plurality of joints 10, with the plurality of support pipes being shared at the connection side of the two frame units 80. A plurality of shelf bases 30 are provided on a plurality of extruded pipes 20B of the two frame units 80, respectively, for installing shelves 92.

[0022] As shown in Figure 10, by releasing the positioning by the multiple positioning members 40, each shelf base 30 can slide along the slide rail 22 by the slide block 31, thereby adjusting its position in the height direction H. After adjustment, the installation height of the shelf 92 can be adjusted by positioning the shelf base 30 with the positioning members 40.

[0023] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, each support pipe is further provided with two exterior panel slots 21. When assembling, one exterior panel 91 is fitted into each exterior panel slot 21. This allows the general-purpose assembly rack and shelves 92 to be assembled as an open-type rack or a storage frame such as a display shelf, or by adding a table and chairs to assemble it as a frame including a table and chairs. In addition, the general-purpose assembly rack can be further combined with the exterior panels 91 to assemble it as furniture such as an openable and closable shoe cabinet or closet, thus offering high versatility and design flexibility. Moreover, the exterior panel slots 21 that extend along the length of the support pipe to both ends of the support pipe can be formed by extrusion technology, thus reducing production costs.

[0024] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3A to 3H, each joint 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E, 10F, 10G, and 10H has at least one storage slot 112 in its main body 11. The storage slot 112, together with the two exterior plate slots 21 of each support pipe, can accommodate the exterior plate 91, thereby improving the stability of the assembly of the exterior plate 91, joint, and support pipe. Similar to the number of insertion structures 12, the number of storage slots 112 is determined according to the position of the joint in the general-purpose assembly rack. Also, as shown in Figure 3H, in the larger joint 10H, some of the protruding columns of the insertion structure 12H can abut against the exterior plate 91 to improve the stability of the assembly.

[0025] By combining the slide rail 22, multiple shelf bases 30, and multiple positioning members 40, the general-purpose assembly rack of the present invention can be assembled into various frameworks, furniture, and cabinets. In this configuration, the shelf bases 30 can be slid in the height direction H to adjust the height, and then the shelf bases 30 can be repositioned using the positioning members 40. This allows for free adjustment of the installation height of the shelves provided on the multiple shelf bases 30. Compared to conventional shelf installation methods in tacks, the present invention offers greater flexibility and freedom in terms of applicability, and reduces production costs because it does not require additional joints or additional processing of support pipes for height adjustment.

[0026] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 4 and 8, the extruded pipes 20B and 20B1 are provided with one or two slide rails 22 depending on their position in the general-purpose assembly rack. Specifically, the extruded pipe 20B1, located between the two extruded pipes 20B, is provided with two slide rails 22. This allows the extruded pipe 20B1 to be equipped with two shelf bases 30, which, together with the shelf bases 30 provided on the other two extruded pipes 20B, can support the shelves. Therefore, it is not necessary to install two sets of extruded pipes 20B, further reducing production costs.

[0027] Furthermore, each shelf base 30 can employ a different positioning method depending on the material of the shelf. As shown in Figure 6, when the shelf is a wooden shelf 92A, each shelf base 30 has a protrusion 34 that projects upward along the height direction H from the top surface of the support base 32, and the bottom surface of the wooden shelf 92A is provided with a plurality of recesses 921. The protrusions 34 of the plurality of shelf bases 30 are each inserted into the plurality of recesses 921, allowing the wooden shelf 92A to be installed stably.

[0028] Alternatively, as shown in Figure 7, the wooden shelf board 92A may be directly fixed to the multiple shelf bases 30 by multiple fastening components. For example, each shelf base 30 has a mounting hole 35 that passes through the support base 32 along the height direction H, and the wooden shelf board 92A can be fixed to the multiple support bases 32 by screwing a bolt through the mounting hole 35 into the wooden shelf board 92A, or by screwing a nut through the wooden shelf board 92A.

[0029] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6, if the shelf is a glass shelf 92B, a plurality of shelf bases 30 having mounting holes 35 can be used, suction cups 93 can be placed in the mounting holes 35 of each shelf base 30, and the glass shelf 92B can be positioned by placing it on the plurality of suction cups 93.

[0030] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 7, the inner wall of the slide rail 22 of each extrusion pipe 20B is provided with a V-shaped groove 24 that extends along the height direction H and corresponds to the tip of the positioning member 40. When each positioning member 40 contacts the inner wall of the slide rail 22 of the corresponding extrusion pipe 20B, it contacts the groove 24, and as a result, when the positioning member 40 is tightened, the tightening direction does not shift, and the shelf base 30 is also positioned without shifting.

[0031] In the embodiment shown in Figure 8, it is preferable to install a revolving door structure when the general-purpose assembly rack is assembled as a cabinet. Specifically, as shown in Figures 8 and 11, the multiple joints 10 each include two door panel joints 10J located at both ends of one support pipe. Each door panel joint 10J includes a pivot 13A extending vertically from one insert structure 12, and the two pivots 13A in the two door panel joints 10J extend opposite each other. As a result, a revolving door panel 94 can be provided between the two door panel joints 10J as a revolving door for the cabinet, and can rotate around the two pivots 13A.

[0032] As shown in Figures 8 and 11, specifically, the general-purpose assembly rack has at least one door panel base 50 equipped with a pivot hole 51 and a support recess 52. The pivot hole 51 extends toward two door panel joints 10J, and the pivots 13A in the two door panel joints 10J are inserted into the pivot hole 51 from both ends. Similarly, the support recess 52 extends toward the two door panel joints 10J and has an L-shaped structure, so that the rotating door panel 94 is installed in contact with the support recess 52 and is stably supported by the support recess 52.

[0033] More specifically, as shown in Figure 11, the general-purpose assembly rack has two door panel washers 60, each door panel washer 60 having a perforation 61 and multiple fixing holes. The pivots 13A of the two door panel joints 10J are inserted into the pivot holes 51 from both ends of the two door panel washers 60 by passing screws through the fixing holes 61 of the two door panel washers 60. The fixing holes of the two door panel washers 60 can be used to fix the rotating door panel 94 to the rotating door panel 94 by passing screws through them, so that the rotating door panel 94 is fixed between the two door panel washers 60 and positioned within the support recess 52. As a result, the two door panel washers 60 exert a structural reinforcement effect at positions close to the pivots 13A of the rotating door panel 94, making it less susceptible to damage.

[0034] As shown in Figure 12, in another embodiment, the door panel base 50 may be omitted in the general-purpose assembly rack. Specifically, if the rotating door panel 94 is made of a material with higher rigidity, one door panel pivot hole 941 passing through both ends or two door panel pivot holes 941 extending oppositely from both ends may be directly formed in the rotating door panel 94. The two pivots 13A of the door panel joint 10J1 each pass through the holes 61 of the two door panel washers 60 and are inserted into the door panel pivot holes 941, thus similarly performing the function of rotation, so the adoption of the door panel base 50 is not limited.

[0035] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 13A to 13D, the door panel joints 10J2, 10J3, 10J4, and 10J5 have different embodiments. As shown in Figure 13A, the pivot 13A can be formed by extending vertically from one insert structure 12. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 13B, the pivot 13B may extend vertically from one end face 111 of the main body 11. The user can select either the door panel joint 10J2 or 10J3 depending on the installation space, support strength, and rotation range of the rotating door panel structure. Moreover, structural strength is ensured by integrally extending the pivots 13A and 13B from the insert structure 12 or end face 111.

[0036] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, the two beams inserted into the door panel joints 10J and 10J1 are the rotating door panel beams 20C and 20D. In some embodiments, the rotating door panel beams 20C and 20D are provided with protruding stoppers 25, and when the assembly of the door structure is complete, the stoppers 25 located on the inside of the rotating door panel 94 restrict the rotating door panel 94 from rotating and opening only outwards.

[0037] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 13C and 13D, an external convex seat 14 is provided protruding from one end face 111 of the main body 11 of the door panel joints 10J4 and 10J5, and the pivot 13C is formed by extending vertically from this external convex seat 14. When the rotating door panel 94 is attached to the pivot 13, the door panel joints 10J4 and 10J5, the rotating door panel beams 20C and 20D inserted into the door panel joints 10J4 and 10J5, and other support pipes are covered, improving the aesthetic appearance.

[0038] As shown in Figure 14, the multiple beams 20A may include sliding door frames 20E and 20F. One sliding door frame 20E is provided with two parallel slide slots 26 that extend toward both ends of the sliding door frame 20E, while the other sliding door frame 20F is provided with two parallel guide rails 27 that extend toward both ends of the sliding door frame 20F, facing the two slide slots 26. The slide slots 26 and guide rails 27 make it possible to install a sliding door structure different from the revolving door structure between the sliding door frames 20E and 20F.

[0039] As shown in Figure 14, specifically, two sliding doors 95 are installed between two slide slots 26 and two guide rails 27, with the tops of the two sliding doors 95 each inserted into the two slide slots 26. A base 96 is provided at the bottom of each sliding door 95, and a pulley 961 is located inside the base 96. The pulleys 961 at the bottom of the two sliding doors 95 are each mounted on the two guide rails 27. This allows each sliding door 95 to slide along the corresponding slide slot 26 and guide rail 27, forming a sliding door structure.

[0040] Among these, the stopper portion 25, the slide slot 26, and the guide rail 27 all extend to both ends along the longitudinal direction of the corresponding rotating door beams 20C and 20D and sliding door frames 20E and 20F. Therefore, the stopper portion 25, the slide slot 26, and the guide rail 27 can be similarly formed by the aforementioned extrusion technology at the same time as the manufacturing of the rotating door beams 20C and 20D and sliding door frames 20E and 20F, leading to improved production efficiency and reduced production costs.

[0041] Figure 15 is a schematic diagram showing how the general-purpose assembly rack of the present invention is assembled as a composite storage cabinet. The general-purpose assembly rack includes a frame unit having a total of three rectangular parallelepiped structures: an upper section 80A, a middle section 80B, and a lower section 80C. The upper section 80A has a sliding door structure as shown in Figure 14, and by sliding open the two sliding doors 95, items can be stored in the space within the upper section 80A. The middle section 80B is used as an open storage space and therefore does not have doors or sliding doors. The lower section 80C is fitted with a rotating door structure as shown in Figure 11 or Figure 12, and by rotating open the two rotating door panels 94 on both sides, items can be stored inside. Furthermore, in any of the rectangular parallelepiped structures in the composite storage cabinet, a push pipe 20B, a shelf base 30, and a positioning member 40 can be used to attach a shelf 92. This makes it possible to complete a composite storage cabinet with a variety of storage methods.

[0042] In other embodiments, each frame unit in the general-purpose assembly rack may have a different number of support pipes, allowing for the assembly of frame units with different numbers of layers or different sizes, and the general-purpose assembly rack may have one or more of the frame units. By continuously assembling the frame units with a different number of joints 10 and further attaching shelf bases 30, the racks can be assembled into tables, chairs, display racks, storage units, etc., of different sizes and dimensions. Furthermore, by attaching exterior panels 91 and selecting and attaching door structures or sliding door structures, cabinets such as shoe boxes and closets of various sizes, dimensions, specifications, and storage methods can be formed, thus the present invention offers high adaptability and flexibility.

[0043] Figures 16 and 17 are schematic diagrams showing how the general-purpose assembly rack of the present invention is assembled as another storage cabinet. The general-purpose assembly rack has one frame unit, which has two rectangular structures: a lower section 80D and an upper section 80E. The general-purpose assembly rack also has a plurality of shelf support frames 70. The lower section 80D is fitted with a door structure including a rotating door panel 94. Similarly, shelves 92 can be attached by employing structures such as the extruded pipe 20B, shelf base 30, and positioning member 40 of the present invention, thereby creating storage spaces of different sizes.

[0044] The upper section 80E has multiple stainless steel pipes 20G installed along the height direction H, each having multiple adjustment holes 28. The multiple adjustment holes 28 are arranged at intervals along the height direction H. As described above, each stainless steel pipe 20G can be connected by fitting it onto the insertion structure 12 of the joint 10, and each shelf support frame 70 can be detachably fixed to the adjustment holes 28 located at the same height in the multiple stainless steel pipes 20G, thereby providing a method for installing another shelf board 92 on the frame unit.

[0045] As shown in Figures 16 and 17, specifically, each shelf support frame 70 includes two mounting arms 71 and two beams 72. Each mounting arm 71 is provided with a branch section 73 and a plurality of notches 74. The branch sections 73 are provided at both ends of the mounting arm 71 and can be inserted into and fixed to two stainless steel pipes 20G. Each branch section 73 can be inserted into two adjacent adjustment holes 28 in the corresponding stainless steel pipes 20G, and the plurality of notches 74 are provided on the branch section 73 so as to face downwards, and the edges of the adjustment holes 28 can be fitted into the notches 74. The beams 72 are fixed across the two mounting arms 71.

[0046] The branch portions 73 of each mounting arm 71 are inserted into different adjustment holes 28 arranged along the height direction H of the stainless steel pipe 20G, and by placing the shelf board 92 on the two mounting arms 71 and two beams 72 of the shelf support frame 70, the shelf board 92 can be set at different height positions. After the branch portions 73 are inserted into the two adjustment holes 28, the shelf support frame 70 shifts downward due to its own weight, and as a result, the edges of the adjustment holes 28 fit into the downward-facing notches 74, forming a structure similar to an interlock, which prevents the mounting arm 71 from being arbitrarily removed from the adjustment hole 28 after insertion.

[0047] Figures 18 and 19 are schematic diagrams showing an assembly of a display rack using stainless steel pipes 20G. The display rack includes two frame units 80F and multiple shelf support frames 70A. Each frame unit 80F has multiple support pipes, each of which has multiple stainless steel pipes 20G and multiple horizontal beams 20H. Each frame unit 80F also includes multiple horizontal pipes 97. Some of the stainless steel pipes 20G and multiple horizontal beams 20H are combined with each other by joints 10, and each horizontal pipe 97 is combined with a horizontal beam 20H or another horizontal pipe 97 located at the same height by joints 10.

[0048] Furthermore, other stainless steel pipes 20G are combined between two parallel upper and lower horizontal pipes 97. Specifically, the horizontal pipes 97 may include multiple pipes of different lengths, and the stainless steel pipes 20G and the horizontal pipes 97 can be combined by the aforementioned joint 10. Alternatively, the horizontal pipe 97 may be a single pipe, and since the horizontal pipe 97 has a post that can be inserted into one end of the stainless steel pipe 20G, it can also be combined by the aforementioned joint 10. Multiple shelf support frames 70A can each be attached to the stainless steel pipe 20G located between the two horizontal pipes 97, and together with the stainless steel pipes 20G combined with the horizontal beams 20H, shelves 92 can be placed on them, making it possible to form a wide variety of display racks.

[0049] Specifically, the difference between the shelf support frame 70A shown in Figure 19 and the shelf support frame 70 shown in Figure 17 is that each shelf support frame 70A shown in Figure 19 has only two mounting arms 71A, and a single branch section 73A is provided at only one end of each mounting arm 71A. The branch section 73A is inserted into four adjacent adjustment holes 28 in the corresponding stainless steel pipe 20G, and each mounting arm 71A is provided with three notches 74, so that the edges of three of the four adjustment holes 28 are fitted into the three notches 74.
