Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a drip bag that can be hooked onto a container such as a cup to easily obtain an extract of coffee, tea, green tea, herbal medicine, or the like by a drip method. Background Art

[0002] Disposable drip bags including a water-permeable bag body filled with coffee powder and a hooking member formed of a thin plate-like material for allowing the bag body to be hooked on a cup are available in the market in various product forms for the purpose of easily extracting a single serving of coffee.

[0003] For example, there has been proposed a drip bag provided with hooking members each having a raisable hooking portion formed on the outer surfaces of two opposing faces of a bag body (hereinafter also referred to as the front and back faces of the bag body), wherein the bag body is provided with an easily tearable line along the upper side of the bag body, the hooking members on the front and back faces of the bag body are each provided with a flap extending from the vicinity of the easily tearable line toward the bottom side of the bag body such that the lower side portion of the flap can be raised, and when the bag body is opened, the flaps on the front and back faces of the bag body are pinched up from the lower side portions of the flaps and pulled in directions opposite to each other to tear the easily tearable line (Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2). [0004] Patent Document 1 Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2017-6490 Patent Document 2 Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2019-48169 Summary of Invention Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] As described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, if flaps are provided on the fastening members of the front and back of the bag body, extending from near the easy-to-open tear line toward the bottom of the bag body, and these flaps are pulled in opposite directions, the easy-to-open tear line will open more easily than if the fastening portion located closer to the bottom of the bag body than the flaps were lifted from the bag body and pulled in opposite directions.

[0006] However, even in this case, there is a risk that the contents may spill out depending on how much force is applied when pulling the front and back flaps. Therefore, in order to prevent the contents from spilling out when opening, it is necessary to adjust the force applied when pulling the flaps in opposite directions, which is rather cumbersome.

[0007] In response to the problems of the conventional technology, the present invention aims to provide a drip bag that allows for extremely easy tearing along the upper edge of the bag body, without causing the contents to spill out. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The inventors have formed an easy-open tear line along the top edge of the bag body, and formed flaps along the top edge of the bag body on the fastening members on the front and back of the bag body, and formed a fastening portion on the bottom edge side of the bag body of the flap for fastening the bag body to the cup, and (i) if the flaps on the front and back of the bag body are made into strips, and a first fold line and a second fold line are formed in a V-shape on each of the front and back flaps, it becomes easy to lift the flap away from the bag body, and then push the area near the top edge of the flap inwards towards the bag body at the center in the width direction of the flap, and further (ii) This pressing action causes the contents of the bag body to not spill out and the easy-open tear line to tear very easily; (ii) This pressing action causes the flap to invert upside down and become the inward-facing opening wall of the bag body, and the opening wall formed by the flap bends along the first and second fold lines as the distance between the fastening members on the front and back of the bag body is widened, stabilizing the opening shape; (iii) This opening state of the drip bag formed by the flap causes the opening surface to spread out in a conical shape like a polygonal funnel, thus completing the present invention.

[0009] In other words, the present invention is a drip bag comprising a bag body formed of a water-permeable filterable sheet, a fastening member made of a thin plate-like material provided on the outer surfaces of two opposing sides of the bag body, and an extraction material filled in the bag body, The bag body has an easy-to-open tear line along its upper edge. Each of the two fastening members has a strip-shaped flap provided along the upper edge of the bag body, the upper part of which is fixed to the bag body and the lower part of which can be pulled up from the bag body. The flap has a first fold line and a second fold line extending from the bottom edge to the top edge of the flap, with the center line of its width in between. This provides a drip bag in which the gap between the first and second fold lines on the upper edge of the flap is narrower than the gap on the lower edge of the flap. [Effects of the Invention]

[0010] According to the present invention, by pinching the flap and lifting it away from the bag body, and then pushing the area near the top edge of the flap inward into the bag body, the easy-open tear line can be opened very easily without scattering the contents of the bag body. In this case, there is no need to adjust the force applied when pushing; simply pushing it in is sufficient.

[0011] Furthermore, this pressing motion reverses the top and bottom of the flap, causing it to become the inward-facing opening wall of the bag body. Then, when the drip bag is attached to the cup, the distance between the attachment members on the front and back of the bag body is widened, causing the first and second fold lines of the flap to bend, resulting in a polygonal funnel-shaped opening and a larger opening area for the drip bag. Consequently, the bag body makes it easier to pour hot water into the opened drip bag. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0013] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In each figure, the same reference numerals denote the same or equivalent constituent elements.

[0014] (Overall Configuration of Drip Bag) FIG. 1 is a plan view of a drip bag 1A according to an embodiment of the present invention in an unopened state, and FIG. 2 is a developed view of the bag body 11 and the hooking member 20 of the drip bag 1A. In the figures, the portion with dot hatching represents the water-permeable filter sheet 10 of the bag body 11. Further, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the portion with coarse diagonal hatching represents the adhesion region between the water-permeable filter sheet 10 and the hooking member 20, and the portion with fine diagonal hatching represents the adhesion region between the front surface 11x and the back surface 11y of the bag body 11. The fine diagonal hatching and coarse diagonal hatching in the subsequent figures also have the same meanings. Note that the adhesion region between the water-permeable filter sheet 10 and the hooking member 20 is normally not visible from the hooking member side due to the opacity of the thin plate-shaped material constituting the hooking member 20.

[0015] FIG. 3 shows a state where the flap 21 of the drip bag 1A has started to be lifted from the bag body 11, FIG. 4 shows a state where the flap 21 is further lifted, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where the vicinity of the upper side of the flap 21 is pushed into the inner side of the bag body 11 to tear the easy-tear line 12. FIG. 6A is a perspective view showing a state where the drip bag 1A opened at the easy-tear line 12 is hooked on a cup 100, and FIG. 6B is a side view thereof.

[0016] This drip bag 1A has a bag body 11 formed from a water-permeable filter sheet 10, hooking members 20 provided on the outer surfaces (front surface 11x, back surface 11y) of two opposing faces of the bag body 11, and an extraction material filled in the bag body 11. The hooking member 20 is formed of a thin plate-shaped material. Further, the hooking member on the front surface 11x of the bag body 11 and the hooking member 20 on the back surface 11y are continuous, and form a fold ridge 20a on one side edge 11b1 of the bag body 11. The front and back hooking members 20 are formed symmetrically with respect to the fold ridge 20a.

[0017] The hooking member 20 of this drip bag 1A has a flap 21 that is characteristic of the present invention, as will be described later.

[0018] (Bag body) The bag body 11 is formed from a water-permeable filter sheet. The bag body 11 is filled with coffee grounds, tea leaves, or extracting materials such as herbal medicine.

[0019] The bag body 11 of the drip bag 1A in this embodiment is a three-sided sealed bag with a rectangular shape in plan view, where one side 11b1 forms the fold of the water-permeable filter sheet 10, and the other side 11b2, the top edge 11a, and the bottom edge 11c form the sealing edges of the front surface 11x and back surface 11y. In this invention, the top edge 11a of the bag body 11 may also be the fold of the water-permeable filter sheet. The sealing width at the sealing edges can be set as appropriate; for example, if sealing is done by ultrasound, it can be 0.3 to 0.6 mm.

[0020] The planar dimensions of the bag body 11 can be appropriately set according to the size of the cup or container to which the drip bag will be attached. For example, it can be made to a size that can be used with commercially available coffee cups. Gussets may be provided at the bottom and sides of the bag body 11 as needed.

[0021] In the present invention, the bag body 11 has an easy-open tear line 12 along its upper edge 11a. Examples of the easy-open tear line 12 include, for example, when the surface 11x and back surface 11y of the bag body 11 are sealed at the upper edge 11a, the seal can be made a weak seal that can be easily peeled off. Alternatively, a perforation or the like formed along the upper edge 11a near at least one of the upper edges 11a of the surface 11x and back surface 11y of the bag body 11 may be used as the easy-open tear line. If the upper edge of the bag body is a fold of a water-permeable filterable sheet, a perforation or the like formed on that fold may be used as the easy-open tear line.

[0022] In the drip bag 1A of this embodiment, the easy-open tear line 12 along the upper edge 11a of the bag body 11 is formed only on one surface 11x of the bag body 11. Compared to the case where the easy-open tear line is formed on both the front and back surfaces of the bag body 11, forming the easy-open tear line 12 on only one surface allows the tensile force when the front and back flaps 21 of the bag body 11 are pulled in opposite directions to be concentrated on the easy-open tear line 12 on one surface, thereby reducing the tensile strength required to open the bag body 11, which is preferable.

[0023] Furthermore, in the drip bag 1A of this embodiment, it is preferable to form perforations as the easy-open tear line 12, and it is particularly preferable to provide micro-perforations from the viewpoint of facilitating opening.

[0024] The distance d1 between the upper edge 11a of the bag body 11 and the easy-open tear line 12 is preferably smaller than the distance d2 between the upper edge of the fastening member 20 and the easy-open tear line 12, and the sum of distances d1 and d2 is preferably 3 to 8 mm. Distance d2 is preferably 1.5 to 5.0 mm. If distance d2 is too small, the adhesive area that fixes the upper end of the fastening member 20 to the bag body 11 may overlap with the easy-open tear line 12, impairing the function of the easy-open tear line 12. Conversely, if it is too large, the tensile force required to tear the easy-open tear line 12 will be large, which is undesirable. However, the easy-open tear line 12 and the fastening member 20 may overlap as long as the adhesive area between the fastening member 20 and the bag body 11 does not overlap with the easy-open tear line 12.

[0025] As the water-permeable filter sheet 10 forming the bag body 11, various materials can be used that allow extraction of materials such as coffee grounds, tea leaves, or herbal medicine when a predetermined amount of extraction material is filled in and hot water is poured over it. Generally, known materials for extraction sheets include synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, and vinylon; semi-synthetic fibers such as rayon; woven or nonwoven fabrics made from single or composite fibers of natural fibers such as mulberry and mitsumata; mixed paper made from Manila hemp, wood pulp, polypropylene fibers, etc.; and paper such as tea bag base paper. These can also be used in the present invention, but from the viewpoint of disposal after use of the drip bag, it is preferable to include biodegradable fibers in the water-permeable filter sheet material. Examples of biodegradable fibers include polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, and polyethylene succinate. Furthermore, in order to impart an appropriate pre-infusion effect to the coffee grounds during brewing, when manufacturing a water-permeable filterable sheet from these fibrous materials, it is preferable to adjust the porosity of the fibrous layer to create a multi-layer structure with a "sparse" layer that comes into direct contact with the coffee grounds and a "dense" layer that does not come into direct contact with the coffee grounds, and to increase the content of hydrophobic fibers in the layer that comes into direct contact with the coffee grounds and decrease the content of hydrophobic fibers in the layer that does not come into direct contact with the coffee grounds (Patent No. 3674486).

[0026] (Overall configuration of the latching member) The latching member 20 is formed from a thin sheet material such as cardboard or a plastic sheet. From the standpoint of easy disposal after use of the drip bag 1A, it is preferable to use a biodegradable material such as polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate, or polyethylene succinate as the thin sheet material.

[0027] As shown in Figure 1, in the drip bag 1A of this embodiment, the fastening members 20 provided on the front and back (front surface 11x, back surface 11y) of the bag body 11 are continuous, and the fastening members 20 form a fold 20a on one side 11b1 of the bag body 11, which is the fold of the water-permeable filterable sheet 10.

[0028] Each of the front and back fastening members 20 has a flap 21 at its upper end, which is provided in a strip shape along the upper edge 11a of the bag body 11. Below the flap 21, two fastening pieces 26 and 27 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the bag body, which are raised from the bag body 11 and serve as fastening parts that fasten to the cup 100. Each fastening piece 26 and 27 has a notch 26a and 27a that fastens to the opening wall of the cup when the fastening piece 26 and 27 are placed on the opening wall of the cup 100 (Figure 6A).

[0029] The two latching pieces 26 and 27 have the same shape as the latching pieces of the drip bag described in Figure 1 of Patent Document 2, and both latching pieces 26 and 27 have an axis for pulling up closer to the fold 20a of the latching member 20 and are pulled up from the side edge 20b of the latching member 20. If the two latching pieces 26 and 27 are designated as the first latching piece and the second latching piece from the side edge 20a of the latching member 20, then, as shown in Figure 7 of Patent Document 2, the axis for pulling up the first latching piece 26 may be closer to the fold 20a of the latching member, while the axis for pulling up the second latching piece 27 may be closer to the side edge 20b of the latching member.

[0030] In this embodiment of the drip bag 1A, the horizontal cut line 28 and the fold lines L1, L2, L3, L4 provided between the fastening pieces 26, 27 and the flap 21 are formed in the same way as the drip bag described in Figure 1 of Patent Document 2. Specifically, a horizontal cut line 28 extending in the width direction of the bag body is formed between the first fastening piece 26 and the flap 21. Furthermore, from the upper end of the first fastening piece 26 near the fold 20a of the fastening member, a first fold line L1 toward the fold 20a is formed, and between the upper end and the horizontal cut line 28, a second fold line L2 toward the upper edge of the fastening member 20 is formed. From the upper end of the second fastening piece 27 near the fold 20a of the fastening member, a bent third fold line L3 is formed. This third locking fold line L3 consists of a thirdb locking fold line L3b that approaches the center line L0f of the flap's width and moves toward the flap 21, and a thirda locking fold line L3a that moves toward the flap 21 from the endpoint of the thirdb locking fold line L3b closer to the flap 21 or in its vicinity, moving away from the center line L0f. A fourth locking fold line L4 is formed between the second locking piece 27 and the flap 21, closer to the side edge 20b of the locking member 20 than the bent third locking fold line L3.

[0031] These horizontal cut lines 28 and the locking fold lines L1, L2, L3, and L4 allow the drip bag 1A of this embodiment to lock and stabilize its opening shape after the bag body 11 is opened, by pushing the first locking fold line L1 in the width direction of the drip bag, as will be described later. In this case, the fold line L2 forms a corner, but because the horizontal cut lines 28 are formed, the shape of the opening edge approaches that of a circle (Figure 6A).

[0032] (flap) In the drip bag 1A of this embodiment, the band-shaped flap 21 along the upper edge 11a of the bag body 11 is provided on the bottom edge side of the bag body, relative to the easy-open tear line 12. In this invention, the upper edge 21a of the flap 21 may overlap with the easy-open tear line 12.

[0033] The flap 21 has its upper edge fixed to the bag body 11, and its lower edge can be raised away from the bag body 11.

[0034] The flap 21 is described as being strip-shaped if the flap's width w1 is greater than the distance between the upper edge 21a and the lower edge 21b at the center line L0f of the flap's width. Preferably, the flap's width w1 is at least half, more preferably 70%, and even more preferably 80% of the bag body's width w2. In this invention, when the drip bag 1A is placed over a cup, the flap 21 raised from the bag body 11 is inverted vertically, as shown in Figure 6A. By making the flap 21 at least half the width of the bag body 11, the inverted vertical state of the flap 21 can be stabilized. Conversely, if the flap 21 is too short, it becomes difficult to maintain the inverted vertical state of the flap 21 when the drip bag is placed over a cup.

[0035] The flap 21 has a first bend line Lp and a second bend line Lq that extend from the lower edge 21b to the upper edge 21a of the flap 21, with the center line L0f of the flap's width in between (Figure 1). Here, it is preferable that the first bend line Lp and the second bend line Lq reach the lower edge 21b and the upper edge 21a of the flap 21, respectively. The distance d3 between the first bend line Lp or its extension and the second bend line Lq or its extension at the upper edge 21a of the flap is narrower than the distance d4 at the lower edge 21b of the flap, so that the first bend line Lp and the second bend line Lq form a V-shape. As a result, when the flap 21 is lifted from the bag body 11 (Figure 4), the top and bottom of the flap 21 are inverted, and the vicinity of the upper edge 21a of the flap 21 is lightly pressed in (Figure 5), the easy-open tear line 12 of the bag body 11 is opened, the flap 21 is easily pressed in, and the opening shape of the drip bag 1A by the flap 21 becomes a polygonal funnel-shaped cone. In this case, the length d4 of one side of the polygon of the opening surface becomes longer than the distance d3 between the fold lines Lp and Lq on the upper edge 21a of the flap, and the opening area of the drip bag 1A is widened (Figures 6A, 6B).

[0036] In particular, in the case of drip bag 1A of this embodiment, where fold lines L1 and L2 are formed and the opening shape is locked by pushing the fold line L1 in the width direction of the drip bag after opening the bag body 11, as shown in Figures 6A and 6B, it is preferable that the first fold line Lp of the flap 21 is on the extension line Lx of the second locking fold line L2 when the top and bottom of the flap 21 are inverted, in order to further stabilize the opening shape of the drip bag 1A, and this also improves the design of the opening shape. Therefore, it is preferable to adjust the position and inclination of the fold lines L2 and Lp so that the fold line Lp is on the extension line Lx of the fold line L2.

[0037] Furthermore, from the standpoint of stabilizing the opening shape and improving the design of the opening shape, it is also preferable that the second bend line Lq of the flap 21 lies on the extension line Ly of the bend line L3a of the 3a latching portion.

[0038] In this drip bag 1A, the formation position and inclination of the first fold line Lp and the second fold line Lq on the flap 21 are adjusted as described above. Therefore, the first fold line Lp and the second fold line Lq are not symmetrical with respect to the center line L0f of the flap's width, and the distance d5 between the first fold line Lp and the center line L0f of the flap's width is greater than the distance d6 between the second fold line Lq and the center line L0f of the flap's width (Figure 1).

[0039] The first folded line Lp and the second folded line Lq can be made of perforations, notches, half-cuts, etc. When notches or perforations are made as folded lines, it is preferable that both ends be uncut. In addition, other folded lines on the latching member 20 of this drip bag 1A can be similarly formed from perforations, etc.

[0040] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. For example, a third fold line may be formed in addition to the first fold line Lp in the region on the fold line 20a side of the center line L0f of the width of the flap 21, and a fourth fold line may be formed in addition to the second fold line Lq in the region on the opposite side of the fold line from the center line L0f. Similar to the first fold line Lp and the second fold line Lq, it is preferable that the third and fourth fold lines approach the center line L0f as they get closer to the upper edge 21a of the flap 21. By further adding fold lines to the flap 21 that extend from the lower edge towards the upper edge, the opening shape of the drip bag in a top view may be made closer to a circle, and the opening area may be enlarged.

[0041] (How to use) To use this drip bag 1A, first pinch the flap 21, pull it up as shown in Figures 3 and 4, and then, as shown in Figure 5, use the tip of your thumb to push the area near the top edge 21a of the flap 21 into the inside of the bag body 11. At this time, the flap 21 curves due to the first fold line Lp and the second fold line Lq as shown in the figure, making this pushing easier.

[0042] By pressing, the easy-open tear line 12 tears very easily, and the tear then expands to the entire width of the bag body 11, causing the flap 21 to invert upside down and the bag body 11 to open. At this time, the contents of the bag body 11 will not spill out even if the pressing force is not particularly adjusted. Also, by pressing the flap 21, the fastening pieces 26 and 27 lift up from the bag body 11.

[0043] After opening the bag body 11, grasp both sides of the drip bag 1A as shown in Figure 6A and push the fold line L1 inward. This locks the opening shape of the drip bag, allowing the drip bag 1A to be placed on the cup 100.

[0044] As shown in Figure 6B, when the drip bag 1A is placed over the cup 100, the inverted flap 21 has its lower edge 21b protruding outward from the upper edge of the bag body 11. The flaps 21 on both sides of the bag body 11 create a funnel-shaped opening for the drip bag 1A, with the opening surface being a polygonal cone. That is, as shown in Figure 1, the distance d4 between the first fold line Lp and the second fold line Lq on the lower edge 21b of the flap 21 is longer than the distance d3 between them on the upper edge 21a. Therefore, in the opening shape of the drip bag 1A shown in Figure 6B, the length d4 of one side sandwiched between the first fold line Lp and the second fold line Lq at the opening edge is longer than the distance d7 sandwiched between these fold lines Lp and Lq on the upper edge 11d of the bag body when the flap 21 is inverted. This increases the opening area of the drip bag 1A, making it easier to pour hot water into the drip bag.

[0045] (Manufacturing method) In order to manufacture the drip bag 1A of this embodiment using a filling and packaging machine, it is preferable to prepare a roll of the drip bag manufacturing sheet 30A shown in Figure 7.

[0046] The drip bag manufacturing sheet 30A consists of a water-permeable filterable sheet 10 with fastening members 20 for one drip bag arranged continuously at predetermined intervals. In the figure, the area separated by the dashed line represents the area for one drip bag 1A.

[0047] The drip bag manufacturing sheet 30A is placed in a filling and packaging machine, and both sides of the drip bag manufacturing sheet 30A are joined and sealed (vertical seal) in a conventional manner to form a cylindrical shape. Then, by alternately filling it with extract and sealing it horizontally (horizontal seal), a drip bag 1A can be easily manufactured.

[0048] In the drip bag manufacturing sheet 30A shown in Figure 7, the easy-open tear line 12 is formed only near one side of the drip bag manufacturing sheet 30A. However, as in the drip bag manufacturing sheet 30B shown in Figure 8, the easy-open tear line 12 may be formed alternately near one side and the other side. This is preferable because it eliminates the risk that one side of the drip bag manufacturing sheet will stretch when it is pulled out from the roll, causing the sheet to wrinkle or break when it is put through a filling and packaging machine to continuously manufacture drip bags.

[0049] (Transformation patterns) The drip bag 1A of the present invention can take on various modified forms. For example, the flap of the present invention can be provided to a drip bag in which the latching member opens in a V-shape, such as the drip bag described in Japanese Patent No. 5019034.

[0050] The drip bag of the present invention is not limited to a drip bag in which the fastening member opens in a V-shape. For example, it may be configured as drip bag 1B shown in Figures 9 and 10. In this drip bag 1B, the upper edge of the bag body 11 is a fold of the water-permeable filter sheet 10, and the side edge 11b is a sealing edge. The fastening members 20 on the front and back of the bag body 11 are not continuous, and there is no fold of the fastening member 20 on the side edge of drip bag 1B. The fastening members 20 on the front and back of the bag body 11 each have a strip-shaped flap 21 formed along the upper edge of the bag body 11, a central support portion 22 provided in the center of the width of the fastening member 20 on the bottom edge side of the bag body of the flap 21, and fastening portions 23 provided on both the left and right sides of the central support portion 22. The flap 21 has fold lines Lp and Lq formed in a V-shape on either side of the center line L0f of the width of the flap 21. The central support portion 22 is attached to the bag body 11, making it impossible to lift it away from the bag body 11.

[0051] The center line of the width of the central support portion 22 coincides with the center line L0f of the width of the flap 21 and the center line L0h of the width of the latching member, and a fold line (hereinafter also referred to as the central support portion vertical fold line) Lc is formed on the center line of the width of the central support portion 22. Due to the presence of this fold line Lc, when opening the bag body 11, the flap 21 is pulled up, the vicinity of the upper edge 21a of the flap 21 is pushed inward into the bag body 11, the top and bottom of the flap 21 is reversed to open the easy-open tear line 12 of the bag body 11, and the opening of the bag body 11 does not close even before the latching portions 23 on the front and back of the bag body 11 are pulled in opposite directions, and the opening shape of the bag body 11 is easily maintained.

[0052] The side edges of the central support portion 22 and the latching portion 23 are continuous via a fold line Lb, and this fold line Lb serves as the axis for raising the latching portion 23. The distance between the fold line Lb and the vertical fold line Lc of the central support portion is greater the closer it is to the flap 21. As a result, when the latching portion 23 is raised and hooked onto the cup 100, the latching member 20 bends along the fold line Lb, making it easier for the portion 23p of the latching portion 23 along the side edge of the bag body to lift away from the bag body 11.

[0053] The hooking portions 23 on both sides of the central support portion 22 are connected at the portion 23b adjacent to the lower part of the central support portion 22 where they are closest to the central support portion 22, and the lower parts of the portions 23p along the side of the bag body are connected at the continuous portion 23a below the central support portion 22. This makes it easier to grasp the hooking portions 23 on both sides of the bag body and to pull them in opposite directions to hang them on the cup 100. In addition, a notch 25 is formed between the lower end of the portion 23p along the side of the bag body and the continuous portion 23a of the hooking portion 23.

[0054] The area 29 enclosed by the left and right latching portions 23 of the central support portion 22 and their continuous portion 23a cannot be lifted from the bag body 11. Furthermore, it is preferable that the latching member 20 also has a side edge fixing portion 24 formed along the side edge 11b of the bag body, closer to the side edge 11b of the bag body than the flap 21 and the latching portion 23. The side edge fixing portion 24 is attached to the bag body 11.

[0055] Similar to the aforementioned drip bag 1A, the latching member 20 of this drip bag 1B also lifts the flap 21 when the bag body 11 is opened, pushes the vicinity of the upper edge 21a of the flap 21 inward into the bag body 11, and inverts the top and bottom of the flap 21 to open the easy-open tear line 12 of the bag body 11. At this time, with this drip bag 1B, the portion 23p of the latching part 23 along the side edge of the bag body lifts up from the bag body 11, and the continuous portion 23a of the latching part 23 also lifts up from the bag body 11. Therefore, after opening the easy-open tear line 12, the continuous portions 23a of the latching part 23 on the front and back of the bag body 11 can be easily grasped, and the grasped continuous portions 23a of the latching part can be pulled in opposite directions to hang the latching part 23 on the cup 100 (Figure 10).

[0056] Furthermore, by pulling the continuous portion 23a in opposite directions, the latching portion 23 bends at the notch 25 and the continuous portion 23a flexes, making it easier to firmly grasp the continuous portion 23a. Also, as the continuous portion 23a flexes, the continuous portion 23a protrudes outward more than the portion 23p of the latching portion 23 that runs along the side of the bag body, making it easier to hook the portion 23p that runs along the side of the bag body onto the opening wall of the cup 100.

[0057] The drip bag of the present invention can be constructed by appropriately combining various modified forms, as long as a strip-shaped flap is provided along the upper edge of the bag body, the upper edge of the flap is fixed to the bag body, and the lower edge can be raised.
