The name tag main body, the lower chevron-shaped cut portion and a part of the upper U-shaped cut portion are connected, and the cut portion is pushed out and opened to form a gap.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Traditionally, name tags were attached to plastic pots by inserting them from the inside of the pot through the cut groove on the outside. However, because the name tags were only inserted into the cut groove, they could easily fall out and get lost, making it impossible to identify the flower. Also, when lifting the pot by grabbing the name tag inserted into the cut groove, the name tag could come out of the groove, causing the pot to fall. To prevent the name tags from falling out, the pot and name tag had to be stapled together, which was a very time-consuming and troublesome task each time. [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2015-52636 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]
[0004] Traditionally, the name tags attached to plastic pots are simply inserted through a groove cut into the pot from the inside. As a result, the name tags can easily slip out of the groove and get lost, making it impossible to identify the name of the flower growing inside the pot. Also, when the pot is lifted, the name tag can slip out of the groove, causing the pot to be dropped. To explain the conventional form of a plastic pot using diagrams, a conventional name tag 12, which has a horizontal cut as shown in Figure 15, was inserted through the cut groove 4 of the plastic pot 3️ in Figure 14, as shown in Figure 16, and used as a name tag for a flower seedling. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] This invention involves creating a mountain-shaped cut in the lower part of the name tag body, pushing out the mountain-shaped cut from the back of the name tag body to create an open gap, inserting it into the cut groove from the inside of the vinyl pot, bringing it out to the outside of the vinyl pot, and sandwiching the top of the vinyl pot's cut groove with the gap created between the name tag body and the mountain-shaped cut. Simultaneously, a U-shaped cut in the upper part of the name tag body is made, pushing out the U-shaped cut from the back of the name tag body to create an open gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut, and placing the name tag over the upper rim of the vinyl pot by sandwiching the upper rim of the vinyl pot. The gap between the name tag body inserted into the vinyl pot's cut groove and the mountain-shaped cut, and the gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut, are placed over the upper rim of the vinyl pot to sandwich the upper rim of the vinyl pot. The vinyl pot is sandwiched in the two gaps created between the name tag body and the cut, preventing the name tag from falling out. Alternatively, make left and right mountain-shaped cut lines at the bottom of the name tag body, push the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections open from the name tag body to create a gap between the name tag body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections, insert the name tag body into the cut groove of the vinyl pot from the inside of the vinyl pot and pass it out to the outside of the vinyl pot, sandwich the top of the cut groove of the vinyl pot with the gap created between the name tag body and the left and right mountain-shaped cut sections, and at the same time make left and right U-shaped cut lines at the top of the name tag body, push the left and right U-shaped cut sections open to create a gap between the name tag body and the left and right U-shaped cut sections, place the gap created between the name tag body and the left and right U-shaped cut sections over the top edge of the vinyl pot and sandwich the top edge of the vinyl pot to attach the name tag. In this way, the gaps created between the name tag body and the left and right mountain-shaped cutouts, and the gaps created between the name tag body and the left and right U-shaped cutouts, sandwich the top of the cut groove in the vinyl pot and the top edge of the vinyl pot in two places, preventing the name tag from coming out of the vinyl pot. [Effects of the Invention]
[0006] A V-shaped cut is made at the bottom of the name tag body, and the V-shaped cut is pushed out from the name tag body to open it, creating a gap between the name tag body and the cut. The name tag body is then inserted through the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot and passed out to the outside of the plastic pot, and the top of the plastic pot's cut groove is sandwiched in the gap created between the name tag body and the V-shaped cut. When the name tag is lifted, the top of the plastic pot's cut groove is sandwiched in the gap created between the name tag body and the V-shaped cut, preventing the name tag from falling out. At the same time, a U-shaped cut is made at the top of the name tag body, and the U-shaped cut is pushed out from the back of the name tag body to open it, creating a gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut. The gap is then placed over the top rim of the plastic pot, and the name tag is attached by sandwiching the top rim of the plastic pot. When the name tag body is lifted, the upper part of the vinyl pot cut groove is sandwiched in the gap between the name tag body and the mountain-shaped cut section, and at the same time, the gap created between the name tag body and the U-shaped cut section covers the upper rim of the vinyl pot, sandwiching and holding the upper rim of the vinyl pot. When the name tag is lifted, it will not come out of the vinyl pot, preventing the name tag from being lost or the vinyl pot from being dropped.
[0007] A V-shaped cut is made on the bottom of the name tag body, and the V-shaped cuts are pushed out from the name tag body to open, creating a gap between the name tag body and the V-shaped cuts. The name tag body is then inserted into the cut groove from the inside of the plastic pot, and then pushed out to the outside of the plastic pot cut groove, and the top of the plastic pot cut groove is sandwiched between the gap created between the name tag body and the V-shaped cuts. At the same time, a U-shaped cut is made on the top of the name tag body, and the U-shaped cuts are pushed out to open, creating a gap between the name tag body and the U-shaped cuts. The gap created is then placed over the top rim of the plastic pot, and the name tag is attached by sandwiching the top rim of the plastic pot. Because the cuts on the name tag are made in the same position, the name tag can be set in the same position on the plastic pot, preventing the letters from being too deep and difficult to read, and preventing the name tag from being attached crookedly, ensuring that the display portion is attached to the plastic pot in the same position. Since you don't need to staple or otherwise secure the name tag to the plastic pot, it saves time.
[0008] For plastic pots without cut grooves, make a mountain-shaped cut line at the bottom of the name tag body. Push the mountain-shaped cut line from the front to the back and bend it, then insert it into the inside of the plastic pot. At the same time, make a U-shaped cut line at the top of the name tag body. Push the U-shaped cut line open to create a gap, and then place the name tag over the top rim of the plastic pot and sandwich it in place. When soil is placed inside the plastic pot and the soil is compacted, the bent mountain-shaped cut line will be sandwiched in the soil and will not easily come off. The name tag will also be secured in two places by the U-shaped cut lines that sandwich the top rim of the plastic pot, preventing it from wobbling and making it difficult to remove.
