Abstract

This culture device comprises: a plurality of heaters that heat a culture chamber; and a control unit that executes, for each of the plurality of heaters, duty control in which energization and de-energization of the heaters is repeatedly executed using the respective duty ratios thereof. In order to avoid energizing all of the plurality of heaters simultaneously, the control unit staggers the energization start time of at least one first heater of the plurality of heaters and the energization start time of a second heater other than the first heater.
