Abstract

Provided is an absorbent article capable of suppressing problems such as skin trouble or irritation, while suppressing discomfort during wearing caused by a water-absorbing sheet. An absorbent article (10) comprises: a front-rear direction (L) and a width direction (W) orthogonal to each other; an absorbent core (45) disposed at least in the crotch region; and a plurality of waistline sheets (70, 75, 76) disposed in the waistline region. The waistline sheets have a water-absorbing sheet (70) that directly contacts the skin of a wearer. The absorbent article has: a water-absorbing region (R15) in which the water-absorbing sheet is disposed; a first region (R11) disposed outside the water-absorbing region in the front-rear direction; and a second region (R12) disposed outside the first region in the front-rear direction. The first region has a smaller number of waistline sheets than the water-absorbing region. The second region has a second region having a larger number of waistline sheets than the first region.
