[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2022-152166

[0004] In the control panel of Patent Document 1, the design part of the push button protrudes from the opening of the face plate, so a gap is formed between the design part and the periphery of the opening of the face plate, and there is a risk that some of the light passing through the transparent member may leak through the gap to the front side of the face plate. Patent Document 1 did not give sufficient consideration to this light leakage.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator device equipped with an operation panel that is effective in reducing light leaking from the gap between the design portion and the peripheral edge of the face plate opening.

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the elevator apparatus of the present invention comprises an operation panel having a push button switch and a face plate, wherein the push button switch has a design portion constituting a push button unit, and a main body portion including a push button receiving portion that receives the push button unit and irradiates light onto the push button unit from the back side, and wherein the portion of the push button unit on the design portion side is exposed on the front side of the face plate through an opening formed in the face plate, and the push button unit has an intermediate member provided between the design portion and the push button receiving portion, and the intermediate member has a light-transmitting portion formed in the center and is made of an opaque resin that does not allow light to pass through.

[0007] According to the present invention, an elevator device can be provided that is equipped with a control panel that is effective in reducing light leaking from the gap between the design portion and the peripheral edge of the faceplate opening.

In this embodiment, the destination floor designation unit 51 is configured with five push button switches 80 for the first to fifth floors, but is not limited to this configuration, and the push button switches 80 can be provided according to the number of floors in the building and the floors at which the elevator car 104 stops.

[0025] The configurations relating to the car doors 121L, 121R and the operation panels 50L, 50R are not limited to the configurations of this embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, but can be modified from the configurations of this embodiment shown in FIGS.

[0026] Next, the configuration of the push button switch according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 5 to 9. The configuration of the push button switch according to the present invention can be similarly applied to the open button switch 60A, the close button switch 60B, the destination floor designation button switch 80, and other push button switches in addition to the call button switches 20 and 40 described above. For this reason, the call button switch 20 will be described as a representative of the push button switches.

[0027] Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a push button switch 20 according to one embodiment of the present invention, as seen from the front side, attached to a face plate 10a. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the push button switch 20 shown in Fig. 5, as seen from the back side of the face plate 10a. Although Figs. 5 and 6 show the push button switch 20 attached to the face plate 10a, in this embodiment, the push button switch 20 and the face plate 10a will be described as separate components.

[0028] The push button switch 20 is disposed on the face plate 10a so that the design portion 21A of the push button portion 21 protrudes and is exposed through the through hole (opening) 10a1 of the face plate 10a. In this case, the design portion 21A of the push button portion 21 protrudes and is exposed on the front surface side of the face plate 10a, and an intermediate member 21B is provided on the back surface side of the design portion 21A. The face plate 10a covers the push button switch 21 so that the design portion 21A is exposed on the front surface side of the face plate 10a from the through hole 10a1.

[0029] A push button switch main body (hereinafter referred to as the main body) 24 is provided on the opposite side of the intermediate member 21B from the design portion 21A, and the main body 24 is disposed on the rear surface of the faceplate 10a. The main body 24 is fixed to the rear surface of the faceplate 10a. That is, the push button switch 20 has the design portion 21A that constitutes the push button 21, and the main body 24 that includes a push button receiver 24a that receives the push button 21 and irradiates the push button 21 with light from the rear surface.

[0030] The intermediate member 21B has a fall prevention portion 21Be that protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the circular main body, and the fall prevention portion 21Be is arranged to cover the corner portion 24a2 of the rectangular main body portion 24.

[0031] FIG. 7 is an exploded view showing the configuration of the push button switch shown in FIG.

[0032] Push button switch 20 comprises main body 24, design portion 21A that indicates the type of push button switch to the user, and intermediate member 21B interposed between push button receiving portion 24a of main body 24 and design portion 21A. Design portion 21A and intermediate member 21B are integrally assembled to form push button 21. Push button 21 is attached to push button receiving portion 24a of main body 24 with double-sided tape 23.

[0033] The push button receiving portion 24a is configured to be movable in the direction in which the push button portion 21 is pressed. The push button receiving portion 24a also lights up to illuminate the push button portion 21 from the back side. Therefore, the push button receiving portion 24a constitutes a lighting portion. The double-sided tape 23 is a transparent member, and light emitted from the push button receiving portion 24a passes through the double-sided tape 23 and the intermediate member 21B to illuminate the design portion 21A of the push button portion 21 from the back side.

[0034] The intermediate member 21B has drop prevention portions 21Be at its four corners, which protrude radially outward from its outer peripheral surface. That is, the push button portion 21 has the intermediate member 21B interposed between the design portion 21A and the push button receiving portion 24a and formed integrally with the design portion 21A, and the drop prevention portions 21Be are provided on the intermediate member 21B. The drop prevention portions 21Be are arranged at four locations on the outer periphery of the intermediate member 21B, spaced apart in the circumferential direction.

[0035] The intermediate member 21B has a portion 21Bc that is annular when viewed from the design portion 21A side. The fall prevention portion 21Be has a central portion that overlaps with the annular portion 21Bc and a corner portion that protrudes from the outer periphery of the annular portion 21Bc, forming a quadrangular portion.

[0036] The main body 24 is fixed to the back side of the faceplate 10a, and the design portion 21A of the push button portion 21 is exposed on the front side of the faceplate 10a through a through-hole (opening) 10a1 (see FIG. 5) in the faceplate 10a. The push button portion 21 is supported on the faceplate 10a via the main body 24 by attaching the intermediate member 21B to the push button receiving portion 24a of the main body 24 with double-sided tape 23.

[0037] In this embodiment, the outer shape of the design portion 21A is circular when viewed from the pressing direction of the push button 21, and the outer shape of the intermediate member 21B is also circular when viewed from the pressing direction of the push button 21. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the fall prevention portion 21Be protruding radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the intermediate member 21B also protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the design portion 21A.

[0038] 6, the fall prevention portion 21Be of the intermediate member 21B is hooked onto the back surface of the faceplate 10a, thereby preventing the push button portion 21 from slipping off toward the front surface of the faceplate 10a and preventing the push button portion 21 from falling toward the user. That is, the faceplate 10a has a through-hole (opening) 10a1 through which the design portion 21A is exposed, and covers the push button switch 20 from the side of the design portion 21A (front side) so as to abut against the fall prevention portion 21Be. At this time, the fall prevention portion 21Be abuts against the faceplate 10a from the back surface side of the faceplate 10a, preventing the push button portion 21 from falling toward the front side of the faceplate 10a.

[0039] Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view (cross-sectional view taken along line IX-IX in Fig. 9) of the push button switch 20. Fig. 9 is a plan view of the design portion (button portion) 21A of the push button switch 20 shown in Fig. 7 as viewed from the back side.

[0040] 8, the design portion 21A is composed of a transmissive resin portion 21Ab made of a resin that transmits light and a non-transmissive resin portion 21Ac made of a non-transmissive resin having a lower light transmittance than the transmissive resin portion 21Ab. The design portion 21A depicts a mark (arrow portion) 21Aa (see FIG. 7) using the portion of the transmissive resin portion 21Ab exposed from the non-transmissive resin portion 21Ac.

[0041] The transparent resin portion 21Ab is formed of a resin that transmits, for example, white light. The mark 21Aa is formed of the transparent resin portion 21Ab. The transparent resin portion 21Ab has a portion (thick portion) 21Ab1 that has a large dimension (thickness dimension) in the light transmission direction, and a thin portion 21Ab2 that is formed around the thick portion 21Ab1 and has a smaller thickness dimension than the thick portion 21Ab1. The thick portion 21Ab1 constitutes the mark 21Aa.

[0042] Preferably, the non-transparent resin portion 21Ac is made of an opaque resin that does not transmit light. In this embodiment, the non-transparent resin portion 21Ac is made of a black material, so that the mark 21Aa of the design portion 21A can be more clearly recognized. When the design portion 21A is irradiated with light from the push button receiving portion (lighting portion) 24a, the mark 21Aa lights up brighter than the non-transparent resin portion 21Ac. When the non-transparent resin portion 21Ac is made of an opaque resin, only the mark 21Aa lights up. For example, in the case of the destination floor designation button switch 80, the mark 21Aa is a number indicating the floor.

[0043] 8 and 9, a recess 21Ad is formed on the rear surface side (the intermediate member 21B side) of the design portion 21A, and protrusions 21Af are provided on the inner circumferential surface 21Ad1 that forms the recess 21Ad. The protrusions 21Af are provided at two locations on the inner circumferential surface 21Ad1 that forms the recess 21Ad, facing each other across the radial center of the recess 21Ad.

[0044] The convex portion 21Af engages with the concave portion 21Bg formed on the outer circumferential surface 21Bb of the intermediate member 21B, thereby locking the impermeable resin portion 21Ac to the intermediate member 21B. At this time, the thin portion 21Ab2 of the permeable resin portion 21Ab is sandwiched between the impermeable resin portion 21Ac and the intermediate member 21B. Specifically, the thin portion 21Ab2 is sandwiched between the impermeable resin portion 21Ac and the flange portion 21Bc of the intermediate member 21B.

[0045] The intermediate member 21B is a ring-shaped member made of an opaque resin that does not transmit light, and has a tapered surface 21Bh in the center that forms a hollow portion 21Bh that transmits light. The intermediate member 21B has a thick portion 21Ba that is thick in the pressing direction of the push button 21, and a thin flange portion 21Bc that is provided around the thick portion 21Ba and has a thickness that is smaller than the thickness of the thick portion 21Ba.

[0046] The hollow portion 21Bh is a portion that transmits light, and may be referred to as a "light transmitting portion." That is, the intermediate member 21B has the light transmitting portion 21Bh. The light transmitting portion 21Bh is formed in the radial center of the intermediate member 21B.

[0047] The intermediate member 21B has a circular outer shape when viewed from the pressing direction of the push button 21 (see FIG. 10 ). This outer shape is based on the fact that the outer circumferential surface of the flange 21Bc (which is the same as the outer circumferential surface 21Bb of the intermediate member 21B) has a circular shape.

[0048] Corresponding to the shape of the outer peripheral surface 21Bb of the flange portion 21Bc, the inner peripheral surface 21Ad1 of the recess 21Ad of the design portion 21A is formed in a circular shape when viewed from the pressing direction of the push button portion 21.

[0049] The intermediate member 21B has an end face (second end face) 21Bd on the push button receiving portion 24a side of the main body 24 and an end face (first end face) 21Bf on the design portion 21A side, each of which is formed as a flat ring-shaped surface. The end face 21Bd is the end face of the thick portion 21Ba on the design portion 21A side. The intermediate member 21B has a stepped surface on its back side (main body 24 side) formed by the end face 21Bd and the back surface of the flange portion 21Bc. The main body 24 is positioned so that the peripheral wall 24a1 of the push button receiving portion 24a fits into the space 21Bj formed by this stepped surface. As a result, the thick portion 21Ba of the intermediate member 21B is inserted inside the peripheral wall 24a1 of the main body 24, and the end face 21Bd is attached to the push button receiving portion 24a with double-sided tape 23. On the other hand, the flange portion 21Bc of the intermediate member 21B is inserted into the recess 21Ad, and the end face 21Bf contacts the transmissible resin portion 21Ab and the non-transmissible resin portion 21Ac at the bottom of the recess 21Ad.

[0050] The recesses 21Bb of the intermediate member 21B are provided on the outer peripheral surface 21Bb of the flange portion 21Bc. The recesses 21Bg are provided on the outer peripheral surface 21Bb of the flange portion 21Bc at two locations facing each other across the radial center.

[0051] The protrusion 21Af of the design portion 21A and the recess 21Bg of the intermediate member 21B engage with each other, thereby locking the design portion 21A and the intermediate member 21B together. The protrusion 21Af of the design portion 21A and the recess 21Bg of the intermediate member 21B form a locking portion that locks the design portion 21A and the intermediate member 21B together.

[0052] Here, as a comparative example to the present invention, an example in which the intermediate member 21B is made of a transparent member will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13. FIG. 12 is an exploded view showing the configuration of a push button switch 20 according to a comparative example to the present invention. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view, similar to FIG. 7, of a push button portion 21 according to a comparative example to the present invention. In FIG. 13, the main body portion 24 is omitted from the push button switch 20. In addition, in FIGS. 12 and 13, components that are the same as or similar to those in the push button switch 20 of FIG. 7 are assigned the same reference numerals as in FIG. 7.

[0053] In this example, the intermediate member 21B is made of a transparent material that transmits light, and not only the central portion but also the peripheral portion and the fall prevention portion 21Be are made of a transparent material. Therefore, the intermediate member (transparent member) 21B can transmit or diffuse light toward the outer periphery. In this case, light emitted from the push button receiving portion (illumination portion) 24a of the main body 24 transmits toward the outer periphery 21Bb of the transparent member 21B and leaks from the outer periphery 21Bb of the transparent member 21B toward the back side of the faceplate 10a.

[0054] The light leaked to the back side of the faceplate 10a further leaks to the front side of the faceplate 10a through the gap 10a2 between the opening 10a1 of the faceplate 10a and the outer periphery of the design portion 21A, or the light leaked to the back side of the faceplate 10a becomes visible from the front side of the faceplate 10a, which deteriorates the design of the push button switch 20 or the operation panel 50R.

[0055] The intermediate member 21B according to the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 8 and Fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a perspective view of the intermediate member 21B shown in Fig. 7, seen from the side of the design portion 21A.

[0056] In this embodiment, the intermediate member 21B has a tapered surface 21Bh1 that forms a hollow portion 21Bh in the center, and the annular peripheral portion is formed of an opaque resin that does not transmit light. Therefore, light emitted from the push button receiving portion (illumination portion) 24a of the main body portion 24 passes through the hollow portion 21Bh of the intermediate member 21B and is irradiated onto the back surface of the design portion 21A (which is the same as the bottom surface of the recess 21Ad). At this time, the thin portion 21Ab2 of the permeable resin portion 21Ab is surrounded by the opaque resin, significantly reducing or eliminating light leakage into the gap 10a2 between the opening 10a1 of the faceplate 10a and the outer periphery of the design portion 21A.

[0057] In order to form the hollow portion 21Bh, the intermediate member 21B has a tapered surface 21Bh1. The intermediate member 21B has the tapered surface 21Bh1 that forms the hollow portion 21Bh. The tapered surface 21Bh1 is formed so as to decrease in diameter from the front side (the design portion 21A side) toward the back side (the push button receiving portion 24a side). In other words, the tapered surface 21Bh1 is formed so as to increase in diameter from the back side toward the front side.

[0058] An opening (second opening surface) 21Bh4 of the hollow portion 21Bh is formed inside the inner peripheral edge 21Bh2 on the end face 21Bd side of the intermediate member 21B. An opening (first opening surface) 21Bh5 of the hollow portion 21Bh is formed inside the inner peripheral edge 21Bh3 on the end face 21Bf side of the intermediate member 21B. The diameter φ21Bh5 of the opening 21Bh5 (see FIG. 8) is larger than the diameter φ21Bh4 of the opening 21Bh4 (see FIG. 8), and the area of the opening 21Bh5 is larger than the area of the opening 21Bh4.

[0059] That is, the hollow portion 21Bh is formed by a tapered surface 21Bh1 provided between the first end face 21Bf and the second end face 21Bd, and the tapered surface 21Bh1 is formed so that the diameter thereof decreases from the first opening face 21Bh5 toward the second opening face 21Bh4. As a result, the hollow portion 21Bh is formed so that the area of the first opening face 21Bh5 opening on the first end face 21Bf side is larger than the area of the second opening face 21Bh4 opening on the second end face 21Bd side.

[0060] Since it is desired to illuminate the mark 21Aa brightly, it is desirable to maximize the light irradiation range on the design portion 21A side. In this case, it is desirable to increase the area of the opening 21Bh5 of the hollow portion 21Bh on the end face 21Bf of the intermediate member 21B facing the design portion 21A, and to minimize the radial width of the annular end face 21Bf. On the other hand, on the annular end face 21Bd side, the radial width of the end face 21Bd must be increased to ensure the fixing strength of the push button portion 21 to the push button receiving portion 24a. For this reason, the area of the opening 21Bh4 of the hollow portion 21Bh is reduced, thereby ensuring the radial width of the end face 21Bd.

[0061] In this embodiment, the above problem is solved by tapering the inner circumferential surface 21Bh1 of the hollow portion 21Bh. In this case, the diameter φ21Bh5 of the opening 21Bh5 needs to be greater than or equal to the maximum dimension of the mark 21Aa to be illuminated. That is, the diameter φ21Bh5 of the opening 21Bh5 needs to be greater than or equal to the maximum diameter φ21Ab1 of the thick-walled portion 21Ab1 of the transparent resin portion 21Ab. In order to illuminate the mark 21Aa cleanly without shadows or unevenness while taking into account the dimensional errors of each component, it is preferable that the diameter φ21Bh4 be greater than the maximum diameter φ21Ab1.

[0062] The diameter φ21Bh4 of the opening 21Bh4 of the hollow portion 21Bh is smaller than the maximum diameter φ21Ab1 of the thick portion 21Ab1 of the transparent resin portion 21Ab. Even if the area of the opening 21Bh4 of the hollow portion 21Bh on the end face 21Bd side is small, shadows and unevenness are likely to occur on the mark 21Aa, so it is desirable to make the area of the opening 21Bh4 large.

[0063] If the radial width of the end face 21Bd cannot be increased, a drop-off prevention portion may be provided, but this would result in a problem of a complex structure.

[0064] FIG. 11 is a plan view showing the dimensional relationship between the design portion 21A, intermediate member 21B, push button receiving portion (illumination portion) 42a, and faceplate opening 10a. Dashed line 10a1 indicates the through-hole (opening) in faceplate 10a. Dotted line 24a indicates the illumination range of push button receiving portion (illumination portion) 24a. Dashed line 21Bh3 indicates the edge (opening edge) of opening 21Bh5 in hollow portion 21Bh. Dashed line 21Bh2 indicates the edge (opening edge) of opening 21Bh4 in hollow portion 21Bh. Dashed line C1 between dashed line 21Bh3 and dashed line 21Bh2 indicates a circle defined by the maximum diameter φ21Aa of mark 21Aa. The diameter φ21Aa is the same as the maximum diameter φ21Ab1 of thick portion 21Ab1 of translucent resin portion 21Ab.

[0065] Here, the maximum diameter dimension φ21Aa of the mark 21Aa and the maximum diameter dimension φ21Ab1 of the thick portion 21Ab1 are the diameter dimensions of a circle centered at the center of the push button portion 21 and passing through the portion where the mark 21Aa, i.e., the thick portion 21Ab1, is located radially outwardly.

[0066] In this embodiment, the diameter φ21Bh5 (see FIG. 8) of the opening edge 21Bh3 of the opening 21Bh5 of the hollow portion 21Bh is larger than the maximum diameter φ21Ab1 of the mark 21Aa. The diameter φ21Bh4 (see FIG. 8) of the opening edge 21Bh2 of the opening 21Bh4 of the hollow portion 21Bh is larger than the maximum diameter φ21Ab1 of the mark 21Aa. As a result, the entire mark 21Aa is positioned on the opening surface of the opening 21Bh5. As a result, the mark 21Aa is illuminated by light from the hollow portion (light-transmitting portion) 21Bh without producing shadows or unevenness.

[0067] Because the illumination range (light irradiation surface) of the push button receiving portion (illuminating portion) 24a is rectangular, corners 24a2 of the illumination range are located radially outward of the gap 10a2 between the opening 10a1 of the face plate 10a and the outer periphery of the design portion 21A. That is, in this embodiment, the light irradiation surface of the push button receiving portion 24a is rectangular, and the intermediate member 21B has a fall prevention portion 21Be that protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery 21Bb (see FIG. 8 ) of the intermediate member 21B and the opening 10a1 of the face plate 10a. The fall prevention portion 21Be is formed of an opaque resin and is arranged so as to cover the corners 24a2 of the rectangular light irradiation surface 24a on the face plate side.

[0068] In this embodiment, the intermediate member 21B including the fall prevention portion 21Be is formed of non-transparent resin or impermeable resin, so that the corner portion 24a2 of the lighting range is covered by the fall prevention portion 21Be of the intermediate member 21B, thereby reducing or preventing leakage of light from the gap 10a2.

[0069] The hollow portion 21Bh formed in the center of the intermediate member 21B constitutes a light-transmitting portion (light-transmitting portion). This light-transmitting portion 21Bh does not need to be hollow and may be made of, for example, a transparent resin material. For example, a transparent resin material may be used to increase the light diffusion property so that uniform light is irradiated onto the mark 21Aa. Filling the hollow portion 21Bh with a transparent resin material increases the manufacturing time. Therefore, by configuring the light-transmitting portion 21Bh as a hollow portion, it becomes possible to manufacture the intermediate member 21B in a short time without increasing the manufacturing time.

[0070] Furthermore, it is not necessary to form the hollow portion 21Bh with the tapered surface 21Bh1, and for example, the push button portion 21 may be polygonal and the hollow portion 21Bh may be truncated pyramidal in shape. In this case, too, the shapes of the openings 21Bh5 and 21Bh4 may be polygonal so that the area of the opening 21Bh5 is larger than the area of the opening 21Bh4.
