Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a full-body muscle strengthening exercise device, and more specifically, to a muscle strengthening exercise device capable of performing full-body muscle strengthening exercises for a user. Background Technology

[0002] Most city dwellers rely on elevators for transportation, do not walk much depending on the environment, and do not engage in even minimal exercise. As a result, a severe lack of exercise leads to poor health and obesity. In particular, as people enter their 60s, muscle mass decreases and the lower body begins to weaken rapidly, causing them to move even less.

[0003] In particular, as one enters their 60s, all bodily functions begin to decline rapidly, making one susceptible to adult diseases such as diabetes and dementia. To make matters worse, a lack of exercise exacerbates the situation, leading to poor blood circulation and accelerating the aging process even further. It is common knowledge that to address this, doing just 10 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats every day helps with health management, as does taking a walk around the neighborhood once a day.

[0004] However, most people know this principle but do not put it into practice. With the exception of a very small minority, it seems that most people find even walking difficult and bothersome, which weakens their willpower and leads them to avoid exercise even more.

[0005] Thus, technology related to exercise equipment for exercising has been proposed in Korean Registered Patent No. 1218483.

[0006] However, Patent Document 1 had the problem of being inefficient because in order to access various exercises, one had to purchase exercise equipment suitable for each. Prior art literature

[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a full-body muscle strengthening exercise device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a frame (110), a pusher module (120), a torso rotation disc (130), and a foot acupressure plate (140).

[0021] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the frame (110) includes a chair (112) composed of a seat (112a) and a backrest (112b) so that an exerciser can sit on it, wherein an extension member (114) extends laterally toward the front at the lower center of the seat (112a), a folding handle (116) is provided on the upper rear side of the backrest (112b), and a rotating plate (118) is provided on the lower rear side of the backrest (112b).

[0022] At this time, the chair (112) is exemplified as being composed of a seat (112a) and a backrest (112b), but is not limited thereto and can be modified to any configuration that is similar in shape to a chair and has a seat.

[0023] Additionally, the seating platform (112a) has leg positioning grooves (1120) formed on both sides so that the user's legs are positioned, allowing the user to hook their ankles onto the third push bar (126) through the leg positioning grooves (1120) when seated.

[0024] The foldable handle (116) is provided so that the user can hold it with both hands when using the body rotation disc (130), and its height is adjustable so that it is lowered to reduce volume when not in use and pulled upward when in use. Furthermore, the height of the foldable handle (116) can be adjusted to match the user's height.

[0025] The top of the rotating plate (118) rotates at the pivot point of the hinge (H) provided horizontally at the bottom of the backrest (112b), and when folded, the top is positioned so as not to catch on the bottom of the folding handle (116), and when unfolded, it is positioned to touch the ground.

[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the pusher module (120) is connected to the frame (110) and is configured to enable movement of the arms, shoulders, chest, waist, muscles, etc. by at least one of pushing and pulling motions by elastic force, and includes a first pusher (122), a second pusher (124), and a third pusher (126).

[0027] The first push rod (122) is provided on the upper sides of the seat (112b) of the frame (110) so as to be pushed or pulled by hand, and includes a first lower vertical part (1220), a first upper vertical part (1222), a first elastic body (1224), and a first gripping rod (1226).

[0028] Furthermore, since the first push rod (122) is located on both sides of the seating platform (112b), both sides can be moved simultaneously or individually.

[0029] That is, referring to FIG. 6, while holding one side (right or left) of the first push rods (122) provided on both sides with the right hand (left hand), pushing and pulling while holding the other side (left) with the left hand (right hand) allows for waist or torso exercise. Additionally, while holding the first push rods (122) provided on both sides with both hands, applying force to bring the fists together and then separate allows for chest muscle exercise.

[0030] The first lower vertical section (1220) is connected to the upper sides of the seating platform (112b).

[0031] The first upper vertical section (1222) is spaced apart from the upper side of the first lower vertical section (1220).

[0042] A pair of third upper vertical sections (1260) are connected to both sides of the lower part of the seating platform (112b).

[0043] The third lower vertical section (1242) is spaced apart from the lower side of the third upper vertical section (1260).

[0044] The third elastic body (1264) connects the lower and upper ends of the adjacent ends of the third upper vertical part (1260) and the third lower vertical part (1242), and is provided with a high-elasticity material such as a spring.

[0045] In this way, the third upper vertical section (1260) and the third lower vertical section (1242) are connected through the third elastic body (1264), so when force is applied to move the third lower vertical section (1260), it bends and is restored to its original position when released.

[0046] The length adjustment rod (1264) is arranged in a double-tube structure in the longitudinal direction on the third lower vertical section (1242) and can be adjusted in length by the length adjustment lever (1266a).

[0047] That is, the upper end of the outer adjustment member (1264) is fixed to the third lower vertical member (1242), and the lower end of the inner adjustment member, which slides inside the outer adjustment member, is fixed to the third moving member (1268). A length adjustment lever (1266a) is provided on the outer adjustment member using a method such as a screw fastening, so that when the length adjustment lever (1266a) is tightened, the end presses against the outer surface of the inner adjustment member, thereby adjusting the extension length of the outer and inner adjustment members.

[0048] The third moving member (1268) is provided with both ends rotatably at the lower end of the inner adjustment member of the opposing length adjustment member (1264), so that the user can push or pull it with their ankle.

[0049] The body rotation disc (130) is rotatably positioned in front of the upper surface of the rotation plate (118) as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5, and is provided so that the user can rotate the body by shaking the body left and right while holding the foldable handle (116) while standing on it, thereby performing a twist motion.

[0050] As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5, the foot acupressure plate (140) is positioned behind the upper surface of the rotating plate (118) so that when a user steps on it, the foot is acupressured and an acupressure effect is obtained.

[0051] As such, the full-body strength strengthening exercise device (100) of the present invention enables full-body exercise, making the exercise fun, requiring little effort, and providing a great exercise effect. In addition, even if used for only 10 minutes a day, the upper and lower body muscles become thicker (developed). In particular, it is intended for use by anyone who lacks exercise, busy office workers, housewives who stay at home mostly, and the baby boomer generation of over 7 million people (born between 1963 and 1955: ages 62 to 71).

[0052] The method of exercising is explained as follows.

[0053] First, in the process of deforming the first elastic body (1224) by pushing and pulling the first gripper (1226) of the first pusher (122) with one's hand while sitting on a chair (112), it is possible to perform exercises on the arms, shoulders, chest, waist, and muscles [see FIG. 5(a)].

[0054] Secondly, when the user sits on the chair (112) and pushes and pulls the first gripper (1226) with their hands, the first elastic body (1224) is deformed, and at the same time, the second movable body (1248) is pushed by stepping on the sole of the foot touching the front second pusher (124), thereby deforming the second elastic body (1244). Through this movement, exercises for the calves, legs, buttocks, abdomen, and waist are possible [see FIG. 5(b)].

[0055] Thirdly, when the user sits on the chair (112) and pushes and pulls the first gripper (1226) with their hands, the first elastic body (1224) is deformed, and at the same time, the third moving member (1268) of the third pusher (126) is pushed forward toward the ankle, thereby deforming the third elastic body (1264), and through this movement, upper thigh muscle exercise is possible [see FIG. 5(c)].

[0056] Fourth, when the user sits on the chair (112) and pushes and pulls the first gripper (1226) with their hands, the first elastic body (1224) is deformed, and at the same time, the third moving member (1268) of the third pusher (126) is pushed behind the ankle, thereby deforming the third elastic body (1264), and through this movement, lower thigh muscle exercise is possible [see FIG. 5(d)].

[0057] Fifth, when the user sits in front of the chair (112) and supports the area between the back of the head and the nape of the neck by interlocking their hands, then leans their upper body back at a 45-degree angle against the backrest (112b), and extends both legs straight out to push the second movable platform (1248) simultaneously as if stepping on it, the second elastic body (1244) is deformed, causing the feet to move up and down with elasticity.

[0058] Sixth, after the exerciser steps onto the torso rotation disc (130), they hold the folding handle (116) and perform a torso rotation.

[0059] Seventh, the exerciser steps onto the foot acupressure plate (140) and performs foot acupressure. [See FIG. 5(e)]

[0060] In particular, the length of the third movable section (1268) on the leg side (bottom side) is adjusted using a length adjustment lever (1266a) to match the length of the user's leg.

[0061] Meanwhile, when using the second pusher (124) which is the sole of the foot and the first pusher (122) which is the arm, a tall person sits slightly behind the seating platform (112a) and a short person sits slightly in front of the seating platform (112a) to use it.

[0062] The configurations included in the various embodiments described above may also be implemented in various other possible modified combinations not exemplarily described above, provided that such combinations are not clearly excluded from one another in terms of implementation.
