Claim 1 An authentication and advertising provision system using a QR code attached to a personal cosmetic container, comprising: an operating server that performs a procedure to provide a QR (Quick Response) code sticker attachable to a user's personal cosmetic container, performs an authentication procedure to authenticate code information when the code information encoded in the QR code provided on the QR code sticker is recognized through a QR recognition unit of the cosmetic dispensing device, and processes to output designated advertising content through a designated output means of the cosmetic dispensing device when the code information is authenticated; and a cosmetic dispensing device that recognizes code information encoded in the QR code provided on the QR code sticker through a QR recognition unit, performs an authentication procedure to authenticate the code information in conjunction with the operating server, and outputs designated advertising content through a designated output means when the code information is authenticated, wherein the cosmetic is supplied with a designated volume of cosmetic to the user's personal cosmetic container with the QR code sticker attached during or after the output of the advertising content.
