Smart Stirrer

Abstract

The smart stirrer includes a main body having an internal receiving space formed for receiving fluid, a stirring shaft rotatably installed while supported in the internal receiving space, a plurality of stirring blades arranged in a plurality of regions of the stirring shaft, and a stirring drive unit for rotating the stirring shaft; a sensor unit for detecting vibration of the stirring shaft, rotational speed, torque, current value supplied to the stirring drive unit, and the temperature of the fluid and stirring unit contained in the internal receiving space; a normal range, a warning range larger than the normal range, a danger range larger than the warning range, a severe range larger than the danger range, and a corresponding countermeasure for the vibration of the stirring shaft, rotational speed, torque, current value supplied to the stirring drive unit, and the temperature of the fluid and stirring unit contained in the internal receiving space, and a control unit for determining which range at least one of the vibration of the stirring shaft, rotational speed, torque, current value supplied to the stirring drive unit, and the temperature of the fluid and stirring unit contained in the internal receiving space detected by the sensor unit is located in, and controlling to perform the corresponding countermeasure based on the determination result.
