Abstract

According to exemplary embodiments, a battery module is provided. The battery module comprises: a plurality of battery cells; a module housing for accommodating the plurality of battery cells; an upper cover coupled to the module housing and having a plurality of vent holes; a rupture-type fireproof sheet for closing the plurality of vent holes; and a reinforcing structure having an adhesive portion, at least a portion of which is bonded to the rupture-type fireproof sheet.
