Abstract

Claim 1 A simple safety device mounted on a cut portion of a handrail, comprising: a central body portion; a first variable length arm portion coupled to have a variable length extending from one side of the central body portion, with its end inserted into a first handrail pipe portion which is one side of the remaining handrail after the cut; and a second variable length arm portion coupled to have a variable length extending from the other side of the central body portion, with its end inserted into a second handrail pipe portion which is the other side of the remaining handrail after the cut. Claim 2 A simple safety belt according to claim 1, further comprising: a first anti-detachment member detachably coupled to the end of the first variable length arm portion exposed to the outside of the first handrail pipe portion to prevent the first variable length arm portion inserted into the first handrail pipe portion from detaching.
