Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a refill container that is detachably stored in a cosmetic compact, and more specifically, to a refill container for a cosmetic compact for accommodating a liquid cosmetic. Background Technology
[0002] Conventional refill containers for cosmetic compacts disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1466854 (Registration Date: Nov. 24, 2014), Korean Published Patent No. 10-2015-0010190 (Publication Date: Jan. 28, 2015), etc., have a structure in which liquid cosmetic ingredients are impregnated into a porous pad such as a sponge or foamed urethane foam.
[0003] On the other hand, inventions disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1541396 (Registration Date: July 28, 2015), Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1556904 (Registration Date: September 24, 2015), Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1851985 (Registration Date: April 19, 2018), and Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2047262 (Registration Date: November 15, 2019), respectively, as refill containers capable of directly holding liquid cosmetics without pads, have also been proposed.
[0004] Inventions regarding refill containers capable of directly holding liquid cosmetics as described above commonly have a basic structure covered with a mesh cloth cover (130) as exemplified in FIG. 1. According to this, there is a problem of cosmetics leaking out through the mesh cloth (133), specifically a problem of cosmetics seeping into a puff placed on the mesh cloth (133), and a problem of cosmetics deteriorating as external air comes into direct contact with the cosmetics inside the refill container through the mesh cloth (133). Therefore, to solve these problems, a structure was adopted in which two or three layers of mesh cloth covers (130, 150) are installed or a sponge (140) is added between them as shown in FIG. 1, and furthermore, a method was proposed to stack a separate valve plate (160) together.
[0005] However, as a result, the lid structure of the refill container became increasingly complex and productivity also decreased, and even with such improvements, the fundamental problem of liquid seeping through the fine gaps between the plastic materials and flowing out along the surface of the material could not be solved. The problem to be solved
[0006] Accordingly, the objective of the present invention is to provide a refill container for cosmetic compacts that can directly hold liquid cosmetic products and can have a simple lid structure while solving the problem of cosmetic product leakage or deterioration caused by contact with external air. means of solving the problem
[0007] To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a refill container for a cosmetic compact that is detachably stored in the lower case of a cosmetic compact having an upper case and a lower case hinged to the upper case, wherein the refill container comprises: a container body having an inner wall portion that is open at the top and forms a receiving space for receiving liquid cosmetic on the inside, an outer wall portion formed on the outside of the inner wall portion, and an insertion space portion formed by being recessed between the inner wall portion and the outer wall portion; and a valve membrane cover having a cylindrical vertical extension portion that is inserted and coupled to the insertion space so that its inner surface is in close contact with the inner wall portion, and a plate-shaped valve portion that extends inward from the upper end of the vertical extension portion, covers the receiving space, and has a cut line distributed on its surface, wherein the valve membrane cover is made of a thermoplastic elastomer or silicone rubber material so that when the valve portion is pressed, the liquid cosmetic contained in the receiving space is allowed to flow out through a gap formed by the opening of the cut line.
[0008] Here, the refill container for the cosmetic compact may further include a second vertical extension of a cylinder, which is inserted and coupled to the insertion space in a state stacked with the vertical extension in the radial direction such that its outer surface is in close contact with the outer wall and its inner surface is in close contact with the vertical extension, and a mesh cloth cover formed by extending inward from the upper end of the second vertical extension to cover the valve portion.
[0009] In this case, an upper and lower gap of 1 to 3 mm is formed between the valve part and the mesh cloth, thereby securing a space equal to the upper and lower gap, and when the valve part is pressed, the liquid cosmetic that leaks out through the gap in the cut line may be primarily contained in the space.
[0010] Meanwhile, the mesh cover may have a protruding rim formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the second vertical extension part, and an insertion groove formed on the lower portion of the inner surface of the outer wall part to be coupled to the protruding rim part. Effects of the invention
[0011] According to the refill container for cosmetic compacts according to the present invention as described above, the leakage of cosmetic products or contact with external air can be substantially blocked through the excellent sealing power of the valve membrane cover, and the sealing structure for cosmetic products can be drastically simplified compared to the prior art. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0013] A refill container (1) for a cosmetic compact according to the first embodiment of the present invention is as shown in FIG. 2 and is detachably stored in a lower case (not shown in the drawing) of a cosmetic compact. The cosmetic compact includes an upper case (not shown in the drawing) that is hinge-coupled to the lower case (not shown in the drawing) and rotates to open and close.
[0014] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the refill container (1) comprises a container body (10) having an open top and an inner receiving space (S), a container cover (20) rotatably coupled to the container body (10), a valve membrane cover (30) covering the receiving space (S), and a mesh cloth cover (40) coupled to the container body (10) and covering the receiving space (S) on top of the valve membrane cover (30).
[0015] The container body (10) has an inner wall portion (11) that forms a receiving space (S) on the inside, an outer wall portion (12) formed on the outside of the inner wall portion (11), and an insertion space portion (13) formed between the inner wall portion (11) and the outer wall portion (12).
[0016] A sealing groove (12a) is formed in the upper part of the outer wall (12) to achieve sealing of the container body (10), and a sealing projection (21) is formed protruding from the bottom surface of the container cover (20) in correspondence with this, so that the sealing of the inside of the container body (10) can be increased by joining together.
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the valve membrane cover (30) is provided with a cylindrical vertical extension (31) that is inserted and coupled into the insertion space (13) of the container body (10), and a plate-shaped valve part (32) that extends inward from the upper end of the vertical extension (31) and covers the receiving space (S).
[0018] It is preferable that the valve membrane cover (30) is formed such that the inner diameter of the vertical extension part (31) is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the inner wall part (11), so that when it is extended and inserted into the insertion space part (13), the inner surface is completely in contact with the outer surface of the inner wall part (11) so that no gap is created between them, thereby preventing the cosmetic liquid from seeping into the gap and flowing out along the outer surface of the inner wall part (11).
[0019] The valve part (32) has a thickness of 0.3 to 0.7 mm, and the entire valve membrane cover (30) including it is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or silicone rubber material with a Shore A hardness of 30 to 70, thereby providing the appropriate elasticity required for the valve part (32), particularly the appropriate reaction force when pressed with a puff.
[0020] In order to allow the cosmetic liquid in the receiving space (S) to seep out when the valve part (32) is pressed, a cross-shaped incision (32a: the center part of the cross shape is not formed) is formed in the central part of the valve part (32) as shown in FIG. 4. Accordingly, when pressed with a puff, the valve part (32) is pressed downward, causing the incision (32a) to open, allowing the cosmetic liquid to leak out through the gap and adhere to the puff. When the pressing force is removed through the puff, the opened incision (32a) closes back to its original state, thereby providing an excellent air-blocking effect. This significantly improves the problem of the cosmetic liquid in the receiving space (S) deteriorating due to contact with external air.
[0021] The valve membrane cover (30) can be manufactured by injection molding using a mold, in which all parts belonging thereto are formed integrally. Additionally, the valve membrane cover (30) is molded from a transparent material, allowing the amount of cosmetic liquid remaining in the receiving space (S) to be visually checked. Furthermore, the valve membrane cover (30), which is integrally injection molded using a mold as described above, can have the logo, text, etc. of a cosmetic manufacturing or sales company engraved on the upper surface of the valve part (32), thereby creating an advertising effect and generating interest and fun for the user.
[0022] When the valve membrane cover (30) is manufactured from thermoplastic resin (TPE), it can be recovered and reused after use, so it has the advantage of being useful as a carbon dioxide emission reduction measure to prepare for RE100 regulations, etc.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 5, the mesh cover (40) is obtained by integrally injection molding a second vertical extension (41) made of plastic material, a rim portion (42) extending inward from the top thereof, and a mesh fabric (43) extending inward from the rim portion (42). The mesh fabric (43) is preferably made of a synthetic fiber material with excellent elasticity, and in particular, it is preferably made of a so-called 'air mesh' material which is soft and has excellent elasticity, mainly used as a material for women's underwear.
[0024] The mesh cover (40) is inserted and coupled into the insertion space (13) of the container body (10) in a state where the cylindrical second vertical extension (41) is stacked radially with the vertical extension (31) on the valve membrane cover (30) side as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, so that the outer surface is in close contact with the outer wall (12) and the inner surface is in close contact with the vertical extension (31).
[0025] In addition, the protruding rim portion (41a) formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the second vertical extension portion (41) is inserted and coupled into the insertion groove portion (12b) formed on the lower surface of the inner surface of the outer wall portion (12) on the side of the container body (10), thereby achieving fixation of the mesh cloth cover (40) and the valve membrane cover (30) to the container body (10).
[0026] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the refill container for a cosmetic compact according to the second embodiment of the present invention is formed such that the upper portion (31a) of the vertical extension portion (31) of the valve membrane cover (30) protrudes slightly more than the valve portion (32) and is joined in a manner that contacts the bottom surface of the edge rim portion (42) on the mesh fabric cover (40), thereby forming a constant vertical gap (d) between the valve portion (32) and the mesh fabric (43).
[0027] Accordingly, a space (S') having a height equal to the upper and lower gap (d) is secured between the valve part (32) and the mesh cloth (43). Accordingly, when the valve part (32) is pressed downward through the mesh cloth (43), the liquid cosmetic product leaking out through the gap of the aforementioned cut line (32a in FIG. 4) is primarily received into the space (S'). That is, the leaked cosmetic product exists in the space (S') in a form placed on the upper surface of the valve part (32), and passes through the mesh cloth (43) and seeps into the puff side (which presses the mesh cloth (43)).
[0028] Accordingly, by adjusting the force with which the puff is pressed, that is, the degree to which the valve part (32) elastically deforms downward, the user can use only the necessary amount of cosmetic liquid by allowing it to flow out into the interspace (S'), i.e., being exposed to the outside. Consequently, the exposure of the cosmetic liquid contained in the receiving space (S) of the container body (10) and the resulting deterioration can be minimized.
[0029] Here, the vertical gap (d) between the valve part (32) and the mesh cloth (43) forming the above-mentioned space (S') is preferably set to 1 to 3 mm, preferably around 2 mm. If the vertical gap (d) is too small, the space (S') becomes narrower, resulting in a problem where the space for primarily withdrawing and storing cosmetics is too cramped. Conversely, if the vertical gap (d) is too large, excessive force may be required to press the valve part (32) to open the cut line (32a), which may result in the cosmetics not flowing out smoothly and causing inconvenience in use.
[0030] A refill container for a cosmetic compact according to the third embodiment of the present invention is characterized by a configuration in which the container body (10) is covered only by a valve membrane cover (30), excluding a mesh cloth cover (40), as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
[0031] Depending on the case, such as when the viscosity of the cosmetic liquid contained in the receiving space (S) is relatively high, the mesh cloth cover (40) may be excluded and only the valve membrane cover (30) may be attached to the container body (10) for use.
[0032] As described above, according to the present invention, the refill container for cosmetic compacts can increase the sealing power through the high elasticity and resilience of the material of the valve membrane cover (30), namely thermoplastic resin (TPE) or silicone rubber, and can prevent the phenomenon of cosmetic liquid flowing out along the surface by eliminating the gap caused by the connection with the container body (10), and can obtain an excellent external air blocking effect for the cosmetic liquid.
