Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an ironing system, and more specifically, to an ironing system comprising an ironing board and a main body that rotatably supports the ironing board. Background Technology

[0002] Clothing made of specific materials, such as cotton or linen, develops significant wrinkles after washing or daily wear. To allow for repeated wear, these garments are ironed.

[0003] The most common method of ironing involves placing the garment on a blanket or ironing board on the floor and applying pressure to the garment while holding the iron. However, this method causes significant inconvenience as it forces the user to sit on the floor or crouch. Additionally, since the iron operates by receiving power, there was a limitation in that ironing had to be performed near a wall with an electrical outlet installed.

[0004] Recently, to solve these problems, an ironing system has emerged that raises the ironing board on which clothes are placed to the user's waist level, allowing the user to perform ironing continuously without straining their body.

[0005] European Patent No. 2169108 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Prior Art 1’) discloses an “ironing board with folding mechanism and pivoting ironing table,” wherein the ironing board comprises an ironing board, a vertical support structure, a first leg, a second leg, and an articulated arm.

[0006] The vertical support structure supports the ironing board. The ironing board is movably mounted on one side of the vertical support structure and can move along a rail attached vertically to the vertical support structure. When closed, the ironing board is fixed to the base of the vertical support structure in a position generally parallel to the vertical support structure.

[0007] One end of the first leg is connected through a hinge near the base of the vertical support structure, and the other end is connected to a slide rail fixed to the bottom of the ironing board, allowing it to move along the length of the ironing board.

[0008] One end of the second leg is movably connected to the center of the first leg, and the other end contacts the floor. In the closed state, the first and second legs can rotate from a generally parallel state to an open state, and in the open state, the first and second legs are positioned at an angle to each other.

[0009] One end of the articulated arm is movably connected to the second leg, and the other end is connected near the hinge of the ironing board. The ironing board is mounted to a vertical support structure via the articulated arm. In the closed state, the articulated arm is positioned parallel to the first and second legs, and in the open state, the articulated arm and the second leg are aligned to form an X-shaped connection structure together with the first leg. This supports the horizontally aligned ironing board.

[0010] According to the aforementioned prior art document 1, the ironing board is used for ironing while in an unfolded state, rotating in a direction away from one side of the vertical support structure. Therefore, the upper surface of the vertical support structure, which has a larger cross-sectional area than the first and second legs, does not support the pressure acting perpendicularly to the ironing surface of the ironing board during the ironing process. Furthermore, the upper surface of the vertical support structure does not support the buckling stability of the first and second legs against excessive pressure acting on the ironing surface.

[0011] Korean Patent Publication No. 2021-0004816 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art 2') discloses an "ironing system," wherein the ironing system includes an ironing board, a support member, and a grounding member.

[0012] The ironing board is equipped with a pressure surface capable of applying pressure to clothing. The ironing board is provided with a length greater than its width. Therefore, the user can place long clothing on the pressure surface and iron it.

[0013] The support member is provided beneath the ironing board to support it. The support member is provided with a height greater than its thickness or width. Therefore, the ironing board is set above an adult's waist height, allowing the user to perform ironing while standing. The grounding member is provided beneath the support member to support the load of the support member.

[0014] The above ironing system further includes a connecting part. The connecting part is rotatably coupled to the upper part of the support part. The ironing board rotates around the connecting part to be in an upright state (hereinafter referred to as the 'storage state') or to be switched to a state where the pressing surface faces upward (hereinafter referred to as the 'first state'). The ironing board can be rotated horizontally around the connecting part on the upper surface of the support part to be in a usage state.

[0015] The support member includes a support surface and a seating surface. The support surface is provided on the upper surface of the support member. The seating surface is provided on one side of the support member. In the first state, the ironing board is seated or set on the support surface. In the storage state, the back surface of the ironing board (the side opposite the pressure surface) faces the seating surface while spaced apart.

[0016] According to the above prior art document 2, the support member further includes an avoidance surface. The avoidance surface is provided to prevent friction and interference between the ironing board and the support member when the ironing board rotates between a first state and a storage state. The avoidance surface corresponds to the rotation radius of the ironing board or is located inside the rotation radius when the ironing board rotates between a first state and a storage state.

[0017] The rotation radius of the ironing board must be determined by considering the distance from the rotation axis of the connecting part to the back surface of the ironing board, as well as the distance from the rotation axis of the connecting part to the support surface and the seating surface.

[0018] If the pressure applied to the pressure surface is high during operation, buckling may occur at the connection. If the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the support surface is small during operation, the support surface can firmly support the ironing board even if buckling occurs at the connection. Therefore, considering the rotation radius of the ironing board, the gap between the upper surface of the support (support surface) and the back surface of the ironing board must be minimized during operation. The problem to be solved

[0019] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems of an ironing system comprising an ironing board and a main body that rotatably supports the ironing board.

[0020] Specifically, the purpose is to provide an ironing system that can minimize the gap between the upper surface of the main body and the back surface of the ironing board in use by optimizing the distance ratio between the ironing board and the main body around the axis of the connecting part.

[0021] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system capable of minimizing the gap between the mounting surface and the back surface of the ironing board in the storage state, as well as minimizing the gap between the upper surface of the main body and the back surface of the ironing board in the usage state, even if the mounting surface is spaced further from the axis of the connecting part than the support surface.

[0022] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an ironing system that limits the planar rotation of the ironing board and controls the planar rotation of the ironing board and the distance between the axes of the ironing board and the connecting part according to the usage state.

[0024] The technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0025] The ironing system described in this application may include an ironing board, a connecting part, and a main body.

[0028] The lower surface of the main body can be placed on the ground.

[0029] The connecting member can connect the shaft member and the main body. The connecting member may include a connecting shaft and a connecting hinge.

[0030] The connecting shaft can be rotatably coupled to the shaft member along an inclined surface centered on the first central axis.

[0031] The connecting hinge can be coupled to the connecting shaft. The connecting hinge can be rotatably coupled to the main body around the second central axis.

[0032] As the ironing board rotates, the shaft member rotates so that the relative distance between the main body and the ironing board can be adjusted.

[0033] The connecting shaft can be screw-coupled to the shaft member around the first central axis.

[0034] The first central axis can be perpendicular to the pressure surface.

[0035] The main body may include a support surface.

[0036] The support surface can face the back of the ironing board when the first central axis is upright.

[0037] As the ironing board rotates while the first central axis is upright, the back surface of the ironing board can come closer to the support surface.

[0038] The main body may include a seating surface and an avoidance surface.

[0039] The seating surface can face the back of the ironing board when the first central axis is lying down.

[0040] The avoidance surface can connect the support surface and the seating surface in the section where the connecting part rotates so that the first central axis stands up or lies down.

[0041] The ironing board, connecting part, and main body can satisfy the following formula.

[0042]

[0043] Here, D S1 is the vertical distance from the second central axis to the support surface, and D S2 is the horizontal distance from the second central axis to the seating surface, and D S3 is the maximum distance from the second central axis to the avoidance surface in a direction parallel to the first central axis, and D S4 is the distance from the second central axis to the back surface of the ironing board in a direction parallel to the first central axis, and α may be the cumulative tolerance (Tolerance Stacks) from the second central axis to the back surface of the ironing board in a direction parallel to the first central axis.

[0044] The connecting part and the main body can satisfy the following formula.

[0045]

[0046] The connecting part and the main body can satisfy the following formula.

[0047]

[0048] Here, D S1 is the vertical distance from the second central axis to the support surface, and D S2 may be the horizontal distance from the second central axis to the seating surface.

[0049] The shaft member forms a first stepped surface, and the connecting member can form a second stepped surface.

[0050] As the back surface of the ironing board approaches the support surface, the first stepped surface can be seated on the second stepped surface.

[0051] The shaft member can be fixed to the ironing board.

[0052] An axial rotation motor can be coupled to the connection part. The axial rotation motor can rotate the shaft member around the first central axis.

[0053] The avoidance surface may include one or more of a convex curved surface extending away from the second central axis and an inclined surface that slopes downward from the support surface toward the seating surface.

[0054] The support surface can be parallel to the horizontal plane.

[0055] With the first central axis upright, the back surface of the ironing board can be parallel to the support surface.

[0056] The seating surface can be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

[0057] With the first central axis lying down, the back surface of the ironing board can be parallel to the seating surface. Effects of the invention

[0058] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, a shaft member may be provided on the back surface of the ironing board behind the pressure surface. The shaft member may be fixed to the ironing board. The shaft member may protrude from the back surface of the ironing board. The shaft member may form a circular tube shape centered on a first central axis perpendicular to the pressure surface. A connecting shaft may be screw-coupled to the shaft member at the back of the pressure surface, centered on the first central axis perpendicular to the pressure surface. Accordingly, as the ironing board rotates, the shaft member rotates relative to the connecting part, thereby adjusting the distance from the second central axis to the back surface of the ironing board.

[0059] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as the ironing system is switched from a first state to a usage state, the ironing board is lowered so that the back surface of the ironing board can come close to the support surface. Therefore, while preventing collision between the ironing board and the main body during the state switching of the ironing system (storage state ↔ first state), it is possible to prevent buckling of the connecting part caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface in the usage state of the ironing system.

[0060] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the shaft member may form a first stepped surface, and the connecting member may form a second stepped surface. The first stepped surface and the second stepped surface may face each other in a direction parallel to the first central axis. As the back surface of the ironing board approaches the support surface, the first stepped surface may be seated on the second stepped surface (see FIG. 13b). When the first stepped surface is seated on the second stepped surface, the back surface of the ironing board may be seated on the support surface. As the first stepped surface is seated on the second stepped surface, the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the support surface can be maintained in the state of use. In addition, excessive rotation of the ironing board can be prevented.

[0061] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, an axial rotation motor may be coupled to a connecting part. The axial rotation motor can rotate an axial member clockwise and counterclockwise around a first central axis. Accordingly, unintended or excessive planar rotation of the ironing board is restricted, and a control unit can automatically control the planar rotation of the ironing board and the distance between the ironing board and the axis of the connecting part according to the usage state.

[0062] According to the ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy the following [Equation 1].

[0063]

[0064] According to [Equation 1], the back surface of the ironing board can be completely separated from the support surface and the seating surface in the storage state and the first state of the ironing system. Therefore, collision between the ironing board and the main body can be firmly prevented during the state transition of the ironing system (storage state ↔ first state).

[0065] According to the ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting part and the main body can satisfy the above [Equation 1] and the following [Equation 2].

[0066]

[0067] According to [Equation 2], the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the seating surface in the storage state of the ironing system can be smaller than the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the support surface in the first state of the ironing system. Therefore, the gap between the back surface of the ironing board and the seating surface in the storage state of the ironing system can be minimized to achieve a compact product.

[0068] According to an ironing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board, the connecting part, and the main body can satisfy the above [Equation 1] and the following [Equation 3].

[0069]

[0070] According to [Equation 3], the area of the avoidance surface can converge to 0. That is, D S3 is D S3 It can be the same as '. D S3 ' may refer to the distance from the second central axis to the point where the plane extended on the support surface meets the plane extended on the seating surface. That is, when the area of the avoidance surface converges to 0, the distance from the second central axis to the avoidance surface is D S3It can be. That is, the avoidance surface can be located at the point where the surface extending from the second central axis on the support surface meets the surface extending from the seating surface. Therefore, the area of the support surface can be expanded. Consequently, buckling of the connection part caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface during the operation of the ironing system can be minimized. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0108] The ironing board (100) can reduce the area of the pressure surface (110) due to the inclined portion (112), and the area of the pressure surface (110) can become narrower as it approaches one end in the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100). Therefore, the user can insert a part of the clothing into the free end of the ironing board (100) through the inclined portion (112) and iron the clothing.

[0109] The ironing board (100) may include a seating portion (130). The seating portion (130) may be provided between the pressure surface (110) and the end of the ironing board (100) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100).

[0110] In the operating state of the ironing system (1), the seating portion (130) can form a concave space downward. Therefore, in the operating state of the ironing system (1), the user can stably place items such as an iron (700) on the seating portion (130) and use them.

[0111] The ironing board (100) may include a display unit (140). The display unit (140) may be provided next to the mounting unit (130). The display unit (140) may be exposed upward during the use of the ironing system (1). Therefore, the user can easily and conveniently use the display unit (140) during the use of the ironing system (1).

[0112] A gyro sensor may be installed inside the ironing board (100). The control unit can automatically recognize the current state of the ironing system (1) by receiving a signal from the gyro sensor. The control unit can output different information to the display unit (140) depending on the current state of the ironing system (1).

[0113] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, showing the storage state, first state, usage state, and second state of the ironing system (1). FIG. 6 illustrates the storage state, first state, usage state, and second state of the ironing system (1) in a clockwise order starting from the top left.

[0114] The storage state of the ironing system (1) may mean that the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Y-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Z-axis (see FIG. 3).

[0115] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a storage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Z-axis in the second state of the ironing system (1). Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a storage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the first central axis (401) lies flat in the first state of the ironing system (1).

[0116] A handle (150) may be provided on the edge of the ironing board (100) behind the pressure surface (110). The user may rotate the ironing board (100) by holding the handle (150). Alternatively, the user may rotate the ironing board (100) by pushing or pulling one side of the ironing board (100).

[0117] In the storage state of the ironing system (1), the ironing board (100), the connecting part (400), and the supporting part (200) can be positioned on the grounding part (300). Therefore, in the storage state, the ironing system (1) can form the smallest area in the plan view compared to other states. Thus, the movement and storage of the ironing system (1) can be easy in the storage state.

[0118] The user can move the ironing system (1) by pushing or pulling one side of the ironing board (100) or the main body (10).

[0119] The first state of the ironing system (1) may mean a state in which the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Z-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Y-axis (see FIG. 3).

[0120] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a first state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the first central axis (401) stands upright in the storage state of the ironing system (1). Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a first state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis in the usage state of the ironing system (1).

[0121] In the first state of the ironing system (1), the pressure surface (110) can form a surface parallel to a level surface. Therefore, the user can place clothing, etc. on the pressure surface (110) in the first state. Depending on the case, the user can iron the clothing placed on the pressure surface (110) with an iron in the first state of the ironing system (1).

[0122] The usage state of the ironing system (1) may mean that the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Z-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis (see FIG. 3).

[0123] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a usage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees in the first state of the ironing system (1) so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis. Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a usage state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees in the second state of the ironing system (1) so that the first central axis (401) is upright.

[0124] In the state of use of the ironing system (1), the pressure surface (110) can form a surface parallel to the level surface. Therefore, in the state of use of the ironing system (1), the user can press the clothing placed on the pressure surface (110) with the iron and iron it.

[0125] And in the usage state of the ironing system (1), the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the X-axis. The lower surface of the grounding part (300) may be longer in the X-axis direction than in the Y-axis direction.

[0126] Therefore, when a pressure force is applied in the direction of gravity to the end of the pressure surface (110) in each of the first state and the usage state of the ironing system (1), the ironing system (1) may have higher overturning stability in the usage state than in the first state. In the usage state of the ironing system (1), the user can sufficiently press the clothing placed on the pressure surface (110) with the iron and iron it.

[0127] The second state of the ironing system (1) may mean a state in which the first central axis (401) is parallel to the Y-axis and the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the X-axis (see FIG. 3).

[0128] The user can switch the ironing system (1) to a second state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the first central axis (401) lies flat while the ironing system (1) is in use. Alternatively, the user can switch the ironing system (1) to a second state by rotating the ironing board (100) 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (100) is parallel to the Z-axis while the ironing system (1) is in storage.

[0129] FIG. 7 is a front view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0130] The ironing board (100) may be provided with a length (H1) that is longer than its width (D1). The support member (200) may be provided with a height (H2) that is longer than its width (D2) to ensure the height of the ironing board (100) in use of the ironing system (1). The width of the ironing board (100) and the width of the support member (200) may be the same.

[0131] The back surface of the ironing board (100) (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) may have its length direction parallel to the height direction of the seating surface (212). Thus, the storage area of the ironing system (1) can be reduced.

[0132] Additionally, the planar surface area of the ironing board (100), which has a high center of gravity in the ironing system (1), is reduced to prevent the support member (200) from tipping over. In the storage state of the ironing system (1), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be placed on the seating surface (212) or spaced apart by a small gap (see FIG. 3).

[0133] FIG. 8 is a partial perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).

[0134] FIG. 9 is a partial perspective view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, and is a drawing showing the interior of the support part (200) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).

[0135] FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the front upper side, showing the connecting part (400) and the shaft member (170) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).

[0136] The connecting part (400) can connect the ironing board (100) and the main body (1) so that the position of the ironing board (100) changes. The connecting part (400) may further include a connecting hinge (430). The connecting hinge (430) can be coupled to a connecting shaft (410).

[0137] The connecting shaft (410) can form a circular tube shape approximately centered around the first central axis (401). The first central axis (401) can be located in the center of the ironing board (100) based on the width direction of the ironing board (100). The first central axis (401) can be located approximately in the center of the ironing board (100) based on the length direction of the ironing board (100) (see FIG. 3).

[0138] A horizontal axis (261) may be provided inside the support member (200). A pair of sleeves (262) (or bearings) may be fixed inside the support member (200). The pair of sleeves (262) (or bearings) may be spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal axis (261) and may surround the outer surface of the horizontal axis (261). Thus, the horizontal axis (261) may be rotatably coupled inside the hinge member (260). The central axis (second central axis (402)) of the horizontal axis (261) may be perpendicular to the first central axis (401) and parallel to the horizontal direction.

[0139] The connecting hinge (430) can be coupled to the horizontal axis (261). The connecting axis (410) can extend from the connecting hinge (430) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401). Thus, the connecting hinge (430) can be rotatably coupled to the hinge portion (260) around the second central axis (402). The second central axis (402) can be perpendicular to the first central axis (401) and parallel to the horizontal direction.

[0140] An axle member (170) may be provided on the back of the ironing board (100) behind the pressure surface (110). The axle member (170) may be fixed to the ironing board (100). The axle member (170) may protrude from the back of the ironing board (100). The axle member (170) may form a circular tube shape centered on a first central axis (401) perpendicular to the pressure surface (110).

[0141] FIG. 11a is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the storage state of the ironing system (1). FIG. 11b is a partial cross-sectional view showing the connecting part (400) and the shaft member (170) in the storage state of the ironing system (1).

[0142] The connecting shaft (410) can be rotatably coupled to the shaft member (170) along an inclined surface (SF) centered on the first central axis (401). That is, the connecting shaft (410) can be screw-coupled to the shaft member (170) centered on the first central axis (401) which is perpendicular to the pressing surface (110) at the rear of the pressing surface (110). Thus, as the ironing board (100) rotates, the shaft member (170) rotates with respect to the connecting part (400), so that the distance from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) can be adjusted. Thus, the relative distance between the main body (10) and the ironing board (100) can be adjusted.

[0143] For example, an internal thread may be formed on the inner surface of the connecting shaft (410), and a male thread may be formed on the outer surface of the shaft member (170). The connecting shaft (410) and the shaft member (170) may be joined in a screw-like manner by the engagement of the internal thread and the male thread.

[0144] Alternatively, an internal thread may be formed on the inner surface of the shaft member (170), and a male thread may be formed on the outer surface of the connecting shaft (410). The connecting shaft (410) and the shaft member (170) may be joined in a screw-like manner by the engagement of the internal thread and the male thread.

[0145] FIG. 12a is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a first state of the ironing system (1). FIG. 12b is a partial cross-sectional view showing a connecting part (400) and a shaft member (170) in the first state of the ironing system (1).

[0146] FIG. 13a is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the state of use of the ironing system (1). FIG. 13b is a partial cross-sectional view showing the connecting part (400) and the shaft member (170) in the state of use of the ironing system (1).

[0147] The support surface (211) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state) (see FIG. 12a and FIG. 13a). The support surface (211) may be parallel to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the support surface (211).

[0148] The seating surface (212) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state) (see FIG. 11a). The seating surface (212) may be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the seating surface (212).

[0149] The avoidance surface (214) can connect the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) in the section where the connecting part (400) rotates so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down (see FIG. 11a and FIG. 12a). The avoidance surface (214) can be provided inside the rotation radius of the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) during the process of rotating the ironing board (100) so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down.

[0150] The avoidance surface (214) may include a first avoidance surface (214a) and a second avoidance surface (214b). The first avoidance surface (214a) may extend from the seating surface (212) toward the support surface (211). The second avoidance surface (214b) may extend from the first avoidance surface (214a) toward the support surface (211). The first avoidance surface (214a) and the second avoidance surface (214b) may form cross-sections with different curvatures.

[0151] The first avoidance surface (214a) can form a curved surface. The curved surface may be convex in a direction away from the second central axis (402). As the ironing board (100) rotates around the second central axis (402), the first avoidance surface (214a) may be spaced apart from the back surface of the ironing board (100) at a certain distance.

[0152] The second avoidance surface (214b) may be spaced apart from the back surface of the ironing board (100). The second avoidance surface (214b) may form an inclined surface. The inclined surface may form a slope downward from the support surface (211) toward the seating surface (212).

[0153] The second avoidance surface (214b) can be located inside the radius of rotation of the back surface of the ironing board (100). Therefore, a collision between the ironing board (100) and the avoidance surface (214) can be prevented in the rotation section of the ironing board (100) where the back surface of the ironing board (100) is closer to the seating surface (212) than to the support surface (211).

[0154] The ironing board (100), connecting part (400), and main body (10) can satisfy the following [Mathematical Formula 1].

[0155]

[0156]

[0157] Here, D S1 is the vertical distance from the second central axis (402) to the support surface (211), and D S2 is the horizontal distance from the second central axis (402) to the seating surface (212), and D S3is the maximum distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401), and D S4 may be the distance from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401).

[0158] And D S3 ' can mean the distance from the second central axis (402) to the point where the surface extended on the support surface (211) and the surface extended on the seating surface (212) meet. That is, D S3 ' can mean the distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) when the area of the avoidance surface (214) converges to 0.

[0159] And α may be a cumulative tolerance stack from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401).

[0160] Therefore, according to [Mathematical Formula 1], the back surface of the ironing board (100) can be completely separated from the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) in the storage state and the first state of the ironing system (1). Therefore, collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) can be firmly prevented when switching the state of the ironing system (1) (storage state ↔ first state) (see FIG. 11a and FIG. 12a).

[0161] The shaft member (170) may form a first stepped surface (171), and the connecting part (400) may form a second stepped surface (411). The first stepped surface (171) and the second stepped surface (411) may face each other in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401). As the shaft member (170) rotates relative to the connecting part (400) due to the rotation of the ironing board (100), and the distance from the second central axis (402) to the back surface of the ironing board (100) decreases, the first stepped surface (171) may be seated on the second stepped surface (411).

[0162] In the storage state and the first state of the ironing system (1), the first stepped surface (171) and the second stepped surface (411) may be spaced apart from each other in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401) (see FIG. 11b and FIG. 12b).

[0163] The connecting shaft (410) can be screw-coupled to the shaft member (170) around a first central axis (401) that is perpendicular to the pressing surface (110) at the rear of the pressing surface (110). Thus, as the ironing board (100) rotates while the first central axis (401) is upright, the shaft member (170) rotates with respect to the connecting part (400), thereby allowing the height of the ironing board (100) to be adjusted.

[0164] An axle rotation motor (440) may be coupled to a connecting part (400). The rotation axis of the axle rotation motor (440) may be coupled to an axle member (170). Alternatively, the rotational force of the axle rotation motor (440) may be transmitted to the axle member (170) by means of a gear drive, etc.

[0165] The shaft rotation motor (440) can rotate the shaft member (170) clockwise and counterclockwise around the first central axis (401). Thus, unintended or excessive planar rotation of the ironing board (100) is limited, and depending on the usage state, the control unit can automatically control the planar rotation of the ironing board (100) and the distance between the axes of the ironing board (100) and the connecting part (400).

[0166] As the ironing board (100) rotates clockwise in the first state of the ironing system (1), the ironing system (1) can be switched to a state of use (see FIG. 12a and FIG. 13a). The shaft member (170) and the connecting shaft (410) may be right-hand threads that advance in the axial direction when turned to the right (clockwise).

[0167] Accordingly, as the ironing system (1) is switched from a first state to a usage state, the ironing board (100) may descend so that the back surface of the ironing board (100) may come close to the support surface (211). And as the back surface of the ironing board (100) comes close to the support surface (211), the first stepped surface (171) may be placed on the second stepped surface (411) (see FIG. 13b). When the first stepped surface (171) is placed on the second stepped surface (411), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be placed on the support surface (211). Therefore, D S4 Ga D S4 It can be reduced to '

[0168] Therefore, when switching the state of the ironing system (1) (storage state ↔ first state), collision between the ironing board (100) and the main body (10) is prevented, and buckling of the connecting part (400) caused by the pressure applied to the pressure surface (110) in the usage state of the ironing system (1) can be prevented. In addition, as the first step surface (171) is seated on the second step surface (411), the gap between the back surface of the ironing board (100) and the support surface (211) can be maintained in the usage state. In addition, excessive rotation of the ironing board (100) can be prevented.

[0169] The connecting part (400) and the main body (10) can satisfy the above [Equation 1] and the following [Equation 2].

[0170]

[0171] According to [Mathematical Formula 2], the gap between the back surface of the ironing board (100) and the seating surface (212) in the storage state of the ironing system (1) may be smaller than the gap between the back surface of the ironing board (100) and the support surface (211) in the first state of the ironing system (1). Therefore, the gap between the back surface of the ironing board (100) and the seating surface (212) in the storage state of the ironing system (1) can be minimized to achieve a compact product.

[0172] FIG. 14 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the storage state of the ironing system (1).

[0173] FIG. 15 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a first state of the ironing system (1).

[0174] FIG. 16 is a side view of an ironing system (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing the usage state of the ironing system (1).

[0175] The support surface (211) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state) (see FIG. 15 and FIG. 16). The support surface (211) may be parallel to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is in an upright state (first state and usage state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the support surface (211).

[0176] The seating surface (212) may face the back surface of the ironing board (100) when the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state) (see FIG. 14). The seating surface (212) may be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the first central axis (401) is lying down (storage state and second state), the back surface of the ironing board (100) may be parallel to the seating surface (212).

[0177] The avoidance surface (214) can connect the support surface (211) and the seating surface (212) in the section where the connecting part (400) rotates so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down (see FIG. 14 and FIG. 15). The avoidance surface (214) can be provided inside the rotation radius of the back surface (opposite side of the pressure surface (110)) of the ironing board (100) during the process of rotating the ironing board (100) so that the first central axis (401) stands up or lies down.

[0178] The ironing board (100), the connecting part (400), and the main body (10) can satisfy the above [Equation 1] and the below [Equation 3].

[0179]

[0180] Here, D S1 is the vertical distance from the second central axis (402) to the support surface (211), and D S2 is the horizontal distance from the second central axis (402) to the seating surface (212), and D S3 The maximum distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) in a direction parallel to the first central axis (401) may be the maximum distance.

[0181] According to [Mathematical Equation 3], the area of the avoidance surface (214) can converge to 0. That is, D S3 is D S3 It can be the same as '. D S3 ' may mean the distance from the second central axis (402) to the point where the surface extended on the support surface (211) and the surface extended on the seating surface (212) meet. That is, when the area of the avoidance surface (214) converges to 0, the distance from the second central axis (402) to the avoidance surface (214) is D S3 It could be.

[0182] That is, the avoidance surface (214) can be located at the point where the surface extending from the second central axis (402) on the support surface (211) and the surface extending on the seating surface (212) meet. Thus, the area of the support surface (211) can be expanded. Therefore, the buckling of the connection part (400) caused by the pressure acting on the pressure surface (110) during the use of the ironing system (1) can be minimized.
