In this invention, the Astragalus is obtained in a powdered state by grinding, and it is determined that it has an antioxidant effect when used with meat.

The blood-purifying effects, along with its antibacterial, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory properties, are benefits of mugwort that have been scientifically verified. When such mugwort vinegar is used as a food additive, it can not only enhance the functionality of pork ribs but also have the effect of removing unpleasant odors from food, tenderizing the meat, and improving the taste.

Collagen is a fibrous protein that constitutes connective tissues within the human body, such as skin and cartilage.
