Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a jig for aligning an input gear, and more specifically, to a jig for aligning an input gear that can prevent tooth profile breakage and align to an accurate coupling position during assembly between the input gear of a motor and the spur gear of a reduction gear. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, industrial robots include a motor that generates power and a reduction gear that adjusts the power generated by the motor to the required rotational speed. These motor and reduction gear are coupled such that the input gear provided in the motor meshes with the spur gear provided in the reduction gear, thereby providing the power required for the industrial robot.

[0003] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the state before the motor and the reduction gear are connected, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the state after the motor and the reduction gear are connected.

[0004] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the motor (10) may include a drive shaft (11) that outputs rotational force and an input gear (12) that is coupled to the drive shaft (11) and rotates together with the drive shaft (11). More specifically, the drive shaft (11) may include a drive shaft key (11a) that is formed protruding from one side of the outer surface. Additionally, the input gear (12) may include a gear portion (12a) that transmits rotational force to a reduction gear (20), a drive shaft fastening hole (12b) provided for coupling with the drive shaft (11), and a key groove (12c) provided on the side of the drive shaft fastening hole (12b) so that the drive shaft key (11a) can be inserted. Additionally, the motor (10) may further include a motor fastening bolt (13) for fixing to the reduction gear (20).

[0005] Meanwhile, the reduction gear (20) may include a spur gear (21) that receives rotational force from an input gear (12) configured as described above, and a motor connection part (22) for connection with a motor (10). Here, the motor connection part (22) may include an input gear insertion hole (22a) formed through the spur gear (21) side so that the input gear (12) can mesh with the spur gear (21), and a motor connection bolt hole (22b) provided so that a motor connection bolt (13) is fastened so that the motor (10) can be fixed to the reduction gear (20) while one side of the motor (10) is seated on the motor connection part (22).

[0006] In the conventional case, when combining such a motor (10) and a reduction gear (20), the input gear (12) is inserted into the input gear insertion hole (22a), and the tooth profile between the input gear (12) and the spur gear (21) is not exposed to the outside. Therefore, the operator adjusts the alignment position of the input gear (12) by rotating the motor (10) around the rotation axis of the input gear (12) so that the tooth profiles between the input gear (12) and the spur gear (21) mesh. At this time, tooth profiles of the input gear (12) and the spur gear (21) are damaged, and such damage to the tooth profiles of the input gear (12) and the spur gear (21) causes noise or sounds during operation after assembly is completed, leading to quality issues with the industrial robot. The problem to be solved

[0007] The present embodiment aims to provide an input gear alignment jig that prevents tooth profile breakage and aligns the input gear of a motor and the spur gear of a reduction gear to an accurate coupling position during assembly. means of solving the problem

[0009] The first plate may include at least two fixing arms that are formed to protrude radially with respect to the center of the first plate hole and fix the first plate to the motor fastening part.

[0010] The above fixed arm may include a fixed arm hole provided on the end side and a fixed pin that is coupled through the fixed arm hole and inserted into a motor fastening bolt fastening hole provided on the motor fastening part side.

[0011] The above input gear fixing portion may include a first protrusion formed protruding from one surface of the base portion and inserted and fixed into the first plate hole, and a second protrusion formed protruding from one surface of the first protrusion and inserted and fixed into a drive shaft fastening hole provided in the input gear.

[0012] The above input gear fixing part further includes a key that is formed protrudingly on the outer surface side of the second protrusion and inserted into a key groove provided on the drive shaft fastening hole side, and the key can be arranged in a straight line with the tooth profile of the input gear in the axial direction of the input gear.

[0013] The second plate may further include a second plate hole formed penetrating from the base portion through the first protrusion to the second protrusion.

[0014] The first plate may further include at least one first alignment groove provided on the outer surface side in the thickness direction of the first plate, and the second plate may further include at least one second alignment groove provided on the outer surface side of the base part in the thickness direction of the base part.

[0015] The first alignment groove can be formed so that when the input gear fixed to the second plate is coupled with the spur gear in the correct position, it is positioned on the same line as the second alignment groove.

[0016] The above input gear fixing part further includes a key that is inserted into a key groove provided on the drive shaft fastening hole side and positioned in alignment with the second alignment groove with respect to the center of the second plate, and the key can be positioned in a straight line with the tooth profile of the input gear in the axial direction of the input gear.

[0017] The second alignment groove may be formed to extend from the outer surface of the base portion to one side of the base where the input gear fixing portion is not formed. Effects of the invention

Furthermore, the center axis of the second plate hole (230) is aligned with the center axis of the drive shaft fastening hole (12b).

[0042] Afterward, while the operator holds the grip portion (211) of the second plate (200) to which the input gear (12) is fixed, the gear portion (12a) of the input gear (12) is inserted toward the first plate hole (110), and the second plate (220) is coupled to the first plate (100) so that the outer surface of the second protrusion (212) is inserted into the first plate hole (110). At this time, the first alignment groove (130) and the second alignment groove (212) are arranged in a straight line as shown in FIG. 6. Accordingly, the teeth of the input gear (12) and the spur gear (21) mesh with each other in the correct position, and the assembly between the input gear (12) and the reduction gear (20) can be completed.

[0043] Afterward, the operator separates the second plate (200) from the input gear (12) and separates the first plate (100) from the motor connection part (22) of the reduction gear (20), and then, while holding the motor (10), connects the drive shaft (11) of the motor (10) to the input gear (12) which has been assembled with the spur gear (21) so that the drive shaft (11) of the motor (10) can be inserted into the drive shaft connection hole (12b). At this time, the drive shaft key (11a) is formed in a straight line with the tooth profile of the input gear (12) in the axial direction of the input gear (12) and is inserted into the key groove (12c), thereby enabling alignment between the drive shaft (11) and the input gear (12).

[0044] Afterwards, the assembly between the motor (10) and the reduction gear (20) can be completed by fastening the motor fastening bolt (13) into the motor fastening bolt fastening hole (22b).

[0045] Accordingly, the input gear alignment jig according to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent tooth breakage during assembly between the input gear (12) of the motor (10) and the spur gear (21) of the reduction gear (20) and align them to an accurate coupling position, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the coupling operation between the motor (10) and the reduction gear (20).
