[0021] Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0022] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an antenna guide device according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a rear view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a drawing showing an example in which the antenna guide device of FIG. 1 is installed on a display device.
[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the antenna guide device (100) may include a rotating support member (110), a gripping member (120), and a cabinet member (130).
[0024] The antenna guide device (100) according to the present embodiment may be installed inside the display device (1) and may guide the position of the antenna (A) according to the direction of the image output from the display panel (10). For example, the display device (1) may include a display panel (10) and a back cover (20), and the antenna guide device (100) may be rotatably positioned on the lower rear surface of the display panel (10). Here, the rear surface may refer to a surface where no image is output from the display panel (10).
[0025] The display panel (10) is a panel on which an image is displayed, and may be configured with a light-emitting element for displaying the image, and circuits, wiring, and components for driving the light-emitting element. For example, the display panel (10) may be a panel applied to one selected from a Liquid Crystal Display device (LCD), a Plasma Display Panel device (PDP), a Field Emission Display device (FED), and an Organic Light Emitting Display device (OLED).
[0026] Although not illustrated, the display panel (10) may further include a module cover on its back surface. Due to this module cover, sagging caused by the thin thickness of the display panel (10) can be prevented and strength can be supplemented. When the module cover is placed on the back surface of the display panel (10), the antenna guide device (100) can be coupled to the back surface of the module cover.
[0027] The back cover (20) can cover the back surface of the display panel (10). Due to the configuration of the back cover (20), accidents such as foreign substances penetrating the display panel (10) or damage caused by external impact can be prevented.
[0028] The back cover (20) may include an opening (20a) in which a portion of the lower side is cut so that the antenna guide device (100) can be exposed to the outside. Accordingly, even when the back cover (20) is attached to the back surface of the display panel (10), the antenna guide device (100) is exposed to the outside and can be operated by a user. In this embodiment, the opening (20a) is shown as being formed in the lower right side, but it may also be formed in the lower left side.
[0029] The rotating support member (110) may be rotatably positioned on the back surface of the display panel (10) and may be provided with a guide rail (111) formed long in one direction. For example, the guide rail (111) may be provided in pairs and spaced apart from each other, and a rail groove (111a) may be formed long along the longitudinal direction on the surface facing the cabinet member (130).
[0030] The rotational support member (110) can be rotatably coupled to the display panel (10) using a rib (30) that is rotatably connected to the back surface of the display panel (10). For example, a groove into which the rib (30) can be inserted may be formed on the back surface of the display panel (10). When the rib (30) is inserted into the groove while the rib (30) is fixed to the rotational support member (110), the rib (30) becomes rotatable within the groove of the display panel (10). Therefore, when the rib (30) rotates, the rotational support member (110) can also rotate on the display panel (10). At this time, the rib (30) is formed of an elastic rubber material and can be press-fitted into the groove. Although not illustrated, the connection strength between the rotating support member (110) and the rib (30) can be improved by first connecting the rotating support member (110) using a bolt and then connecting the rib (30) to the bolt.
[0031] The rotating support member (110) may include a support portion (112).
[0032] A support member (112) may have a gripping member (120) detachably coupled to one side, and a guide rail (111) may be extended to one side. For example, the support member (112) may be formed in the shape of a disc, and a coupling hole (112a) into which a rib (30) is inserted and coupled may be formed in the center. That is, the support member (112) is a part connected to the display panel (10), and when an external force is applied, it may rotate clockwise or counterclockwise on the display panel (10).
[0033] A gripping member (120) can be attached to one side of a rotating support member (110). The gripping member (120) can be detachably attached to a support member (112) by having a hook member (121). For example, a pair of fixing holes (112b) may be formed on one side and the other side of the support member (112), and a hook member (121) that is elastically deformed into and inserted into the fixing holes (112b) and fixed may be formed on one side and the other side of the gripping member (120). That is, the gripping member (120) can be detachably attached to a support member (112) by utilizing the tension of the hook member (121).
[0034] The cabinet member (130) may be provided to be linearly movable on a guide rail (111), and may be equipped with an antenna (A) that receives a remote control signal between the cabinet member and the guide rail (111).
[0035] The cabinet member (130) may include a body part (131) and a rail projection (132).
[0036] The body portion (131) can be positioned between a pair of guide rails (111). For example, the body portion (131) can be formed in the shape of a square plate and positioned so that both sides are each located on the guide rails (111).
[0037] The rail protrusion (132) can be bent at both sides of the body portion (131) in the direction where the display panel (10) is located and inserted into the rail groove portion (111a). The end of the rail protrusion (132) can be formed in a shape corresponding to the rail groove portion (111a). For example, if the cross-section of the rail groove portion (111a) is formed in a "T" shape, the cross-section of the rail protrusion (132) can also be formed in a "T" shape. The cross-sections of the rail groove portion (111a) and the rail protrusion (132) are not limited to those exemplified, and can be implemented in various ways as long as the shape prevents the rail protrusion (132) from deviating from the rail groove portion (111a).
[0038] In this way, as the cabinet member (130) is formed to be linearly movable on the guide rail (111) while having the antenna (A), the position of the antenna (A) can be controlled when the cabinet member (130) is moved.
[0039] Meanwhile, the cabinet member (130) may have an open side facing the gripping member (120) to guide the cable (L) connected to the antenna (A). Accordingly, the connection point between the antenna (A) and the cable (L) is located within the cabinet member (130), thereby protecting it from moisture or foreign matter, while preventing the cable (L) from sagging and thus preventing it from breaking.
[0040] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a cabinet member according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] Referring to FIG. 5, the cabinet member (130) may include a fixing part (133) for fixing an antenna (A) on one side. For example, the fixing part (133) may include a seating projection (133a) and a fixing projection (133b).
[0042] The mounting projection (133a) may be formed to protrude from one side of the cabinet member (130) and to surround the corner portion of the antenna (A). For example, if the antenna (A) is formed in a square shape, four mounting projections (133a) may be provided to surround each corner portion of the antenna (A). The fixed position of the antenna (A) can be determined by these mounting projections (133a).
[0043] A plurality of fixing protrusions (133b) may be provided and positioned between the seating protrusions (133a), and may be formed to protrude from one side of the cabinet member (130) to wrap around a portion of the side and one side of the antenna (A). For example, the fixing protrusions (133b) may be provided as a pair and positioned to face each other, and may be provided in an "L" shape to wrap around the side and one side of the antenna (A). By means of these fixing protrusions (133b), the antenna (A) may be prevented from detaching from the cabinet member (130).
[0044] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, the guide rail (111) includes a stopper (113) protruding inward from the end, and the cabinet member (130) may include a detachment prevention part (134) on one side that interferes with the stopper (113).
[0045] Accordingly, when the cabinet member (130) moves along the guide rail (111), the anti-detachment part (134) is caught on the stopper (113), so that the cabinet member (130) can be prevented from detaching from the guide rail (111).
[0046] The anti-detachment member (134) can be positioned adjacent to the gripping member (120). This is because the further the anti-detachment member (134) is positioned from the stopper (113), the greater the travel distance of the cabinet member (130). That is, by positioning the anti-detachment member (134) adjacent to the gripping member (120) located in the opposite direction of the stopper (113), the travel distance of the cabinet member (130) can be maximized.
[0047] Figure 6 is a drawing showing the state in which a cabinet member has moved on a guide rail.
[0048] As illustrated in FIG. 6, when a force is applied in one direction after gripping the cabinet member (130), the cabinet member (130) can move linearly on the guide rail (111). Due to this movement of the cabinet member (130), the antenna (A) coupled to the cabinet member (130) can also move along the cabinet member (130).
[0049] For example, as shown in FIG. 4, in a landscape mode display device (1), when the cabinet member (130) is grasped and moved downward, the cabinet member (130) can protrude outward through the opening (20a) of the back cover (20). At this time, since an antenna (A) is fixed to the cabinet member (130), the antenna (A) can also protrude outward from the back cover (20) to improve the reception strength of the antenna (A).
[0050] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the state in which the display device is rotated 90° from landscape mode to portrait mode, and FIG. 8 is a drawing showing the operation of the antenna guide device when switched from landscape mode to portrait mode.
[0051] In Landscape mode, the display device (1) is positioned horizontally so that the image can be played with the width being long and the height being short, and in Portrait mode, the display device (1) is positioned vertically so that the image can be played with the width being short and the height being long. That is, if the display device (1) is rotated 90° in Landscape mode, the image in Portrait mode can be output.
[0052] At this time, the antenna (A) receiving the remote control signal is preferably located at the lower rear side of the display panel (10) to ensure stable signal transmission and reception with the remote control. However, when switching from landscape mode to portrait mode, the antenna (A) is also rotated 90° and positioned higher than the lower rear side of the display panel (10), so the reception strength may be reduced.
[0053] Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 8, when the display device (1) is switched from landscape mode to portrait mode, the antenna (A) can be positioned in correspondence with the portrait mode by grasping the gripping member (120) and rotating it in one direction. That is, when an external force is applied to the gripping member (120) in the direction in which the display device (1) is rotated, the rotation support member (110) and the cabinet member (130) can rotate in conjunction with this. Accordingly, the antenna (A) fixed to the cabinet member (130) can also rotate and be positioned at the bottom of the display device (1). That is, the antenna (A) can be positioned in the same location as in landscape mode even in portrait mode.
[0054] Meanwhile, if the antenna (A) is shielded by the display panel (10), the reception strength may be reduced. In this case, if the cabinet member (130) placed on the guide rail (111) is moved downward, the antenna (A) may protrude outside the back cover (20) to improve the reception strength.
