Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a label sticker adhesive roll in which a plurality of label stickers are implemented in a roll form, and more specifically, to a functional label sticker adhesive roll that minimizes environmental pollution by not generating release paper after use. Background Technology
[0002] Label stickers are attached to food packaging, such as livestock products, dairy products, and various prepared foods, that are distributed in containers, providing information on the name, country of origin, manufacturing date, and expiration date of the food. Label stickers are used after being cut and separated from a label sheet, which consists of a label base paper printed with label information and a release liner; this is explained in detail as follows.
[0003] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a conventional label sheet composed of a plurality of label stickers.
[0004] The label sheet is composed of a label base paper (1) on which label information is printed, an adhesive layer (2) formed on the back surface of the label sheet (1), and a release paper (3) on which the adhesive layer (2) is attached in a release-safe manner.
[0005] The label sheet (1) has label information (1a) printed repeatedly, and a cutting line (1b) is formed along the border of each label information (1a) so that it can be separated from the label sheet (1).
[0006] The release liner (3) is composed of a release base paper (3a) of the same size as the label sheet (1), a PE layer (3b) formed on the upper surface of the release base paper (3a), and a silicone layer (3c) formed on the upper surface of the PE layer (3b) to which the adhesive layer (2) is adhesively attached in a releaseable manner.
[0007] These label sheets are distributed and stored with the label base paper (1) adhered to the release paper (3) by the adhesive layer (2). When the portion with printed label information (1a) is separated along the cutting line (1b), the separated portion becomes a label sticker (1') that provides label information. Since the adhesive layer (2) is formed on the back of the label sticker (1'), it can be attached to a packaging container.
[0008] Meanwhile, after the label sticker (1') is used, the release paper (3) remains. Since the release paper (3) has a PE layer (3b) and a silicone layer (3c) formed on it that do not biodegrade even after hundreds of years, landfill disposal is prohibited by environmental laws, and accordingly, it is disposed of by incineration.
[0009] However, there was a problem in that when the PE layer (12) is burned, numerous harmful substances are generated, polluting the air, and in particular, among the harmful substances, dioxin is a representative carcinogen and poses a risk to the health of many people.
[0010] Meanwhile, label stickers uniformly specify the expiration date without taking into account the food's storage conditions or other factors.
[0011] However, there are frequent instances where food spoilage occurs even before the expiration date due to poor distribution and storage conditions. Consequently, consumers, unaware of this situation, rely solely on the expiration date to consume the food, leading to problems such as food poisoning. The problem to be solved
[0012] The present invention was created to solve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide a functional label sticker adhesive roll that can reduce waste generation after use by not using a release liner.
[0013] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a functional label sticker adhesive roll that can prevent food poisoning by enabling one to know when food packaged in a packaging container with a label sticker attached has spoiled. means of solving the problem
[0014] To achieve the above objectives, the functional label sticker adhesive roll according to the present invention comprises: a label base paper (10) that is rolled into a roll shape; an information printing layer (20) formed on the upper surface of the label base paper (10), wherein a label information display section (21), in which label information including food name, country of origin, manufacturing date, and expiration date forms a unit, is repeatedly printed; a PE layer (30) formed on the upper surface of the information printing layer (20); a silicone layer (40) formed on the upper surface of the PE layer (30); an adhesive layer (50) formed on the back surface of the label base paper (10); and a cutting line (60) that forms a closed curve shape along the edge of the label information display section (21).
[0015] In the present invention, a discoloration indicator (70) formed on each of the label information display parts (21) is further included, which changes color as the spoilage of the food progresses.
[0016] In the present invention, the adhesive composition constituting the adhesive layer (50) comprises water, butyl acrylate, hexanediol diacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate, vinyl acetate, sipomer COPS-1, fatty alcohol ethoxylate, 2-ethylhexyl prop-2-enoate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomer, disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, octyl phenol ethoxylate, ammonium persulfate, and a catalyst (tert-buty hydroperoxide). It includes a reducing agent, a neutralizing agent (Ammonium hydroxide), and an antifoaming agent.
[0017] In the present invention, the adhesive composition constituting the adhesive layer (50) comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of water, 20 to 30 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 20 to 30 parts by weight of hexanediol diacrylate, 10 to 14 parts by weight of pentaerythritol triacrylate, 18 to 22 parts by weight of vinyl acetate, 0.4 to 0.8 parts by weight of Cypomo COPS-1, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of fatty acid surfactant, 32 to 40 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl prop 2-enoate, 32 to 40 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 15 to 25 parts by weight of disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, 15 to 25 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate, 14 to 22 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate, 0.2 to 0.6 parts by weight of catalyst, and 0.2 to 0.6 parts by weight of reducing agent. It consists of a composition ratio of parts by weight, 1 to 3 parts by weight of neutralizing agent, 0.4 to 1 part by weight of defoaming agent, and 2 to 2.6 parts by weight of emulsifier.
[0018] In the present invention, in order to prepare an adhesive composition constituting the adhesive layer (50), a first reaction composition is prepared by introducing contents composed of water, butyl acrylate, hexanediol diacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate, vinyl acetate, cyphomo COPS-1, and fatty acid surfactant into a reaction vessel (100) in the composition ratio, introducing nitrogen through a nitrogen inlet pipe (150) to replace the inside of the reaction vessel body (110) with a nitrogen atmosphere, and operating a heater (130) to raise the temperature of the contents to 85~95℃ while stirring the contents contained in the stirrer (120); and a monomer mixture is prepared by mixing the 2-ethylhexyl prop 2-enoate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, and octylphenol ethoxylate in the composition ratio in a separate container (not shown). Effects of the invention
[0019] According to the present invention, a label information display section (21) in which label information is repeatedly printed on a label base paper (10) that is rolled into a roll shape, a PE layer (30) formed on the upper surface of the information printing layer (20), a silicone layer (40) formed on the upper surface of the PE layer (30), an adhesive layer (50) formed on the back surface of the label base paper (10), and a cutting line (60) forming a closed curve shape along the edge of the label information display section (21) are included, thereby enabling the storage and distribution of a large number of label stickers, as well as allowing them to be easily separated and used when needed.
[0020] In addition, even though the label sticker is implemented in a roll form, the absence of release paper reduces waste generation after use, thereby contributing to the prevention of environmental pollution.
[0021] In addition, since a discoloration indicator (70) is formed on the label sticker (S) when food spoils (rots), the discoloration indicator (70) responds when the food packaged in the packaging container spoils, thereby allowing the spoilage of the food to be confirmed, thus having the functional effect of preventing food poisoning. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0023] Hereinafter, a functional label sticker adhesive roll according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0024] In the following, terms described as "upper" or "upper" may include not only those directly above in contact but also those above without contact. Terms such as "first," "second," etc., may be used to describe various components, but the components should not be limited by these terms. Terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. A singular expression includes a plural expression unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Furthermore, when a part is described as "comprising" a component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components. Additionally, terms such as "...part," "module," etc., as used in the specification refer to a unit that performs at least one function or operation. Where an embodiment can be implemented differently, a specific process sequence may be performed differently from the order described. For example, two processes described consecutively may be performed substantially simultaneously or proceed in the reverse order of description.
[0025] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a functional label sticker adhesive roll according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view along line III-III of FIG. 2.
[0026] A functional label sticker roll according to the present invention comprises: a label base paper (10) that is rolled into a roll shape; an information printing layer (20) formed on the upper surface of the label base paper (10), wherein a label information display section (21), in which label information including food name, country of origin, manufacturing date, and expiration date forms a unit, is repeatedly printed; a PE layer (30) formed on the upper surface of the information printing layer (20); a silicone layer (40) formed on the upper surface of the PE layer (30); an adhesive layer (50) formed on the back surface of the label base paper (10); and a cutting line (60) that forms a closed curve shape along the edge of the label information display section (21); wherein the part cut by the cutting line (60) becomes a label sticker (S).
[0027] The label base paper (10) is preferably made of a paper material composed of cellulose fibers that can be recycled into relatively low-density tissue paper such as toilet paper, toilet tissue, table napkin, and paper towel when recycled, and has excellent tensile strength, tear strength, elongation, etc.
[0028] The information printing layer (20) is implemented by repeatedly printing a label information display unit (21) in which information including food name, country of origin, manufacturing date and expiration date forms a unit, and is achieved by ink sprayed from a printer or by transfer.
[0029] The PE layer (30) is formed on the upper surface of the information printing layer (20) to prevent the information printing layer (20), which is made of ink, from being exposed to the external environment.
[0030] The label sticker (S) manufactured according to the present invention is attached to a packaging container primarily used for packaging food, and the packaging container is normally stored in a refrigerated or frozen environment, but after being purchased by a consumer, it is transported to its destination while exposed to a room temperature environment.
[0031] During this process, condensation occurs on the label sticker attached to the packaging container due to the temperature difference, and this condensation causes the ink in the information printing layer to bleed, potentially getting on hands or clothes.
[0032] To prevent this, a PE layer (30) is formed on the upper surface of the information printing layer (20) to prevent condensation caused by external temperature conditions from spreading to the information printing layer (20).
[0033] A silicone layer (40) is formed on the upper surface of the PE layer (30) so that when the label base paper (10) is wound into a roll, the adhesive layer (50) adheres in a release-resistant manner. The silicone layer (40) is formed by laminating a release composition consisting of a PVA aqueous solution and a water-soluble silicone resin onto the PE layer (30) and then drying it, thereby forming a shape that adheres to the PE layer (30).
[0034] The release composition is implemented by mixing a silicone resin in a ratio of 400 to 800 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of an aqueous solution of PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol).
[0035] If the silicone resin is 400 parts by weight or less, the release composition becomes too thick and cannot adhere firmly to the PE paper (1), which causes the adhesive layer (50) not to be easily released. Also, if the silicone resin is 800 parts by weight or more, the finished release composition becomes too thin, requiring a long time during the drying process, and consequently, the surface of the finished silicone layer (40) becomes rough. In this case as well, the adhesive layer (50), which will be described later, cannot be easily released.
[0036] The adhesive layer (50) is formed on the back surface of the label base paper (10), so that when the label base paper (10) is wound into a roll shape, the silicone layer (40) is adhered in a release-safe manner.
[0037] The cutting line (60) is formed in the shape of a closed curve along the edge of the label information display portion (21) of the information printing layer (20) printed on the label base paper (10), and the part cut along the cutting line (60) becomes a label sticker (S).
[0038] FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining that a discoloration indicator is formed on a label sticker separated from the label sticker adhesive roll of FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along the VV line of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a drawing for explaining that the discoloration indicator of FIG. 4 is discolored to provide information for a warning.
[0039] The functional label sticker adhesive roll of the present invention further includes a discoloration indicator (70) formed in each of the label information display portions (21) that changes color as the food spoilage progresses; and a plurality of micro-holes (80) that penetrate the label base paper (10) to communicate with the discoloration indicator (70).
[0040] The color change indicator (70) is formed in a specific area of the label information indicator (21) that is repeatedly printed on the information printing layer (20), and is formed on the label sticker (S) separated from the label sticker adhesive roll. The color change indicator (70) is implemented by applying a color change ink that changes color in response to the pH of a chemical substance generated when food spoils, and is not visible normally, but when it changes color as the food contained in the packaging container spoils, it displays words such as "Caution: Spoilage" or "Danger."
[0041] The color-changing ink forming the color-changing indicator (70) comprises a pH-sensitive indicator that changes color according to the pH range, a solvent that dissolves the pH-sensitive indicator, and an adsorption compound that can adsorb gas by stirring with the solvent. Examples of such pH-sensitive indicators include phenolphthalein, methyl red, methyl yellow, thymol blue, bromothymol blue, etc.
[0042] The microholes (80) are formed by repeatedly punching the area where the discoloration indicator is formed, using a needle punch in which numerous needles with a diameter of 0.1 to 0.3 mm, preferably 0.2 mm, are arranged in the horizontal and vertical directions, as shown in FIG. 6. The microholes (80) form a matrix shape in the horizontal and vertical directions and guide the gas (chemical substance) generated when the packaged food in the packaging container deteriorates to the discoloration indicator (70), thereby causing the discoloration indicator (70) to change color.
[0043] Here, if the diameter of the needle constituting the needle punch is 0.1 mm or less, the micro-hole (80) is blocked by the physical properties of the label base paper (10), and if it is 0.3 mm or more, the composition constituting the adhesive layer (50) penetrates and blocks it.
[0044] Figure 7 is a drawing for explaining the detailed configuration by extracting the color change indicator of Figure 4.
[0045] The color change indicator (70) comprises a first index pixel (71a) made of a first color change ink that changes color in a specific pH range, and a second color change ink having a pH color change range different from that of the first index pixel.
[0046] A number of color-changing pixels (71) are formed, each unit comprising a second index pixel (71b) and a third index pixel (71c) made of a second color-changing ink having a pH color-changing range different from the first and second index pixels (71a) (71b).
[0047] For example, the first index pixel (71a) is discolored by gas (chemical substance) generated when land meat, such as pig or cow, spoils, the second index pixel (71b) is discolored by gas generated when vegetables spoil, and the third index pixel (71c) is discolored by gas generated when soybean food, such as tofu, spoils.
[0048] The color change indicator (70) is composed of a color change pixel (71) that forms a unit of the first, second, and third index pixels (71a)(71b)(71c), and the corresponding index pixel changes color due to spoilage occurring at an unspecified time in various materials constituting the food, and accordingly, the entire color change indicator (70) changes to a specific color, thereby allowing the consumer to check the manufacturing date and expiration date printed on the color change indicator (70).
[0049] Furthermore, even if the expiration date has not yet passed, it provides an opportunity to carefully check whether the packaged food has spoiled, thereby preventing potential food poisoning incidents.
[0050] Figure 8 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a reaction vessel for manufacturing an adhesive composition that becomes the adhesive layer of Figure 2.
[0051] The reaction vessel (100) comprises a reaction vessel body (110) that is isolated from the external environment by having a cover (111) for containing the contents to be stirred, a stirrer (120) supported by the cover (111) of the reaction vessel body (110) for stirring the contents contained in the reaction vessel body (110), a heater (130) wound around the reaction vessel body (110) for heating the contents contained therein, a sensor unit (140) for measuring the temperature of the contents being heated, a nitrogen inlet pipe (150) for introducing nitrogen to create a nitrogen atmosphere, and a contents inlet pipe (160) for introducing additional contents to be stirred from the outside.
[0052] The stirrer (120) includes a stirring motor (121) supported by the cover (111) of the reaction vessel body, a shaft (122) supported by the stirring motor (121) and entering the inside of the reaction vessel body (110), and a plurality of stirring blades (123) installed on the shaft (122). As the stirring motor (121) operates, the stirrer (120) rotates the stirring blades (123) connected to the shaft (122), thereby allowing various types of compositions introduced into the reaction vessel body (110) to be uniformly stirred.
[0053] A heater (130) is installed to be wound around the outer surface of the reaction vessel body (110) and raises the temperature of the contained contents to 90 to 95°C. As the heater (130) heats the contents contained in the reaction vessel body (110), various compositions introduced therein react with each other, allowing a high-quality adhesive composition to be produced quickly.
[0054] The sensor unit (140) is composed of a rod (141) that extends to the inside of the contents supported by the reaction vessel body cover (111) and a temperature sensor (142) installed at the end of the rod (141) to measure the temperature of the contents. At this time, the temperature sensor (142) is spaced apart from the inner surface of the reaction vessel body (110), and accordingly, the temperature sensor (142) can accurately measure the temperature of the contents contained in the reaction vessel body (110) without being obstructed by the heater (130).
[0055] The sensor unit (140) measures the temperature of the contents and generates a corresponding signal, thereby controlling the heater (130) so that the contents do not rise above a set temperature.
[0056] The nitrogen inlet tube (150) is supported on the reactor body cover (111), and by introducing nitrogen, the inside of the reactor body (110) is replaced with a nitrogen atmosphere, thereby preventing an oxidation reaction from occurring during the series of processes for manufacturing the adhesive composition.
[0057] The contents input pipe (160) allows various types of compositions to be added into the closed reaction vessel body (110) during a series of processes for manufacturing an adhesive composition.
[0058] The adhesive layer (50) produced using the above reaction vessel (100) comprises water, butyl acrylate, hexanediol diacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate, vinyl acetate, sipomer COPS-1, fatty alcohol ethoxylate, 2-ethylhexyl prop-2-enoate, and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomer. It consists of an adhesive composition comprising disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, octyl phenol ethoxylate, ammonium persulfate, tert-buty hydroperoxide, a reducing agent, ammonium hydroxide, and an antifoaming agent.
[0059] The adhesive composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of water, 20 to 30 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 20 to 30 parts by weight of hexanediol diacrylate, 10 to 14 parts by weight of pentaerythritol triacrylate, 18 to 22 parts by weight of vinyl acetate, 0.4 to 0.8 parts by weight of Cyfomo COPS-1, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of fatty acid surfactant, 32 to 40 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl prop 2-enoate, 32 to 40 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 15 to 25 parts by weight of disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, 15 to 25 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate, 14 to 22 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate, 0.2 to 0.6 parts by weight of catalyst, 0.2 to 0.6 parts by weight of reducing agent, 1 to 3 parts by weight of neutralizing agent, and defoaming agent. It consists of a composition ratio of 0.4 to 1 part by weight of emulsifier and 2 to 2.6 parts by weight of emulsifier.
[0060] More preferably, the adhesive composition comprises 100 parts by weight of water, 25 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, 25 parts by weight of hexanediol diacrylate, 12 parts by weight of pentaerythritol triacrylate, 20 parts by weight of vinyl acetate, 0.6 parts by weight of Cypomo COPS-1, 0.8 parts by weight of fatty acid surfactant, 36 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl prop 2-enoate, 36 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 20 parts by weight of disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, 20 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate, 18 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate, 0.4 parts by weight of catalyst, 0.4 parts by weight of reducing agent, 2 parts by weight of neutralizing agent, 0.7 parts by weight of defoaming agent, and a composition ratio of 2.3 parts by weight.
[0061] The emulsifier allows the above compositions to mix with each other to form a stable emulsion.
[0062] Antifoaming agents are used to remove air bubbles from the finished adhesive composition.
[0063] In order to manufacture an adhesive composition constituting the adhesive layer (50) above, a composition consisting of water, butyl acrylate, hexanediol diacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate, vinyl acetate, cyphomo COPS-1, and fatty acid surfactant is introduced into a reaction vessel (100) in the above composition ratio, nitrogen is introduced through a nitrogen inlet pipe (150) to replace the inside of the reaction vessel body (110) with a nitrogen atmosphere, and while the stirrer (120) is stirring the contents contained therein, a heater (130) is operated to raise the temperature of the contents to 85~95℃, preferably 90℃, thereby performing a step (S1) of manufacturing a first reaction composition.
[0064] Next, a monomer mixture is prepared by mixing 2-ethylhexyl prop 2-enoate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, disodium ethoxylated nonylphenol, and octylphenol ethoxylate in the above compositional ratio in a separate container (not shown), and the monomer mixture is introduced into a reaction vessel body (110) and stirred with the first reaction composition to prepare a turbid mixture composition (S2).
[0065] Next, while maintaining the internal temperature of the reaction vessel body (110) at 84 to 86°C, preferably 85°C, the mixed composition prepared in step (S2) and the ammonium persulfate solution are uniformly and continuously fed into the reaction vessel body (110) for 200 to 220 minutes, preferably 210 minutes, and when the feeding is completed, the second reaction composition is prepared by aging at 80°C for 1 hour.
[0066] Next, when the aging is completed in step (S3), step (S4) of preparing a third reaction composition is performed by maintaining the inside of the reaction vessel body (110) at a temperature of 64 to 66°C, preferably 65°C, and adding the catalyst and reducing agent at the above composition ratio twice at 20-minute intervals.
[0067] Next, with the reaction vessel body (110) lowered to a temperature of 26 to 30°C, preferably 28°C, a step (S5) is performed to complete the adhesive composition by mixing a neutralizing agent, an antifoaming agent, and an emulsifier into the third reaction composition in the above composition ratio.
[0068] This adhesive composition is applied to the back surface of the label base paper (10) to form an adhesive layer (50).
[0069] Thus, according to the present invention, a label information display section (21) in which label information is repeatedly printed on a label base paper (10) that is rolled into a roll shape, a PE layer (30) formed on the upper surface of the information printing layer (20), a silicone layer (40) formed on the upper surface of the PE layer (30), an adhesive layer (50) formed on the back surface of the label base paper (10), and a cutting line (60) forming a closed curve shape along the edge of the label information display section (21) are included, thereby enabling the storage and distribution of a large quantity of label stickers, as well as allowing them to be easily separated and used when needed.
[0070] In addition, even though the label sticker is implemented in a roll form, the absence of release paper reduces waste generation after use, thereby contributing to the prevention of environmental pollution.
[0071] And, as a discoloration indicator (70) is formed on the label sticker (S) when food spoils (rots), the discoloration indicator (70) responds when the food packaged in the packaging container spoils, thereby allowing the spoilage of the food to be confirmed, thus having the functionality to prevent food poisoning.
[0072] The present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom.
