Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a stapler, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly stapler for stapleless vinyl packaging that can bind multiple vinyls together to perform packaging without using staples. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, a stapler (also known as a Hotchkiss) is equipped with a metal pin shaped like a bracket, so that the bent pin part of the pin penetrates the paper due to the pressing force of the Hotchkiss, and the pressing force causes the pin part to bend inward on both sides that have penetrated, thereby enabling the paper to be stapled together.

[0004] The above stapler essentially requires a metal pin as a binding member.

[0005] Therefore, depending on the thickness and purpose of the paper binder, it is manufactured and used with the size of the stapler and the corresponding size of the staples.

[0006] Paper bound by a stapler using the above-mentioned staples as binding materials has the effect of maintaining the binding because the staple portion of the staples maintains the binding force. However, when paper such as documents for security is torn or the staples are removed, it is put into a disposal machine such as a shredder to shred and dispose of. When paper is torn and disposed of, there is a risk of being pricked by the staples, and furthermore, when disposed of in a shredder, if the staples are not removed one by one, it causes problems such as damage to the shredder blades and other malfunctions of the shredder.

[0007] Furthermore, when reusing paper, the metal pins must be removed one by one; if the paper is used in photocopiers and printers without removing them, the unremoved pins damage the drum and surrounding components, causing serious damage to the photocopier and printer.

[0008] In particular, conventional staplers are frequently used to seal the openings of plastic bags.

[0009] In the case of bread, snacks, vegetables, etc., unless they come sealed at the factory, they are usually temporarily packaged on-site by putting the product in a plastic bag, folding the opening one or two times, and pressing it with a stapler.

[0010] While this has the advantage of facilitating subsequent opening of the packaging, it is inconvenient to remove the metal core upon actual opening, and the continuous use of the core leads to ongoing problems of increased costs and environmental pollution. Prior art literature

[0034] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0035] FIG. 1 is a photograph showing the external appearance of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the internal structure of an eco-friendly stapler for stapleless vinyl packaging, which is an embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 1. Referring to the illustration, the present invention can be implemented by including a fixing die part (100), a pressing die part (200), a cutting punching part (300), a cutting guide part (400), a clamping die part (500), and a pressure block part (600).

[0037] First, the fixed die part (100) above will be described.

[0038] The above fixed die part (100) has a structure in which an installation space is formed inside to provide a space for installing the above cutting punching part (300), cutting guide part (400), clamping die part (500), and pressure block part (600) inside.

[0039] And it can be hinge-coupled to the above-mentioned pressing die part (200) to support the pressing force of the above-mentioned pressing die part (200).

[0041] Next, the above-mentioned pressing die part (200) will be described.

[0042] The above pressing die part (200) is rotatably coupled to one end of the above fixed die part (100) by a hinge pin, and is configured to rotate by force due to the user's grip strength.

[0043] The above pressing die part (200) can be implemented in detail with a rotating support plate (210), a pressing cover (220), and a pressing pin (230).

[0044] The above-mentioned rotating support plate (210) may be a roughly triangular flat plate member as illustrated, and a hinge pin passes through one side to be hinge-coupled to the above-mentioned fixed die part (100) so as to be rotatable.

[0045] And the above-mentioned pressing cover (220) is formed long so that it can be gripped by an actual user and has a rounded surface so that grip strength can be easily applied while wrapped around the hand.

[0046] At this time, the rotating support plate (210) may be formed in a structure that is connected to or integrally extended from the lower part of the pressing cover (220), and it is preferable that a pair of the rotating support plates (210) are formed on each side of the lower part of the pressing cover (220).

[0047] Additionally, the pressing pin (230) can be horizontally connected across the rotating support plate (210), and the pressing pin (230) performs the function of pressing the clamping die part (500) and the pressure block part (600) to lower them.

[0049] Next, the cutting punching part (300) is described with reference to FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the cutting punch of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 2.

[0050] The above-mentioned cutting punching part (300) is rotatably installed on the inner bottom of the above-mentioned fixed die part (100).

[0051] Specifically, the above-mentioned cutting punching unit (300) may be composed of a base frame (310), a cutting punch (320), and a return spring (330).

[0052] The base frame (310) is fixed to the inner bottom of the fixed die part (100) and has a structure in which a vertical support (311) is formed.

[0053] And the above-mentioned cutting punch (320) can form an approximate 'L' shape by vertically combining the punch (321) and the rotating lever (323), and the corner portion is rotatably connected to the end of the support (311).

[0054] Here, the punch (321) is vertically provided and has a cutting blade (322) formed at the top that is 'U' shaped and inclined.

[0055] Additionally, the rotation lever (323) may be formed with a uniform thickness, but as illustrated, it may be a structure with steps formed at different heights. This allows the lower end of the rotation guide pin (530), which will be described later, to contact and push against the relatively lower step, thereby easily rotating the cutting punch (320).

[0056] Additionally, a return spring (330), which is a compression spring, is provided between the rotation lever (323) and the base frame (310) to provide elastic support. Accordingly, the return spring (330) applies an elastic force that reverses the rotation of the rotation lever (323) in the opposite direction to the rotation direction, thereby returning it to its original position.

[0058] Next, the above-mentioned cutting guide piece (400) will be described with reference to FIG. 4. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the cutting guide piece of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 2.

[0059] The above-mentioned cutting guide section (400) is configured to cut the vinyl and guide the rotation of the above-mentioned cutting punching section (300) to the cut area.

[0060] As described above, the cutting guide plate (400) may be composed of a guide plate body (410) having a flat plate shape and a fixing body (420) that is bent vertically at the bottom of the guide plate body (410).

[0061] At this time, the fixed body (420) is coupled to the fixed die part (100) or the base frame (310) so that the guide plate body (410) is fixed vertically.

[0062] The above-mentioned guide body (410) has a pointed top end, an upper guide hole (411) in the shape of an elongated hole is formed on the upper end, and a lower guide hole (412) in the shape of an elongated hole is also formed on the lower end.

[0063] Importantly, the above-mentioned cutting guide piece (400) is positioned at a certain distance from the above-mentioned cutting punching piece (300), and is provided with a part of the above-mentioned rotating lever (323) inserted into the above-mentioned lower guide hole (412).

[0065] Next, the clamping die part (500) is described.

[0066] The clamping die section (500) clamps the vinyl to be packaged together with the pressure block section (600) described later and guides the upward movement of the cutting punching section (300) and the cutting guide section (400).

[0067] The clamping die portion (500) is located on the upper side of the fixed die portion (100), and a first through hole (510) and a second through hole (520) are formed in the front and extend vertically.

[0068] That is, the first through hole (510) is formed at a position through which the cutting punch (320) of the cutting punching part (300) can pass, and the second through hole (520) is formed at a position through which the guide plate body (410) of the cutting guide plate part (400) can pass.

[0069] Accordingly, when the clamping die part (500) is lowered, the cutting punch (320) and the guide plate body (410) can be exposed to the upper outside by passing through the first through hole (510) and the second through hole (520), respectively.

[0070] In addition, a lifting spring (540) is provided between the bottom of the clamping die part (500) and the fixed die part (100) so that the clamping die part (500) is elastically supported and the lowered clamping die part (500) can be raised again to restore it to its original position.

[0072] Next, the above-mentioned pressure block section (600) will be described.

[0073] The above pressure block section (600) is provided at a certain distance above the clamping die section (500).

[0074] At this time, the gap should be wide enough to allow approximately 4 to 5 sheets of vinyl to be easily inserted when stacked.

[0075] And, on the lower surface of the above-mentioned pressure block part (600), an insertion hole (610) is formed so that the cutting punching part (300) and the cutting guide part (400), which are exposed to the upper side of the above-mentioned clamping die part (500), can be inserted simultaneously.

[0076] In addition, the above-mentioned pressure block (600) is provided to have a sufficient vertical length to be pressed by the above-mentioned press cover (220).

[0077] Therefore, when the above-mentioned pressing cover (220) is pressed, the vinyl (V) sandwiched between the above-mentioned pressure block part (600) and the clamping die part (500) can be strongly compressed and clamped.

[0079] As another embodiment of the present invention, a heat fusion means (700) may be provided on the surface of the side where the vinyl (V) is in contact with either the clamping die part (500) or the pressure block part (600), or both.

[0080] The above-mentioned heat fusion means (700) is a means for melting and joining vinyl, and after the cut tab (T) of the perforated vinyl (V) is inserted into the cut hole (S), the cut tab (T) can be heat-fused to completely join them.

[0081] Specifically, the heat fusion means (700) may be implemented as a heating part (710) having a heating wire built in, a support part (720) installed opposite to the heating part (710) to support contact with the heating part (710), and a power supply part (730) that supplies current to the heating part (710).

[0082] The heating part (710) may be in the shape of a flat plate of a certain length and may be provided across the interior of the pressure block part (600). In this case, the support part (720) may be provided across the interior of the clamping die part (500) and arranged to face each other with the vinyl (V) in the middle.

[0083] Of course, conversely, the heating part (710) can be installed inside the clamping die part (500), and the support part (720) can be installed inside the pressure block part (600).

[0084] The power supply unit (730) may be installed within the space inside the fixed die unit (100), the clamping die unit (500), or the pressure block unit (600). Alternatively, a separate case (not shown) for accommodating a battery may be provided externally, or a charging method may be used.

[0085] Preferably, a switch (not shown) electrically connected to the power supply unit (730) is provided on the pressing cover (220) so that current can be supplied to the heating wire by pressing the switch.

[0087] The operation process of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the state after operation of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a state diagram showing the state of packaging vinyl using the present invention.

[0088] First, a stacked vinyl (V) that needs to be packaged is placed between the clamping die part (500) and the pressure block part (600), and the pressing die part (200) is pressed by hand.

[0089] The above-mentioned pressing pin (230) lowers the clamping die portion (500) and the above-mentioned pressing cover (220) presses the pressure block portion (600), so that the vinyl is compressed between the clamping die and the pressure block portion and clamped so as not to move.

[0090] And as the clamping die part (500) continues to descend, the cutting punching part (300) passes through the first through hole (510) and cuts the vinyl into a 'U' shape to form a cutting tab (T), and the cutting guide part (400) passes through the second through hole (520) and cuts the vinyl (V) to form a cutting hole (S).

[0091] Subsequently, as the rotation guide pin (530) presses the rotation lever (323), the cutting punch (320) rotates, and the cutting tab (T') mounted on the cutting blade (322) also rotates and is drawn into the upper guide hole (411) together with the cutting blade (322).

[0092] Eventually, the cut tab (T) that has been inserted is inserted into the cut hole and is placed on the lower side of the vinyl (V) as shown in Fig. 6.

[0093] In this state, when the above switch is pressed to heat the heating wire, the vinyl and the cut tab (T) are heat-fused and bonded by the heat-fusion means (700), so that packaging is completed.

[0095] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the drawings according to embodiments thereof, those skilled in the art will be able to make various applications and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the above content.
