[0048] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, an electronic contactor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
[0049] The electronic contactor (100) is electrically connected to an external power source and a load, respectively. The electronic contactor (100) can selectively electrically power the external power source and the load. Specifically, some components of the electronic contactor (100) are electrically connected to an external power source, and other components of the electronic contactor (100) are electrically connected to an external load.
[0050] Some of the above components and other components are electrically connected to or separated from each other by an applied control power source. Accordingly, external power sources and loads may be electrically connected to or disconnected from each other.
[0051] The electronic contactor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention can be remotely controlled. Accordingly, the electronic contactor (100) can connect to or disconnect external power and loads so that power can be supplied even when an operator is not located nearby.
[0052] The process of the electronic contactor (100) connecting or disconnecting an external power source and load to enable power flow is a well-known technique, so a detailed description will be omitted.
[0053] Additionally, the electronic contactor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include another configuration for monitoring the contact status of the part configuration and the other configuration. The other configuration may monitor any information related to the contact status of the part configuration and the other configuration. [0054] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, an electronic contactor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a first housing (110), a second housing (120), a magnetic housing (140), and a contact portion (150).
[0055] The first housing (110) is formed to accommodate a magnetic housing (140). The first housing (110) may be formed from an electrically insulating material and a thermally insulating material. Additionally, the first housing (110) may be formed from a high-rigidity material.
[0056] And, the first housing (110) is combined with the second housing (120). And, the first housing (110) is provided with a first cover hole (111) through which a first fixed contact (131) passes and a second cover hole (112) through which a second fixed contact (132) passes.
[0057] And, a portion of the first fixed contact (131) is exposed to the outside of the cover (110) through the first cover hole (111). And, a portion of the second fixed contact (132) is exposed to the outside of the cover (110) through the second cover hole (112).
[0058] The second housing (120) is combined with the first housing (140). The second housing (120) may be formed from an electrically insulating material and a thermally insulating material. Additionally, the second housing (120) may be formed from a high-rigidity material. In one embodiment, the second housing (120) may be formed from the same material as the first housing (140).
[0059] The magnetic housing (140) is formed to surround a part of the contact portion (150). Additionally, the magnetic housing (140) can be combined with the second housing (120). At this time, when the magnetic housing (140) and the second housing (120) are combined, the contact portion (150) is accommodated between the magnetic housing (140) and the second housing (120).
[0060] Also, the magnetic housing (140) may be formed from an electrical insulating material and a thermal insulating material. [0061] Additionally, the magnetic housing (140) may be formed from a high-rigidity material. Furthermore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic housing (140) may be formed from a synthetic resin material such as reinforced plastic.
[0062] And, the magnetic housing (140) may have a first side (141), a second side (142), and a third side (143). The first side (141) is open. The second side (142) is formed on the opposite side of the first side (141). And, the third side (143) is formed between the first side (141) and the second side (142).
[0063] Additionally, the magnetic housing (140) may have a fourth side (144), a fifth side (not shown), and a sixth side (not shown). The fourth side (144) extends from the third side (143) and is formed between the first side (141) and the second side (142). The fifth side extends from the fourth side (144) and is formed between the first side (141) and the second side (142). Additionally, the fifth side is formed on the opposite side of the third side (143). The sixth side extends from the fifth side (144) and is formed between the first side (141) and the second side (142). Additionally, the sixth side is formed on the opposite side of the fourth side (144).
[0064] Additionally, a plurality of magnetic bodies (not shown) may be provided in the magnetic body housing (140). In this case, the first auxiliary contact (133) and the second auxiliary contact (134) may be positioned between the first fixed contact (131) and the second fixed contact (132).
[0073] Additionally, the electronic contactor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include terminals (321, 322) connected to auxiliary contacts (133, 134). The terminals (321, 322) include a first terminal (321) connected to a first auxiliary contact (133) and a second terminal (322) connected to a second auxiliary contact (134). The terminals (321, 322) will be described later with reference to the drawings.
[0075] FIG. 5 is a perspective view focusing on the first housing and guide portion of an electronic contactor according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a perspective view focusing on the first housing and guide portion of an electronic contactor according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a perspective view focusing on the terminals of an electronic contactor according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a plan view focusing on the arrangement of the terminals of an electronic contactor according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0076] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 8, an electronic contactor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a guide portion (145) formed integrally with terminals (321, 322).
[0077] The guide portion (145) serves to guide and support the terminals (321, 322). It extends from the second side (142) toward the first side (141). The guide portion (145) is coupled to the third side (143).
[0078] Additionally, the guide section (145) includes a first guide section (145a) coupled to the first terminal (321), a second guide section (145b) coupled to the second terminal (322), and a third guide section (145c) connecting the first guide section (145a) and the second guide section (145b). Additionally, the first guide section (145a) and the second guide section (145b) are formed side by side with each other. At this time, the first guide section (145a) is manufactured with the first terminal (321) by an insert injection method, and the second guide section (145b) is manufactured with the second terminal (322) by an insert injection method.
[0079] Also, the third guide part (145c) performs the role of stably supporting the space between the first guide part (145a) and the second guide part (145b). [0084] A first insertion hole (320a) is formed in the first terminal body portion (321a). Then, the first terminal body portion (321a) is electrically connected by contacting the first auxiliary contact (133).
[0085] The first extension portion (331) extends from the first terminal body portion (321a) toward the guide portion (145). Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the first extension portion (331) extends from the first terminal body portion (321a) along a direction parallel to the direction in which a plurality of fixed contacts (131, 132) are arranged. Furthermore, the first extension portion (331) is formed integrally with the second side (142).
[0086] The second extension part (351) extends from the first extension part (331). At this time, the second extension part (351) extends from the first extension part (331) to the second side (142) in a direction parallel to the direction toward the first side (141). And, the second extension part (351) is formed integrally with the first guide part (145a).
[0087] The first protrusion (311) extends from the second extension (351). At this time, the first protrusion (311) is formed to protrude in a direction parallel to the direction from the first side (141) toward the second side (142). Also, the first protrusion (311) is formed integrally with the first guide protrusion (145e).
[0088] Additionally, as illustrated in FIG. 7, a second insertion hole (320b) into which a second auxiliary contact (134) is inserted is formed in the second terminal (322). As the second auxiliary contact (134) is inserted into the second insertion hole (320b), the second auxiliary contact (134) is electrically connected to the second terminal (322). The second terminal (322) includes a second terminal body part (322a), a third extension part (332), a fourth extension part (352), and a second protrusion part (312).
[0089] A second insertion hole (320b) is formed in the second terminal body part (322a). Then, the second terminal body part (322a) is electrically connected by contacting the second auxiliary contact (134).
[0090] The third extension portion (332) extends from the second terminal body portion (322a) toward the guide portion (145). Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the third extension portion (332) extends from the second terminal body portion (322a) along a direction parallel to the direction in which a plurality of fixed contacts (131, 132) are arranged. Furthermore, the third extension portion (332) is formed integrally with the second side (142).
[0091] The fourth extension part (352) extends from the third extension part (332). At this time, the fourth extension part (352) extends from the third extension part (332) in a direction parallel to the direction toward the first side (141) toward the second side (142). And, the fourth extension part (352) is integrally combined with the second guide part (145b).
[0092] The second protrusion (312) extends from the fourth extension (352). At this time, the second protrusion (312) is formed to protrude in a direction parallel to the direction from the first side (141) toward the second side (142). Additionally, the second protrusion (312) is formed integrally with the second guide protrusion (145g).
[0093] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal (321) may include a first connecting part (341) connecting the first extension part (331) and the second extension part (351). And, the first connecting part (341) and the second connecting part (342) may make the distance between the second extension part (351) and the fourth extension part (352) smaller than the distance between the first extension part (331) and the third extension part (332).
[0094] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal (321) includes a third connecting part (361) that connects the second extension part (351) and the first protrusion (311). And, as the third connecting part (361) separates the second extension part (351) and the first protrusion (311), it prevents electrical interference from occurring between the second extension part (351) and the first protrusion (311).
[0095] Likewise, the second terminal (322) includes a fourth connecting part (362) that connects the fourth extension part (352) and the second protrusion (312). And, as the fourth connecting part (362) separates the fourth extension part (352) and the second protrusion (312), electrical interference between the fourth extension part (352) and the second protrusion (312) is prevented.
[0096] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second fixed contact (132) is positioned between the first extension part (331) and the third extension part (332). At this time, the first extension part (331) and the third extension part (332) are formed in a curved shape to correspond to the outer side of the second fixed contact (132). Furthermore, as the first extension part (331) and the third extension part (332) are positioned at a constant distance from the second fixed contact (132), electrical interference caused by the second fixed contact (132) is prevented.
[0097] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal (321) includes a first coupling portion (321b) that is coupled to the second side (142). The first coupling portion (321b) fixes the first terminal (321) to the second side (142). Accordingly, the first coupling portion (321b) restricts the movement of the first terminal (321) so as to stably maintain the coupling state between the first terminal (321) and the first auxiliary contact (133).
[0098] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second terminal (322) includes a second coupling part (322b) that is coupled to the second side (142). The second coupling part (322b) fixes the second terminal (322) to the second side (142). Accordingly, the second coupling part (322b) restricts the movement of the second terminal (322) and stably maintains the coupling state between the second terminal (322) and the second auxiliary contact (134).
[0099] Additionally, the first coupling part (321b) extends from the first terminal body part (321a) in a direction away from the second coupling part (322b). And, the second coupling part (322b) extends from the second terminal body part (322a) in a direction away from the first coupling part (321b). That is, as the first coupling part (321b) and the second coupling part (322b) are positioned to be spaced as far apart as possible from the first fixed contact (131) and the second fixed contact (132), respectively, the transmission of electromagnetic waves generated between the first fixed contact (131) and the second fixed contact (132) to the first coupling part (321b) and the second coupling part (322b) is minimized.
[0100] Additionally, the first coupling part (321b) and the second coupling part (322b) are arranged symmetrically with respect to each other. Accordingly, even if vibration occurs due to the operation of the electronic contactor, the first coupling part (321b) and the second coupling part (322b) can each maintain a balanced coupling state with the first auxiliary contact (133) and the second auxiliary contact (134), respectively.
[0101] Additionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first extension part (331) extends from the first terminal body part (321a) along a direction parallel to the direction in which a plurality of fixed contacts (131, 132) are arranged. And, the third extension part (332) extends from the second terminal body part (322a) along a direction parallel to the direction in which a plurality of fixed contacts (131, 132) are arranged. Accordingly, the first extension part (331) and the third extension part (332) are positioned adjacent only to the second fixed contact (132) and positioned as far as possible from the first fixed contact (131).
[0102] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first coupling part (321b) is positioned vertically with respect to the first extension part (331). And, the second coupling part (322b) is positioned vertically with respect to the third extension part (332). Accordingly, the first coupling part (321b) and the second coupling part (322b) are positioned at maximum distance from a plurality of fixed contact points (131, 132), and electrical interference between the first extension part (331) and the third extension part (332) can be minimized.
[0104] FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the first housing of an electronic contactor according to an embodiment of the present invention excluded, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the appearance of the electronic contactor before resin is injected into the injection port according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the appearance of the electronic contactor after resin has been injected into the injection port according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0105] Referring to FIGS. 9 to 11, an injection port (210) into which resin is injected is formed on the second side (142) of the magnetic housing (140).
[0106] In this case, the resin may be a resin having insulating properties. For example, the resin may be an epoxy resin. However, the resin is not limited to epoxy resin and may be various resins having insulating properties.
[0107] An injection port (210) is formed between the first auxiliary contact (133) and the second auxiliary contact (134). Additionally, on the second side (142) of the magnetic housing (140), a first wall (142i) partitioning the space between the injection port (210) and the first auxiliary contact (133) and a second wall (142j) partitioning the space between the injection port (210) and the second auxiliary contact (134) are formed.
[0108] At this time, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the first coupling part (321b) extends from the first terminal body part (321a) in a direction away from the injection port (210). And, the second coupling part (322b) extends from the second terminal body part (322a) in a direction away from the injection port (210). That is, the first coupling part (321b) and the second coupling part (322b) extend in the opposite direction of the injection port (210) with the injection port (210) as the center.
[0109] And, as shown in FIG. 10, the resin is injected into the injection port (210) from the upper side of the magnetic housing (140).
[0110] And, the resin is introduced between the second side (142) of the magnetic housing (140) and the contact portion (150) through the injection port (210).
[0111] At this time, as illustrated in FIG. 11, a first resin portion (220) formed by curing the resin is provided in the injection port (120). And, a second resin portion (221, 222) formed by curing the resin is provided between the second side (142) of the magnetic housing (140) and the contact portion (150).
[0112] The first resin part (220) is positioned between the first fixed contact (131) and the second fixed contact (132). Accordingly, the first resin part (220) insulates the first fixed contact (131) and the second fixed contact (132), thereby preventing electrical interference between the first fixed contact (131) and the second fixed contact (132).
[0113] The second resin portion (221, 222) prevents a gap from being formed between the second side (142) of the magnetic housing (140) and the contact portion (150), and has the advantage of increasing the strength of the magnetic housing (140).
[0114] And, as shown in FIG. 11, the second resin part (221, 222) wraps around the first auxiliary contact (133) and the second auxiliary contact (134), so that the first auxiliary contact (133) and the second auxiliary contact (134) can be stably connected to the magnetic housing (140).
