Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a sowing position printing device for agricultural mulching film, and more specifically, to an agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device capable of variably adjusting the spacing of sowing position markings printed on the mulching film. Background Technology

[0002] Crops such as green onions, garlic, and onions are primarily sown in the autumn or early spring. At this time, it is common practice to protect the plants by covering them with plastic mulch to prevent cold damage and allow them to take root and grow stably.

[0003] Conventional mulching film primarily uses black or transparent film; after sowing, it is installed by covering the seeds and securing the edges with soil to prevent it from being blown away by the wind. Once the seeds germinate, the corresponding location is cut open with a knife or similar tool to expose the sprouts to the natural environment, such as sunlight, wind, and rain.

[0004] However, this method had problems such as the inability to sow uniformly because it is difficult to cut the vinyl at precise intervals, difficulty in sowing crops side by side, resulting in uneven crop quality, and reduced yield per unit area because it is difficult to cultivate crops at high density.

[0005] To solve these problems, a mulching film with pre-formed sowing holes has been developed. Using this mulching film allows seeds to be sown through the pre-made holes without the need to cut the film separately after sowing.

[0006] Meanwhile, continuous cropping after cultivation can lead to a decline in farmland productivity due to issues such as soil contamination, nutritional imbalances, pest and disease outbreaks, and toxin accumulation. To prevent this, a method is utilized where continuous-cropping plastic is used to isolate the farmland from the outside environment for a certain period. Subsequently, when cultivation begins, the continuous-cropping plastic is removed and new mulching plastic is installed.

[0007] However, this method has several disadvantages. Since continuous film and seeding film must be purchased separately, the cost burden increases, and additional labor and work time are required during the process of removing and reinstalling the film.

[0008] To address these issues, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2010-0132658 (published Dec. 20, 2010) proposed a technology for producing continuous film with pre-printed sowing positions during the manufacturing process, so that the continuous film could also be used as sowing film. However, this technology had the drawback that, in order to adjust the sowing interval desired by the user, printing rollers of various specifications had to be manufactured and replaced separately. The problem to be solved

[0009] The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art as described above. The objective of the present invention is to provide an agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device that can increase agricultural productivity and overcome the limitations of existing technology through a printing technology that allows for the free adjustment of the spacing between sowing position markings. means of solving the problem

[0010] To achieve the above objectives, the agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to the present invention comprises: a film conveying unit that conveys a mulching film to be printed at a predetermined speed; a film printing unit including a printing roller having a printing pattern formed on its outer surface for indicating the sowing position, which rotates and contacts the mulching film conveyed by the film conveying unit to print the sowing position at a predetermined marking interval; a film winding unit that winds the mulching film printed with the sowing position marking interval into a roll shape; and a printing interval control unit that controls the rotation speed of the printing roller so as to variably adjust the sowing position marking interval printed on the mulching film.

[0011] Here, the vinyl conveying unit is characterized by comprising: an extrusion molding machine that extrudes and then withdraws the mulching vinyl at a predetermined speed; and a plurality of guide rollers arranged on a support frame to guide the mulching vinyl withdrawn at the predetermined speed in an unfolded state while maintaining constant tension.

[0012] Here, the vinyl printing unit includes first and second printing rollers spaced apart from each other so as to print on one surface and the other surface of the mulching vinyl, respectively; the vinyl conveying unit is configured such that the extrusion molding machine extrudes and draws out the mulching vinyl stacked in two layers through a blown film method; among the plurality of guide rollers, the guide roller positioned immediately before the first printing roller is positioned so that one surface of the mulching vinyl stacked in two layers contacts the first printing roller; the guide roller positioned immediately before the second printing roller is positioned so that the other surface of the mulching vinyl stacked in two layers contacts the second printing roller; and the vinyl winding unit includes first and second winding rolls that separate the mulching vinyl stacked in two layers and wind each into a roll shape.

[0013] In addition, the agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to the present invention further includes a user input unit that receives a sowing position display interval input by a user; and the printing interval control unit controls the rotation speed of the printing roller according to the sowing position display interval input by the user input unit.

[0014] In addition, the agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to the present invention further comprises: a crop input unit for receiving a type of crop to be sown; and a database in which pre-set sowing interval data for each crop is stored; and the printing interval control unit searches for corresponding sowing interval data in the database based on crop information input through the crop input unit, and controls the rotation speed of the printing roller using the searched sowing interval data. Effects of the invention

[0015] With the above configuration, the agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to the present invention is designed to variably adjust the sowing position marking interval without replacing the printing roller by adjusting the rotation speed of the printing roller, thereby providing the advantage that the user can set the optimal sowing interval according to the characteristics of the crop, cultivation method, soil condition, etc.

[0016] In addition, the agricultural mulching film sowing location printing device according to the present invention links the extrusion molding process of the mulching film with the printing process, so that mulching film marked with sowing locations can be produced immediately, which has the advantage of allowing for cost reduction and improved productivity.

[0017] In addition, the agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to the present invention utilizes a crop input unit and a database to search for and automatically apply optimal sowing interval data based on the crop type entered by the user. This allows the user to automatically print sowing interval markings suitable for the characteristics of each crop without separate calculations or adjustments, thereby having the advantage of improving agricultural productivity. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0019] Hereinafter, an agricultural mulching film sowing location printing device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

[0020] FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of an agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of an agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a printing roller according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an example diagram of a mulching film with a sowing position marked by an agricultural mulching film sowing position printing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] Referring to FIG. 1, an agricultural mulching vinyl sowing position printing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a vinyl conveying unit (10), a vinyl printing unit (20), a vinyl winding unit (40), and a printing interval control unit (50).

[0022] The above vinyl conveying unit (10) is configured to convey the mulching vinyl (V) to be printed at a predetermined speed.

[0023] In one embodiment of the present invention, the vinyl conveying unit (10) includes an extrusion molding machine (11) and a plurality of guide rollers (12).

[0024] The above extrusion molding machine (11) is configured to extrude the mulching vinyl (V) and then withdraw it at a set speed.

[0025] The above extrusion molding machine (11) is a device that heats and melts raw resin, then molds it through a die to extrude it into a continuous mulching vinyl (V) shape.

[0026] The extrusion molding machine (11) generally produces mulching film (V) using a blown film method or a cast film method, and the extruded mulching film (V) undergoes a cooling and tensioning process and is drawn out at a set speed while maintaining the desired thickness and width.

[0027] The drawing speed of the mulching vinyl (V) from the above extrusion molding machine (11) can usually be drawn at a speed of about 20 to 60 m / min, and in the case of a high-speed production line, it can be drawn at 70 to 80 m / min, but the important point is that it is drawn at a fixed speed, that is, a constant speed.

[0028] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the extrusion molding machine (11) is configured to extrude and draw out a mulching vinyl (V) in a double-layered state through a blown film method that extrudes vinyl in a tube shape.

[0029] The mulching vinyl (V), which is extruded in a tube shape and stacked in two layers, is folded at the edge portion and the connected portion is cut by a cutter (not shown) and then separated at the vinyl winding portion (30) described later and wound into a roll shape on the first winding roll (31) and the second winding roll (32).

[0030] The above plurality of guide rollers (12) are configured to be placed on a support frame (F) to guide the mulching vinyl (V), which is drawn out at the above-mentioned speed, in an unfolded state while maintaining constant tension.

[0031] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a total of 10 (a to j) guide rollers (12) are arranged on a support frame (F), and first and second printing rollers (21, 22) as vinyl printing parts (20) are arranged spaced apart from each other at predetermined positions between them.

[0032] To explain in more detail, among the plurality of guide rollers (12), the guide roller (21-c) positioned immediately before the first printing roller (21) is positioned so that one surface of the double-layered mulching film (V) comes into contact with the first printing roller (21), and the guide roller (12-e) positioned immediately before the second printing roller (22) is positioned so that the other surface of the double-layered mulching film (V) comes into contact with the second printing roller (22), so that the sowing position can be printed on one surface and the other surface of the double-layered mulching film (V), respectively.

[0033] The above vinyl printing unit (20) is configured to include a printing roller (21, 22) that has a printing pattern (211) for a sowing position mark (20a) formed on its outer surface as shown in FIG. 4, and is rotated and contacts a mulching vinyl (V) conveyed by the vinyl conveying unit (10) to print a sowing position mark (20a) at a predetermined marking interval as shown in FIG. 5.

[0034] The printing rollers (21, 22) are based on a rotary contact printing method and are configured to print sowing position marks (20a) on the surface of the mulching vinyl (V) at regular intervals.

[0035] In the printing process, ink is applied to the surface of the printing roller (21, 22) through an ink supply device, and the printing roller (21, 22) rotates and comes into direct contact with the mulching vinyl (V), so that a pre-formed printing pattern (211) is transferred to the surface of the mulching vinyl (V).

[0036] In addition, the ink supply method of the printing rollers (21, 22) can be applied as a transfer printing (pad printing) method, a flexographic printing method, or an inkjet (non-contact) method, and can be used optionally.

[0037] The printing rollers (21, 22) above have their rotational speed controlled by the printing interval control unit (40) described later, and the spacing of the sowing position indicators (20a) printed on the mulching vinyl (V) can be variably adjusted.

[0038] The above vinyl winding unit (30) is configured to wind a mulching vinyl (V) printed with spacing of the sowing position markings (20a) into a roll shape.

[0039] In one embodiment of the present invention, the vinyl winding unit (30) may include first and second winding rolls (31, 32) that separate the two layers of stacked mulching vinyl (V) and wind them into rolls.

[0040] The above printing interval control unit (40) is configured to control the rotation speed of the printing rollers (21, 22) so that the spacing of the sowing position mark (20a) printed on the mulching vinyl (V) can be variably adjusted.

[0041] That is, as described above, in the extrusion molding machine (11) as the vinyl conveying unit (10), the mulching vinyl (V) is drawn out at a fixed speed, i.e., constant speed due to the characteristics of the equipment, so there is a limit to the control of the conveying speed of the mulching vinyl (V). Therefore, in the present invention, a configuration is adopted to variably control the spacing of the sowing position markings (20a) printed on the mulching vinyl (V) by controlling the rotational speed of the printing rollers (21, 22).

[0042] As described above, through the organic combination of the extrusion molding machine (11) and a plurality of guide rollers (12) as the vinyl conveying unit (10), the printing rollers (21, 22) as the vinyl printing unit (20), and the printing interval control unit (40), the agricultural mulching vinyl sowing position printing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention can immediately produce a mulching vinyl with a sowing position marked by linking the extrusion molding process and the printing process of the mulching vinyl, and can variably adjust the spacing of the sowing position mark (20a) without replacing the printing rollers (21, 22).

[0043] The above describes an agricultural mulching film sowing location printing device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and below, an agricultural mulching film sowing location printing device according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0044] FIG. 6 is a configuration diagram of an agricultural mulching vinyl sowing location printing device according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0045] Referring to FIG. 6, an agricultural mulching film sowing location printing device (1) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a film conveying unit (10), a film printing unit (20), a film winding unit (30), a printing interval control unit (40), a user input unit (50), a crop input unit (60), and a database (70).

[0046] Since the above vinyl conveying unit (10), vinyl printing unit (20), and vinyl winding unit (30) are identical to those of an embodiment of the present invention, only parts that differ from an embodiment of the present invention will be described below.

[0047] The above user input unit (50) is configured to receive the spacing of the sowing position display (20a) from the user.

[0048] The above user input unit (50) can be implemented in various forms, such as a button-type input device, a touchscreen panel, a dial control unit, or a software-based GUI (Graphical User Interface).

[0049] The above printing interval control unit (40) is configured to control the rotation speed of the printing rollers (21, 22) according to the spacing of the seeding position indicator (20a) input from the user input unit (50).

[0050] That is, the user can set the optimal sowing interval according to the crop cultivation method, sowing environment, soil conditions, etc. through the user input unit (50), and based on this, the sowing position display (20a) printing interval is automatically adjusted by the printing interval control unit (40).

[0051] The above crop input unit (60) is configured to receive the type of crop for sowing.

[0052] The above crop input unit (60) can also be implemented in various forms, such as a button-type input device, a touchscreen panel, a dial control unit, or a software-based GUI (Graphical User Interface), just like the user input unit (50).

[0053] The above database (70) is configured to store pre-set planting interval data for each crop.

[0054] The user can modify existing data stored in the database (70) or add new crop information as needed.

[0055] Additionally, the database (70) can be configured to automatically update the latest crop data by connecting to an external cloud server or network.

[0056] The above printing interval control unit (40) is configured to search for corresponding sowing interval data in the database (70) based on crop information input through the crop input unit (60), and to control the rotation speed of the printing rollers (21, 22) using the searched sowing interval data.

[0057] With the above configuration, optimal sowing interval data can be searched and automatically applied according to the crop type entered by the user, allowing the user to automatically print sowing interval markings suitable for the characteristics of each crop without separate calculations or adjustments, thereby improving agricultural productivity.
