Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a grounding ring for a drive motor, and more specifically, to a grounding ring installed in a drive motor to discharge an induced voltage generated by rotation. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, drive motors installed in vehicles are supplied with three-phase power. In this case, theoretically, the sum of the voltages of the three-phase power corresponds to zero due to the balance, but in reality, the sum of the supplied voltages does not become zero.
[0003] Consequently, a positive voltage remained within the stator windings, causing induced current to be generated by the rotation of the motor; however, the generated induced voltage could not be smoothly discharged to the outside due to insulating grease and other materials used for rotation.
[0004] Consequently, induced voltage that is not discharged accumulates in the motor, and when it reaches a voltage exceeding a certain level, it destroys the insulation layer and is discharged to the outside; at this time, sparks are generated, causing problems that damage the components of the drive motor, such as bearings.
[0005] Accordingly, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a grounding ring is installed in the drive motor to contact the shaft and discharge the induced voltage, and the grounding ring is provided with a grounding part that directly contacts the shaft and forms a discharge path for the induced voltage.
[0006] At this time, in order to fix the grounding part, the housing of the grounding ring adopted a method of fixing by deforming a part of the housing while the grounding part was seated, but the position of the grounding part changed due to the load generated during the fixing process, or some of the grounding part detached due to uneven fixing force.
[0007] Consequently, problems arose in which the induced voltage discharge function was degraded due to the reduced contact area between the grounding part and the shaft, and the durability and reliability of the entire product were reduced due to repetitive rotation. The problem to be solved
[0008] One embodiment of the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide a grounding ring for a drive motor that has improved product reliability by minimizing damage occurring during the production process. means of solving the problem
[0009] A grounding ring for a driving motor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing providing a grounding space formed by a hollow; a grounding portion formed in the housing and extending into the grounding space to discharge an induced voltage generated in the motor; and an assembly plate assembled to the housing on the outside of the grounding portion to fix the grounding portion; wherein the housing is formed of an outer body forming a boundary, an inner body extending from the inner circumference of the outer body to provide a seating space for the grounding portion, and an assembly body protruding from the inner circumference of the outer body to provide a fixing force to the assembly plate, such that the assembly plate is forcibly pressed in from the outside of the assembly body and assembled into the seating space.
[0010] The assembly body is formed with a plurality of assembly protrusions that protrude spaced apart from the inner circumference of the outer body, so that when assembling the assembly plate, the assembly protrusions can be elastically deformed within a predetermined range.
[0011] The above assembly body may further have an inclined surface formed thereon that contacts the bottom surface of the assembly plate and guides it into the seating space.
[0012] The assembly body may further have a reinforcing projection formed therein that protrudes from the end of the inclined surface and is supported on one side of the assembly plate, thereby providing axial fixing force with the assembly plate.
[0013] A curvature-preventing curved surface portion having curvature is further formed at the boundary portion between the inclined surface and the reinforcing projection, thereby preventing interference between the reinforcing projection and the assembly plate.
[0014] The assembly plate has a recessed void formed along the edge of one side, which can reduce the contact area when in contact with the assembly body.
[0015] A grounding ring for a driving motor according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing providing a grounding space formed by a hollow; a grounding portion formed in the housing and extending into the grounding space to discharge an induced voltage generated in the motor; an assembly plate assembled to the housing on the outside of the grounding portion to fix the grounding portion; and a contact ring installed on one side of the mounting body to generate a repulsive force as the assembly plate is assembled; thereby reinforcing the fixing force of the grounding portion.
[0016] The above-described seating body may be recessed from one side to further form a seating groove in which the sealing ring is seated, and may be formed to protrude in the axial direction when the sealing ring is installed in the seating groove. Effects of the invention
[0017] As examined above, various effects including the following can be expected according to the means for solving the problem of the present invention. However, the present invention is not required to exhibit all of the following effects to be valid.
[0018] The grounding ring for a drive motor of the present invention has an assembly body formed along the inner circumference of the housing that provides fixing force, and the assembly plate is assembled through a forced press-fit method, thereby eliminating the need for a separate process for fixing and providing the effect of improving product productivity.
[0019] At this time, the same pressure is applied to the entire surface of the grounding part by the assembly plate, preventing the fiber member forming the grounding part from detaching during the assembly process, thereby providing the effect of improving product reliability.
[0020] In addition, by applying equal pressure across the entire surface area of the contact part and simultaneously providing the effect of improving the fixing strength of the fiber member through the repulsive force generated in the sealing ring, it provides an effect of improving durability against vibrations and other factors generated during vehicle operation.
[0021] In addition, the assembly body features alternating assembly protrusions and deformation grooves, facilitating the assembly of the assembly plate while providing space to accommodate deformations that occur during assembly. This prevents unexpected deformation of the product, thereby maximizing the effect of enhancing product durability. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0025] Accordingly, the coupling direction and the intersection direction correspond to any one of a plurality of radial directions, and the extension direction refers to the direction in which the charging head is formed as the front and the opposite direction as the rear.

[0028] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a grounding ring (10) for a drive motor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a housing (100) providing a grounding space (111) formed by a hollow (111), a grounding portion (200) formed in the housing (100) and extending into the grounding space (111) to discharge an induced voltage generated in the motor, and an assembly plate (300) assembled to the housing (100) on the outside of the grounding portion (200) to fix the grounding portion (200). The housing (100) comprises an outer body (110) forming a boundary, an inner body (120) extending from the inner circumference of the outer body (110) to provide a seating space (122) for the grounding portion (200), and a protruding from the inner circumference of the outer body (110) to provide a fixing force to the assembly plate (300). It is characterized by being formed by an assembly body (130), wherein the assembly plate (300) is forcibly pressed in from the outside of the assembly body (130) and assembled into the seating space (122).
[0029] The grounding ring (10) for the drive motor comes into contact with the shaft connected to the motor and discharges the induced voltage generated by the rotation of the motor to the outside through the grounding part (200).
[0030] To this end, the grounding ring (10) for the drive motor is formed with a housing (100) that provides a grounding space (111) formed by a hollow (111), a grounding part (200) that is positioned in the grounding space (111), and an assembly plate (300) that is assembled to the housing (100) to fix the grounding part (200).
[0031] At this time, in order for the housing (100) and the assembly plate (300) to be assembled together without a separate fixing member or process, an assembly body (130) is formed on the inner side of the housing (100) and is in close contact with the outer surface of the assembly plate (300) to provide a fixing force in the radial direction.
[0032] Specifically, the housing (100) is formed by an outer body (110) that forms the boundary, i.e., the outer shape, of the grounding ring (10) for the drive motor, an inner body (120) that extends radially from the inner circumference of the outer body (110) and provides a seating space (122) for the grounding portion (200), and an assembly body (130) that protrudes radially from the inner circumference of the outer body (110) and comes into close contact with the outer circumference of the assembly plate (300).
[0033] At this time, the outer housing (100) has a ring shape and an axially open hollow (111), i.e., a grounding space (111), is formed.
[0034] Here, the grounding space (111) is a space through which a shaft extending in the axial direction passes and contacts the grounding part (200), so that the induced voltage generated by the motor rotation moves sequentially through the shaft, the grounding part (200), and the housing (100) and is discharged to the outside.
[0035] Additionally, the inner body (120) has a plate shape that extends radially from the inner surface of the outer housing (100), and a seating surface (121) is formed on both sides in the axial direction, and a seating space (122) is formed with the seating surface (121) and the inner surface of the outer housing (100) as boundaries.
[0036] At this time, it is preferable that a seating groove (123) is formed in each seating surface (121) that is axially recessed and simultaneously extended in the circumferential direction to make the installation of the sealing ring (400) easier, and it is more preferable that the axial depth of the compression groove is formed lower than the axial cross-sectional length of the sealing ring (400) so that it protrudes to a predetermined height in the axial direction when the sealing ring (400) is seated in the seating groove (123).
[0037] The assembly body (130) is formed to protrude radially from both axial ends of the inner surface of the outer body (110). That is, the assembly body (130) protrudes into the seating space (122) and is seated on the seating surface (121) to be in close contact with the outer surface of the assembly plate (300) to provide fixing force.
[0038] At this time, the assembly body (130) protrudes to the extent that interference occurs at a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the assembly plate (300) while the assembly plate (300) is seated in the seating space (122) without pressure, thereby forcibly pressing the assembly plate (300) and simultaneously coming into close contact with the outer surface of the plate body (310), providing a fixing force in the radial direction.
[0039] To this end, an example assembly body (130) is formed with a plurality of assembly protrusions (131) that are spaced apart along the circumferential direction and protrude radially, and a deformation groove (132) formed between adjacent assembly protrusions (131).
[0040] Accordingly, the assembly plate (300) is pressed in the axial direction, and the deformation of the assembly protrusion (131) due to the load generated during the assembly process into the seating space (122) is induced to occur in the deformation groove (132).
[0041] As a result, excessive interference between components during the assembly process prevents damage such as unexpected permanent deformation and breakage.
[0042] Furthermore, the grounding portion (200) formed between the assembly plate (300) and the seating portion is prevented from deviating from a preset position, and problems such as reduced fixing force of the grounding portion (200) in the damaged area are minimized, thereby ensuring the productivity and reliability of the product.
[0043] Additionally, the assembly projection (131) is formed with an extension surface (1311) extending radially from the inner circumference of the outer body (110), an inclined surface (1312) extending radially from the extension surface (1311) and gradually inclined toward the seating space (122), a reinforcing projection (1313) formed protruding radially from the end of the inclined surface (1312), and a curvature portion (1314) formed as a curved surface at the boundary between the inclined surface (1312) and the reinforcing projection (1313).
[0044] Accordingly, the assembly plate (300) is configured so that its bottom surface slides along the guide surface during the assembly process into the seating space (122), and at the moment of contact with the reinforcing projection (1313), it is configured to move into the seating space (122) without interference by means of the prevention curved surface (1314).
[0045] Additionally, at the moment the assembly plate (300) is inserted into the seating space (122) by pressure, a portion of the outer surface of the assembly body (130) is received into the receiving space (13131) formed inside the reinforcing projection (1313), and the upper surface of the assembly plate (300) and the reinforcing projection (1313) are locked and fixed, providing axial fixing force.
[0046] In summary, the assembly body (130) moves the outer surface of the assembly plate (300) along the inclined surface (1312) to the seating space (122) so as to generate the same fixing force across the entire surface of the assembly plate (300), thereby making the overall fixing force of the grounding part (200) uniform.
[0047] Accordingly, the grounding part (200) is prevented from deviating from a preset position, and at the same time, the durability of the grounding part (200) is secured by the repetitive rotational force generated between it and the shaft, thereby providing the effect of improving product reliability.
[0048] In addition, by forming a prevention curved surface (1314), interference with the assembly body (130) is minimized when the worker presses the assembly plate (300), thereby minimizing the worker's fatigue and providing the effect of improving product productivity.
[0049] In summary, the grounding ring (10) for a drive motor of the present invention is provided with an assembly body (130) in which an assembly plate (300) is assembled in a housing (100) that provides a grounding portion (200) and a grounding space (111) of a shaft, so that an additional fixing member or fixing process for fixing the assembly plate (300) is not required.
[0050] In addition, after the grounding portion (200) is seated in the seating space (122), the problem of the fiber member forming the grounding portion (200) detaching from the seating position due to a lack of fixing force, or the problem of the fixing force of the seating portion decreasing in some sections due to the difference in fixing force generated at each position during the fixing process, is prevented.
[0051] The grounding portion (200) is arranged uniformly in the circumferential direction in the seating space (122) and is formed so that a portion is exposed to the grounding space (111), thereby providing a path through which induced voltage is discharged through contact with the shaft.
[0052] At this time, in order to secure contact with the shaft and contact area, the grounding part (200) is formed of a plurality of fiber members so that a certain bending occurs when in contact with the shaft, thereby preventing damage, and secures a contact area greater than a certain amount to stably discharge the induced voltage.
[0053] The assembly plate (300) has a plate body (310) having a ring shape and an assembly surface (320) formed along one side of the outer surface of the plate body (310), and is fixed to the assembly body (130) to stably fix the grounding portion (200).
[0054] To this end, the plate body (310) has a communication hole (311) through which a shaft passes, formed in correspondence with the position of the hollow (111), and the outer surface is assembled to the assembly body (130) so that a fixing force is generated in the radial and axial directions.
[0055] Specifically, the outer surface of the plate body (310) is in close contact with the inner surface of the assembly body (130) while assembled in the seating space (122), thereby providing a fixing force in the radial direction. However, even if the outer surface of the plate body (310) is not in close contact with the inner surface of the assembly body (130), a structure is provided that allows the assembly plate (300) to move in a welcoming direction only within a predetermined range, thereby ensuring contact between the grounding part (200) and the shaft.
[0056] Accordingly, the assembly body (130) is in direct contact with the plate body (310), or the range in which the plate body (310) is seated is limited so that the grounding portion (200) is stably placed in a pre-set grounding space (111), thereby ensuring the reliability of the product.
[0057] Additionally, the assembly plate (300) may further have an assembly surface (320) formed as needed, which is formed by an inclined portion (321) having the same inclined direction as the inclined surface (1312) along one side edge of the plate body (310), and a corresponding curved portion (322) formed as a curved surface at the boundary of the inclined portion (321).
[0058] Specifically, the inclined surface (1312) is seated on the inclined surface (1312) when assembling the assembly plate (300), so as to be consistent in the axial position of the entire surface area of the plate body (310) during the assembly process, thereby guiding the entire edge of the assembly plate (300) to be assembled to the assembly body (130) simultaneously.
[0059] At this time, the corresponding curved surface (322) is formed as a curved surface at the boundary of the inclined portion (321) to minimize interference with the assembly body (130), and at the same time, the plate body (310) can be easily slid into the seating space (122) along the outer surface of the prevention curved surface (1314), thereby improving the assembly ability of the worker.
[0060] Here, the assembly surface (320) is formed only on the bottom surface of the plate body (310) that is in direct contact with the inclined surface (1312), so it does not affect the axial fixing force of the reinforcing projection (1313) and the assembly plate (300) body.
[0061] Accordingly, the assembly plate (300) is assembled to the assembly body (130) by a forced press-fit method without a separate fixing member or fixing process, thereby stably fixing the grounding portion (200) formed between the plate body (310) and the seating body.
[0062] In addition, a corresponding structure is formed to facilitate the assembly process of the assembly plate (300), thereby reducing the fatigue of the worker and preventing the detachment of the grounding part (200), and ensuring the reliability of the product by generating a uniform fixing force throughout.
[0063] The sealing ring (400) is positioned between the grounding part (200) and the seating body and generates a counter-repulsive force against the pressure generated when the grounding part (200) is assembled into the seating space (122) by the assembly plate (300), thereby more stably fixing the grounding part (200).
[0064] At this time, the sealing ring (400) is seated in the seating groove (123) and is preferably maintained in a pre-set position before and during the assembly process of the grounding portion (200), that is, the assembly plate (300).
[0065] In addition, the sealing ring (400) is formed so that a portion of it protrudes outward from the mounting body while seated in the mounting groove (123), thereby generating a repulsive force as the assembly plate (300) is assembled.
[0066] The attachment layer (500) is formed as a member that generates an adhesive force on both sides, thereby primarily fixing the grounding portion (200) to a preset position on the plate body (310) while simultaneously providing additional fixing force with the mounting body.
[0067] Accordingly, the grounding ring (10) for the drive motor of the present invention provides a stable fixing force by disclosing a structure in which an assembly plate (300) that fixes the grounding portion (200) to the grounding space (111) is fixed to the housing (100) by a forced press-fit method.
[0068] In addition, it prevents the grounding portion (200) from detaching while attached to the attachment layer (500) of the initial assembly plate (300), and provides uniform fixing force over the entire area, thereby providing the effect of improving the productivity and reliability of the product.
[0069] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described illustratively above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such specific embodiments, and any modifications that are appropriately possible within the scope described in the claims fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
