[0064] To clarify the purpose, technical solution, and advantages of the embodiments of the present application, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present application is described below in conjunction with the drawings of the embodiments of the present application in a clear and complete manner. It should be understood that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application and do not represent all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative effort based on the embodiments of the present application are all within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0065] Before introducing the embodiments of the present application, the background of the application of the embodiments of the present application is first explained.

[0066] CO2 transport is a critical step connecting CO2 capture, storage, and utilization within the CCUS industrial chain, and transport efficiency and costs directly impact the overall scale and economic benefits of the CCUS system. To date, carbon source supply for CCUS projects has primarily relied on vehicle transport, with only a few oil field projects adopting pipeline transport. Furthermore, existing CO2 pipelines are characterized by short distances and small transport volumes, and all CO2 is transported in a gaseous state. Compared to the international CCUS industry, CO2 transport in Korea is relatively inefficient and expensive. To enhance transport capacity, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the demands of future CCUS industry development, it is necessary to adopt a more economical method: supercritical CO2 pipeline transport. When transporting CO2 in a supercritical state, pipelines maintain high-pressure operation throughout their entire length; consequently, pipe materials become particularly sensitive to defects, and cracks occur and propagate extremely easily, potentially leading to serious pipeline rupture accidents. Although CO2 is not as flammable or explosive as hydrides, it is a suffocating gas, so a pipeline rupture and a large amount of CO2 leak poses a serious risk. Therefore, effectively controlling crack stoppages in CO2 pipelines is of great importance.

[0067] In the fracture design of CO2 pipelines, the calculation of pipeline crack propagation velocity is a critical factor affecting the accuracy of crack arrest calculations. Although Korea has accumulated extensive experience in the field of long-distance oil and gas transport pipelines, crack propagation velocity calculation models used for natural gas pipelines cannot be directly applied to CO2 pipelines due to the significant differences in physical properties between CO2 and natural gas. Therefore, it is necessary to determine reasonable engineering requirements for crack arrest toughness indicators for CO2 pipelines by comprehensively analyzing the depressurization characteristics of the transport medium and the pipeline crack propagation conditions.

[0068] In the prior art, the crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline can be determined by modifying the natural gas Battelle crack stop calculation model or by evaluating the crack stop performance of the CO2 pipeline using CO2 depressurization wave platform saturation pressure and full-scale rupture tests.

[0069] However, the aforementioned method has technical problems in that the process of determining the crack stop indicator value for CO2 pipelines is complex, costly, and overly conservative.

[0070] Regarding the technical problems existing in the prior art, the inventor of the present application has the following concept: In response to the problem that the process of determining crack arrest indicator values for CO2 pipelines is complex, costly, and overly conservative, the process of determining crack arrest indicator values for CO2 pipelines can be simplified and costs reduced by performing numerical simulations using a self-developed simplified gas depressurization model and combining it with an existing full-scale rupture test database. Specifically, numerical simulations are performed on established operating state information of the CO2 pipeline to obtain key parameters; a first relationship diagram (i.e., a relationship diagram between the comprehensive characteristic parameter of pipeline crack propagation speed and the dynamic-crack arrest ratio) is created based on the key parameters; a corresponding second relationship diagram is obtained based on the full-scale rupture test database; a crack propagation speed prediction formula is obtained by fitting the first and second relationship diagrams; crack propagation speed values for each key parameter under the same operating state are obtained according to the prediction formula; and crack arrest indicators corresponding to each key parameter are determined based on the obtained crack propagation speed and depressurization curves.

[0071] It should be noted that the application fields of the method, apparatus, and electronic device for determining the crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline of the present application are not limited.

[0072] Hereinafter, the technical solution of the present application and how the technical solution of the present application solves the aforementioned technical problem will be explained in detail through specific embodiments. The following specific embodiments may be combined with one another, and repeated descriptions of identical or similar concepts or processes may be omitted in some embodiments. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in conjunction with the attached drawings.

[0073] FIG. 1 is a schematic flowchart 1 of a method for determining a crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in FIG. 1, the method may include the following steps:

[0074] Step (11), numerical simulation is performed based on the operating status information of the set CO2 pipeline to obtain at least one key parameter affecting the crack propagation speed of the CO2 pipeline and a first relationship diagram.

[0075] Here, the first relationship diagram represents the relationship between the comprehensive characteristic parameter of the simulated pipeline crack propagation rate and the dynamic-crack stop ratio based on the set operating state information;

[0076] In this step, by performing a numerical simulation on pre-set operating state information of a CO2 pipeline using a numerical simulation method, crack propagation rates under different operating states are obtained, and at least one key parameter affecting the crack propagation rate of the CO2 pipeline is determined. Based on the set operating state information, a relationship diagram between the comprehensive characteristic parameter of the simulated pipeline crack propagation rate and the dynamic-crack cessation ratio is obtained, and through this, the crack propagation resistance capability of the pipeline under different operating states is evaluated.

[0077] Here, numerical simulation may be finite element analysis, extended finite element analysis, fluid-structure interaction simulation analysis, etc. Operating status information of the CO2 pipeline may include the pipeline outer diameter, pipeline wall thickness, pipe material toughness, CO2 flow pressure and temperature, etc. The dynamic-cracking stop ratio is the ratio of dynamic pressure to crack stopping pressure, and the dynamic-cracking stop ratio in the first relationship diagram is the dimensionless dynamic-cracking stop ratio.

[0078] In a possible implementation, an embodiment of the present application performs a numerical simulation on operating state information of a CO2 pipeline set using finite element analysis.

[0079] In a possible implementation, the value range of the configured CO2 pipeline operating status information is as shown in the table below.

[0080] CO2 pipeline operating status parameters Value range Pipeline diameter / mm DN150-DN900 Wall thickness / mm 6.4~27 Pipeline Personality / J 100-900 Transport pressure / MPa 7.0-15 Pipeline gradient / degree 0-3

[0081] In a possible implementation, the operating status information of a single CO2 pipeline is set to a pipeline diameter DN150mm, wall thickness 15mm, pipeline toughness 500J, transport pressure 8MPa, and pipeline slope 2 degrees.

[0082] Optionally, at least one key parameter in step (11) includes at least one of pipeline wall thickness, pipeline diameter, and pipe material toughness.

[0083] Under the implementation, by utilizing the effect of each parameter in different operating state information obtained after numerical simulation on the crack propagation rate and comparing the effect of each parameter on the crack propagation rate, it is determined that at least one of the pipeline wall thickness, pipeline diameter, and pipe material toughness is a key parameter affecting the crack propagation rate of the CO2 pipeline.

[0084] In a feasible implementation, key parameters affecting the crack propagation rate of a CO2 pipeline include pipeline wall thickness, pipeline diameter, and pipe material toughness.

[0085] Here, the wall thickness and diameter of a pipeline are interrelated, and in large-diameter pipelines, thicker walls help improve resistance to crack propagation. However, in certain situations, excessively thick pipelines can induce stress concentration, increasing the risk of crack initiation. Therefore, it is necessary to find a balance between pipeline diameter and wall thickness to ensure safety and economic efficiency during pipeline operation. Nevertheless, even with large wall thickness or diameter, the risk of crack propagation remains high if the material's toughness is low. Thus, selecting appropriate materials and improving pipeline toughness is crucial for delaying crack propagation.

[0086] Step (12), obtain a second relationship diagram based on the full-scale rupture test database.

[0087] Here, the second relationship diagram shows the relationship between the comprehensive characteristic parameter of the pipeline crack propagation rate obtained through actual rupture tests and the dynamic-crack arrest ratio;

[0088] In this step, based on the CO2 pipeline operating status information and corresponding crack propagation data information from a full-scale rupture test, a relationship diagram between the comprehensive characteristic parameters of the pipeline crack propagation rate and the dynamic-crack cessation ratio is created using plotting software in the actual test.

[0089] Here, full-scale burst testing involves performing burst tests in a laboratory or in the field using full-scale pipeline samples to simulate the burst behavior of CO2 pipelines under extreme operating conditions. The full-scale burst test database contains the actual speed and process of crack propagation upon pipeline rupture, as well as related operating condition data (e.g., pressure, temperature, crack characteristics, etc.). The dynamic-crack arrest ratio in the second relationship diagram is the dimensionless dynamic-crack arrest ratio.

[0090] Step (13), a crack propagation speed prediction formula is obtained by fitting the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram.

[0091] In this step, the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram are placed within the same diagram to verify the mathematical relationship between the relationship between the comprehensive characteristic parameter of pipeline crack propagation speed obtained through numerical simulation and the dynamic-crack cessation ratio obtained through actual testing, and then the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram are fitted to obtain an optimal fitting curve, thereby obtaining a crack propagation speed prediction formula.

[0092] Here, the crack propagation prediction formula is a mathematical formula corresponding to the optimal fitting curve, and the formula can comprehensively estimate the crack propagation rate of the CO2 pipeline based on the dynamic-crack arrest rate and other key parameters affecting crack propagation.

[0093] Step (14), for each key parameter, while varying the value of the key parameter in the same operating state, the crack propagation speed corresponding to each value is determined according to the crack propagation speed prediction formula, and a crack propagation speed curve and a pressure reduction curve are obtained.

[0094] In this step, for each key parameter affecting the crack propagation rate (e.g., pipeline wall thickness, pipeline toughness, etc.), different values are set for the same key parameter under the same operating conditions, and the crack propagation rates corresponding to the different values are determined according to the crack propagation rate prediction formula, thereby obtaining the crack propagation rate curve and the pressure reduction curve.

[0095] Here, the crack propagation rate curve and the pressure reduction curve together form a crack arrest hyperbola, which is subsequently used to determine the crack arrest indicator for the CO2 pipeline. The aforementioned pressure reduction curve is generated by pressure reduction curve plotting software based on the content of each component of the medium (i.e., the CO2 pipeline transmission medium), the initial pressure, and the initial temperature.

[0096] In a possible implementation, operating status information of a preset CO2 pipeline (including medium component content, initial pressure, etc.) is input into pressure curve plotting software to obtain a pressure curve, wherein the pressure curve plotting software may be Matlab, Python, CoolProp, etc.

[0097] In a possible implementation, in an operating state with a wall thickness of 120 mm, a pipeline diameter of DN 500 mm, and a transport pressure of 8 MPa, the pipeline toughness is set to 200 J and 220 J, and operating state information (e.g., data information such as wall thickness and pipeline diameter) is input into a crack propagation rate prediction formula to obtain crack propagation rates at different dynamic pressures for different pipeline toughnesses in the operating state, thereby obtaining a crack propagation rate curve corresponding to a pipeline toughness of 200 J and a crack propagation rate curve corresponding to a pipeline toughness of 220 J.

[0098] Step (15), based on the crack propagation speed curve and the pressure reduction curve corresponding to each key parameter, a crack stop index corresponding to each key parameter is determined.

[0099] In this step, based on the crack propagation rate curve and the pressure reduction curve corresponding to different values of each key parameter, the crack arrest index (optimal value of the key parameter) corresponding to each key parameter is determined.

[0100] Here, the crack arrest indicator is an important metric for evaluating the safety of a CO2 pipeline, indicating whether the pipeline can effectively prevent cracks from propagating to a level that threatens the pipeline structure under specific operating conditions.

[0101] Optionally, step (15) can be implemented as follows:

[0102] For each key parameter, the value of the key parameter at the intersection of the crack propagation rate curve and the depressurization curve corresponding to the key parameter is determined as the crack arrest index corresponding to the key parameter.

[0103] In this implementation, for crack propagation rate curves and corresponding depressurization curves corresponding to different values of each key parameter, the point of contact between the crack propagation rate curve and the depressurization curve is obtained, and the value of the key parameter corresponding to the crack propagation rate curve having a point of contact with the depressurization curve is determined as the crack arrest index corresponding to the key parameter.

[0104] In a possible implementation, the pipeline toughness parameter values are 100J, 200J, and 300J, and crack propagation rate curves corresponding to pipeline toughness 100J, 200J, and 300J are created respectively. If the crack propagation rate curve corresponding to pipeline toughness 200J has a point of contact with the depressurization curve, the crack arrest index corresponding to pipeline toughness becomes 200J.

[0105] In the method for determining a crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, the method first performs a numerical simulation based on set operating state information of the CO2 pipeline to obtain at least one key parameter affecting the crack propagation speed of the CO2 pipeline and a first relationship diagram, then obtains a second relationship diagram based on a full-scale rupture test database, fits the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram to obtain a crack propagation speed prediction formula, and for each key parameter, while varying the value of the key parameter in the same operating state, determines the crack propagation speed corresponding to each value according to the crack propagation speed prediction formula to obtain a crack propagation speed curve and a pressure reduction curve, and finally determines a crack stop indicator corresponding to each key parameter based on the crack propagation speed curve and the pressure reduction curve corresponding to each key parameter. This technical solution constructs a mathematical model to predict the crack propagation speed of a CO2 pipeline, determines a crack propagation speed prediction formula by fitting the relationship between the dynamic-crack cessation ratio and the comprehensive characteristic parameters of the pipeline crack propagation speed obtained through numerical simulations and actual rupture tests, and further determines the pipeline crack cessation index by combining crack propagation speed curves and depressurization curves corresponding to different values of key parameters, thereby effectively evaluating the safety of the CO2 pipeline under different operating conditions and realizing the technical effect of economically and efficiently obtaining CO2 pipeline crack cessation index values.

[0106] Based on the above-described embodiment, FIG. 2 is a schematic flowchart 2 of a method for determining a crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in FIG. 2, the method may include the following steps:

[0107] Step (21), the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram are merged into the same diagram, parameter adjustment is performed on the dimension where the comprehensive characteristic parameter of the pipeline crack propagation speed is located until the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram achieve an optimal fitting effect, and the optimal curve parameter is obtained according to the fitting result.

[0108] In this step, by merging the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram into the same diagram using plotting software, the relationship of the influence of numerical simulation data and actual test data on crack propagation speed is clarified, and then parameter adjustment is performed on the dimension where the comprehensive characteristic parameter of pipeline crack propagation speed is located so that the numerical simulation data and actual test data obtain an optimal fitting effect, and the optimal curve parameter is determined based on the parameter corresponding to the optimal fitting effect.

[0109] Here, the dimension where the composite characteristic parameter of the pipeline crack propagation speed is located is the x-axis of the merged drawing, and the y-axis of the merged drawing is the dimensionless dynamic-crack stop ratio.

[0110] The formula for the comprehensive characteristic parameter of pipeline crack propagation speed is as follows:

[0111]

[0112] Here, V f is the crack propagation speed; σ f is the flow stress of the material, and K V is the impact toughness of the V-notch Charpy impact (CVN) specimen, and Ac is the ligament area of the Charpy impact specimen.

[0113] In a possible implementation, FIG. 3 is a combined diagram of the first relationship and the second relationship provided in an embodiment of the present application, wherein in FIG. 3, each circle represents the relationship between the overall characteristic parameter related to the pipeline crack propagation speed of numerical simulation data corresponding to one pipeline operating state information and the dynamic-crack stop ratio, and each Х represents the relationship between the overall characteristic parameter related to the pipeline crack propagation speed of actual test data corresponding to one pipeline operating state information and the dynamic-crack stop ratio.

[0114] Step (22), based on the optimal curve parameters, obtain a formula for predicting the crack propagation speed.

[0115] In this step, by obtaining a crack propagation rate prediction formula based on optimal curve parameters corresponding to the optimal fitting curve, it is facilitated to subsequently combine the crack propagation rate prediction curve with the depressurization curve to obtain crack arrest indicator values for the CO2 pipeline.

[0116] In a possible implementation, the formula for predicting the crack propagation speed is as follows:

[0117]

[0118] Here, R f is pipeline toughness, and R f =K V / A C , P a is the crack stopping pressure, and P d is the pressure of the medium.

[0119] The formula for the crack arrest pressure described above is as follows:

[0120]

[0121] Here, D is the diameter of the pipeline, t is the wall thickness of the pipeline, and E is the elastic modulus of the pipeline material.

[0122] Optionally, step (22) may have the following implementation method:

[0123] Step 1: Obtain an initial crack propagation rate prediction formula based on optimal curve parameters.

[0124] In this step, based on the optimal curve parameters corresponding to the optimal fitting effect, an initial crack propagation rate formula corresponding to the optimal curve parameters is obtained, and this can be used to reflect crack propagation characteristics in different operating state information.

[0125] In the second step, operating status information from the full-scale rupture test database is input into the initial crack propagation speed prediction formula to calculate the predicted crack propagation speed.

[0126] In this step, actual test data information corresponding to the set operating state information range is identified from the operating state information within the full-scale rupture test database, and the actual test data information corresponding to the set operating state information range is input into the initial crack propagation speed prediction formula to calculate the predicted crack propagation speed.

[0127] In a possible implementation, one set of actual test data includes a pipeline wall thickness of 10 mm, a pipeline diameter of DN800 mm, a pipeline toughness of 200 J, and an initial pressure of 6 MPa, and the calculated predicted crack propagation speed is 100 m / s.

[0128] Step 3, compare the error between the actual crack propagation speed and the predicted crack propagation speed corresponding to the operating status information in the full-scale rupture test database;

[0129] In this step, actual crack propagation speed data corresponding to the set operating status information range is identified from the operating status information within the full-scale rupture test database, and the error between the actual crack propagation speed and the predicted crack propagation speed is obtained.

[0130] In a possible implementation, the actual crack propagation speed in one operating state is 110 m / s, the predicted crack propagation speed is 100 m / s, and the error is 9%.

[0131] In a possible implementation, the actual crack propagation speed in one operating state is 130 m / s, the predicted crack propagation speed is 112 m / s, and the error is 13.8%.

[0132] Step 4, if the error between the actual crack propagation speed and the predicted crack propagation speed is less than a preset error, the initial crack propagation speed prediction formula is determined as the crack propagation speed prediction formula.

[0133] In this stage, when the error between the actual test crack propagation speed and the predicted crack propagation speed is less than a preset error, it implies that the initial crack propagation speed prediction formula is accurate and reliable; therefore, the initial crack propagation speed prediction formula is determined as the crack propagation speed prediction formula, which can subsequently be used to determine the crack cessation indicator value of the CO2 pipeline.

[0134] Here, the preset error is set to ±20%.

[0135] In a possible implementation, the actual crack propagation speed is 120 m / s and the predicted crack propagation speed is 100 m / s with an error of 16.7%, the actual crack propagation speed is 110 m / s and the predicted crack propagation speed is 100 m / s with an error of 9%, and the average error is 12.85%, which is smaller than a preset error of 20%, so the initial crack propagation speed prediction formula can be determined as the crack propagation speed prediction formula.

[0136] In the method for determining a crack arrest indicator value for a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, the method merges a first relationship diagram and a second relationship diagram into the same diagram, performs parameter adjustment on the dimension where the comprehensive characteristic parameter of the pipeline crack propagation speed is located until the first relationship diagram and the second relationship diagram achieve an optimal fitting effect, obtains an optimal curve parameter according to the fitting result, and then obtains a crack propagation speed prediction formula based on the optimal curve parameter. By merging two relationship diagrams and adjusting the comprehensive characteristic parameter of the pipeline crack propagation speed, the technical solution optimizes the model fitting effect to obtain a crack propagation speed prediction formula, thereby accurately reflecting the relationship between the crack propagation speed and various parameters and realizing a technical effect that supports the design of the CO2 pipeline crack arrest indicator value.

[0137] Based on the above-described embodiment, FIG. 4 is a schematic flowchart 3 of a method for determining a crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in FIG. 4, the method may include the following steps:

[0138] Step (31), numerical simulation calculations are performed on the operating status information of the set CO2 pipeline to obtain data information corresponding to different parameters simulated in different operating states.

[0139] Here, the data information includes crack propagation speed and crack propagation time;

[0140] In this step, numerical simulation calculations are performed on pre-set CO2 pipeline operating state information to calculate crack propagation speed and crack propagation time under different operating states, and the crack propagation speed and propagation time under different operating states are recorded as numerical data to obtain data information corresponding to different parameters simulated under different operating states.

[0141] In a possible implementation, the information for operating state 1 of the CO2 pipeline is a pipeline diameter DN160mm, a wall thickness 15mm, a pipeline toughness 300J, and a transport pressure 8MPa, and the information for operating state 2 of the CO2 pipeline is a pipeline diameter DN180mm, a wall thickness 26mm, a pipeline toughness 300J, and a transport pressure 10MPa, and the crack propagation data information for operating state 1 obtained by inputting the operating state information into finite element analysis software (i.e., numerical simulation software) and performing numerical simulation calculations is a crack propagation speed 50m / s and a crack propagation time 10s, and the crack propagation data information for operating state 2 is a crack propagation speed 55m / s and a crack propagation time 8s.

[0142] Step (32), using pre-set plotting software, create a relationship diagram of the influence between the dynamic-crack stop rate and the pipeline crack propagation rate based on data information corresponding to different parameters simulated in different operating conditions.

[0143] In this step, the dynamic crack stop rate is calculated using data information corresponding to different parameters obtained by performing numerical simulation calculations under different operating conditions. The dynamic crack stop rate is then input into plotting software as a single parameter along with the data information to obtain a relationship diagram showing the influence of the dynamic crack stop rate and pipeline crack propagation velocity corresponding to different parameters under different operating conditions, which represents the trend of change in crack propagation velocity under different operating conditions.

[0144] Here, the plotting software can be Matlab, Python (using the Matplotlib library), Origin, etc.

[0145] In a possible implementation, an embodiment of the present application uses Origin software as floating software.

[0146] Step (33), based on the influence relationship diagram, determine at least one key parameter that affects the crack propagation speed of the CO2 pipeline.

[0147] In this step, by observing the relationship diagram between the dynamic-cracking cessation rate and the pipeline crack propagation rate and analyzing which parameters affect the crack propagation rate, at least one key parameter affecting the crack propagation rate of the CO2 pipeline is determined.

[0148] Here, FIG. 5 is a relationship diagram showing the influence of the dynamic-crack stop ratio of wall thickness and pipeline diameter on the pipeline crack propagation speed provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. a and FIG. c are both relationship diagrams showing the influence of the dynamic-crack stop ratio of wall thickness on the pipeline crack propagation speed, and FIG. b is a relationship diagram showing the influence of the dynamic-crack stop ratio of pipeline diameter on the pipeline crack propagation speed.

[0149] As shown in Fig. 5, when the same dynamic crack stop ratio is applied for different wall thicknesses (i.e., when the same vertical coordinate value is applied), the crack propagation speeds are all different, and similarly, when the same dynamic crack stop ratio is applied for different pipeline diameters, the crack propagation speeds are also different. This means that both wall thickness and pipeline diameter are key parameters that affect the crack propagation speed of CO2 pipelines.

[0150] In a feasible implementation, the key parameters affecting the crack propagation rate in CO2 pipelines are pipeline diameter, wall thickness, and pipeline toughness.

[0151] Step (34), standardization processing is performed on data information corresponding to key parameters simulated in the same operating state, and a first relationship diagram is created based on the standardized processed data information corresponding to each operating state through pre-set plotting software.

[0152] In this step, standardization processing is performed on data information corresponding to key parameters in different operating states to facilitate comparison and visualization, and then the first relationship diagram is reconstructed using plotting software with the standardized processed data.

[0153] Here, the standardization process may be min-max standardization, which scales the data within a specified range; or zero-mean standard deviation standardization, which removes the mean of the data and scales the results in units of standard deviation so that the data can be compared on the same scale, thereby preventing deviations caused by different dimensions or scale differences in the original data.

[0154] In a possible implementation, the horizontal axis of the first relationship diagram is the composite characteristic parameter of the pipeline crack propagation speed, and the vertical axis is the dimensionless dynamic-crack cessation ratio.

[0155] Here, the data corresponding to the horizontal and vertical axes of the first relationship diagram are all standardized data, facilitating comparison between different operating states.

[0156] In the method for determining a crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, the method performs numerical simulation calculations on set operating state information of the CO2 pipeline to obtain data information corresponding to different parameters simulated in different operating states, and then creates an influence relationship diagram between the dynamic-crack stop ratio and the pipeline crack propagation speed based on the data information corresponding to different parameters simulated in different operating states using pre-set plotting software, determines at least one key parameter that influences the crack propagation speed of the CO2 pipeline based on the influence relationship diagram, and finally performs standardization processing on the data information corresponding to different parameters simulated in the same operating state, and creates a first relationship diagram based on the standardized processed data information corresponding to each operating state using pre-set plotting software. This technical solution calculates crack propagation speed and crack propagation time under different operating conditions through numerical simulation, and then creates a relationship diagram between the crack propagation speed and the dynamic-crack cessation ratio corresponding to the different operating condition parameters to determine the key parameters affecting the crack propagation speed. By performing standardization processing on the data corresponding to the key parameters under different operating conditions, it facilitates a clear identification of the relative influence of these key parameters on the crack propagation speed under different operating conditions. Through this, it comprehensively evaluates the impact of key parameters under different operating conditions on the crack propagation speed of CO2 pipelines, thereby realizing the technical effect of providing data support for the design of crack cessation indicator values for CO2 pipelines.

[0157] Based on the above-described embodiment, FIG. 6 is a schematic flowchart 4 of a method for determining a crack stop indicator value of a CO2 pipeline provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in FIG. 6, the method may include the following steps:

[0158] Step (41), obtain crack propagation speed and crack propagation time corresponding to key parameters in different operating conditions from a full-scale rupture test database.

[0159] In this step, crack propagation speed and crack propagation time corresponding to key parameters in different operating conditions within the set CO2 pipeline operating condition range (as shown in Table 1) are obtained from the full-scale burst test database and used as the basis for further analysis.

[0160] In a feasible implementation, the data information for operating state 3 obtained from the full-scale burst test database is a pipeline diameter DN170mm, wall thickness 13mm, pipeline toughness 400J, crack propagation speed 82m / s, and crack propagation time 10s.

[0161] Step (42), standardization processing is performed on data information corresponding to key parameters obtained through testing in the same operating state, and a second relationship diagram is created based on the standardized processed data information corresponding to each operating state through pre-set plotting software.

[0162] In this step, standardization processing is performed on data information corresponding to key parameters obtained through testing under the same operating conditions to eliminate dimensional and scale differences between different data, thereby enabling horizontal comparison and analysis of the data. Subsequently, a second relationship diagram is created based on the standardized data information using plotting software, and the relationship between the crack propagation rate and the dynamic-crack cessation ratio corresponding to the key parameters under different operating conditions is determined.

[0163] In a possible implementation, an embodiment of the present application performs standardization processing on data information by applying min-max standardization.

[0164] In the method for determining crack arrest indicator values of a CO2 pipeline provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method obtains crack propagation speeds and crack propagation times corresponding to different parameters in different operating states from a full-scale rupture test database, performs standardization processing on data information corresponding to different parameters obtained through testing in the same operating state, and creates a second relationship diagram based on the standardized processed data information corresponding to each operating state using pre-set plotting software. By performing standardization processing on data information corresponding to pre-set operating states extracted from the test database and creating a second relationship diagram, the technical solution facilitates the analysis of the influence of key parameters of different operating states on crack propagation speed through subsequent fitting with a first relationship diagram.
