Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pipe connection coupler used to supply fluids such as hydraulic or pneumatic fluids. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, couplers are connected to tubular bodies, such as hoses, provided in various facilities for supplying fluids like hydraulic or pneumatic fluids, and are used to connect separate tubular bodies to extend the flow path.

[0003] When connecting such couplers to pipe bodies, fixation is achieved through screw connection, welding, or separate fastening means, such as a flange or a fastening lever provided on the pipe body.

[0004] However, conventional coupler structures have the problem that connecting and disconnecting the tubular body is cumbersome due to the complexity of the structure.

[0005] Related technology regarding such conventional pipe connection couplers is disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1449428 (October 13, 2014). The problem to be solved

[0006] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pipe connecting coupler that has a simple structure and allows for easy connection and disconnection of separated pipes. means of solving the problem

[0007] The present invention provides a pipe connecting coupler comprising: a first socket part having a first fluid passage on the inside for fluid movement and at least one insertion hole on the outer surface communicating with the first fluid passage; a second socket part having at least a portion inserted into the inside of the first socket part, a second fluid passage on the inside communicating with the first fluid passage, and at least one connecting groove on the outer surface communicating with the insertion hole; a fixing ball disposed in the insertion hole, with a portion inserted into the connecting groove; and a fixing part rotatably disposed on the outside of the first socket part so as to maintain a portion of the fixing ball in a state inserted into the connecting groove, and having at least one release groove on the inner surface communicating with the insertion hole when rotated at a predetermined angle on the first socket part.

[0008] In addition, the depth of the release groove may be the same as the depth of the connection groove or deeper than the depth of the connection groove.

[0009] In addition, if the above insertion holes are provided in multiple numbers, the multiple insertion holes may be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the first socket part.

[0010] In addition, the second socket portion is detachably provided with a connecting pipe portion, and the connecting groove may be disposed on the outer surface of the connecting pipe portion.

[0011] In addition, the first socket part may be provided with a first valve part for opening and closing a first flow path, and the second socket part may be provided with a second valve part for opening and closing a second flow path.

[0012] Additionally, the first valve portion may include a first opening / closing means arranged to be slidable in the forward and backward directions relative to the direction of movement of the fluid on the first flow path, and a first elastic member arranged inside the first socket portion and elastically supporting the first opening / closing means.

[0013] Additionally, the second valve portion may include a second opening / closing means arranged to be slidable in the forward and backward directions relative to the direction of fluid movement on the second fluid path, and a second elastic member arranged inside the second socket portion and elastically supporting the second opening / closing means.

[0014] In addition, the fixing part is slidably disposed on the outer side of the first socket part in the front-rear direction, and the first socket part may further include a cap elastic support part that elastically supports the fixing part. Effects of the invention

[0015] In the pipe connecting coupler according to the present invention, a fixing ball is disposed in the insertion hole of a first socket part and the connection groove of a second socket part that are in communication with each other, and the first socket part and the second socket part are coupled. Then, on the inner surface of the fixing part, a release groove is provided that communicates with the insertion hole when the first socket part is rotated at a predetermined angle. Accordingly, when a part of the fixing ball is inserted into the release groove, the part of the fixing ball detaches from the connection groove, thereby allowing the first socket part and the second socket part to be easily disassembled. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0016] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pipe connection coupler according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a pipe connection coupler according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the combined state of a pipe connection coupler according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view along line IV-IV indicated in Figure 2. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0017] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. Prior to this, terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention.

[0018] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a pipe connecting coupler according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a first socket portion (100), a second socket portion (200), a fixing ball (300), and a fixing portion (400). The pipe connecting coupler of this embodiment connects a first pipe (not shown) on one side and a second pipe (not shown) on the other side, which are arranged facing each other in a spaced-apart state, thereby enabling fluid movement through the first pipe and the second pipe.

[0019] In the present invention, a pipe refers to a tubular body for moving fluid, and means a moving member that provides a passage for moving fluid, such as a hose as well as a pipe.

[0020] The first socket portion (100) can be connected to one end in the longitudinal direction of the first pipe. And, the other end in the longitudinal direction of the first socket portion (100) can be connected to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the second socket portion (200).

[0021] In this way, the first socket portion (100) may be provided with a first fluid passage (110) through which fluid moves inside. For example, the first socket portion (100) may be made of a tubular body with both longitudinal sides open.

[0022] In addition, at least one insertion hole (120) communicating with the first fluid path (110) may be provided on the outer surface of the first socket part (100).

[0023] The above-mentioned insertion hole (120) provides a space for placing a fixing ball (300), which will be described later, in the first socket portion (100).

[0024] For example, when the insertion holes (120) are provided in multiple numbers, the multiple insertion holes (120) may be spaced apart at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the first socket part (100). Although eight insertion holes are shown formed in the drawing, this is not limited thereto, and the number of insertion holes can be varied in many ways.

[0025] In addition, a sealing member (130) that seals the space between the inner surface of the first socket part (100) and the outer surface of the second socket part (200) may be provided.

[0026] The second socket portion (200) can be connected to one end in the longitudinal direction of the second pipe. And, the other end in the longitudinal direction of the second socket portion (200) can be connected to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the first socket portion (100).

[0027] Here, the longitudinal end of the second socket part (200) may be positioned so that a portion is inserted into the longitudinal end of the first socket part (100).

[0028] In this case, a connecting pipe portion (201) inserted into the inner side of the longitudinal end of the first socket portion (100) may be provided at the longitudinal end of the second socket portion (200). This connecting pipe portion (201) may be detachably connected to the longitudinal end of the second socket portion (200).

[0029] The second socket portion (200) may be provided with a second fluid passage (210) through which fluid moves on the inside. For example, the second socket portion (200) may be made of a tubular body with both longitudinal sides open.

[0030] Additionally, at least one connecting groove (220) communicating with the insertion hole (120) may be provided on the outer surface of the other end in the longitudinal direction of the second socket portion (200). More preferably, the connecting groove (220) may be disposed on the outer surface of the connecting pipe portion (201) of the second socket portion (200).

[0031] Here, the connecting groove (220) may be provided on the outer surface of the connecting pipe portion (201) of the second socket portion (200) to have a curved cross-sectional shape.

[0032] The above-mentioned connecting groove (220) provides a space in which a portion of the fixing ball (300) inserted into the insertion hole (120) of the first socket part (100) can be placed, thereby allowing the second socket part (200) and the first socket part (100) to be maintained in a connected state through the fixing ball (300).

[0033] The above connecting grooves (220) can be placed in the same number and position as the insertion holes (120).

[0034] For example, when the above-mentioned connecting grooves (220) are provided in multiple numbers, the multiple connecting grooves (220) may be spaced apart at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the second socket part (200) so as to communicate with each of the multiple insertion holes (120).

[0035] The above fixing ball (300) can be inserted into the insertion hole (120) of the first socket part (100).

[0036] And, a part of the fixed ball (300) can be placed in the connecting groove (220).

[0037] In this way, the fixing ball (300) is positioned in a hooked state between the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200), thereby maintaining the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200) in a connected state.

[0038] The above fixed part (400) can be rotatably positioned on the outside of the first socket part (100).

[0039] For example, the above-mentioned fixed part (400) may be made of a tubular body with both longitudinal sides open.

[0040] The above-mentioned fixing part (400) prevents the fixing ball (300) inserted into the insertion hole (120) from coming out of the insertion hole (120), while keeping a part of the fixing ball (300) inserted in the connecting groove (220).

[0041] Referring to FIG. 4, at least one release groove (410) may be provided on the inner surface of the fixed part (400) that communicates with the insertion hole (120) when rotated at a predetermined angle on the first socket part (100).

[0042] In this way, the above-mentioned release groove (410) provides an additional space in which a part of the fixing ball (300) can be inserted when it communicates with the insertion hole (120) through the rotation of the fixing part (400), so that a part of the fixing ball (300) inserted in the connecting groove (220) can be detached, and thereby the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200) joined by the fixing ball (300) can be disassembled.

[0043] The above release grooves (410) can be arranged in the same number as the insertion holes (120).

[0044] For example, when the above-mentioned release grooves (410) are provided in plurality, the plurality of release grooves (410) may be arranged on the inner surface of the fixing part (400) at a spacing equal to the circumferential spacing of the plurality of insertion holes (120).

[0045] Here, the maximum depth of the release groove (410) is formed to be the same as or deeper than the maximum depth of the connection groove (220), so that a part of the fixing ball (300) inserted into the connection groove (220) can be stably removed from the connection groove (220).

[0046] Additionally, the fixed part (400) may be slidably positioned on the outer side of the first socket part (100) in the forward and backward direction.

[0047] Additionally, a cap elastic support member (420) that elastically supports the fixing member (400) may be provided on the outer side of the first socket member (100). As an example, the cap elastic support member (420) may be a coil spring.

[0048] The above-mentioned cap elastic support member (420) elastically supports the fixing member (400) so that the fixing member (400) is maintained in a position where the fixing ball (300) does not detach from the insertion hole (120).

[0049] Additionally, a pipe connection coupler of one embodiment may include a first valve part (500) for opening and closing a first flow path (110) of a first socket part (100) and a second valve part (600) for opening and closing a second flow path (210) of a second socket part (200).

[0050] Here, when the first valve part (500) and the second valve part (600) are connected to the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200) by a fixing ball (300), the first fluid path (110) and the second fluid path (210) are opened to enable fluid movement, and when the connection between the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200) is released, the first fluid path (110) and the second fluid path (210) are closed to block fluid movement.

[0051] The first valve part (500) can be placed inside the first socket part (100).

[0052] The first valve part (500) may include a first opening / closing means (510) and a first elastic member (520).

[0053] The first opening / closing means (510) may be positioned inside the first socket part (100) so as to be slidable in the forward and backward directions relative to the direction of movement of the fluid on the first flow path (110).

[0054] Here, the first opening / closing means (510) is positioned by being pushed by the connecting pipe portion (201) of the second socket portion (200) when connecting the second socket portion (200) and the first socket portion (100), thereby keeping the first flow path (110) in an open state.

[0055] The first elastic member (520) may be placed inside the first socket portion (100) to elastically support the first opening / closing means (510).

[0056] The first elastic member (520) elastically supports the first opening / closing means (510) so that when the second socket part (200) and the first socket part (100) are not connected, it pushes the first opening / closing means (510) in the longitudinal direction of the first socket part (100) and maintains the first opening / closing means (510) in a position where it closes the first flow path (110).

[0057] The second valve part (600) can be placed inside the second socket part (200).

[0058] The second valve section (600) may include a second opening / closing means (610) and a second elastic member (620).

[0059] The second opening / closing means (610) may be positioned inside the second socket part (200) so as to be slidable in the forward and backward directions relative to the direction of movement of the fluid on the second channel (210).

[0060] Here, the second opening / closing means (610) is configured to keep the second flow path (210) open by being pushed by the connecting pipe (201) when the connecting pipe (201) is placed in the second socket part (200) to connect the second socket part (200) and the first socket part (100).

[0061] The second elastic member (620) may be placed inside the second socket portion (200) to elastically support the second opening / closing means (610).

[0062] The second elastic member (620) elastically supports the second opening / closing means (610) so that when the second socket part (200) and the first socket part (100) are not connected, it pushes the second opening / closing means (610) in the longitudinal direction of the second socket part (200) and maintains the second opening / closing means (610) in a position where it closes the second flow path (210).

[0063] In this embodiment of the pipe connection coupler, a fixing ball (300) is positioned in the insertion hole (120) of the first socket part (100) and the connection groove (220) of the second socket part (200) that are connected to each other, and the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200) are connected. Then, on the inner surface of the fixing part (400), a release groove (410) is provided that communicates with the insertion hole (120) when the first socket part (100) is rotated at a predetermined angle. Accordingly, when a part of the fixing ball (300) is inserted into the release groove (410), the part of the fixing ball (300) is detached from the connection groove (220), allowing the first socket part (100) and the second socket part (200) to be easily disassembled.

[0064] The present invention has been described with reference to embodiments illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
