Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a dehumidifier, and more specifically, to a dehumidifier that can lower the center of gravity as much as possible to prevent conduction. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, a dehumidifier is a device or appliance that removes moisture from the air in an indoor space.
[0003] This dehumidifier is configured to remove moisture from air by drawing in air from a space where moisture is to be removed and passing it through a heat exchanger, thereby removing the moisture from the air through heat exchange with said heat exchanger.
[0004] The heat exchanger described above includes a condenser that condenses the refrigerant and an evaporator that evaporates the refrigerant. That is, as air passes through the evaporator, it exchanges heat with the refrigerant to remove moisture, and as it passes through the condenser, it absorbs the heat released from the refrigerant and is supplied to the room in a dry state, thereby lowering the humidity of the indoor space.
[0005] In addition, the dehumidifier is configured to have a water tank, collect and store moisture separated from the air as it passes through the evaporator, and discharge it when necessary.
[0006] Various conventional dehumidifiers of this type are provided in Registered Patent No. 10-2506410, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006644, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006645, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006646, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006647, etc.
[0007] Meanwhile, recent dehumidifiers are designed with a narrow width and tall height to accommodate indoor design. Consequently, these modern dehumidifiers inevitably pose a high risk of tipping over.
[0008] In particular, in order to form a narrow width for the dehumidifier, the compressor and heat exchanger (evaporator and condenser) must be arranged vertically; however, since both the compressor and the heat exchanger are tall, the overall height of the dehumidifier inevitably increases as well.
[0009] In addition, recently, a rolling element is provided on the bottom of the dehumidifier so that the dehumidifier can be freely moved and installed.
[0010] However, the aforementioned rolling member has a disadvantage in that, since the fastening plate is attached to the bottom surface of the dehumidifier, the bottom surface of the dehumidifier is separated from the ground by the height of the rolling member, and as this separation distance increases, the risk of the dehumidifier tipping over inevitably increases. Prior art literature
[0011] Registered Patent No. 10-2506410, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006644, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006645, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006646, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006647 The problem to be solved
[0012] The present invention has been devised to solve various problems according to the aforementioned prior art, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a new type of dehumidifier that can reduce the risk of tipping over by lowering the center of gravity of the dehumidifier as much as possible.
[0013] In addition, the objective of the present invention is to provide a new type of dehumidifier that can reduce the risk of tipping over by lowering the center of gravity of the compressor as much as possible.
[0014] In addition, the objective of the present invention is to provide a new type of dehumidifier that can lower the center of gravity of the compressor as much as possible by improving the structure of the fastening plate that installs the compressor on the base frame.
[0015] In addition, the objective of the present invention is to provide a new type of dehumidifier that can reduce the risk of conduction of the dehumidifier by optimizing the installation position of the rolling member. means of solving the problem
[0016] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose, the bottom surface of the compressor may be configured to be positioned lower than the top surface of the base frame in order to lower the center of gravity of the dehumidifier.
[0017] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a recess for the compressor is formed on the upper surface of the base frame so that the bottom surface of the compressor can be positioned lower than the upper surface of the base frame. This lowers the center of gravity of the compressor, thereby preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over.
[0018] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a recess for a wheel is formed on the bottom surface of the base frame so that a part of the wheel can be positioned higher than the bottom surface of the base frame. This lowers the center of gravity of the compressor, thereby preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over.
[0019] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the mounting portion of the fastening plate on which the compressor is mounted can be positioned lower than the upper surface of the base frame. This lowers the center of gravity of the compressor, thereby preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over.
[0020] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the upper surface of the base frame includes a first portion where a compressor is installed and a second portion where a water tank is installed.
[0021] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the first portion can be formed lower than the second portion. As a result, the center of gravity of the compressor can be positioned lower than the surface of the second portion.
[0022] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a recess for a compressor may be formed in the first portion.
[0023] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the recess for the compressor may include a first recess recess recessed from the upper surface of the base frame and a second recess recessed from the first recess recess.
[0024] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the bottom surface of the compressor can be installed to be located within the second recess. This allows the center of gravity of the compressor to be lowered as much as possible.
[0025] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the bottom surface of the second recess can be formed lower than the bottom surface of the base frame.
[0026] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the second recess can be formed to protrude from the bottom of the base frame. This allows the bottom height of the second recess to be reduced to the maximum extent.
[0027] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the bottom surface of the second recess can be formed to be positioned lower than the bottom surface of the base frame. This allows the height of the compressor accommodated in the second recess to be reduced to the maximum extent.
[0028] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the seating portion of the fastening plate that connects the compressor to the base frame is positioned lower than the first recess. This allows the height of the compressor seated in the seating portion to be reduced to the maximum extent.
[0029] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the mounting portion of the fastening plate that connects the compressor to the base frame can be positioned below one end of the leg portion. This allows the height of the compressor mounted on the mounting portion to be reduced to the lowest possible level.
[0030] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, each leg portion of the fastening plate can be positioned higher than the second recessed portion and lower than the upper surface of the base frame. This allows the height of the compressor seated on the seating portion to be reduced to the maximum extent.
[0031] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the fastening boss formed on the base frame can be formed to protrude from the upper surface of the second recess.
[0032] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, in order to lower the center of gravity of the dehumidifier, at least a portion of the rolling members of the wheel may be configured to be positioned higher than the bottom surface of the base frame.
[0033] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the bottom surface of the base frame includes a third recessed portion recessed from the bottom surface of the base frame and a plurality of fourth recessed portions recessed from the third recessed portion, and wheels may be installed in each of the fourth recessed portions.
[0034] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, at least a portion of the wheel may be positioned above the bottom surface of the base frame.
[0035] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the rolling member of the wheel can be positioned above the bottom surface of the base frame. This allows the rolling operation of the rolling member to be performed smoothly.
[0036] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the base frame comprises a first portion in which a compressor is located, a second portion extending to one side of the first portion, and a third portion extending to the other side of the first portion.
[0037] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, each fourth recess may be formed at the boundary with the second portion among the first portions. By doing so, each wheel is spaced as far apart as possible in the left-right direction of the dehumidifier, thereby preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over.
[0038] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, each fourth recess may be formed at each corner of the first portion. This allows each wheel to be spaced as far apart as possible in each diagonal direction of the dehumidifier, thereby preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over.
[0039] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a water tank is positioned in a second portion of the base frame, and an electric section is positioned in a third portion of the base frame, and the distance between two fourth recesses positioned adjacent to the second portion among each fourth recess may be configured to be narrower than the distance between two fourth recesses positioned adjacent to the third portion.
[0040] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, in order to lower the center of gravity of the dehumidifier, the bottom surface of the compressor may be positioned lower than the top surface of the base frame, and at least some of the rolling members of the wheel may be configured to be positioned higher than the bottom surface of the base frame.
[0041] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the compressor can be installed so that a portion of it is received into the recess for the compressor of the base frame, and the wheels can be installed so that a portion of them is received into the recess for the wheels of the base frame. This allows the center of gravity of the dehumidifier to be lowered as close to the ground as possible. Effects of the invention
[0042] As described above, the dehumidifier of the present invention can lower the center of gravity of the compressor by forming the height of the part where the compressor is installed low, and thereby prevent the dehumidifier from tipping over.
[0043] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention can further lower the height of the area where the compressor is installed by forming the recess for the compressor as a double recess structure.
[0044] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention improves the structure of the fastening plate for installing the compressor on the base frame, thereby enabling the bottom height of the compressor to be positioned as low as possible while ensuring sufficient height of the cushioning member.
[0045] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention can further lower its center of gravity by improving the wheel installation structure and positioning the bottom height of the wheel as high as possible.
[0046] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention improves the wheel arrangement structure so that the four wheels can sufficiently support the load of each component of the dehumidifier while preventing tipping over during movement. Brief explanation of the drawing

Where it is stated that a component is "connected," "combined," or "connected" to another component, it should be understood that the component may be directly connected or connected to the other component, but that another component may also be "connected," "combined," or "connected" between each component.
[0051] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the dehumidifier of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 18.
[0052] The attached FIGS. 1 to 3 are perspective and exploded perspective views of a dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention. In addition, FIG. 4 is a plan view of a dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are cross-sectional views seen from different directions.
[0053] As illustrated in these drawings, the dehumidifier of the present invention is designed to prevent conduction by lowering the center of gravity as much as possible. To this end, the dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention suggests that the center of gravity of the compressor (230) can be lowered.
[0054] The dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail as follows.
[0055] First, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a case (100).
[0056] The above case (100) can be defined as a part that forms a perimeter wall among the exterior of the dehumidifier.
[0057] The above case (100) can be formed to be open vertically while providing space for various parts or devices to be installed inside.
[0058] The above case (100) may be formed by combining multiple parts. For example, the above case (100) may be provided by being divided into a first perimeter case (110) and a second perimeter case (120).
[0059] The first perimeter case (110) forms the front of the dehumidifier and part of one side wall and part of another side wall, and the second perimeter case (120) forms the rear of the dehumidifier and part of one side wall and part of another side wall.
[0060] For convenience of explanation, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the side facing the direction where the water container (400) is located is defined as the right side, and the side facing the opposite direction of the water container (400) is defined as the left side. When viewed with reference to FIG. 4, the side facing where the first perimeter case (110) is located can be defined as the front, and the side facing where the second perimeter case (120) is located can be defined as the rear. Although not illustrated, the case (100) may additionally be provided with a separate perimeter case forming a side wall.
[0061] An intake port (121) may be formed in the second perimeter case (120). For example, an intake port (121) for inhaling indoor air may be formed in the upper portion of the second perimeter case (120).
[0062] The lower right side of the case (100) (based on FIG. 1 and FIG. 2) may be formed to be open. For example, the lower right wall of the first perimeter case (110) and the lower right wall of the second perimeter case (120) are formed to be open. A water container (400) may be detachably installed within this open area. The water container (400) stores moisture separated from the air.
[0063] Next, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base frame (130).
[0064] The above base frame (130) can be defined as a part that forms the bottom of the exterior of the dehumidifier.
[0065] The base frame (130) is formed to block the open bottom surface of the case (100).
[0066] Meanwhile, the compressor (230), water tank (400), and electrical unit (600), which will be described later, may be placed on or installed on the base frame (130).
[0067] In consideration of this, the upper surface of the base frame (130) can be divided into a first portion (1301) where the compressor (230) is installed, a second portion (1302) where the water tank (400) is located, and a third portion (1303) where the electrical unit (600) is located, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10.
[0068] The first portion (1301) may be provided as a portion between the second portion (1302) and the third portion (1303) on the upper surface of the base frame (130). That is, a compressor (230) may be installed between the water tank (400) and the electrical unit (600).
[0069] A plurality of fastening bosses (132) are formed in the first portion (1301) to allow the compressor (230) to be installed. A fastening plate (250) provided at the bottom of the compressor (230) is fastened to the fastening bosses (132) by screws (or bolts).
[0070] The second portion (1302) may be provided as one side portion of the upper surface of the base frame (130). That is, a water tank (400) may be positioned on one side portion of the upper surface of the base frame (130).
[0071] The above third portion (1303) may be provided as a different portion of the upper surface of the base frame (130). That is, the electric portion (600) may be located on the different portion of the upper surface of the base frame (130).
[0072] As shown in FIGS. 13 to 16, the bottom surface of the base frame (130) can be divided into a first portion (1301) located at the bottom of the compressor (230), a second portion (1302) located at the bottom of the water tank (400), and a third portion (1303) located at the bottom of the electrical unit (600), just like the top surface of the base frame (130).
[0073] At this time, the outer edges of the second part (1302) and the third part (1303) may be formed to be round. That is, considering the exterior design of the dehumidifier (design of the side wall), the tip of the second part (1302) and the third part (1303) may each be formed in a semicircular shape when viewed from a flat surface (or bottom surface).
[0074] Meanwhile, the base frame (130) includes a structure for lowering the center of gravity of the dehumidifier.
[0075] In other words, by improving the structure of the base frame (130) to lower the center of gravity of the dehumidifier, the dehumidifier can be prevented from tipping over.
[0076] To this end, a recess (810) for the compressor is formed on the upper surface of the base frame (130) so as to accommodate a part of the compressor (230). That is, by lowering the center of gravity of the compressor (230) as much as possible, the center of gravity of the dehumidifier can be lowered.
[0077] The above-mentioned recess (810) for the compressor is formed to be recessed from the upper surface of the first portion (1301) forming the base frame (130).
[0078] That is, a recess (810) for a compressor is formed on a part of the upper surface of the first part (1301), and the compressor (230) is installed so that at least a part of it is received in the recess (810) for the compressor. This allows the center of gravity of the compressor (230) to be positioned closer to the ground than when the upper surface of the first part (1301) is flat.
[0079] In particular, the recessed portion (810) for the compressor includes a first recessed portion (811) recessed from the upper surface of the base frame (130) and a second recessed portion (812) recessed from a part of the first recessed portion (811). At this time, the upper surface of the base frame (130) refers to the surface of the highest part of the base frame (130), and for example, the upper surface of the perimeter wall of the base frame (130) can be defined as the upper surface of the base frame (130).
[0080] The second recess (812) is located on the inner side of the first recess (811). At this time, the second recess (812) may be formed to have the same center as the first recess (811).
[0081] The center of the recess (810) for the compressor can be formed to be located closer to the center of the third part (1303) than to the center of the second part (1302) on the upper surface of the base frame (130). That is, a water tank (400) is located in the second part (1302), and considering that the weight of this water tank (400) gradually increases as condensate is stored due to the use of the dehumidifier, the center of gravity of the compressor (230) is positioned so that it is shifted toward the third part (1303), thereby preventing the dehumidifier from tilting toward the second part (1302).
[0082] The first recessed portion (811) can be formed by recessing the inner edge of the first portion (1301). As a result, the upper surface of the edge of the first portion (1301) forms the upper surface of the base frame (130).
[0083] The second recess (812) is provided as a portion of the bottom surface of the compressor (230) or a portion of the fastening plate (250) that supports the bottom surface of the compressor (230) to be accommodated.
[0084] The second recess (812) may be formed by protruding downward from a portion of the first recess (811). That is, the second recess (812) may be formed to protrude to the bottom of the base frame (130). At this time, the bottom surface of the base frame (130) and the ground are separated from each other by the wheel (160), and the bottom surface of the second recess (812) may be formed to be positioned lower than the bottom surface of the base frame (130) and higher than the ground.
[0085] Through this structure, the height of the compressor (230) located within the second depression (812) can be lowered as much as possible.
[0086] Meanwhile, the fastening boss (132) provided on the first portion (1301) of the upper surface of the base frame (130) is positioned within the second recess (812). This allows the compressor (230) to be positioned within the second recess (812).
[0087] The fastening boss (132) is positioned at each corner portion within the second recess (812). For example, the second recess (812) is formed to have a roughly triangular structure when viewed from a planar view, and the fastening boss (132) can be formed at each of the three corner portions of the second recess (812).
[0088] Each of the above fastening bosses (132) is formed to protrude from the upper surface of the second recess (812). By doing so, the height of each of the above fastening bosses (132) is formed to be sufficiently high, so that the height of the cushioning member (253) installed on the fastening boss (132) can also have a height sufficient for vibration damping. Of course, since each of the above fastening bosses (132) does not protrude excessively from the upper surface of the base frame (130) despite having a sufficient height, space utilization of the upper space of the base frame (130) becomes possible.
[0089] Next, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier includes an upper cover (140).
[0090] The upper cover (140) can be defined as a portion forming the upper surface of the exterior of the dehumidifier.
[0091] The upper cover (140) is formed to block the open upper surface of the case (100).
[0092] A discharge port (141) may be formed in the upper cover (140). The discharge port (141) may be formed on any side of the upper cover (140). For example, the discharge port (141) may be formed on the right side of the upper cover (140) when viewed from a planar view.
[0093] The above discharge port (141) can be selectively opened and closed by an opening / closing door (142). The opening / closing door (142) can be opened and closed manually or automatically.
[0094] Although not shown, the first perimeter case (110) and the second perimeter case (120) may be formed integrally with each other, or either one of the perimeter cases (110, 120) and the base frame (130) or either one of the perimeter cases (110, 120) and the upper cover (140) may be formed integrally with each other.
[0095] Next, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a partition frame (500).
[0096] The above partition frame (500) can be defined as the internal body of the dehumidifier. That is, the space within the case (100) can be divided into a plurality of spaces by the above partition frame (500).
[0097] The above partition frame (500) can divide the space within the case (100) vertically. To this end, the above partition frame (500) can be formed to block the space between the upper space and the lower space within the case (100). Thus, the space within the case (100) can be divided into an upper space and a lower space by the above partition frame (500).
[0098] A heat exchanger (210, 220) and a fan assembly (300), which will be described later, may be installed on the upper surface of the above partition frame (500). In consideration of this, the above partition frame (500) also functions as a condensate receiver to receive condensate falling from the heat exchanger (210, 220).
[0099] A first seating portion (540) and a second seating portion (550) may each be provided on the upper surface of the above partition frame (500).
[0100] A heat exchanger (210, 220) is mounted on the first mounting portion (540), and a fan assembly (300) is mounted on the second mounting portion (550).
[0101] The above heat exchanger (210, 220) may include an evaporator (210) for separating moisture from the air using a temperature difference with the air, and a condenser (220) for raising the temperature of the air that has passed through the evaporator (210).
[0102] The condenser (220) may be located on the air outlet side of the evaporator (210). In particular, the evaporator (210) and the condenser (210) are positioned to overlap in the direction of air flow and are provided in the area where the intake port (121) of the second perimeter case (120) is formed within the case (100). For example, the evaporator (210) and the condenser (220) may be provided in the upper right space within the case (100). The evaporator (210) is positioned closer to the intake port (121) than the condenser (220). Due to this arrangement of the evaporator (210) and the condenser (220), air introduced from the intake port (121) can be supplied to the room with its temperature raised after moisture has been removed.
[0103] A first vertical partition (510) and a second vertical partition (520) may each be formed on the bottom surface of the above partition frame (500) to divide the lower space within the case (100) into multiple spaces. That is, by providing each of the above vertical partitions (510, 520), the first part (1301), the second part (1302), and the third part (1303) on the upper surface of the base frame (130) each provide a space that is divided from one another.
[0104] The first vertical partition (510) is connected to the upper surface of the base frame (130) while protruding downward from one side of the bottom surface of the partition frame (500).
[0105] The first vertical partition (510) can be coupled to the upper surface of the base frame (130). That is, the first vertical partition (510) provides a space on the upper surface of the base frame (130) where a water tank (400) is located. Thus, the second portion (1302) on the upper surface of the base frame (130) can provide a space partitioned from the first portion (1301).
[0106] Side walls (511) are formed by bending at both ends of the first vertical partition (510). That is, side walls forming the side walls of the space where the water tank (400) is stored can be formed by bending at each side of the first vertical partition (510). The side walls (511) can be closely attached to a part of the perimeter surface of the second part (1302) of the base frame (130).
[0107] The second vertical partition (520) is connected to the upper surface of the base frame (130) while protruding downward from the other side of the bottom surface of the partition frame (500).
[0108] The second vertical partition (520) can be coupled to the upper surface of the base frame (130). That is, the second vertical partition (520) provides a space on the upper surface of the base frame (130) where the electrical section (600) is located. As a result, the third section (1303) on the upper surface of the base frame (130) can provide a space partitioned from the first section (1301).
[0109] Next, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a fan assembly (300).
[0110] The above fan assembly (300) can be defined as an assembly having a blower fan (310) to generate airflow.
[0111] This fan assembly (300) can be positioned on the second mounting portion (550) on the upper surface of the partition frame (500) located within the case (100).
[0112] The above fan assembly (300) may have a bellmouth positioned on the opposite side to the heat exchanger (particularly, condenser) (210, 220) through which air is introduced. Thus, air passing through the intake port (121) and sequentially through the evaporator (210) and the condenser (220) can be introduced into the fan assembly (300).
[0113] As shown in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 5, the fan assembly (300) includes a blower fan (310) and a fan housing (320).
[0114] The above fan housing (320) may be formed roundly with respect to the rotation center of the blower fan (310), and a discharge duct (323) is formed on one of the perimeter portions to guide the discharge flow of air while extending upward.
[0115] The end of the discharge duct (323) is provided as an air outlet and is installed to align with the discharge port (141) of the upper cover (140). Thus, air flowing along the discharge duct (323) can be discharged into the room after sequentially passing through the air outlet and the discharge port (141) of the upper cover (140).
[0116] As shown in FIG. 6, a fan motor (324) is installed in the fan housing (320), and a blower fan (310) is positioned inside the fan housing (320) and is axially coupled to the fan motor (324).
[0117] Next, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an electrical unit (600).
[0118] The above electrical unit (600) is a part or device formed by assembling a plurality of circuit components for controlling the operation of each device.
[0119] This electrical section (600) may be located in the lower space within the case (100). Specifically, the electrical section (600) may be located in the third portion (1303) of the base frame (130) within the lower space within the case (100) and fixed to the wall surface of the second vertical partition (520).
[0120] Next, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a wheel (160).
[0121] The wheel (160) is provided for the rolling movement of the dehumidifier. That is, with the provision of the wheel (160), the dehumidifier can be moved by rolling as needed by the user and its position can be changed.
[0122] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the wheel (160) may be installed on the bottom surface of the base frame (130). In particular, as shown in FIG. 16, the wheel (160) includes a wheel frame (161) coupled to the base frame (130) and a rolling member (162) that rotates while supported by the wheel frame (161).
[0123] The above rolling member (162) is connected to the wheel frame (161) by a connecting frame (163). The connecting frame (163) is installed to be rotatable in a horizontal direction from the wheel frame (161), thereby allowing the rolling member (162) to freely change direction and move the dehumidifier.
[0124] Next, the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a fastening plate (250).
[0125] The above fastening plate (250) is provided to connect the compressor (230) to the first part (1301) of the base frame (130).
[0126] As illustrated in FIG. 12, the fastening plate (250) includes a seating portion (251) on which the compressor (230) is seated, and a plurality of leg portions (252) that extend radially from the circumference of the seating portion (251) and are coupled to the fastening boss (132).
[0127] The above-mentioned mounting portion (251) may be formed in a shape that supports the bottom surface of the compressor (230). For example, the above-mentioned mounting portion (251) may be formed in a concave shape to accommodate the bottom surface of the compressor (230). The bottom surface of the compressor (230) may be installed to simply rest on the above-mentioned mounting portion (252), but may also be integrated with it using welding, separate fastening, or adhesive.
[0128] The above-mentioned seating portion (252) may be formed to be positioned lower than the first recess (811). For example, the above-mentioned seating portion (252) may be formed to be positioned within the second recess (812). Thus, the bottom surface of the compressor (230) placed on the above-mentioned seating portion (252) can be positioned within the second recess (252).
[0129] The bottom surface of the compressor (230) may be located inside the first recess (811) or at the boundary between the first recess (811) and the second recess (812). In this case as well, the height of the bottom surface of the compressor (230) can be reduced as much as possible by positioning the seating portion (252) of the fastening plate (250) that supports the bottom surface of the compressor (230) within the second recess (812).
[0130] Each of the above leg portions (253) may be formed with at least a portion inclined. That is, each of the above leg portions (253) may be formed to gradually incline upward from one end connected to the seating portion (252) to the other end connected to the fastening boss (132).
[0131] In this case, the other end of each leg portion (253) is located above the seating portion (252). That is, the other end of each leg portion (253) is located higher than the upper surface within the second recess (252) and lower than the upper surface of the base frame (130).
[0132] Due to the inclined structure of the leg portion (253), the center of gravity of the compressor (230) can be lowered while the height of the cushioning member (253) can be sufficiently secured.
[0133] Thus, the dehumidifier of the present invention can lower the center of gravity of the compressor (230) by forming the height of the part where the compressor (230) is installed low, and thereby prevent the dehumidifier from being overturned.
[0134] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention can further lower the height of the area where the compressor (230) is installed by forming the recessed portion (810) for the compressor as a double recessed structure.
[0135] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention improves the structure of the fastening plate (250) for installing the compressor (230) on the base frame (130) so that the bottom height of the compressor (230) can be positioned as low as possible while securing a sufficient height of the cushioning member (253).
[0136] Meanwhile, various forms different from the aforementioned embodiments may be provided for the structure for preventing conduction of the dehumidifier of the present invention. These are explained as follows.
[0137] First, as an example of preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over, the distance between the base frame (130) and the ground can be configured to be as short as possible. That is, the possibility of tipping over can be reduced by positioning the overall center of gravity of the dehumidifier as close to the ground as possible.
[0138] In this way, to reduce the distance between the base frame (130) and the ground, the height of the part where the wheel (160) is attached can be configured to be positioned as high as possible. This allows the distance between the base frame (130) and the ground caused by the wheel (160) to be shortened. That is, by positioning the part where the wheel (160) is attached above the bottom surface of the base frame (130), the distance between the bottom surface of the base frame (130) and the ground can be reduced.
[0139] To this end, as shown in FIGS. 14 and FIGS. 16 to 18, a recessed portion (820) for a wheel is formed on the bottom surface of the base frame (130), and the wheel frame (161) of the wheel (160) can be installed in the recessed portion (820) for the wheel.
[0140] The recess (820) for the wheel can be formed to have a depth such that at least a portion of the wheel (160) can be positioned above the bottom surface of the base frame (130).
[0141] These wheel depressions (820) may include a third depression (821) that is recessed from the bottom surface of the base frame (130), and a plurality of fourth depressions (822) that are recessed from the third depression (821).
[0142] The third recess (821) may be formed to be recessed up to the boundary height between the first recess (811) and the second recess (812) of the base frame (130) (e.g., recessed from the bottom surface of the base frame to the first recess).
[0143] The fourth recess (822) is formed to be recessed into a part of the third recess (821). The wheel frame (161) of the wheel (160) can be inserted and installed in the fourth recess (822).
[0144] The fourth recess (822) and the wheel frame (161) may be formed in a structure that interlocks with each other. For example, the fourth recess (822) and the wheel frame (161) may be formed in a polygonal shape and interlock with each other. This prevents the problem of the wheel frame (161) installed in the fourth recess (822) rotating unintentionally.
[0145] In this way, by forming a recess (820) for the wheel on the bottom surface of the base frame (130) to maximize the height of the wheel (160), the distance between the bottom surface of the base frame (130) and the ground can be configured to be as short as possible. This allows the center of gravity of the dehumidifier to be lowered further.
[0146] Next, as another example of preventing the dehumidifier from tipping over, a wheel (160) is positioned at a location that prevents tilting and provides a large load among the parts of the base frame (130) so as to prevent the dehumidifier from tipping over while moving.
[0147] That is, the wheels (160) are positioned on parts of the base frame (130) that are heavier than other parts to support the load, and the wheels (160) are positioned as close as possible to the perimeter to prevent tilting. This prevents tilting or tipping in the direction of movement during the movement of the dehumidifier.
[0148] To this end, the fourth recess (822) on which the wheel frame (130) of the wheel (160) is installed can be formed in the first portion (1301) and the second portion (1302) of the bottom surface of the base frame (130), respectively, as shown in FIG. 14. That is, by positioning the wheel (160) in the portion that supports heavy components such as the compressor (230) and the water tank (400), the dehumidifier can be prevented from tipping over while moving.
[0149] The fourth recess (822) may be formed at the corner of the first part (1301) and the corner of the second part (1302), respectively. That is, each fourth recess (822) is positioned to be spaced as far apart from one another as possible to prevent the dehumidifier from tilting to one side.
[0150] Here, the two fourth depressions (822) formed on the bottom surface of the first portion (1301) are positioned at the boundary with the third portion (1303). This allows the distance (front-back distance) between the two wheels (160) on the side (the side where the front section is located when viewed from the front) to be maximized, while also supporting the load of the compressor (230).
[0151] Of course, the fourth recess (822) may also be positioned in the third section (1303). However, since the third section (1303) is formed in a rounded shape, its width is narrower than that of the first section (1301), so the distance between the two wheels (160) is inevitably narrower. Considering this, it is preferable to position the fourth recess (822) adjacent to the third section (1303) but at the corner of the first section (1301) in order to maximize the distance between the two wheels (160).
[0152] In the case of the two fourth depressions (822) formed on the bottom surface of the second portion (1302), they may be located between the connection portion with the first portion (1301) and the outer portion (round portion). This allows the distance (front-back distance) between the two wheels (160) on the side (the side where the water tank is located when viewed from the front) to be maximized while supporting the load of the water tank (400).
[0153] Next, as another example of preventing conduction of the dehumidifier, a second recess (812) of the compressor recess (810) on which the compressor (230) is installed can be formed by taking into account the position of the two wheels (160) installed in the first part (1301).
[0154] That is, as illustrated in FIG. 14, the two fourth recesses (822) provided in the first portion (1301) of the bottom surface of the base frame (130) are located at both corners of the boundary with the third portion (1303), and at least a portion of the second recess (812) may be formed to be located between the two fourth recesses (822). For example, one of the three corner portions of the second recess (812) is formed to be located between the two fourth recesses (822).
[0155] Thus, the center of gravity of the compressor (230) can be positioned as close as possible to the two fourth recesses (822), and the fourth recesses (822) can also be positioned so as not to interfere with the connection of the compressor (230) or the fastening plate (250) for installing the compressor (230).
[0156] Meanwhile, to prevent the dehumidifier of the present invention from being displaced, the center of gravity of the compressor (230) may be lowered or the bottom height of the wheel (160) may be raised separately. However, to enhance the effect of preventing the dehumidifier from being displaced, it is most desirable to lower the center of gravity of the compressor (230) and raise the bottom height of the wheel (160).
[0157] That is, it is most preferable to form a recess (810) for a compressor on the upper surface of the base frame (130), form a recess (820) for a wheel on the lower surface of the base frame (130), install the compressor (230) so that a portion of it is received into the recess (810) for the compressor, and install the wheel (160) so that a portion of it is received into the recess (820) for the wheel.
[0158] In this case, the bottom surface of the recess (810) for the compressor is located further down than the bottom surface of the base frame (130), and the bottom surface of the wheel (160) can be located further down than the bottom surface of the recess (810) for the compressor.
[0159] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention may have a structure that prevents warping caused by the formation of a recess (810) for the compressor.
[0160] For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a plurality of reinforcing ribs (813, 814) may be formed in the second recess (812) that forms the recess (810) for the compressor. The reinforcing ribs (813, 814) may be provided to prevent twisting within the second recess (812) caused by the formation of the second recess (812).
[0161] These reinforcing ribs (813, 814) may include a reinforcing rib (813) formed in a circular shape based on the center of the second depression (812) and a reinforcing rib (814) formed in a straight line.
[0162] The reinforcing rib (813) formed in the above circular shape is formed to be concentric with the center of the second recess (812), and the reinforcing rib (814) formed in the above straight line can be formed to extend from the center of the second recess (812) toward each fastening boss (132).
[0163] As such, the dehumidifier of the present invention can be implemented in various forms.
