Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a new type of dehumidifier having a structure for organizing the connectors of each signal line provided to the dehumidifier. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a dehumidifier is a device or appliance that removes moisture from the air in an indoor space.

[0003] This dehumidifier is configured to remove moisture from air by drawing in air from a space where moisture is to be removed and passing it through a heat exchanger, thereby removing the moisture from the air through heat exchange with said heat exchanger.

[0004] The heat exchanger described above includes a condenser that condenses the refrigerant and an evaporator that evaporates the refrigerant. That is, as air passes through the evaporator, it exchanges heat with the refrigerant to remove moisture, and as it passes through the condenser, it absorbs the heat released from the refrigerant and is supplied to the room in a dry state, thereby lowering the humidity of the indoor space.

[0005] In addition, the dehumidifier is configured to have a water tank, collect and store moisture separated from the air as it passes through the evaporator, and discharge it when necessary.

[0006] Various conventional dehumidifiers of this type are provided in Registered Patent No. 10-2506410, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006644, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006645, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006646, Published Patent Application No. 10-2025-0006647, etc.

[0007] Meanwhile, various sensors are provided in the dehumidifier. For example, various sensors may be provided, such as sensors that sense various information related to the heat exchanger, or sensors that detect the water level in the water tank or whether water is being dispensed.

[0008] Accordingly, a number of wires (power lines or signal lines, etc.) are provided inside the conventional dehumidifier, and a number of connectors are provided to connect these wires to a main board.

[0009] Conventionally, the aforementioned wiring had to be provided within the case without being organized separately, while avoiding interference with the connections between various components. In other words, there was an inconvenience in that the work was difficult during the process of connecting various components or closing the case cover, as wiring or connectors were placed at each connection point.

[0010] In particular, there were cases where workers forcibly connected the joints without noticing that the wiring was caught between them, leading to operational failures caused by wiring damage or separation of connectors.

[0011] In addition, since the locations of numerous wires and connectors varied from product to product depending on the operator's preference, there was a problem in that it was difficult to locate the wiring or connectors of each component during future inspection or maintenance. Prior art literature

[0013] The present invention has been devised to solve various problems according to the aforementioned prior art, and the objective of the present invention is to enable various wiring provided within a case to be provided in an organized state.

[0014] The objective of the present invention is to enable a worker to accurately and quickly recognize the location of various wiring.

[0015] The objective of the present invention is to enable easy and accurate verification of connections between various wirings.

[0016] The objective of the present invention is to enable the connector to be connected to various wirings to be maintained in a stably installed state. means of solving the problem

[0017] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose, a connector mounting portion for mounting a wiring connector is formed on at least one part of the fan assembly. This allows the connector to be mounted at a predetermined location.

[0018] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a connector mounting portion for mounting a wiring connector may be formed in any part of the fan assembly.

[0019] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the connector mounting portion is provided in multiple numbers, and each of the multiple different connectors can be mounted.

[0020] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, connectors of wirings connected to the same device or apparatus can be formed to be mounted collectively on a connector mounting part. This allows wirings connected to devices of the same type to be arranged together at a specific location.

[0021] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the connector mounting portion may be provided in at least one part of the fan housing or shroud forming the fan assembly.

[0022] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the connector mounting portion may include a first connector mounting portion formed on the outer surface of the fan housing. The first connector mounting portion may be formed integrally with the fan housing.

[0023] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the first connector mounting portion may be formed at the corner of the fan housing for space utilization.

[0024] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the connector mounting portion may include a second connector mounting portion formed on the outer surface of the shroud. The second connector mounting portion may be formed integrally with the shroud.

[0025] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the first connector mounting part and the second connector mounting part may be located in adjacent areas. This allows work on the connection parts between the wiring to be performed collectively in one place.

[0026] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a plurality of wiring connectors connected to a sensor of the dehumidification unit can be collectively mounted in either the first connector mounting part or the second connector mounting part. Thus, when performing maintenance on the sensor of the dehumidification unit, only the connector mounted in the corresponding connector mounting part needs to be checked.

[0027] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a plurality of wiring connectors connected to devices, mechanisms, or parts other than the dehumidification unit may be collectively mounted on the other of the first connector mounting part and the second connector mounting part. Thus, when performing maintenance on the sensor of the water tank, only the connector mounted on the corresponding connector mounting part needs to be checked.

[0028] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, two connector mounting portions can be formed so that connectors are mounted facing different directions. This allows an operator to easily distinguish between connectors of each type connected to each connector mounting portion.

[0029] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the first connector mounting portion can be formed so that a connector is mounted in the width direction of the fan housing. This allows the connector to be mounted on the front of the fan housing, thereby making the connector mounting process easy.

[0030] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the connector mounting portion may be formed to have a flat bottom portion. This allows each connector to be mounted horizontally even on rounded parts, such as the corners of a fan housing.

[0031] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the connector mounting portion may include at least two gripping guides that grip the sides of the connector. This allows the connector to be stably mounted without left-right shaking.

[0032] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the gripping guides can be formed such that two guides form a pair and grip both sides of the connector. This allows the connector to be mounted stably without left-right shaking.

[0033] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the gripping guide can be formed in a plurality of pairs. This allows a plurality of connectors to be mounted collectively on a single connector mounting part.

[0034] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a plurality of pairs of gripping guides can be arranged adjacently along the horizontal direction. This allows a plurality of connectors to be mounted side by side in the horizontal direction.

[0035] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a plurality of pairs of gripping guides can be arranged to form a plurality of layers.

[0036] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the gripping guide may be formed with a structure to prevent the connector from being pushed in the coupling direction when the connectors are coupled.

[0037] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, a structure may be formed in the gripping guide so that the connector is not inserted excessively and is mounted to the connector mounting part at a certain distance.

[0038] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the limiting projection can be positioned to limit sliding in the direction in which the two connectors are joined.

[0039] According to the dehumidifier of the present invention, the gripping guide may be formed to grip a portion of the upper surface of the connector as well. Effects of the invention

[0040] The dehumidifier of the present invention, as described above, can organize each wire without tangling by providing a connector mounting part in which a wiring connector can be mounted within the case.

[0041] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention provides a connector mounting portion, allowing the connectors provided at the ends of each wire to be mounted at designated locations. This enables the operator to easily locate each wire.

[0042] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention provides a connector mounting part, allowing connectors to be positioned separately by type or by device, thereby enabling maintenance by a worker to be performed easily and quickly.

[0043] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention is provided with a limiting projection on the connector mounting portion, thereby preventing inaccurate connection caused by the slipping of the connectors during coupling.

[0044] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention provides a connector mounting portion at the upper corner of a fan housing or shroud, which is provided as an empty space, thereby facilitating the installation of the connector and enabling space utilization. [0049] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the dehumidifier of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 15.

[0050] The attached FIGS. 1 to 4 are perspective views and exploded perspective views of a dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0051] FIG. 5 is a plan view of a dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are cross-sectional views.

[0052] As illustrated in these drawings, the dehumidifier of the embodiment of the present invention comprises a case (100), a dehumidification unit (200), and a fan assembly (300), and further comprises a connector mounting unit (410, 420) for mounting a connector (10) of wiring connected to each electronic component inside the case (100).

[0053] The dehumidifier of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail by each component as follows.

[0054] First, the case (100) of the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0055] The above case (100) can be defined as the exterior of a dehumidifier. Various parts or devices may be installed within the above case (100).

[0056] A plurality of spaces for installing the various parts or devices are provided inside the case (100). For example, the spaces may include a space for installing a fan assembly (200), a space for installing a compressor (230), a space for installing a water tank (500), and a space for installing a heat exchanger (210, 220).

[0057] Each of the above spaces may be separated from one another or formed so that parts of them are connected to one another. For example, the space where the heat exchanger (210, 220) is located and the space where the water tank (500) is located may be separated from one another by a partition frame (101).

[0058] The above case (100) may be formed by combining multiple parts. For example, the above case (100) may be provided by being divided into multiple parts such as a first perimeter case (110) and a second perimeter case (120), a bottom frame (130), and an upper cover (140).

[0059] Although not shown, the first perimeter case (110) and the second perimeter case (120) may be formed integrally, or either one of the perimeter cases (110, 120) and the bottom frame (130) or either one of the perimeter cases (110, 120) and the top cover (140) may be formed integrally.

[0060] The first perimeter case (110) forms one side wall of the dehumidifier, part of the front, and part of the rear, and the second perimeter case (120) forms another side wall of the dehumidifier, another part of the front, and another part of the rear. For convenience of explanation, the front is defined as the side facing the direction where the water tank (500) is located, the first perimeter case (110) is defined as the wall surface provided on the left when the water tank (500) is viewed from the front, and the second perimeter case (120) is defined as the wall surface provided on the right when the water tank (500) is viewed from the front. Although not illustrated, the case (100) may additionally be provided with a separate perimeter case forming the front and rear.

[0061] An intake port (121) may be formed in the second perimeter case (120). For example, an intake port (121) for inhaling indoor air may be formed in the upper portion of the side wall of the second perimeter case (120).

[0062] A discharge port (141) may be formed in the upper cover (140). For example, a discharge port (141) may be formed in the front portion of the upper cover (140).

[0063] The above discharge port (141) can be selectively opened and closed by an opening / closing door (142). The opening / closing door (142) can be opened and closed manually or automatically.

[0064] The lower front portion of the above case (100) may be formed to be open. A water container (500) may be detachably installed within this open portion. The water container (500) stores moisture separated from the air.

[0065] Next, the dehumidification unit (200) of the dehumidifier according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0066] The above dehumidification unit (200) can be defined as a device, apparatus, or structure for removing moisture from the air.

[0067] For example, the dehumidification unit (200) may be configured to separate moisture contained in the air through heat exchange with the air using a temperature difference. To this end, the dehumidification unit (200) may include a heat exchanger (210, 220).

[0068] The above heat exchanger (210, 220) may include an evaporator (210) for separating moisture from the air using a temperature difference with the air.

[0069] The air passing through the above evaporator (210) has a low temperature because it exchanges heat with the low-temperature refrigerant of the evaporator (210), and if this low-temperature air is supplied directly into the room, it may cause dissatisfaction among the user. Considering this, the heat exchanger (210, 220) may include a condenser (220) to raise the temperature of the air.

[0070] Meanwhile, the dehumidification unit (200) may be configured as a refrigeration cycle having the condenser (220) and the evaporator (210). To this end, the dehumidification unit (200) may further include a compressor (230) and an expansion unit (240).

[0071] The compressor (230) may be provided in the lower space within the case (100). By placing the compressor (230), which is relatively heavier than other components, in the lower space, the case (100) can be prevented from tipping over.

[0072] The condenser (220) may be located on the air outlet side of the evaporator (210). In particular, the evaporator (210) and the condenser (210) are positioned to overlap in the direction of air flow and are provided in the area where the intake port (121) of the second perimeter case (120) is formed within the case (100). For example, the evaporator (210) and the condenser (220) may be provided in the upper right space within the case (100). The evaporator (210) is positioned closer to the intake port (121) than the condenser (220). Due to this arrangement of the evaporator (210) and the condenser (220), air introduced from the intake port (121) can be recirculated into the room with its temperature raised after moisture has been separated.

[0073] That is, the air sucked in through the intake port (121) undergoes heat exchange while passing through a low-temperature evaporator (210), and moisture is separated through this heat exchange with the low temperature. The air passing through the evaporator (210) undergoes heat exchange while passing through a high-temperature condenser (220), and is heated to an appropriate temperature through this heat exchange with the high temperature and discharged into the room. Therefore, high-temperature dry air can be supplied into the room.

[0074] Moisture separated from the air while passing through the evaporator (210) flows down along the surface of the evaporator (210), collects in a partition frame (101) located below the evaporator (210), and is supplied to a water tank (500) below it.

[0075] Next, the fan assembly (300) of the dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0076] The above fan assembly (300) can be defined as an assembly having a blower fan (310) to generate airflow.

[0077] This fan assembly (300) can be provided within the case (100).

[0078] Specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 2, 4, and 7, the fan assembly (300) may be positioned at the air outlet side of the heat exchanger (particularly, the condenser) (210, 220). Thus, air passing through the intake port (121) and sequentially through the evaporator (210) and the condenser (220) can be introduced into the fan assembly (300).

[0079] As illustrated in FIGS. 2, FIGS. 4, FIGS. 7, and FIGS. 8, the fan assembly (300) includes a fan housing (320) and a shroud (330). The blower fan (310) is installed within the space formed by the combination of the fan housing (320) and the shroud (330).

[0080] The above fan housing (320) may be formed as a tubular body having a perimeter wall (321) and a front wall (322) for guiding air flow, with the rear side (the side facing the intake port of the second perimeter case) open.

[0081] The above-mentioned perimeter wall (321) may be formed in a rounded shape based on the rotation center of the blower fan (310), and a discharge duct (323) is formed to guide the discharge flow of air by extending from any part of the perimeter wall (321) to any wall surface of the case (100). The end of the discharge duct (323) is open and provided as an air outlet.

[0082] As shown in FIG. 6, the air outlet of the discharge duct (323) can be formed to coincide with the discharge port (141) of the upper cover (140) forming the case (100). That is, the discharge duct (323) can be formed to coincide with the discharge port (141) by extending upward from the upper portion of the perimeter wall (321) of the fan housing (320). Thus, the air flowing along the discharge duct (323) passes sequentially through the air outlet and the discharge port (141) of the upper cover (140) and is discharged into the room.

[0083] The shroud (330) may be formed to cover an open side (right side in the drawing) of the fan housing (320). That is, the shroud (330) is formed to cover an open side of the fan housing (320) while being coupled to the open side of the fan housing (320).

[0084] An air inlet is formed in the shroud (330) to introduce air into the blower fan (310) within the fan housing (320). The air inlet of the shroud (330) is positioned to face the intake port (121) of the second perimeter case (120) forming the case (100). The heat exchanger (evaporator and condenser) (210, 220) is positioned between the air inlet of the shroud (330) and the intake port (121) of the second perimeter case (120).

[0085] As shown in FIG. 4, a fan motor (324) is installed on the outer surface of the fan housing (320), and a blower fan (310) is positioned inside the fan housing (320) and is axially coupled to the fan motor (324). The fan motor (324) can be installed on the outer surface of the fan housing (320).

[0086] The above blower fan (310) may be formed as a centrifugal fan (e.g., a Sirocco fan) with one side (the side facing the shroud) open and a plurality of vanes formed along the circumference. Thus, air is sucked in from the air inlet of the shroud (330) by the rotation of the blower fan (310), and the air sucked in is introduced into the blower fan (310), discharged in a radial direction, flows along the circumferential wall (321) of the fan housing (320), passes through the discharge duct (323), and is discharged to the discharge port (141).

[0087] Next, the connector mounting portion (401, 402) of the dehumidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 15.

[0088] The connector mounting portion (401, 402) may be defined as a structure provided to mount a connector (40) coupled to the end of a wiring (not shown) or a portion where said structure is formed.

[0089] The above wiring may include at least one wiring connected to various devices (e.g., water tank, dehumidification unit, electrical components, etc.) provided within the case (100). For example, the wiring may include wiring connected to a sensor for detecting the water level of the water tank (500) or for detecting whether the water tank (500) is mounted. The wiring may include wiring connected to a sensor for detecting various states of the dehumidification unit (200).

[0090] The wiring connected to each of the above devices may be provided as one or more than one for each device.

[0091] The connector mounting portion (401, 402) above can be formed so that the connector (40) of each wire is mounted. That is, by providing the connector mounting portion (401, 402), entanglement between wires can be prevented and interference caused by wires can be prevented during assembly work.

[0092] In particular, the connector mounting portions (401, 402) are designed so that connectors (40) of wiring of the same type or wiring connected to the same device can be mounted separately by type. This allows the operator to accurately identify the connected wiring during maintenance of each device.

[0093] The above connector mounting portion (401, 402) may be provided on the outer surface of any one of the various devices within the case (100).

[0094] Preferably, the connector mounting portion (401, 402) may be provided on the fan housing (320) or shroud (330) forming the fan assembly (300). That is, the fan housing (320) and shroud (330) are the parts that can be checked first when separating the first perimeter case (110). Furthermore, even if the connector mounting portion (401, 402) is formed on the outer surface of the fan housing (320) and shroud (330), it does not affect performance. In addition, since the fan housing (320) and shroud (330) are formed by injection molding, they are easy to mold and are formed from a material that does not easily break or get damaged when the connector (40) is connected, which may be the most desirable. Although not shown, the connector mounting portion (401, 402) may be formed on either the inner wall of the case (100) or on the outer surface of the heat exchanger (condenser or evaporator) (210, 220).

[0095] The connector mounting portion (401, 402) may be formed on the upper surface of the fan housing (320) or shroud (330). This structure allows the connector mounting portion (401, 402) to be located on the upper side inside the case (100), so that when a worker separates the first perimeter case (110), the connector mounting portion (401, 402) can be easily found.

[0096] In particular, the upper corner portion of the fan housing (320) or shroud (330) is provided as an empty space and is not utilized for any other purpose. Considering this, the connector mounting portion (401, 402) is formed on the upper corner portion of the fan housing (320) or shroud (330), thereby providing the advantage of facilitating the installation of the connector (40) and enabling space utilization.

[0097] The connector mounting portions (401, 402) may be formed to have a flat bottom portion (410). This allows each connector (40) to be mounted horizontally even on rounded parts, such as the corners of the fan housing (320).

[0098] The connector mounting portion (401, 402) may include a gripping guide (420) that grips the side of the connector (40). Preferably, the gripping guide (420) may be formed as a pair of two to grip both sides of the connector (40). That is, the connector (40) can be accurately mounted without tilting to the left or right by the two gripping guides (420), and can maintain a stable mounted state without shaking to the left or right.

[0099] Preferably, the connector mounting portion (401, 402) may be formed to have both the bottom portion (410) and two gripping guides (420). In this case, the two gripping guides (420) may be formed to protrude from the upper surface of the bottom portion (410). Thus, the connector (40) can be accurately mounted by the bottom portion (410) and the two gripping guides (420) without tilting up and down or left and right, and can maintain a stably mounted state without shaking up or left and right.

[0100] Meanwhile, the above gripping guide (420) may be formed in multiple pairs to allow multiple connectors (40) to be mounted collectively on a single connector mounting part (401, 402).

[0101] When the gripping guides (420) are formed in multiple pairs in this manner, each gripping guide (420) can be arranged adjacently along the horizontal direction. Due to this structure, each connector (40) can be mounted side by side in the horizontal direction, and the mounting position of each connector (40) can be distinguished. For example, a sequence number can be assigned to the part where each connector (40) is mounted along the horizontal direction, and each connector (40) is designated and mounted according to this sequence. In this way, by checking the mounting position of the connector (40), the operator can accurately determine which sensor (or device) the wiring connected to the connector (40) is connected to.

[0102] When each of the above gripping guides (420) is arranged adjacently along the horizontal direction, space for mounting two connectors (40) can be provided for every three gripping guides (420), thereby minimizing the mounting space for multiple connectors (40).

[0103] Additionally, the above-mentioned multiple pairs of gripping guides (420) may be arranged to form multiple layers. With this structure, even while mounting more connectors (40), the wiring connected to the corresponding connector (40) can be accurately identified simply by checking the mounting position of each connector (40).

[0104] The connector mounting portion (401, 402) may have a structure formed therein to prevent the mounting connector (40) from being pushed in the coupling direction when a male connector (e.g., female connector) (40) is coupled to the connector mounted thereon. That is, by providing a structure that prevents the mounting connector (40) from being pushed, the problem of the connector (40) being unintentionally detached from the connector mounting portion (401, 402) can be prevented.

[0105] To this end, the connector mounting portion (401, 402) may have a limiting projection (431, 432) formed thereon to limit the insertion distance of the connector (40). The limiting projection (431, 432) is positioned to limit the sliding of the two connectors (40) in the direction of joining, thereby preventing the connector (40) from being excessively inserted and ensuring that it is mounted on the connector mounting portion (401, 402) for only a certain distance.

[0106] These limiting protrusions (431, 432) may include a first limiting protrusion (431) formed to protrude from the wall surface of the gripping guide (420) in a direction that blocks the insertion of the connector (40). The limiting protrusions (431, 432) may further include a second limiting protrusion (432) formed to protrude from the upper surface of the bottom portion (410).

[0107] The first limiting projection (431) and the second limiting projection (432) may be formed with only one limiting projection or both limiting projections (431, 432) formed, taking into consideration the shape of the connector (40), the structure of the installation location of the connector mounting part (401, 402), or the coupling direction of the connector (40).

[0108] Additionally, the gripping guide (420) may further be formed with a structure that grips a portion of the upper surface of the connector (40). To this end, a bending end (421) for gripping a portion of the upper surface of the connector (40) may be formed at the top of the gripping guide (420). The bending end (421) may be formed to be bent from the top of the gripping guide (420) toward the upper surface of the connector (40).

[0109] Meanwhile, the connector mounting portions (401, 402) may be provided in multiple numbers. That is, the connector mounting portions (401, 402) may not be provided in only one area, but may be provided in multiple areas.

[0110] For example, a connector mounting section (first connector mounting section) (401) provided in one part is used to collectively mount connectors (40) of wirings connected to one device or machine, and a connector mounting section (second connector mounting section) (402) provided in another part is used to collectively mount connectors (40) of wirings connected to another device or machine. That is, by arranging the wirings of the same device to be collectively mounted in the same connector mounting sections (401, 402), a worker can quickly check for defects in a specific device during maintenance work.

[0111] The above connector mounting portions (401, 402) include a first connector mounting portion (401) formed on the outer surface of the fan housing (320). Connectors (40) of wiring connected to sensors of the devices forming the dehumidification unit (200) may be mounted on the first connector mounting portion (401). For example, connectors (40) of wiring connected to a sensor that detects the temperature of the dehumidification unit (200), a sensor that detects frost on the heat exchanger (210, 220), a sensor that detects whether the fan is running, etc., may be mounted between each gripping guide (420) of the first connector mounting portion (401).

[0112] The first connector mounting portion (401) may be formed at the upper corner of the fan housing (320). Specifically, the first connector mounting portion (401) may be formed at the corner opposite to the corner on the upper surface of the fan housing (320) where the discharge duct (330) protrudes. This allows the space on the upper corner of the fan housing (320) that was previously unused to be utilized, so that no additional space needs to be provided within the case (100) to form the first connector mounting portion (401).

[0113] The above connector mounting portions (401, 402) may include a second connector mounting portion (402) formed on the outer surface of the shroud (330). A wiring connector (40) connected to a device, mechanism, or component other than the dehumidification portion (200) may be mounted on the second connector mounting portion (402). For example, a wiring connector (40) connected to a sensor that detects the water level of a water tank (500) or a sensor that detects whether the water tank (500) is mounted may be mounted between each gripping guide (420) of the second connector mounting portion (402).

[0114] The first connector mounting portion (401) and the second connector mounting portion (402) may be located in adjacent areas. This allows the work on the connection portion between the wiring to be performed collectively in one place. For example, the first connector mounting portion (401) may be formed on the upper edge of the fan housing (320), and the second connector mounting portion (402) may be formed on the upper surface of the shroud (330) in an area adjacent to the first connector mounting portion (401).

[0115] The first connector mounting portion (401) and the second connector mounting portion (402) provided in this manner can each be equipped with connectors (40) of wiring connected to different devices. This is as described in the explanation of examples of devices mounted on each connector mounting portion (401, 402) mentioned above. This enables the operator to accurately identify the wiring for each device.

[0116] As illustrated in FIGS. 9, FIGS. 11, FIGS. 14, and FIGS. 15, the two connector mounting portions (401, 402) may be formed so that the connector (40) is mounted facing in different directions. This structure is intended to allow the operator to more easily distinguish the different types of connectors (40) connected to each connector mounting portion (401, 402).

[0117] Additionally, the first connector mounting portion (401) may be formed so that the connector (40) is mounted in the width direction (direction toward the shroud) of the fan housing (320). This allows the connector (40) to be mounted on the front of the fan housing (320), making the connector mounting process easy.

[0118] In the following, the process of installing each wiring connector (40) of the dehumidifier of the present invention in the connector mounting parts (401, 402) is described.

[0119] First, each wiring can be arranged with each device forming the dehumidifier installed in each part of the case (100).

[0120] That is, after the assembly of each device is completed, the connector (40) provided at the end of each wiring is mounted to the first connector mounting part (401) and the second connector mounting part (402) formed on the upper surface of the fan housing (320) and the shroud (330), respectively.

[0121] At this time, the first connector mounting part (401) may be equipped with a connector (40) for various wirings related to the dehumidification part (200), for example, and the second connector mounting part (402) may be equipped with a connector (40) for various wirings related to a device other than the dehumidification part (200).

[0122] In addition, different types of connectors (40) can be mounted separately in the upper row and the lower row of the first connector mounting part (401).

[0123] Therefore, the operator can accurately identify the wiring, sensor, or device to which the connector (40) is connected simply by being familiar with the location where the connector (40) is mounted among each connector mounting part (401, 402).

[0124] Additionally, when the mounting of each wiring connector (40) on each connector mounting part (401, 402) is completed, a counterpart connector (not shown) is coupled to each connector (40). At this time, the counterpart connector may be a connector for wiring drawn out from the controller (150).

[0125] The above-mentioned counterpart connector is inserted into each connector (40) to form a connection. However, during the process of inserting the counterpart connector into each connector (40), each connector (40) may be pushed in the direction in which the counterpart connector is connected. But, since limiting protrusions (431, 432) are formed on each connector mounting part (401, 402) to prevent the connector (40) from being pushed, the connection between each connector (40) and the counterpart connector can be made accurately and completely.

[0126] Thus, the dehumidifier of the present invention can have each wire organized without getting tangled by providing a connector mounting part (401, 402).

[0127] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention provides connector mounting parts (401, 402) so that the connector (40) provided at the end of each wire can be mounted at a designated position. This allows the operator to easily locate each wire.

[0128] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention can position connectors (40) by type or by device through the provision of connector mounting parts (401, 402), thereby enabling maintenance by a worker to be performed easily and quickly.

[0129] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention is provided with limiting protrusions (431, 432) on the connector mounting portions (401, 402), thereby preventing inaccurate connection caused by the slipping of the connectors when connecting the connectors (40).

[0130] In addition, the dehumidifier of the present invention provides a connector mounting portion (401, 402) at the upper corner of a fan housing (320) or shroud (330) that is provided as an empty space, thereby making it easy to install the connector (40) and enabling space utilization while being adjacent to the controller (160).
