[0070] FIG. 9 is a front view schematically showing an assembly unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a side view schematically showing an assembly unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 11 is a drawing for explaining a fixing jig of an automatic pad liner assembly device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 12 is a drawing showing a clamp part of an automatic pad liner assembly device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a drawing showing the operation of a pusher part of an automatic pad liner assembly device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0071] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 13, the assembly unit (400) according to the present embodiment is provided on the frame (100) and can function as a configuration for connecting a pad liner (20) to a torque member (30).

[0072] For example, the assembly unit (400) may include a movable block (410), a movable cylinder (420), and a pusher part (430).

[0073] The movable block (410) is formed as a flat plate and can function as a configuration that fixes the pusher part (430). Also, the movable cylinder (420) is fixed to the frame (100), and the movable shaft is coupled to the movable block (410) so that the movable block (410) can be raised and lowered.

[0074] The pusher part (430) is provided in the movable block (410) and can function in a configuration that presses the pad liner jig (300) mounted on the loading part (230) with the torque member (30) to connect the pad liner (20) to the torque member (30).

[0075] For example, the pusher unit (430) may include a pusher cylinder (432) provided in the movable block (410) and a pusher member (434) provided on each side of the pusher cylinder (432) to press the pad liner jig (300) in opposite directions by driving the pusher cylinder (432) to attach the pad liner (20) to the torque member (30).

[0076] The pusher cylinder (432) is equipped with a speed cone (not shown) to control the assembly speed. The pusher cylinder (432) is made of a pneumatic cylinder, and the movement speed of the piston can be adjusted by controlling the flow rate of air supplied to the pusher cylinder (432) by the speed cone.

[0077] The assembly unit (400) may include a fixing jig (440) and a clamping part (450) to fix the pad liner (20) in an accurate position when the pad liner (20) and the torque member (30) are combined by the pusher part (430).

[0078] That is, the positional dispersion between the assembly unit (400) and the shuttle unit (200) can be reduced by the fixed jig (440), and the torque member (30) can be fixed by the clamping part (450) when the pad liner (20) is coupled by the pusher part (430).

[0079] The fixed jig (440) aligns the positions of the shuttle unit (200) and the movable block (410), and can be formed in the shape of a plurality of bars extending in the direction of operation of the movable block (410). Additionally, the shuttle unit (200) may have a fixed groove (212) formed therein that corresponds to the end of the fixed jig (440).

[0080] By lowering the movable block (410), the end of the fixed jig (440) can be seated in the fixed groove (212), thereby accurately fixing the position between the assembly unit (400) and the shuttle unit (200).

[0081] The clamping unit (450) is configured to fix the torque member (30) when the pad liner (20) is coupled by the operation of the pusher unit (430), and may include a clamping member (452) provided on both sides of the movable block (410) and movable toward the torque member (30), and a clamping drive unit (454) that provides a driving force to press the clamping member (452) toward the torque member (30).

[0082] The clamping drive unit (454) may be composed of a linear motor provided between the movable block (410) and the clamping member (452).

[0083] The operation of an automatic pad liner assembly device according to one embodiment of the present invention is described below.

[0084] First, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5, a pad liner (20) is mounted on a pad liner jig (300). The insertion part (22) of the pad liner (20) is in surface contact with the mounting part (320) of the main body (310), and the mounting part (320) is composed of a first mounting surface (323), a second mounting surface (324), and a third mounting surface (325) facing in mutually different directions, and each mounting surface (323, 324, 325) is in surface contact with the first surface (23), the second surface (24), and the third surface (25) of the insertion part (22). Each mounting surface (323, 324, 325) is provided with a fixing part (330) made of a magnet so that the pad liner (20) can be attached by magnetic force.

[0085] The pad liner (20) can be attached in three directions by the magnetic force of the fixed part (330), thereby securing the correct position of the pad liner (20).

[0086] Afterwards, the torque member (30) is seated on the seating portion (220) of the shuttle unit (200), and the pad liner jig (300) with the pad liner (20) attached is coupled to the loading portion (230) of the shuttle unit (200).

[0087] At this time, the pad liner jig (300) is connected to each of the pair of loading parts (230) and can be connected so as to face in opposite directions.

[0088] Since the pad liner jig (300) and the loading part (230) have a structure that is detachable by means of a binding part (235), various pad liner (20) specifications can be applied by changing the pad liner jig (300) according to the specifications of the pad liner (20).

[0089] The shuttle unit (200) equipped with the pad liner jig (300) and the torque member (30) can be moved to the assembly unit (400) side, which can combine the pad liner (20) with the torque member (30), by driving the drive unit (240).

[0090] When the shuttle unit (200) is positioned at the bottom of the assembly unit (400), the movable block (410) is lowered by the operation of the movable cylinder (420).

[0091] At this time, a fixing jig (440) is provided on the bottom surface of the movable block (410), and the end of the fixing jig (440) is seated in the fixing groove (212) of the shuttle unit (200), so that the assembly unit (400) and the shuttle unit (200) can be linked to each other, thereby reducing the positional dispersion between the units.

[0092] In this way, after the link between the assembly unit (400) and the shuttle unit (200), the torque member (30) on which the pad liner (20) is mounted is fixed by the clamping part (450). That is, by the operation of the clamping drive part (454), the clamping member (452) grips the torque member (30), thereby allowing the torque member (30) to be firmly fixed without movement.

[0093] After fixing the torque member (30), the pad liner jig (300) is pressed toward the torque member (30) by the operation of the pusher part (430), thereby allowing the pad liner (20) to be combined with the torque member (30).

[0094] More specifically, by operating the pusher cylinder (432), the pusher member (434) is moved in opposite directions, and by the pusher member (434) pressing the pad liner jig (300) against the torque member (30), the clip portion (27) formed on the opposite side of the insertion portion (22) of the pad liner (20) can be mounted on the torque member (30).

[0095] When the pressure of the pusher cylinder (432) is released, the loading part (230) can be restored to its original position by the restoring member (232).

[0096] After the pad liner (20) is mounted on the torque member (30), the shuttle unit (200) is restored to its initial position, and the torque member (30) with the pad liner (20) mounted is separated from the seating portion (220) to complete the product.

[0097] As described above, according to the present invention, the assembly process of a pad liner, which was previously performed manually, is automated to improve assembly efficiency, thereby reducing cycle time variation and increasing production volume. Additionally, the pad liner jig on which the pad liner is mounted can reduce additional equipment modification investment costs when developing a new pad liner.

[0098] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom.

[0099] Therefore, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the patent claims. Explanation of the symbols
