Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bracket having a shear key and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same. More specifically, the invention relates to a bracket having a shear key and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same, wherein the bracket is composed of an upper flange, a vertical flange, a connecting plate, a lower flange, and an end finishing plate, and a shear key is applied such that a shear groove formed in the horizontal portion of the floor panel is caught and supported on the upper portion of the end finishing plate of the bracket. This allows the floor panel to be installed so that the shear groove is caught and supported on the bracket immediately after the cantilever floor panel placed at the outermost part of the cantilever section is supplied from a crane and installed, thereby preventing the floor panel from slipping. By preventing the floor panel from slipping on the bracket, the worker's fall is prevented, and the bonding between the floor panel and the steel bridge can be significantly improved. Background Technology

[0003] Looking at the structure of a typical bridge, it largely consists of piers installed at regular intervals, girders installed to connect the piers, slabs installed on the girders, and cantileveres installed on both sides of the slabs.

[0004] At this time, the cantilever is constructed by placing cantilever floor panels, which are pre-fabricated from precast concrete panels, at regular intervals along the length direction on the side of the girder positioned at the outermost side in the width direction of the pier, and then pouring and curing concrete on top of the floor panels.

[0005] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a structure constructed on a concrete deck (62) as a conventional bridge cantilever floor panel.

[0006] Referring to FIG. 1, the bridge girder (61) is a steel box girder, and a concrete deck (62) is installed by placing it on an outer cross beam (67).

[0007] It can be seen that these outer cross beams (67) use a variable cross-section I-shaped steel beam and are connected to a connecting plate formed in advance on the side of the steel box girder using an overlay plate.

[0008] At this time, the concrete deck (62) as described above must be chamfered due to contact between the concrete deck (62) and the stud bolt (61a) formed on the side of the steel box girder and the outer cross beam bolt connection part (D). Since the thickness of the upper surface of the steel box girder varies depending on the location of the bridge, the size of the chamfer of the concrete deck (62) must also vary accordingly. Consequently, there was a problem in that the constructability and workability of the concrete deck chamfer were significantly reduced.

[0009] In addition, the concrete deck (62) is constructed on-site in the form of an L-shaped cross-section panel by pouring slab concrete (C) into an end formwork (69) supported by a longitudinal beam (68) that extends longitudinally at the end of the outer cross beam (67). In this case, since the end formwork (69) supported by a longitudinal beam must be installed at a high altitude, not only is the constructability and workability reduced, but there is also a problem with reduced workability, such as the need for sealing measures to prevent leakage of slab concrete, as the concrete deck (62) may lift due to the longitudinal gradient of the longitudinal beam (68).

[0010] In order to improve the above-mentioned problems, a "method for constructing a cantilever bridge equipped with a T-shaped fixing bracket" as seen in Patent Document 1 (Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1840763, registered on March 15, 2018) was developed.

[0011] The invention of "method for constructing a cantilever bridge equipped with a T-shaped fixing bracket" in Patent Document 1 (Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1840763, registered on March 15, 2018), developed as described above, is a bridge that is optimal for constructing cantilever concrete precast panels applied as cantilever floor panels, with better constructability and reduced steel quantity compared to existing steel bridges.

[0012] At this time, the bridge to which the above patent document 1 is applied is mostly constructed on a curved section bridge, and the upper surface of the curved section bridge has a transverse slope of 3 to 8 percent, which is greater than that of the straight section (2%).

[0013] The construction of the cantilever section is the most difficult and dangerous part of the superstructure construction of a high bridge, and in particular, panel construction on a slope with a severe superelevation is very dangerous in itself, as two workers at the outermost railing of the bridge must place panels weighing approximately 400–700 kg / ea, which are lifted and transported by a crane from the bottom of the bridge, into the correct position in the narrow space of the existing bridge slope.

[0014] In addition, when the wind blows or weather conditions are poor, there is a constant risk of the panels falling due to shaking.

[0015] Furthermore, in the construction method of cantilever floor panels according to the prior art described above, there is a very high risk of the panel and the worker falling due to the cantilever floor panel sliding on an inclined surface during the step of settling the panel in place.

[0016] In addition, even if the cantilever floor panels are installed, the risk of both the panel and the worker falling together due to the panel sliding under load while the worker steps onto the surface before the panel is separately secured cannot be overlooked.

[0017] In addition, since the cantilever floor panel installed on the outermost side of the cantilever section is installed with a structure extending a certain distance from the end of the bracket, there was a problem where the risk described earlier was amplified.

[0018] Therefore, there is a need for research and development on a bracket and a construction method for cantilever floor panels using the same, which allows the floor panel to be seated on the bracket without slipping immediately upon receiving and installing the cantilever floor panel positioned at the outermost side of the cantilever section from a crane, thereby preventing the worker from falling by preventing the floor panel from slipping on the bracket and significantly improving the bonding between the floor panel and the steel bridge. [0020] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1840763 Registered on March 15, 2018. Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1796210 Registered on November 3, 2017. Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2516513 Registered on March 28, 2023. Korean Published Patent No. 10-2014-0092545 Published on July 24, 2014. The problem to be solved

[0021] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a bracket having a shear key and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same. More specifically, the invention aims to provide a bracket having a shear key and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same, wherein the bracket is composed of an upper flange, a vertical flange, a connecting plate, a lower flange, and an end finishing plate, and a shear key is applied to the upper part of the end finishing plate of the bracket such that a shear groove formed in the horizontal part of the floor panel is caught and supported thereon, thereby enabling the floor panel to be seated on the bracket without slipping as soon as the cantilever floor panel placed at the outermost side of the cantilever section is supplied from a crane and installed, so that the shear groove is caught and supported by the shear key on the bracket.

[0022] Another objective of the technology according to the present invention is to prevent the floor panel from slipping by applying a shear key that engages and supports a shear groove formed in the horizontal portion of the floor panel on the upper part of the end plate of the bracket, thereby enabling the floor panel to be seated on the bracket without slipping immediately after receiving and installing the cantilever floor panel from the crane, so that the shear groove engages and supports the shear key on the bracket, thereby preventing the floor panel from slipping on the bracket and significantly improving the bonding strength between the floor panel and the steel bridge.

[0023] Another objective of the technology according to the present invention is to apply a shear key that engages and supports a shear groove formed in a recessed portion of the horizontal portion of the floor panel to the upper portion of the end plate of the bracket, and at the same time, by forming two or more recessed shear grooves on the lower surface of the horizontal portion of the floor panel, to allow for flexible deformation and seating construction of the floor panel to form a cantilever portion. means of solving the problem

[0025] The present invention for achieving the aforementioned objectives is as follows. That is, the bracket having a shear key according to the present invention is configured such that when constructing a cantilevered floor panel having a shear groove formed on the lower surface of a horizontal portion, the floor panel is seated on the bracket to prevent slipping, and the bracket has a shear key that allows the floor panel to be seated on the bracket. The bracket comprises an upper flange, a vertical flange connected orthogonally to one end of the upper flange, a lower flange connected with a connecting plate interposed below the upper flange, and an end finishing plate that is closely fixed at an outwardly inclined angle to the other end of the upper flange connected to the lower flange and the connecting plate. Meanwhile, the end finishing plate is configured such that it protrudes upward a certain length from the upper end of the upper flange, thereby forming a shear key that engages and supports the shear groove formed in the horizontal portion of the floor panel.

[0026] At this time, the shear key is formed to extend a certain length from the upper end of the end finishing plate in a state where the upper end is outwardly inclined when it is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange, and it is preferable that it be supported by a three-point contact structure extending across the upper end and both sides within the shear groove of the bottom panel.

[0027] In addition, the shear key may be formed to be vertically bent and extended from the upper end of the end finishing plate when it is tightly fixed to the other end of the upper flange, with the upper end inclined outward.

[0028] Furthermore, the shear key may be formed by bending it three times from the upper end of the end finishing plate when it is tightly fixed to the other end of the upper flange to form a trapezoidal shape corresponding to the shape of the shear groove of the floor panel, so that it can interlock with the shear groove of the floor panel which is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom.

[0029] Meanwhile, the method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention comprises: a bracket fixing step of fixing brackets having shear keys so as to protrude in a cantilever shape at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction on both sides of a bridge girder; a floor panel seating step of seating a floor panel with a shear groove formed on the lower surface of a horizontal section onto a bracket fixed to the bridge girder through the bracket fixing step, wherein the shear key of the bracket is caught and supported in the shear groove to prevent slipping when the floor panel is seated; and a floor slab construction step of forming a floor slab by reinforcing the upper surface of the floor panel seated through the floor panel seating step, and then pouring and curing concrete.

[0030] At this time, the shear groove of the floor panel applied in the floor panel seating step is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, while the bracket applied in the bracket fixing step is composed of an upper flange, a vertical flange connected perpendicularly to one end of the upper flange, a lower flange connected with a connecting plate interposed at the bottom of the upper flange, and an end finishing plate that is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange connected to the lower flange and the connecting plate at a certain outward angle of inclination, and a shear key is formed so as to extend a certain length from the upper end of the end finishing plate when it is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange, while maintaining the state of the upper end being outwardly inclined, and it is preferable that the shear key is supported by a three-point contact structure extending across the upper end and both sides within the shear groove of the floor panel.

[0031] In addition, the shear groove of the floor panel applied in the floor panel seating step is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, while the bracket applied in the bracket fixing step is composed of an upper flange, a vertical flange connected orthogonally to one end of the upper flange, a lower flange connected with a connecting plate interposed at the bottom of the upper flange, and an end finishing plate that is closely fixed at the other end of the upper flange connected to the lower flange and the connecting plate at an outwardly inclined angle, and a shear key is formed so as to be vertically bent and extended from the upper end of the end finishing plate when it is closely fixed to the other end of the upper flange while the upper end is inclined outward, so that it can be caught and supported in a state of close contact with the upper surface within the shear groove of the floor panel against the upper surface of the shear key.

[0032] Furthermore, the shear groove of the floor panel applied in the above-mentioned floor panel seating step is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, while the bracket applied in the above-mentioned bracket fixing step is composed of an upper flange, a vertical flange connected orthogonally to one end of the upper flange, a lower flange connected with a connecting plate interposed at the bottom of the upper flange, and an end finishing plate that is fixed in close contact at an outward angle of inclination to the other end of the upper flange connected to the lower flange and the connecting plate. When the end finishing plate is fixed in close contact to the other end of the upper flange, the upper end of the end finishing plate is bent three times to form a trapezoidal shape corresponding to the shape of the shear groove of the floor panel, thereby forming a shear key, and may be interlocked and supported within the shear groove of the floor panel with respect to the shear key in a mutually narrower at the top and wider at the bottom trapezoidal shape.

[0033] In addition, in order to allow the floor panel to be flexibly deformed and installed along the length forming the cantilever portion of the floor panel, the shear groove of the floor panel applied in the floor panel installation step is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, and it is preferable that two or more indentations are formed at regular intervals on the lower surface of the horizontal portion of the floor panel. Effects of the invention

[0035] The effects of the bracket having a shear key according to the present invention and the method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same are described as follows.

[0036] First, the invention relates to a bracket having a shear key and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same. More specifically, the bracket is composed of an upper flange, a vertical flange, a connecting plate, a lower flange, and an end finishing plate. A shear key is applied to the upper part of the end finishing plate of the bracket, such that a shear groove formed in the horizontal portion of the floor panel is caught and supported. This allows the floor panel to be installed so that the shear groove is caught and supported by the shear key immediately upon receiving and installing the cantilever floor panel positioned at the outermost part of the cantilever section from a crane, thereby enabling the floor panel to be installed on the bracket without slipping.

[0037] Second, a shear key is applied to the upper part of the end plate of the bracket, in which a shear groove formed in the horizontal part of the floor panel is caught and supported. This allows the floor panel to be installed on the bracket without slipping, so that the shear groove is caught and supported by the shear key immediately after the cantilever floor panel is supplied from the crane and installed. By preventing the floor panel from slipping on the bracket, the worker's fall is prevented, and the bonding strength between the floor panel and the steel bridge can be significantly improved.

[0038] Third, a shear key is applied to the upper part of the bracket's end plate so that the shear groove formed in the horizontal part of the floor panel is caught and supported, and at the same time, by forming two or more shear grooves in the lower surface of the horizontal part of the floor panel, the floor panel can be flexibly deformed and installed to form a cantilevered section on the length of the floor panel. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0041] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0042] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional example diagram showing the construction structure of a cantilever to which a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention is applied.

[0043] FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the state of the construction structure of FIG. 2 as seen from a plan, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention applied to FIG. 2.

[0044] FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view of a key part showing another embodiment of a cantilever bottom panel having a restraining groove formed therein to restrain the shear key of a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention applied to FIG. 2.

[0045] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, a bracket (100) having a shear key according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is configured so that when constructing a cantilevered floor panel (200) having a shear groove (211) formed on the lower surface of a horizontal portion (210) is seated on the bracket (100), the floor panel (200) is seated on the bracket (100) in a manner that prevents slipping.

[0046] At this time, the floor panel (200) is manufactured as a conventional precast concrete panel and is identical or similar to a cantilever floor panel applied during the construction of the cantilever section, and is applied as a precast concrete panel that protrudes above while the lower end of the truss girder (TG), etc., is embedded in the upper surface of the horizontal section (210).

[0047] Meanwhile, a bracket (100) having a shear key according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an upper flange (110), a vertical flange (120), a lower flange (130), and an end plate (140).

[0048] In detail, the upper flange (110) is provided as a plate having a certain area so as to be connected to the upper plate (11) of the bridge girder (10).

[0049] It is preferable that such an upper flange (110) be provided in the form of a plate that forms a T-shape when viewed from a planar view, and is fixedly installed at one end with the upper plate (11) of the bridge girder (10) through a fixing means such as a bolt.

[0050] At this time, it is preferable that the bridge girder (10) be provided as a steel box girder composed of an upper plate (11), a vertical plate (12), and a lower plate (13), as shown in FIG. 2.

[0051] And the vertical flange (120) is connected orthogonally to one end of the upper flange (110).

[0052] These vertical flanges (120) are fixedly installed through a fixing means such as bolts to the vertical plate (12) of the bridge girder (10).

[0053] In addition, the lower flange (130) is connected to the lower part of the upper flange (110) by interposing a connecting plate (130').

[0054] And the above end finishing plate (140) is fixed in close contact at an outward angle of inclination to the other end of the upper flange (110) to which the lower flange (130) and the connecting plate (130') are connected.

[0055] In particular, the end end plate (140) as described above is extended upward by a certain length from the upper end of the upper flange (110), and a shear key (141) is formed to engage and support the shear groove (211) formed in the horizontal portion (210) of the floor panel (200).

[0056] In detail, the shear key (141) refers to a portion that extends upward by a certain length from the upper flange (110) end of the end finishing plate (140) when one side, located a certain distance downward from the top of the end finishing plate (140), is fixed in close contact with the end of the upper flange (110).

[0057] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the shear key (141) as described above is formed to extend a certain length from the upper end of the end finishing plate (140) in a state where the upper end is outwardly inclined when it is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange (110), and it is preferably supported by a three-point contact structure extending to the upper end and both sides within the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200).

[0058] That is, the shear groove (211) of the floor panel (200) as described above is formed as an upwardly recessed groove having a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, on the bottom of the horizontal part (210) which is orthogonal to the vertical part (220).

[0059] At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the floor panel (200) may have two or more shear grooves (211) formed upwardly at regular intervals on the bottom of the horizontal section (210).

[0060] In other words, a shear key (141) is applied to the upper part of the end plate (140) of the bracket (100) so that the shear groove (211) formed in the horizontal part (210) of the floor panel (200) is caught and supported, and at the same time, the shear groove (211) of the floor panel (200) is formed in two or more places on the lower surface of the horizontal part (210), thereby allowing the floor panel (200) to be flexibly deformed and installed to form a cantilevered section.

[0061] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional example of a key part showing the construction structure of a cantilever to which a bracket having a shear key is applied according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0062] A bracket (100) having a shear key according to another embodiment of the present invention as seen in FIG. 6 differs from the embodiment described with reference to FIG. 2 to 5 only in that the configuration of the shear key (141) is modified, and a detailed description of the configuration having the same reference numerals below will be omitted.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 6, in a bracket (100) having a shear key according to another embodiment of the present invention, the shear key (141) may be formed to be vertically bent and extended from the upper end of the end end plate (140) when it is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange (110) in a state where the upper end is outwardly inclined.

[0064] That is, the shear key (141) as described above can be supported by being in close contact with the upper surface within the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200) with respect to the upper surface.

[0065] In addition, the shear key (141) can be guided to the inclined portions (not indicated) on both sides of the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200) with respect to the upper corner portion, and after being guided in this way, can be in close contact with the upper surface corresponding to the upper portion of the inclined portion of the shear groove (211) with respect to the upper surface.

[0066] Accordingly, the process of engaging the shear key (141) into the shear groove (211) can be easily and stably carried out.

[0067] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional example of a key part showing the construction structure of a cantilever to which a bracket having a shear key is applied according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0068] A bracket (100) having a shear key according to another embodiment of the present invention as seen in FIG. 7 differs from the embodiment described with reference to FIG. 2 to 5 only in that the configuration of the shear key (141) is modified, and a detailed description of the configuration having the same reference numerals below will be omitted.

[0069] Referring to FIG. 7, in a bracket (100) having a shear key according to another embodiment of the present invention, it is important that the shear key (141) corresponds to and interlocks with the shear groove (211) of a bottom panel (200) formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom.

[0070] To this end, it is preferable that the shear key (141) be formed by bending it three times to form a trapezoidal shape corresponding to the shape of the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200) from the upper end of the end finishing plate (140) when it is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange (110).

[0071] That is, as described above, the shear key (141) is formed by bending it three times to form a trapezoidal shape corresponding to the shape of the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200), thereby allowing the mutually corresponding trapezoidal shear key (141) and shear groove (211) to interlock more stably and accurately with each other.

[0072] In addition, the constructability of mounting the floor panel (200) onto the bracket (100) can be significantly improved.

[0073] FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing the step-by-step construction method of a cantilever floor panel using a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention.

[0074] With reference to FIG. 8 and together with FIG. 2 to 7, the construction method of a cantilever floor panel using a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention is a construction method in which, when constructing the cantilever section by placing a cantilever floor panel (200) having a shear groove (211) formed on the lower surface of a horizontal section (210) onto a bracket (100), the floor panel (200) is placed on the bracket (100) so as not to slip.

[0075] The method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention is broadly classified into a bracket fixing step (S110), a floor panel seating step (S120), and a floor slab construction step (S130).

[0076] In detail, the bracket fixing step (S110) comprises the process of fixing and installing brackets (100) having shear keys (141) so as to protrude in a cantilever shape at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction on both sides of a bridge girder (10).

[0077] The above floor panel mounting step (S120) is a process in which a floor panel (200), having a shear groove (211) recessed in the lower surface of the horizontal portion (210), is mounted on a bracket (100) fixed to a bridge girder (10) via a bracket fixing step (S110), and the shear key (141) of the bracket (100) is caught and supported in the shear groove (211) so as to prevent slipping when the floor panel (200) is mounted.

[0078] In addition, the floor slab construction step (S130) comprises a process of forming a floor slab by reinforcing the floor panel (200) that has been placed after the floor panel placement step (S120), and then pouring and curing concrete.

[0079] At this time, in the floor slab construction step (S130), the reinforcement on the upper part of the floor panel (200) can be provided in the same way as in the construction of a floor slab of a normal bridge, for example, by reinforcing bars arranged in the longitudinal and transverse directions on a truss girder (TG) protruding from the horizontal part (210) of the floor panel (200).

[0080] Furthermore, in the floor slab construction step (S130) above, the floor panel (200) is preferably made of a conventional precast concrete panel and is identical or similar to the cantilever floor panel applied during the construction of the cantilever section, and is applied as a precast concrete panel that protrudes above while the lower end of the truss girder (TG), etc., is embedded in the upper surface of the horizontal section (210).

[0081] In the method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention as described above, the shear groove (211) of the floor panel (200) applied particularly in the floor panel mounting step (S120) is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom.

[0082] In addition, the bracket (100) applied in the bracket fixing step (S110) comprises an upper flange (110), a vertical flange (120) connected perpendicularly to one end of the upper flange (110), a lower flange (130) connected with a connecting plate (130') interposed at the bottom of the upper flange (110), and an end finishing plate (140) that is fixed in close contact at an outward angle of inclination to the other end of the upper flange (110) to which the lower flange (130) and the connecting plate (130') are connected.

[0083] In particular, the bracket (100) configured as described above is preferably formed such that a shear key (141) is formed so as to extend a certain length from the upper end of the end end plate (140) in a state where the upper end is outwardly inclined when the bracket is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange (110), and is supported by a three-point contact structure extending to the upper end and both sides within the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200) with respect to the shear key (141).

[0084] Of course, as another embodiment, the bracket (100) may be formed such that a shear key (141) is formed so as to be vertically bent and extended from the upper end of the end end plate (140) when it is fixed in close contact with the upper end of the upper flange (110), with the upper end inclined outward, and may be supported by being caught in close contact with the upper surface of the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200) on the upper surface of the shear key (141).

[0085] In addition, as another embodiment, the bracket (100) may be formed by bending it three times from the upper end of the end finishing plate (140) to form a trapezoidal shape corresponding to the shape of the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200) when it is fixed in close contact with the other end of the upper flange (110), thereby forming a shear key (141), and may be engaged and supported in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom with respect to the shear key (141) within the shear groove (211) of the bottom panel (200).

[0086] In addition, it is important that the method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using a bracket having a shear key according to the present invention as described above allows the floor panel (200) to be flexibly deformed and installed to form a cantilevered portion.

[0087] To this end, the shear groove (211) of the floor panel (200) applied in the floor panel mounting step (S120) of the present invention is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom, and it is more preferable that two or more indentations are formed at regular intervals on the lower surface of the horizontal portion (210) of the floor panel (200).

[0088] For example, the shear grooves (211) of the floor panel (200) applied in the floor panel seating step (S120) can be formed by upwardly recessing three at regular intervals on the lower surface of the horizontal portion (210) of the floor panel (200), as shown in FIG. 5.

[0089] In particular, the shear groove (211) of the floor panel (200) is formed in a trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom in the width direction, and it is more preferable that the length in the length direction is equal to or longer than half the length in the upper length direction of the shear key (141) provided on the upper end end plate (140) of the bracket (100).

[0090] According to the bracket having a shear key and the method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same according to the present invention as described above, the invention relates to a bracket having a shear key and a method for constructing a cantilever floor panel using the same, and more specifically, the shear key is applied to the upper part of the end finishing plate of the bracket, wherein the shear groove formed by being recessed in the horizontal part of the floor panel is caught and supported by the shear key, so that when the cantilever floor panel positioned at the outermost side of the cantilever part is supplied from a crane and installed, the floor panel can be installed by placing it on the bracket so that the shear groove is caught and supported by the shear key, thereby preventing the floor panel from slipping.

[0091] In addition, a shear key is applied to the upper part of the end plate of the bracket, which engages with a shear groove formed in the horizontal portion of the floor panel. This allows the floor panel to be installed on the bracket without slipping, so that the shear groove engages with the shear key immediately upon receiving and installing the cantilever floor panel from the crane. By preventing the floor panel from slipping on the bracket, the worker's fall is prevented, and the bonding strength between the floor panel and the steel bridge can be significantly improved.

[0092] Furthermore, a shear key is applied to the upper part of the bracket's end plate so that the shear groove formed in the horizontal part of the floor panel is caught and supported, and at the same time, by forming two or more shear grooves in the lower surface of the horizontal part of the floor panel, it is possible to flexibly deform and install the floor panel to form a cantilevered section on the length.

[0093] Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains, and such modifications are included within the scope of the present invention.
