Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a user-customized travel recommendation system, and more specifically, to a user-customized travel recommendation system that recommends travel that provides the user with the activities they prefer. Background Technology
[0003] Due to recent advancements in information and communication technology and the utilization of big data, various research and development efforts are underway to apply artificial intelligence, commonly known as AI, to diverse fields.
[0004] Meanwhile, due to improvements in transportation infrastructure and advancements in information and communication technology, many people are traveling domestically and internationally, and the number of people enjoying travel is steadily increasing due to the development of the internet and personal media.
[0005] Accordingly, although travel products and travel recommendation services are provided in various ways and forms, there were limitations in accurately providing the travel products or recommendation services users wanted due to the excessive number of factors to consider, such as transportation, accommodation, tourist attractions, restaurants, leisure, and sports.
[0006] In particular, for travel packages, most involved pre-determining transportation, accommodation, and tourist attractions, allowing users to select the travel package they desired.
[0007] Furthermore, even if users plan and execute their own travel itineraries, there is a problem in that it is difficult to individually verify whether transportation, accommodation, restaurants at tourist attractions, leisure activities, or sports can be booked and utilized for their desired schedule and at their preferred prices. Additionally, even if travel recommendation services are provided, there is a problem in that their active use is hindered due to low user trust. Prior art literature
[0009] Republic of Korea Published Patent No. 10-2025-0001362 {January 6, 2025} The problem to be solved
[0010] Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a user-customized travel recommendation system capable of identifying the activities preferred by the user and calculating and providing recommended travel destinations and travel courses that match those preferences. means of solving the problem
[0012] A user-customized travel recommendation system according to the present invention for achieving the above objective comprises: a user terminal including a user communication unit communicating with an external device, a user input unit for inputting user commands, a display unit for displaying travel information, and a user control unit that controls the user communication unit to transmit user information to a preset external device when user information is input to the user input unit, and controls the display unit to display recommended travel information received in response to the transmission of user information; and a recommendation server including a server communication unit communicating with the user communication unit, and a server control unit that stores information on leisure, sports, and food regarding a plurality of travel destinations and travel courses, identifies preferred user information including leisure, sports, and food preferred by the user using the user information received by the server communication unit, calculates recommended travel destinations and recommended travel courses recommended to the user based on the identified preferred user information, and controls the server communication unit to transmit to the user terminal. By identifying the leisure activities preferred by the user using user information and providing recommended travel destinations and recommended travel courses that match the identified leisure activities, customized travel information desired by the user can be provided, and the user's satisfaction with the travel information can be improved.
[0013] Here, it is desirable that the aforementioned user information include SNS account information, user activity information regarding the user's daily life and travel activities, user payment information including payment history made during the user's daily life and travel, travel history information including leisure, sports, and food in the user's travel history, and user preference information regarding leisure, sports, and food the user wishes to do, as this enables accurate identification of the activities the user desires and the activities they do not enjoy.
[0014] Furthermore, the server control unit stores evaluation information for each of the enjoyment information, including leisure, sports, and food, for multiple travel destinations and travel courses. By assigning weights based on the evaluation information to calculate recommended travel destinations and travel courses according to user information, it is desirable to be able to select and provide places with good evaluations of enjoyment, as user satisfaction decreases if the evaluation of the enjoyment at a travel destination is poor, even if the enjoyment desired by the user is identified.
[0015] Here, the server control unit controls the server communication unit to collect user-related information, including images and phrases related to the user, on a network using the user information, learns and analyzes the collected user-related information using an artificial intelligence model, generates personalized gourmet experience information including ingredients, menus, restaurants, and regional information based on the analysis results, and when the generated gourmet experience information is provided to the user terminal, it collects user-related information using the user's basic information and analyzes it using an artificial intelligence model to generate and recommend personalized gourmet experience information including ingredients, menus, restaurants, and regional information, which is desirable as it can improve user satisfaction.
[0016] Furthermore, the server control unit, upon receiving user preference information from the user terminal, collects related materials, related menus, related restaurants, related regional information, and related evaluation information based on the received user preference information; learns and analyzes the collected related materials, related menus, related restaurants, related regional information, and related evaluation information using an artificial intelligence model; and corrects the gourmet experience information generated based on the analysis results, thereby enabling the correction of gourmet experience information by collecting and analyzing related materials, related menus, related restaurants, related regional information, and related evaluation information using the user preference information.
[0017] Here, the server control unit collects reviews regarding the related materials, related menus, related restaurants, and related regional information, learns and analyzes the collected reviews using an artificial intelligence model, and applies the analysis results to the related evaluation information. This allows for the generation and correction of gourmet experience information.
[0018] Furthermore, the server control unit collects information regarding recommendations, sharing, and downloads for each of the related materials, related menus, related restaurants, and related regional information, assigns evaluation weights to each of the collected recommendations, sharing, and downloads, and calculates an evaluation score based on the evaluation weights assigned to each of the related materials, related menus, related restaurants, and related regional information, thereby making it desirable to calculate an evaluation score using recommendations, sharing, and downloads of related materials, related menus, related restaurants, and related regional information. Effects of the invention
[0020] According to the present invention, user information is used to identify the activities preferred by the user, and recommended travel destinations and travel courses suitable for the identified activities are provided, thereby enabling the provision of customized travel information desired by the user and improving the user's satisfaction with the travel information.
[0021] In addition, it has the effect of accurately identifying what users enjoy and what they do not.
[0022] In addition, even if the activities users desire are identified, user satisfaction decreases if the reviews of the attractions at the travel destination are poor; therefore, this has the effect of selecting and providing places with good reviews for the attractions.
[0023] In addition, by collecting user-related information using basic user data and analyzing it using an artificial intelligence model, personalized gourmet experience information including ingredients, menus, restaurants, and local information can be generated, recommended, and provided, which has the effect of enhancing user satisfaction.
[0024] In addition, by utilizing user preference information to collect and analyze related ingredients, menus, restaurants, regional information, and evaluation information, it is possible to correct gastronomic experience information.
[0025] In addition, it has the effect of generating and correcting gourmet experience information by analyzing reviews of related ingredients, menus, restaurants, and local information and applying them to related evaluation information.
[0026] In addition, it has the effect of calculating evaluation scores by utilizing recommendations, sharing, and downloads of related materials, related menus, related restaurants, and related local information. Brief explanation of the drawing
