[0038] The vehicle (100) may include a main body control unit (not shown) that is electrically connected to the vehicle (100) or the seat (200).
[0039] The vehicle (100) may be provided separately from or integrated with the main body control unit and may include a seat (200), a vehicle console (300), a console switch (400), and a control unit (not shown) electrically connected to the lighting unit.
[0040] The control unit may include memory and a processor. The memory may include volatile memory such as S-RAM (Static Random Access Memory, S-RAM) and D-RAM (Dynamic Random Access) for temporarily storing data while power is supplied, and non-volatile memory such as ROM (Read Only Memory, ROM) and EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, EPROM) for preserving data even when power supply is cut off.
[0041] The processor may include various logic circuits and arithmetic circuits, process data according to a program provided from memory, and generate control signals according to the processing results.
[0042] The processor can be electrically connected to a one-touch button (410), a lift button (420), a lower button (430), a front button (440), a rear button (450), a plurality of light units, and a vehicle console (300).
[0043] The processor can receive signals from the one-touch button (410), the lift button (420), the lower button (430), the front button (440), and the rear button (450) to control multiple lighting units and vehicle consoles (300).
[0044] Referring to FIG. 3, the control method of a vehicle console may include a gear status check step (S100), an interlocking status check step (S200), a seat status check step (S300), a switch input step (S400), and a console position check step (S500).
[0045] The gear status check step (S100) may be a step of checking whether the gear status of the vehicle (100) is in the Parking state.
[0046] The linkage status check step (S200) may be a step of checking whether the linkage between the main body control unit of the vehicle (100) and the seat (200) is OFF.
[0047] Specifically, the communication status check step (S200) may be a step of checking that, before the vehicle console (300) is moved, the seat (200) is not moved to the rear or the vehicle console (300) is not moved to the rear in a boarding / alighting mode to make it convenient for a user boarding or alighting the vehicle (100), the front seat (210) is rotated to face the rear seat (220) is OFF, and the vehicle's display unit is OFF, not a movie mode where a movie can be watched through the vehicle's display unit.
[0048] The seat condition check step (S300) may be a step of checking whether the seat condition of the vehicle (100) is a reference state. Here, the seat condition of the vehicle (100) being a reference state may mean that, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the angle at which the forward-facing areas of each of the pair of front seats (210) among the seats (200) of the vehicle (100) are rotated toward each other from a position parallel to each other is 3 degrees or less.
[0049] Accordingly, the seat condition check step (S300) may be satisfied when the angle at which the forward-facing areas of each of the pair of front seats (210) are rotated toward each other from a position where the pair of front seats (210) are parallel to each other is 3 degrees or less.
[0050] The switch input step (S400) may be a step of receiving console operation input from a user through a console switch (400). In the switch input step (S400), any one of the user's one-touch button (410), lift button (420), lower button (430), forward button (440), and rear button (450) may be received through the console switch (400).
[0051] The console position verification step (S500) may be a step of verifying whether the position of the vehicle console (300) is located at a standard position (SP) by verifying the height of the vehicle console (300) and the position of the vehicle console (300) in the front-rear direction.
[0052] The console position verification step (S500) can be performed by an actuator sensor that detects the driving degree of a console actuator motor that drives the vehicle console (300). In this way, the processor is electrically connected to the actuator sensor and can receive the position of the vehicle console (300) through the actuator sensor.
[0053] The console operation step (S600) may be a step of moving the vehicle console (300) between the standard position (SP) and the storage position (CP) when the console operation input is received through the switch input step (S400), i) the gear status check step is satisfied, ii) the interlocking status check step is satisfied, and iii) the seat status check step is in the reference state.
[0054] More specifically, referring to FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5, the control method of a vehicle console (300) can perform a gear state checking step (S100) in which, when the vehicle (100) is started, the processor checks whether the gear state of the vehicle (100) is in a Parking state.
[0055] If the gear state of the vehicle (100) is in the Parking state (e.g., S100), the processor can perform a linkage state checking step to confirm that the vehicle console (300) and the seat (200) of the vehicle (100) are not in the boarding / alighting mode, the seat (200) of the vehicle (100) is not in the seat mode, and the display unit of the vehicle (100) is OFF.
[0056] When the interlocking status check step is satisfied (e.g., S200), the processor may be in a state where the height of the vehicle console (300) can be controlled (S210).
[0057] Subsequently, the processor may perform a seat status check step (S300) to determine whether the swivel angle of the front seat (210) is 3 degrees or less. In the seat status check step (S300), the swivel angle of the front seat (210) may mean the angle at which the forward-facing areas of each of the pair of front seats (210) are rotated toward each other from a position where the front seats (210) are parallel to each other.
[0058] If it is confirmed that the swivel angle of the front seat (210) is 3 degrees or less (e.g., S300), the processor may be in a controllable state for the front and rear of the vehicle console (300) (S310).
[0059] Afterward, the processor may perform a switch input step (S400) to determine whether to receive console operation input from a user through the console switch (400). If it is confirmed in the switch input step (S400) that console operation input is received from a user through the console switch (400) (e.g., S400), the processor may determine which console operation input is received from the console switch (400).
[0060] That is, the processor can receive user input through any one of the one-touch button (410), lift button (420), lower button (430), and forward button (440) via the console switch (400) at the switch input step (S400).
[0061] Meanwhile, the console switch (400) may include a plurality of light units (e.g., LEDs) provided on the lower side of each of the one-touch button (410), the lift button (420), the lower button (430), the front button (440), and the rear button (450).
[0062] Accordingly, the switch input step (S400) may further include turning on a light unit provided on the lower side of any one of the input one-touch button (410), lift button (420), lower button (430), forward button (440), or rear button (450) of the console switch (400) when any one of the input one-touch button (410), lift button (420), lower button (430), forward button (440), or rear button (450) is input (S810, S820, S830, S840, S850).
[0063] According to this principle, when any one of the one-touch button (410), the lift button (420), the lower button (430), the front button (440), and the rear button (450) is pressed, the light unit provided below the input button turns on, so the user can check which button has been pressed.
[0064] The processor can determine whether the one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch step (S400) (S410). If it is confirmed that the one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) (e.g., S410), the light unit provided on the lower side of the one-touch button (410) can be turned on (S810).
[0065] Afterwards, the processor may perform a console position checking step (S500) to check whether the position of the vehicle console (300) is located at a standard position (SP).
[0066] When it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) is a standard position (SP) (e.g., S500), the processor can move the vehicle console (300) from the standard position (SP) to a storage position (CP).
[0067] In contrast, if it is confirmed that the location of the vehicle console (300) is not a standard location (SP) (No in S500), the processor can determine whether the vehicle console (300) is located in a storage location (CP) (S510).
[0068] That is, the console location verification step (S500) may further include verifying whether the vehicle console (300) is located in the storage location (CP).
[0069] If the vehicle console (300) is located in a storage position (CP) (e.g., S510), the processor can move the vehicle console (300) from the storage position (CP) to a standard position (SP).
[0070] Referring to FIGS. 8 and FIGS. 9 together, when a one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in the console position verification step (S500) that the vehicle console (300) is in the standard position (SP), the processor moves the vehicle console (300) to the first intermediate position (IP1) forward while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) (S610), moves the vehicle console (300) moved to the first intermediate position (IP1) to the second intermediate position (IP2) while maintaining the first angle with respect to the front and down (S620), and moves the vehicle console (300) moved to the second intermediate position (IP2) to the storage position (CP) forward while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) moved to the second intermediate position (IP2) (S630).
[0071] That is, in the control method of a vehicle console (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the console operation step (S600) may include, when a one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in the console position verification step (S500) that the vehicle console (300) is in a standard position (SP), moving the vehicle console (300) from the standard position (SP) to a first intermediate position (IP1) forward while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300), moving the vehicle console (300) moved to the first intermediate position (IP1) to a second intermediate position (IP2) while maintaining a predetermined first angle with respect to the front and down, and moving the vehicle console (300) moved to the second intermediate position (IP2) to a storage position (CP) forward while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) moved to the second intermediate position (IP2).
[0072] Here, the standard position (SP) of the vehicle console (300) is a position placed between a pair of front seats (210), and the storage position (CP) of the vehicle console (300) is located further forward than the standard position (SP) but can be located lower than the standard position (SP).
[0073] In other words, the standard position (SP) of the vehicle console (300) is located at a rear position (CP) of the vehicle console (300), but can be located at a higher position than the storage position (CP) of the vehicle console (300).
[0074] The first angle at which the vehicle console (300) moves when moving from the first intermediate position (IP1) to the second intermediate position (IP2) of the vehicle console (300) may correspond to the angle in one direction of the inclination of a virtual tangent (I) at the point that protrudes most toward the rear of the part provided on the lower side of the handle of the dashboard module (500) of the vehicle (100).
[0075] Additionally, the horizontal distance (L) between the second intermediate position (IP2) and the storage position (CP) of the vehicle console (300) is a preset distance, which may be a distance to avoid contact with the dashboard module (500) when the vehicle console (300) is moved from the first intermediate position (IP1) to the second intermediate position (IP2).
[0076] Additionally, the path illustrated in FIG. 9 can be understood as the path of the foremost point among the vehicle consoles (300) that move from the standard position (SP) to the first intermediate position (IP1), the second intermediate position (IP2), and the storage position (CP).
[0077] Referring to FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 together, if a one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in the console position verification step (S500) that the vehicle console (300) is not in the standard position (SP) but in the storage position (CP) (e.g., S510), the processor moves the vehicle console (300) from the storage position (CP) toward the rear to the second intermediate position (IP2) while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) (S640), moves the vehicle console (300) moved to the second intermediate position (IP2) to the first intermediate position (IP1) while maintaining the second angle toward the rear and upward (S650), and moves the vehicle console (300) moved to the first intermediate position (IP1) to the standard position (SP) toward the rear while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) (S660).
[0078] That is, in the control method of a vehicle console (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the console operation step (S600) may include, when a one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in the console position verification step (S500) that the vehicle console (300) is in a storage position (CP), moving the vehicle console (300) from the storage position (CP) toward the rear while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300), moving the vehicle console (300) moved to the second intermediate position (IP2) to a first intermediate position (IP1) while maintaining a predetermined second angle toward the rear and upward, and moving the vehicle console (300) moved to the first intermediate position (IP1) to a standard position (SP) toward the rear while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300).
[0079] Here, the movement path from the storage position (CP) of the vehicle console (300) to the standard position (SP) may be in the opposite direction to the movement path from the standard position (SP) of the vehicle console (300) to the storage position (CP) described above.
[0080] That is, the path along which the vehicle console (300) moves when moving from the second intermediate position (IP2) to the first intermediate position (IP1) of the vehicle console (300) may be a path in the opposite direction to the path along which the vehicle console (300) moves when moving from the first intermediate position (IP1) to the second intermediate position (IP2) of the vehicle console (300).
[0081] Accordingly, the second angle of the vehicle console (300) can also correspond to the angle facing the other direction of the inclination of the virtual tangent (I) at the point that protrudes most towards the rear of the part provided on the lower side of the handle of the dashboard module (500).
[0082] Additionally, the horizontal distance (L) between the storage position (CP) and the second intermediate position (IP2) of the vehicle console (300) may also be a distance to avoid contact with the dashboard module (500) when moving from the second intermediate position (IP2) of the vehicle console (300) to the first intermediate position (IP1).
[0083] Additionally, the path illustrated in FIG. 11 can be understood as the path of the foremost point among the vehicle consoles (300) that move from the storage position (CP) to the second intermediate position (IP2), the first intermediate position (IP1), and the standard position (SP).
[0084] As described above, a console operation step (S600) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include: i) when a one-touch button (410) is input through a console switch (400) in a switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in a console position verification step (S500) that the vehicle console (300) is in a standard position (SP), moving the vehicle console (300) from the standard position (SP) to a storage position (CP); and ii) when a one-touch button (410) is input through a console switch (400) in a switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in a console position verification step (S500) that the vehicle console (300) is in a storage position (CP), moving the vehicle console (300) from the storage position (CP) to a standard position (SP).
[0085] Meanwhile, if the location of the vehicle console (300) is not a standard location (SP) (No in S500) and the location of the vehicle console (300) is not a storage location (CP) (No in S510), it can be determined whether the location of the vehicle console (300) is located in a second area (Area 2) or a third area (Area 3) (S520).
[0086] That is, the console position verification step (S500) may further include determining whether the position of the vehicle console (300) is located behind a virtual line extending toward a first angle from the standard position (SP) if the position of the vehicle console (300) is not the standard position (SP) (No in S500) and the position of the vehicle console (300) is not the storage position (CP) (No in S510) (S520).
[0087] If it is confirmed that the vehicle console (300) is located in a second area (Area) by being positioned ahead of a virtual line extending toward a first angle from a standard position (SP) (No in S520), the processor can move the vehicle console (300) to a position at the same height as the standard position (SP) by maintaining a second angle toward the rear and upward, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 (S690), and then move the vehicle console (300) to the standard position (SP) toward the rear while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) that was moved to a position at the same height as the standard position (SP) (S700).
[0088] That is, the console operation step (S600) may further include: when a one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400), and when it is confirmed in the console position verification step (S500) that the position of the vehicle console (300) is located in front of a virtual line extending at a first angle from the standard position (SP) (No in S520), moving the vehicle console (300) to a position at the same height as the standard position (SP) while maintaining a second angle toward the rear and upward (S690), and moving the vehicle console (300) to the standard position (SP) toward the rear while maintaining the height of the vehicle console (300) that has been moved to a position at the same height as the standard position (SP) (S700).
[0089] In contrast, if it is confirmed that the vehicle console (300) is located in a third area (Area) by being positioned behind a virtual line extending toward a first angle from the standard position (SP) (e.g., S520), the processor moves the vehicle console (300) to the same position in the front-rear direction of the standard position (SP) by maintaining a second angle toward the rear and upward, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 (S670), and moves the vehicle console (300), which has been moved to the same position in the front-rear direction as the standard position (SP), to the standard position (SP) toward the upward direction (S680).
[0090] That is, the console operation step (S600) may further include, when a one-touch button (410) is input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) and it is confirmed in the console position verification step (S500) that the position of the vehicle console (300) is located behind a virtual line extending at a first angle from the standard position (SP) (e.g., S520), moving the vehicle console (300) to a position that is the same as the position in the front-rear direction of the standard position (SP) by maintaining a second angle with respect to the rear and upward (S670), and moving the vehicle console (300) that has been moved to a position that is the same as the position in the front-rear direction of the standard position (SP) to the standard position (SP) in the upward direction (S680).
[0091] According to the principle described above, when a one-touch button (410) is input, the vehicle console (300) can be moved from either the standard position (SP) or the storage position (CP) to the other.
[0092] At this time, the vehicle console (300) can be located at the standard position (SP) when the vehicle (100) is in motion, and at the storage position (CP) when the vehicle (100) is stopped and the front seat (210) is in the reference state.
[0093] Therefore, when the vehicle console (300) is positioned in the storage location (CP), the utilization of the space between the front seats (210) is increased, thereby improving user convenience. In particular, as the development of autonomous vehicles progresses, if the front seat (210) is rotated so that the front seat (210) and the rear seat (220) face each other, the utilization of space between the passengers can be maximized.
[0094] Meanwhile, in a control method for a vehicle console (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention, if a one-touch button (410) is not input through the console switch (400) in the switch input step (S400) (No in S410), it can be determined whether any one of the lift button (420), lower button (430), forward button (440) and rear button (450) has been input, as shown in FIG. 6.
[0095] For example, the switch input step (S400) can determine whether the lift button (420) has been input through the console switch (400) when it is confirmed that the one-touch button (410) has not been input (No in S410).
[0096] When it is confirmed that the lift button (420) is input through the console switch (400) (e.g., S420), the processor can turn on the light unit provided on the lower side of the lift button (S820) and can raise the vehicle console (300) (S710).
[0097] That is, the switch input step (S400) may further include turning on the light unit provided on the lower side of the lift button (420) (S820), and the console operation step (S600) may further include raising and lowering the vehicle console (300) (S710) when the lift button (420) is input in the switch input step (S400).
[0098] If it is confirmed that the lift button (420) is not input through the console switch (400) (No in S420), it can be determined whether the lower button (430) is input through the console switch (400) (S430).
[0099] When it is confirmed that the lower button (430) is input through the console switch (400) (e.g., S430), the processor can turn on the light unit provided on the lower side of the lower button (S830) and lower the vehicle console (300) (S720).
[0100] That is, the switch input step (S400) may further include turning on the light unit provided on the lower side of the lower button (430) (S830), and the console operation step (S600) may further include lowering the vehicle console (300) (S720) when the lower button (430) is input in the switch input step (S400).
[0101] If it is confirmed that the down button (430) is not input through the console switch (400) (No in S430), it can be determined whether the forward button (440) is input through the console switch (400) (S440).
[0102] When it is confirmed that the front button (440) is input through the console switch (400) (e.g., S440), the processor can turn on the light unit provided on the lower side of the front button (S840) and move the vehicle console (300) forward (S730).
[0103] That is, the switch input step (S400) may further include turning on the light unit provided on the lower side of the front button (440) (S840), and the console operation step (S600) may further include moving the vehicle console (300) forward (S730) when the front button (440) is input in the switch input step (S400).
[0104] If it is confirmed that the front button (440) is not input through the console switch (400) (No in S440), it can be determined whether the rear button (450) is input through the console switch (400) (S450).
[0105] When it is confirmed that the rear button (450) is input through the console switch (400) (e.g., S450), the processor can turn on the light unit provided on the lower side of the rear button (S850) and move the vehicle console (300) to the rear (S740).
[0106] That is, the switch input step (S400) may further include turning on the light unit provided on the lower side of the rear button (450) (S850), and the console operation step (S600) may further include moving the vehicle console (300) to the rear (S740) when the rear button (450) is input in the switch input step (S400).
[0107] Meanwhile, if it is confirmed that the one-touch button (410) is not input in the switch input step (S400) (No in S410), the order of each step to check whether the lift button (420), lower button (430), forward button (440), and rear button (450) are input may not be limited to FIG. 6, and each step may proceed independently.
[0108] Additionally, if it is confirmed that any one of the lift button (420), lower button (430), forward button (440), or rear button (450) is input during the switch input step (S400), the processor can perform separate control of the vehicle console (300).
[0109] When any one of the lift button (420), lower button (430), front button (440), or rear button (450) is input, a console position verification step (S500) in which the position of the vehicle console (300) is identified can be performed again.
[0110] In the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same height as the standard position (SP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the lift button (420) is input, the processor can control the vehicle console (300) so that its height does not rise further.
[0111] That is, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same height as the standard position (SP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the lift button (420) is input, the console operation step (S600) may further include controlling the height of the vehicle console (300) so that it does not rise further.
[0112] Additionally, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same height as the height of the storage position (CP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the lower button (430) is input, the processor can control the vehicle console (300) so that its height does not decrease further.
[0113] That is, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same height as the height of the storage position (CP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the lowering button (430) is input, the console operation step (S600) may further include controlling the height of the vehicle console (300) so that it does not lower further.
[0114] Additionally, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same position as the position in the front-rear direction of the storage position (CP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the front button (440) is input, the processor can control the vehicle console (300) so that it cannot be moved forward.
[0115] That is, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same position as the position in the front-rear direction of the storage position (CP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the front button (440) is input, the console operation step (S600) may further include controlling the vehicle console (300) so that it cannot be moved forward.
[0116] Additionally, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same position as the position in the front-rear direction of the standard position (SP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the rear button (450) is input, the processor can control the vehicle console (300) so that it cannot be moved to the rear.
[0117] That is, in the console position verification step (S500), it is confirmed that the position of the vehicle console (300) has reached the same position as the position in the front-rear direction of the standard position (SP), and in the switch input step (S400), when the rear button (450) is input, the console operation step (S600) may further include controlling the vehicle console (300) so that it cannot be moved to the rear.
[0118] Based on this principle, the vehicle console (300) may not be moved forward from the storage position (CP) and may not be moved backward from the standard position (SP), and may not be lowered below the height of the storage position (CP) and may not be raised above the height of the standard position (SP).
[0119] Therefore, while the vehicle console (300) can be moved in the forward / backward or up / down direction, the movable area of the vehicle console (300) is limited, so that the vehicle console (300) can be prevented from being damaged.
