[0026] The receiving unit (410) receives work authorization information from the manager terminal and receives field status information from the field control device (300).

[0027] The judgment unit (450) determines whether there is a violation of the work regulations for each work zone based on the worker detection information and worker entry information included in the field status information and the work permit information, and generates an alarm message.

[0028] The transmitting unit (470) transmits a notification message to the administrator terminal and transmits a field control request to the field control device (300).

[0029] Meanwhile, various receiving information from the receiving unit (410), various judgment and generation information from the judgment unit (450), and various transmission information from the transmitting unit (470) may be accumulated and stored in the storage unit (430).

[0030] FIG. 3 is a signal flowchart illustrating the execution process of a railway site access control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a railway site to which the railway site access control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied.

[0031] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, the execution process of a railway site access control method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0032] As an administrator who has accessed the management server (400) through a PC or other administrator terminal inputs work permission information into the administrator terminal, including work type, work content, information on the work area where the designated work is performed (e.g., work area 1), the number of personnel allowed per work area, the time allowed for work at the railway site (e.g., work start time and end time), and identification information of the worker assigned per work area, the management server (400) receives and stores the work permission information from the administrator terminal (S510).

[0033] Meanwhile, in implementing the present invention, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) may separate the above-mentioned work permit information by work zone and transmit the work permit information separated by work zone to each field control device (300) installed in an access zone adjacent to the corresponding work zone (S520).

[0034] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 4, an access control device (200) installed at the entrance of an access zone provided between two mutually adjacent work zones may unlock the door to allow the worker to move into the access zone when worker authentication is completed through a method such as fingerprint authentication, and at the same time transmit worker access information including the worker's identification information, the identification information of the access control device (200) (for example, if installed between work zone 1 and work zone 2, the identification information is 12), and access direction information (for example, IN or OUT) to a field control device (300) (S530).

[0035] Meanwhile, as a worker enters the access area in this manner, the detection device (100) installed in the access area detects the worker, and subsequently, as the worker moves to the work area (work area 1 or 2) assigned to him, the detection device (100) detects the direction of the worker's movement.

[0036] Accordingly, the detection device (100) transmits worker detection information, including worker movement direction detection information (right or left), to the field control device (300) (S540).

[0037] Accordingly, the field control device (300) generates field status information including the worker access information received from the access control device (200) and the worker detection information received from the detection device (100), and transmits this to the management server (400) (S560).

[0038] Accordingly, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) determines whether there is a violation of work regulations in each work area based on the work permit information from the aforementioned step S510 and the field status information received from the field control device (300) (S570).

[0039] Specifically, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) can determine the work area (e.g., work area 1) to which the worker has moved based on the access control device identification information (e.g., 12) included in the worker access information, the worker movement direction information (e.g., left) included in the worker detection information, and the work area layout information already stored in the storage unit (430) as in FIG. 4, and can determine whether the work area matches the work area information (e.g., work area 1) where the work specified in the aforementioned step S510 is performed.

[0040] If the two do not match, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) determines that the worker has moved to an unauthorized work area, generates an emergency notification message (S580), and transmits it to the manager terminal and simultaneously transmits it to the field control device (300) (300), thereby allowing the notification message (e.g., "The work area where the worker with identification information OOO is moving is an unauthorized work area, so please move to the work area in the opposite direction") to be displayed to the worker through the speaker module of the field control device (300).

[0041] Meanwhile, when both match, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) can search for worker identification information assigned (i.e., associated storage) to the work area (e.g., work area 1) to which the worker has moved in the work permission information from the aforementioned S510 step, and determine whether the searched worker identification information matches the worker identification information included in the field status information from the aforementioned S560 step.

[0042] If the two do not match, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) may search through the storage unit (430) for a work area (e.g., work area 3) in which worker identification information matching the worker's identification information is stored in association, generate a notification message (e.g., Your worker's work area is work area 3, please move to the corresponding work area.) containing the searched work area information, and transmit this to the field control device (300) so that the notification message is output to the worker through the speaker module of the field control device (300).

[0043] In addition, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) determines the work area (e.g., work area 1) to which the worker has moved based on the identification information of the access control device (200) included in the worker access information (e.g., 12), the movement direction information of the worker included in the worker detection information (e.g., left), and the work area layout information already stored in the storage unit (430) as in FIG. 4, and then calculates the cumulative number of workers who have moved to each work area based on the judgment results accumulated according to the access of multiple workers.

[0044] In addition, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) may determine whether the cumulative number of workers per work zone calculated in this way exceeds the number of workers allowed per work zone included in the work permit information in the aforementioned S510 step.

[0045] That is, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) can select a work area where the calculated cumulative number of workers exceeds the number of personnel allowed for work, and based on this, generate a notification message (e.g., "Workers exceeding the number allowed have been deployed to work area 2, please take action on-site") (S580), and send it to the manager terminal.

[0046] Meanwhile, when a worker moves from their work area (e.g., work area 2) to an access area (e.g., access area A) after completing railway site work, completes worker authentication through an access control device (200), and exits the railway site, the detection device (100) transmits worker detection information including worker movement direction information (e.g., left) to the site control device (300), and the access control device (200) transmits worker access information including the worker's identification information, the access control device's identification information (e.g., 12), and access direction information (e.g., IN or OUT) to the site control device (300), and the site control device (300) may transmit site status information including the worker detection information and worker access information to the management server (400) (S560).

[0047] Accordingly, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) can determine the work area (e.g., work area 2) where the worker who has left the railway site was located, based on the worker entry information (e.g., 12) of the access control device (200) identification information included in the worker entry information, the worker movement direction information (e.g., left) included in the worker detection information, and the work area layout information already stored in the storage unit (430) as in FIG. 4.

[0048] In this case, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) can search for the number of workers calculated as described above for the corresponding work area (e.g., work area 2), and by subtracting the number of workers who have left the railway site as described above from the number of workers searched for the number of workers, the number of workers remaining in the corresponding work area can be calculated for each work area.

[0049] In addition, the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) may generate a specific notification message (e.g., request for action regarding remaining workers in work zone 2, or request that workers in work zone 2 move out of the railway site as work time has ended) when the work permission information included in the above-mentioned S510 step (e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) has ended and the number of remaining workers calculated as above for the work zone where work is in progress is 1 or more, and transmit this to the manager terminal or to the field control device (300) so that it may be output to the corresponding worker through the speaker module of the field control device (300).

[0050] As such, according to the present invention, compliance with the number of personnel allowed and the allowable working hours in each work area of a railway site can be efficiently managed, thereby promoting worker safety management and operational efficiency at the railway site.

[0051] Meanwhile, in carrying out the present invention, the field control device (300), which receives worker access information from the access control device (200) in the aforementioned step S530 and receives worker detection information from the detection device (100) in the aforementioned step S540, may generate work area information (e.g., work area 1) to which the worker has moved based on the identification information of the access control device (200) included in the worker access information (e.g., 12), the worker movement direction information included in the worker detection information (e.g., left), and work area layout information already stored in the field control device (300) as shown in FIG. 4.

[0052] In this case, the field control device (300) may search for work area information assigned to the worker based on the worker identification information included in the worker detection information from the work permission information in the aforementioned step S520, and determine whether the searched work area information matches the generated work area information (S550).

[0053] If the two do not match, the field control device (300) may determine that the worker has moved to an unauthorized work area and generate an emergency notification message (e.g., "The work area where the worker with identification information OOO is moving is an unauthorized work area, so please move to the work area in the opposite direction") and output it to the worker through a speaker module.

[0054] In addition, in such cases, the field control device (300) may transmit the judgment information and message as described above to the management server (400), thereby causing the management server (400) to transmit it to the administrator terminal.

[0055] As such, according to the present invention, the movement of a worker to an unauthorized work area can be immediately controlled and managed through the field control device (300).

[0056] Meanwhile, in carrying out the present invention, when the field control device (300) receives worker detection information from the detection device (100) (S590), if worker entry information is not received from the access control device (200) for a predetermined time interval (e.g., 1 minute) before and after the time of receiving the worker detection information, the field control device (300) may determine that movement between the worker's work zones has occurred.

[0057] Specifically, the worker detection information may include identification information of the detection device (100) (for example, if the detection device (100) is installed in an access area between work zone 1 and work zone 2, the identification information is 12), and the field control device (300) may generate information on the movement of the worker between work zones (for example, movement from work zone 1 to work zone 2 or movement from work zone 2 to work zone 1) based on the worker's movement direction detection information (right or left) and the identification information of the detection device (100) (for example, 12) (S595).

[0058] In such cases, the field control device (300) may transmit the worker movement information as described above to the management server (400) (S599), and the judgment unit (450) of the management server (400) may modify the cumulative number of workers or the remaining number of workers calculated per work zone as described above based on the worker movement information received from the field control device (300), and may determine whether there is a violation of work regulations in each work zone based on the cumulative number of workers or the modified remaining number of workers as described above.

[0059] As such, according to the present invention, by utilizing information on the movement direction of a worker moving between multiple work zones without passing through an access control device (200), it is possible to efficiently manage compliance with the number of personnel allowed to work and the allowed work time in each work zone.

[0060] The management server (400) according to the present invention may have aspects that are entirely hardware or partially hardware and partially software. For example, the management server (400) and each module and unit included therein in this specification may collectively refer to a device for exchanging data of a specific format and content via electronic communication and software related thereto.

[0061] In addition, in carrying out the present invention, the program for executing the railway site access control method according to the present invention may be installed on a management server (400) according to the present invention, recorded on various computer-readable recording media, or stored on a server that transmits the program via a network.

[0062] In addition, the program according to the present invention may be distributed across networked computer systems, and computer-readable code may be stored and executed in a distributed manner; furthermore, the functional program, code, and code segments for implementing the present invention will be easily understood by a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains.

[0063] Meanwhile, the order of the steps (S510 to S599) described above in the present invention is merely an example and is not limited thereto. That is, the order of the steps (S510 to S599) described above may vary, and some of these steps may be executed simultaneously or deleted.
