Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain, and more specifically, to a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain that can improve the shading and sunshade effects as well as the curing effect by using a sunshade membrane according to working environments at construction sites such as rain, showers, heatwaves, snowfall, and cold waves, as well as rain environments such as rain and showers, with a simpler structure, and can increase the efficiency of construction work such as pouring concrete for forming walls and slabs when the sunshade unit is combined. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, walls and slabs of buildings such as apartments, public housing, and high-rise buildings are constructed by installing wall formwork and slab formwork of various structures and then pouring and curing concrete.

[0003] Wall formwork is installed on both sides of a wall to maintain a certain spacing to form the walls of a building. Recently, for the construction of core or exterior walls in multi-story buildings, gang forms—large steel structures that integrate formwork panels for exterior wall concrete pouring with cages for formwork installation, dismantling, and concrete finishing—are being used.

[0004] Slab formwork is a formwork in which concrete is poured from the top to form a slab that functions as a floor or ceiling between floors of a building, and it generally consists of formwork panels (plywood), joists, yoke, and supports (shoring). For example, the structure of a general slab formwork is disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0638848 (Slab formwork of a building) (published on October 25, 2006), etc.

[0005] Meanwhile, most construction sites cannot provide protection from snow or rain, making it impossible for workers to proceed with construction tasks. Consequently, there was a problem in that snow or rain at the construction site disrupted the work process, inevitably leading to delays in the construction period.

[0006] In addition, when concrete is poured to form walls or slabs when the temperature drops below freezing in winter, there was a problem in that not only was the curing of the concrete not carried out smoothly, but the poor curing of the concrete also caused delays in construction work and a deterioration in the quality of the building.

[0007] Therefore, in order to proceed with the construction of walls and slabs using wall formwork and slab formwork at a construction site, it is common practice to install tents or covers through separate temporary structures for purposes such as shading from snow or rain, and curing and protecting the concrete.

[0008] For example, Korean registered patent publication No. 10-1904832 (Tent construction method for building construction) (published on October 5, 2018) and Korean registered patent publication No. 10-0828087 (Temporary construction system for all-weather construction) (published on May 6, 2008) disclose the structure of a shading device in which a tent or shading screen is installed for the purposes of shading, sun protection, and protection at a construction site where wall and slab construction work is performed.

[0009] However, the sunshade devices disclosed in the aforementioned patent documents have a structure in which the sunshade is installed before construction work on a wall or slab is performed and the sunshade is retrieved after the construction work is completed. Therefore, not only is the overall structure complex, but the entire construction work is cumbersome and time-consuming in that the installation, collection, and dismantling of the sunshade must be performed separately.

[0010] Therefore, there is a need for a sunshade device for pouring concrete in rainy conditions that can improve shading, sunshade, and protection effects by using a sunshade screen according to working conditions at construction sites, such as heatwaves, snowfall, and cold waves, as well as rainy conditions such as rain and showers, with a simpler structure, and can also increase the efficiency of construction work, such as pouring concrete for forming walls and slabs, when the sunshade unit is combined. Preferably, the folding arm drive unit (170) may be connected to one end of a first arm (151) constituting each folding arm (150) (in the example of FIG. 6(b), the lower end of the first arm (151)) to provide rotational driving force.

[0057] As another example, although not illustrated, the sunshade unit (100) may include both a roller shaft drive (160) (Fig. 6 (a)) for providing rotational driving force to the roller shaft (130) and a folding arm drive (170) (Fig. 6 (b)) for providing rotational driving force to each end of a pair of folding arms (150).

[0058] Meanwhile, in FIGS. 3 to 6, a sunshade unit (100) having a foldable structure is described as an example, but the type and structure of the sunshade unit (100) can be changed by a person skilled in the art.

[0059] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the structure of the sunshade unit support member (200) constituting the sunshade device (1) for pouring concrete in the rain according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0060] FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the structure of a sunshade unit support member constituting a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a side view showing the structure of a sunshade unit support member constituting a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0061] As illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8, the sunshade unit support (200) may be configured to include at least one vertical support member (210) and a horizontal support member (220).

[0062] The lower end of the vertical support member (210) is positioned at a predetermined location on the slab formwork (30), and the horizontal support member (220) is connected to the upper end of the vertical support member (210) and can support the sunshade unit (100). FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate an example in which the sunshade unit support member (200) is composed of two vertical support members (210) and one horizontal support member (220), but the number and arrangement of the vertical support members (210) and the horizontal support member (220) can be changed by a person skilled in the art.

[0063] Preferably, the vertical support member (210) constituting the sunshade unit support (200) may be supported by the first slab (12A) after concrete curing, with the central part and the lower part respectively positioned at the slab formwork (30) and the lower part of the slab formwork (30).

[0064] First, as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8, the slab formwork (30) may include a sleeve member (32) that supports the central part of the vertical support member (210) with the vertical support member (210) inserted through it.

[0065] As illustrated in FIG. 8, the sleeve member (32) can be inserted and coupled into a through hole (31a) formed vertically at a predetermined location in a panel body (31), such as a plurality of plywood panels constituting the slab formwork (30). This sleeve member (32) can be pre-embedded in the through hole (31a) of the panel body (31) to support the vertical support member (210).

[0066] Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, each vertical support member (210) may be configured to include a pipe member (211) and a first support member (212).

[0067] The pipe member (211) is inserted through the sleeve member (32) so as to be movable up and down, and its outer surface can be supported by the sleeve member (32). Additionally, the first support member (212) is provided at the bottom of the pipe member (211) and can be supported by the first slab (12A) which is placed at the bottom of the slab formwork (30) and has finished concrete curing.

[0068] At this time, the first support member (212) can act as a breaker to prevent the lower end of the pipe member (211) from moving downward by the upper surface of the first slab (12).

[0069] Preferably, as shown in FIG. 7, the first support member (212) has a shape in which a thin plate-shaped member is bent into a 'C' shape to wrap around the lower outer surface of the pipe member (211), and can be rotatably coupled to the lower outer surface of the pipe member (211) by a fastening member (212a) such as a bolt, screw, or pin.

[0070] Meanwhile, FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate an example in which the first support member (212) has a shape bent into a 'C' shape and is rotatably coupled to the lower outer surface of the pipe member (211), but this is not limited thereto, and the shape and coupling method of the first support member (212) can be changed by a person skilled in the art.

[0071] In this way, the sunshade unit support member (200) can stably support the sunshade unit (100) with a simpler structure by means of a sleeve member (32) provided in the slab formwork (30) and a first support member (212) provided in the vertical support member (210).

[0072] Meanwhile, preferably, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, at least one vertical support member (210) constituting the vehicle unit support member (200) may be arranged along the central portion of the slab formwork (30) in the longitudinal or width direction. FIGS. 2 and 7 illustrate an example in which two vertical support members (210) are arranged along the central portion of the slab formwork (30) in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction in the example of FIG. 2), but are not limited thereto.

[0073] Accordingly, the sunshade unit (100) supported by the vehicle unit support (200) can minimize the length (i.e., area) of the sunshade membrane (110) that extends from the center of the slab formwork (30) in the longitudinal or width direction toward the outer edge of the slab formwork (30).

[0074] Additionally, preferably, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, a pair of sunshade units (100) may be provided facing both sides based on a horizontal support member (220) that constitutes a sunshade unit support (200).

[0075] Accordingly, the sunshade unit (100) can minimize the length (i.e., area) of the sunshade curtain (110) that extends from the sunshade unit support (200) positioned along the central part of the slab formwork (30) in the longitudinal or widthwise direction toward the outer edge of the slab formwork (30), and can also cover the sunshade curtain (110) up to an area that includes both the slab formwork (30) and the wall formwork (20).

[0076] Meanwhile, although not illustrated, the sunshade unit support member (200) is installed in a position adjacent to the horizontal support member (220) and may further include an angle adjustment member (not illustrated) for adjusting the angle at which the sunshade unit (100) is installed on the horizontal support member (220). For example, the angle adjustment member is installed between the horizontal support member (220) and the fixed bracket (120) constituting the sunshade unit (100), and the sunshade unit (100) can be rotatably coupled to the horizontal support member (220) by the angle adjustment member.

[0077] In this way, if the sunshade unit support member (200) further includes an angle adjustment member, the angle of the sunshade curtain (110) unfolded from the sunshade unit (100) can be adjusted according to the working environment, such as heatwaves, rain, or snowfall.

[0078] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12, the structure of a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. For convenience of explanation, the description of a structure substantially identical to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 will be omitted, and the following description will focus only on the differences.

[0079] FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the structure of a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a front view showing the structure of a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the structure of a sunshade unit support member constituting a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 12 is a side view showing the structure of a sunshade unit support member constituting a sunshade device for pouring concrete in the rain according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0080] The sunshade device (2) for pouring concrete in rain according to the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 differs from the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in that the upper outer surface, the central outer surface, and the lower end of the vertical support member (310) constituting the sunshade unit support part (300) are each supported by a slab formwork (30), a first slab (12A), and a second slab (12B) that are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction.

[0081] That is, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the sunshade device (2) for pouring concrete in the rain according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a sunshade unit (100) and a sunshade unit support member (300). Since the slab formwork (30), sunshade unit (100), and horizontal support member (220) illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10 are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a redundant description is omitted.

[0082] As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, each vertical support member (310) may be configured to include a pipe member (311), a first support member (312), and a second support member (313).

[0083] Preferably, the pipe member (311) can be supported by a slab formwork (30), a first slab (12A), and a second slab (12B), the upper outer surface, the central outer surface, and the lower end of which are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction.

[0084] That is, as illustrated in FIGS. 11 and 12, the upper outer surface of the pipe member (311) is supported by a sleeve member (32) provided in the slab formwork (30), the central outer surface is supported by a first slab (12A) placed at the bottom of the slab formwork (30) and after concrete curing is completed, and the lower end can be supported by a second slab (12B) placed at the bottom of the first slab (12A) and after concrete curing is completed.

[0085] As illustrated in FIG. 12, a first through hole (h1) may be formed through the first slab (12A) in an upward and downward direction at a position corresponding to a through hole (31a) formed in the panel body (31) of the slab formwork (30). Additionally, the outer surface of the central part of the pipe member (311) may be supported by a first support member (312) while the pipe member (311) is inserted through the first through hole (h1) formed through the first slab (12A).

[0086] At this time, the first support member (312) has a wedge shape or a truncated cone shape with a triangular cross-section and is inserted and coupled between the upper end of the first through hole (h1), that is, between the outer surface of the central part of the pipe member (311) and the inner surface of the first through hole (h1), thereby controlling the movement of the pipe member (311) in the up and down direction and supporting the outer surface of the central part of the pipe member (311).

[0087] Meanwhile, the second support member (313) is provided at the bottom of the pipe member (311) and can be supported by the second slab (12A). At this time, the second support member (313) can prevent the bottom of the pipe member (311) from moving downward by the upper surface of the second slab (12B). Since this second support member (313) is substantially the same as the first support member (212) of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a redundant description is omitted.

[0088] In this way, the sunshade device (1, 2) for pouring concrete in the rain according to the embodiments of the present invention can improve the shading and sunshade effects, as well as the protection effect, by using the sunshade (110) according to the working environment at the construction site, such as heatwaves, snowfall, and cold waves, as well as rainy environments such as rain and showers, by placing a sunshade unit (100) equipped with a sunshade (110) on the upper part of a slab formwork (30) used to form a slab (S) at the construction site with a simpler structure.

[0089] In addition, the sunshade device (1, 2) for pouring concrete in the rain according to embodiments of the present invention is configured such that a vertical support member (210, 310) of a sunshade unit support part (200, 300) supporting a sunshade unit (100) placed on the upper part of a slab formwork (30) is supported by a sleeve member (32) provided in the slab formwork (30) and by at least one slab (12, 12A, 12B) placed on the lower part of the slab formwork (30) and having completed concrete curing, thereby not only making it easy to perform construction work such as pouring concrete for forming a wall (11) and a slab (12) while the sunshade unit (100) is combined, but also allowing the sunshade unit (100) to be moved to the upper floor without the need for disassembly, collection, and reinstallation work of the sunshade unit (100) after the pouring and curing of concrete for forming the wall (11) and a slab (12) is completed. Since it can be lifted and used as is, the efficiency of construction work can be increased.

[0090] Meanwhile, the present specification and drawings disclose preferred embodiments of the present invention. Although specific terms have been used, they are used merely in a general sense to facilitate the explanation of the technical content of the present invention and to aid in understanding the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
