Brief explanation of the drawing

[0019] FIG. 1 is a drawing provided for the description of a steel grating assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a drawing provided to describe a steel grating assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0020] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. To clearly explain the invention, parts unrelated to the description have been omitted from the drawings, and in the drawings, the width, length, thickness, etc., of the components may be exaggerated for convenience.

[0021] FIG. 1 is a drawing provided to describe a steel grating assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0022] This steel grating assembly can be installed at a work site to serve as a support, while also being designed to facilitate the installation of safety guides or connection with lifting tools used at the work site.

[0023] In this embodiment, with reference to FIG. 1, we will describe the configuration of a steel grating assembly implemented to facilitate the installation of a safety guide on a steel grating body.

[0024] Specifically, the steel grating assembly according to the present embodiment may include a grating body part (100) made of steel and a safety guide part (200) installed on the upper side of the grating body part (100) and performing the role of a safety guide that controls access to a dangerous area.

[0025] The grating body (100) can utilize existing steel grating by drilling bolt insertion holes (110) at multiple installation points for installing safety guides (200).

[0026] Each bolt insertion hole (110) may have an internal thread formed along its inner circumference.

[0027] A worker may set multiple installation points on a steel grating located around a dangerous area to control the entry of other workers into a dangerous area where there is a risk of falling accidents, drill insertion holes at each installation point, and then install a safety guide (200).

[0028] The safety guide section (200) may include a plurality of safety guide rods (210) that extend vertically from each installation point corresponding to the upper side of the grating body section (100), a plurality of upper assemblies (220) assembled on the upper part of each safety guide rod (210), and a safety guide fixing bolt (230).

[0029] Each safety guide rod (210) is equipped with a grating insertion bolt (211) having a male screw thread formed along the longitudinal direction at the bottom, so that it can be bolted to the bolt insertion hole (110) of the grating body (100) at each installation point.

[0030] Each upper assembly (220) may include an access control member (221) (e.g., wire, string, etc.) that extends to an upper assembly (220) installed on an adjacent safety guide pole (210) to indicate an access control line.

[0031] For example, if the danger area is set in a rectangular shape, four points corresponding to the corners of the boundary of the danger area may be installation points for the safety guide pole (210). In this case, each upper assembly (220) may be equipped with a first access control member (221) extending to the upper assembly (220) installed on the adjacent safety guide pole (210) in the horizontal direction, and a second access control member (221) extending to the upper assembly (220) installed on the adjacent safety guide pole (210) in the vertical direction.

[0032] Here, each upper assembly (220) may have an inlet hole formed at the bottom through which a safety guide rod (210) can be inserted, and when each upper assembly (220) is assembled to the upper part of each safety guide rod (210), the safety guide fixing bolt (230) penetrates the upper part of the safety guide rod (210) and the upper assembly (220) together along the horizontal direction, thereby fixing the assembly state between the upper part of the safety guide rod (210) and the upper assembly (220).

[0033] That is, when the danger zone is set in a rectangular shape, a safety guide rod (210), an upper assembly (220), and a safety guide fixing bolt (230) can be assembled at each of the four installation points.

[0034] In addition, the safety guide section (200) may further include a lower barrier plate member (not shown) in addition to the safety guide rod (210), upper assembly (220), and safety guide fixing bolt (230).

[0035] The lower barrier plate member (not shown) is made of aluminum or the like and extends from the bottom of each safety guide rod (210) to the bottom of an adjacent safety guide rod (210), and can serve as a toe plate installed to meet safety regulations at the work site while securing a separately provided fall prevention net.

[0036] FIG. 2 is a drawing provided to describe a steel grating assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0037] In this embodiment, with reference to FIG. 2, we will describe the configuration of a steel grating assembly in which the steel grating body is implemented to facilitate connection with a lifting tool.

[0038] Specifically, the steel grating assembly according to the present embodiment may include a sling connection part (300) installed at a plurality of points corresponding to the upper side of the grating body part (100) and the grating body part (100) described above, so as to allow a sling of a separately provided lifting facility to be connected.

[0039] The sling connection part (300) can be installed at four points corresponding to the corners of the edge of the grating body part (100) as installation points.

[0040] Specifically, the sling connection part (300) may have an upper shackle (310) formed therein to allow the sling of a lifting equipment separately provided at the top to be connected, and a lower eye bolt (320) formed therein to be installed by bolting it to the installation point of the grating body part (100).

[0041] Both the safety guide section (200) and the sling connection section (300) can be bolted together through a bolt insertion hole (110) formed on the upper side of the grating body section (100), so the safety guide section (200) and the sling connection section (300) can be used interchangeably. When the sling connection section (300) is installed on the grating body section (100), four grating body sections (100) can be installed in a single unit. When the safety guide section (200) is installed on the grating body section (100), four safety guide sections (200) can be divided and installed on multiple grating body sections (100) according to the danger area requiring access control.

[0042] That is, when a worker installs a safety guide (200) on a grating body (100), as illustrated in FIG. 1, the worker can install the safety guide (200) on each of the multiple grating bodies (100) located around a dangerous area where access control is required (multiple grating bodies (100) located at points corresponding to the corners of the edge of the dangerous area) so that an access control line is displayed.

[0043] And, in order to lift a specific grating body (100) using a separately provided lifting facility, if a safety guide part (200) is installed on the grating body (100), the worker can remove it and attach a sling fastening part (300).

[0044] So far, a steel grating assembly that facilitates the connection of safety guides and lifting tools has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments.

[0045] Existing steel gratings serve only as supports at work sites, and since it is difficult to attach them to safety guides or lifting tools, it is challenging to utilize lifting tools for lifting operations and difficult to install safety guides. Consequently, there was a risk of reduced lifting efficiency or worker falls due to the absence of safety guides.

[0046] On the other hand, according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is installed at a work site and performs the role of a support, while also facilitating easy connection with a safety guide installation or lifting tool used at the work site, thereby improving the efficiency of steel grating lifting operations and contributing to preventing worker fall accidents through the installation of a safety guide.

[0047] Furthermore, although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. Various modifications are possible by those skilled in the art without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical spirit or perspective of the present invention.
