Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error, and an injection molding device including the same. When manufacturing an injection molded product with an insert inserted, a size error occurs in the insert, and the invention relates to a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error resulting from the size of the insert, and an injection molding device including the same. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, insert injection molding is a process of producing an insert-molded product by first installing a predetermined insert inside an injection molding die and then injecting molten resin into the insert.
[0003] In other words, this insert injection molding is a method of injection molding in which an insert member and molten resin are integrated by placing an insert inside a mold while the molds for each part are separated, joining the molds, and then injecting molten resin onto part or the entire surface of the insert while maintaining an airtight seal. This technology is widely utilized in the production of electrical and electronic products, as well as industrial parts for construction materials and automobiles.
[0004] Meanwhile, the manufacturing device is used multiple times and hardens with debris stuck inside it. When making inserts at this time, there have been many problems such as insert molding defects occurring due to shape errors or tolerances. Prior art literature
[0005] Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2151350 The problem to be solved
[0006] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned problems by ensuring that the slide core device operates in accordance with the error so that the error of an insert that does not fit is minimized during the molding of an injection-molded product with an insert inserted, thereby preventing defects in the injection-molded product and allowing the use of inserts made smaller than a preset size without discarding them. means of solving the problem
[0007] A slide core for minimizing the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention for solving the aforementioned problem comprises: a slide core for minimizing the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error by having an upper mold positioned above to mold an injection molded product with an insert inserted therein, and contacting an insert coupled to a main core coupled to the upper part of a lower mold; a body part coupled to the upper part of the lower mold, and having a block insertion groove formed by being indented from one side to the other, which moves simultaneously to move closer to the insert coupled to the main core when the upper mold and the lower mold move closer to each other, or moves simultaneously to move away from the insert when the upper mold and the lower mold move away from each other; and a tolerance compensation block inserted into the block insertion groove and contacting the insert to compensate for the error as the body part moves. and may include an elastic member that pushes the tolerance compensation block so that the tolerance compensation block comes into contact with the insert when the insert is formed with a size smaller than a preset size, in order to compensate for the spatial error caused by the insert being formed with a size smaller than the preset size.
[0008] When the above body part is moved to the maximum extent to the area where the insert is located, the surface facing the area where the insert is located is positioned at a first distance from the area where the insert is located, and the tolerance compensation block can be positioned protruding by a first length longer than the first distance from the body part that is positioned at the first distance.
[0009] The above tolerance compensation block can be inserted into the inside of the body part when the distance from the insert to the surface facing the insert is less than the first length when the body part moves as far as possible in the direction where the insert is located while the insert is coupled to the main core.
[0010] The above elastic member and the above tolerance compensation block may be inserted in multiple numbers into the block insertion groove.
[0011] The above tolerance compensation block can correspond to the shape of the above insert.
[0012] The slide core device comprises a guide pin insertion hole formed in the body portion, penetrating from the other side to the block insertion groove, and a guide pin inserted into the guide pin insertion hole. The guide pin is inserted through the guide pin insertion hole and coupled to the tolerance compensation block inserted into the block insertion groove, thereby guiding the movement of the tolerance compensation block and preventing the tolerance compensation block from detaching from the body portion.
[0013] An injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper mold having a molding groove formed corresponding to the upper shape of the injection-molded product and an injection port formed through it to allow molten resin to be injected; a lower mold that moves to approach the upper mold and has a plurality of protrusions formed on its upper surface; a main core coupled to one of the plurality of protrusions formed on the upper surface of the lower mold; an insert coupled to the main core and inserted into the injection-molded product; and a plurality of slide cores coupled to one of the plurality of protrusions of the lower mold, which move along the protrusion to support one of the plurality of outer surfaces of the insert when the upper mold and the lower mold move in a direction to approach each other. and may include a plurality of slide core devices that are coupled to one of the plurality of protrusions of the lower mold and, when the upper mold and the lower mold are moved in a direction toward each other, move simultaneously along the protrusion and come into contact with one of the plurality of outer surfaces of the insert supported by the plurality of slide cores to compensate for the error of the insert. Effects of the invention
[0014] As such, the present invention has the effect of preventing injection defects and reducing the amount of inserts wasted due to mismatched sizes by incorporating a slide core that minimizes tolerances into the mold when molding an injection-molded product with an insert. This is achieved by combining a slide core that minimizes tolerances with the mold during the molding of an injection-molded product with an insert. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0021] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a state in which a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention is coupled to and used in an injection device; FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a separated state of a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a slide core that minimizes the gap between a slide core and an insert caused by a size error according to one embodiment of the present invention can minimize the error by having an upper mold (40) positioned on top to mold an injection molded product with an insert (I) inserted therein, and contacting the insert (I) coupled to the main core (30) coupled to the upper part of the lower mold (50).
[0023] First, the error mentioned here may be a space that occurs when manufacturing an injection molded product into which an insert (I) is inserted, such that the insert (I) is formed with a size smaller than a preset size, and due to the difference in size between the insert (I) formed with a preset size and the insert (I) formed with a smaller size.
[0024] To this end, a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to one embodiment of the present invention is combined with a second slide core (20), a main core (30), an upper mold (40), a lower mold (50), and an insert (I), and in this state, a molten resin (R) is injected so that an injection molded product with the insert (I) inserted can be molded.
[0025] The upper mold (40) is positioned at the top to mold an injection molded product with an insert (I) inserted therein, and a molding groove (41) corresponding to the shape is formed on the top of the injection molded product, and an injection port (42) can be formed through it to allow molten resin (R) to be injected.
[0026] In this case, the upper mold (40) may have a lower mold (50) positioned at the bottom.
[0027] The lower mold (50) is formed in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness, and a plurality of protrusions (51) are formed on the upper part, and can be moved to be close to the upper mold (40) or fixed without being moved.
[0028] A main core (30), a first slide core (10), and a second slide core (20) can be combined on the upper part of the lower mold (50).
[0029] The main core (30) has a first projection insertion groove (32) formed in its lower portion, and can be coupled to one of the projections (51) formed on the upper portion of the lower mold (50).
[0030] The main core (30) may have an insert coupling projection (31) formed thereon so that an insert (I) is coupled to the upper part.
[0031] An insert (I) can be attached to the upper part of the main core (30).
[0032] The insert (I) is combined with the main core (30) and can be inserted into the injection molded product during the production of the injection molded product to be inserted injection molded.
[0033] The lower mold (50) can have a second slide core (20) attached to its upper part.
[0034] The second slide core (20) has a second projection insertion groove (21) formed in its lower part and can be coupled to the upper part of the lower mold (50).
[0035] Additionally, the second slide core (20) may have a moving part (60) attached to the rear end so that it can move on the upper part of the lower mold (50).
[0036] When the second slide core (20) is moved in a direction where the upper mold (40) and the lower mold (50) move closer to each other, the moving part (60) is operated so that it can move in a direction where it moves closer to the insert (I).
[0037] The second slide core (20) can be moved along the projection (51) formed on the lower mold (50) to support one of the multiple outer surfaces of the insert (I) when the upper mold (40) and the lower mold (50) are moved closer to each other to form an injection molded product with the insert (I) inserted therein.
[0038] The first slide core (10) has a third projection insertion groove (130) formed in its lower part so that it can be coupled to the upper part of the lower mold (50).
[0039] Additionally, the first slide core (10) may have a moving part (60) attached to the rear end so that it can move on the upper part of the lower mold (50).
[0040] Here, the moving part (60) coupled to the first slide core (10) and the second slide core (20) may be a hydraulic device, an air cylinder, or a locking block, but is not limited thereto and may be another device.
[0041] When the upper mold (40) and the lower mold (50) are moved in a direction that brings them closer together to form an injection molded product with an insert (I), the first slide core (10) moves along the projection (51) formed on the lower mold (50) so that the tolerance compensation block (200), which will be described later, can come into contact with one of the multiple outer surfaces of the insert (I) to minimize the error space of the insert (I).
[0042] Additionally, if the insert (I) is formed with a size smaller than a preset size, the second slide core (20) moves together with the first slide core (10) and comes into contact with the insert (I), serving as a reference for the position of the insert (I).
[0043] Specifically, when the insert (I) is formed with a size smaller than a preset size, the second slide core (20) serves as a reference for the position of the insert (I) and supports one side, and the first slide core (10) compensates for the error space caused by the insert (I) being formed with a size smaller than a preset size, thereby minimizing the error space so that an injection molded product can be manufactured.
[0044] Meanwhile, the following describes a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size errors.
[0045] A slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert (I) caused by a size error may be a first slide core (10).
[0046] The first slide core (10) may include a body part (100), a tolerance compensation block (200), and an elastic part (300).
[0047] The body part (100) is coupled to the upper part of the lower mold (50), and when the upper mold (40) and the lower mold (50) are moved in a direction that brings them closer to each other to form an injection molded product with an insert (I) inserted, the body part (100) can be moved simultaneously by the moving part (60) and moved in a direction that brings it closer to the insert (I) coupled to the main core (30).
[0048] Additionally, when the injection molded product with the insert (I) inserted is completed, or when the upper mold (40) and the lower mold (50) are moved away from each other because the injection molded product is not manufactured, the body part (100) can be moved simultaneously by the moving part (60) and moved away from the insert (I).
[0049] The body portion (100) may have a block insertion groove (110) formed by being recessed from one side to the other.
[0050] The block insertion groove (110) can be formed by being embedded in the body part (100) in a rectangular shape.
[0051] The shape of the block insertion groove (110) is not limited to this and can be formed in other shapes.
[0052] The block insertion groove (110) can have a tolerance compensation block (200) and an elastic part (300) inserted into it.
[0053] The tolerance compensation block (200) is formed in a rectangular shape and can be formed longer than the length of the block insertion groove (110).
[0054] Additionally, the tolerance compensation block (200) may be formed such that the portion facing the insert (I) corresponds to the shape of the insert (I).
[0055] The tolerance compensation block (200) is inserted into the block insertion groove (110), and as the body part (100) moves, it comes into contact with the insert (I), so that the error can be minimized.
[0056] Such a tolerance compensation block (200) can come into contact with an insert (I) by means of an elastic part (300).
[0057] The elastic member (300) can push the tolerance compensation block (200) so that it comes into contact with the insert (I) when the insert (I) is formed with a size smaller than the preset size, in order to minimize the error space caused by the insert (I) being formed with a size smaller than the preset size.
[0058] Additionally, the first slide core (10) may include a guide pin insertion hole (120) formed in the body portion (100) that penetrates from the other side to the block insertion groove (110), and a guide pin (400) inserted into the guide pin insertion hole (120).
[0059] The guide pin insertion hole (120) can be formed with a cross-section that penetrates in the shape of a circle.
[0060] A guide pin (400) can be inserted into such a guide pin insertion hole (120).
[0061] The guide pin (400) can be a bolt.
[0062] The guide pin (400) is inserted through the guide pin insertion hole (120) and coupled to the tolerance compensation block (200) inserted into the block insertion groove (110), thereby guiding the movement of the tolerance compensation block (200) and preventing the tolerance compensation block (200) from detaching from the body part (100).
[0063] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the positions of the body portion and the tolerance compensation block when the slide core, which minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention, moves as far as possible to the area where it is inserted into the insert; FIG. 6a is a drawing showing the state in which the tolerance compensation block of the slide core, which minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention, is in contact with an insert formed with a preset size; FIG. 6b is a drawing showing the state in which the tolerance compensation block of the slide core, which minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention, is in contact with an insert formed with a size smaller than a preset size.
[0064] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 6b, the body portion (100) can be moved in a direction where the insert (I) is located at the top of the lower mold (50), or in a direction away from the insert (I).
[0065] At this time, when the body part (100) moves as far as possible in the direction where the insert (I) is located, the point where it can move may be the first point (P1).
[0066] When the body part (100) is moved to the first point (P1) described above, the shortest distance between the body part (100) described above, the opposite surface facing the closest surface of the insert (I), and the insert location area (A1) may be the first distance (D1).
[0067] At this time, the tolerance compensation block (200) can be positioned so as to protrude by a first length (L1) longer than the first distance (D1) from the body part (100) which is spaced apart by a first distance (D1).
[0068] Here, the insert location area (A1) may be an area where the insert (I) is located when it is formed with a preset size.
[0069] Additionally, when an insert (I) is coupled to the main core (30) with a size formed to a preset size, the opposing surface of the body part (100) maintains a first distance (D1) from the insert (I), and the tolerance compensation block (200) can be inserted into the body part (100).
[0070] At this time, the tolerance compensation block (200) can protrude from the body part (100) by a second length (L2).
[0071] When an insert (I) is coupled to the main core (30) with a size smaller than a preset size, the opposing surface of the body part (100) maintains a first distance (D1) from the insert (I), and the tolerance compensation block (200) can protrude by a third length (L3) that protrudes more than a second length (L2).
[0072] When the molding of the injection molded product with the insert (I) inserted is completed, the upper mold (40) and the lower mold (50) may move away from each other.
[0073] At this time, the body portion (100) of the first slide core (10) can be moved away from the insert (I).
[0074] Here, the tolerance compensation block (200) can be positioned at the basic position by the elastic release force of the elastic part (300).
[0075] The basic position of the tolerance compensation block (200) may be a state in which it protrudes by a first length (L1) from the body part (100).
[0076] A slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert (I) caused by such size error can be used even if the insert (I) is formed smaller than a preset size, because the error space caused by the elastic part (300) and the tolerance compensation block (200) inserted into the body part (100) is minimized even if an error occurs in the insert (I), and injection defects caused by the small insert (I) can be prevented.
[0077] Meanwhile, below, an injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0078] FIG. 7 is a plan view showing the usage state of an injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8a is a drawing showing the state in which the slide core and the slide core device are moved so that the first width of the insert is formed smaller than a preset length to compensate for the error in an injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8b is a drawing showing the state in which the slide core and the slide core device are moved so that the second width of the insert is formed smaller than a preset length to compensate for the error in an injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0079] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 8b, an injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a plurality of first slide cores (10), second slide cores (20), main cores (30), upper molds (40), lower molds (50), and inserts (I).
[0080] Since the description of the plurality of first slide cores (10), second slide cores (20), main cores (30), upper molds (40), lower molds (50), and inserts (I) included in the injection molding device that includes a slide core to minimize the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error has been described above, a repetitive description will be omitted.
[0081] An injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error can have the error minimized by a plurality of second slide cores (20) and a plurality of first slide cores (10).
[0082] For example, if the insert (I) is formed in a rectangular shape, any one of the multiple second slide cores (20) can support one of the multiple faces of the insert (I).
[0083] Additionally, any other second slide core (20) among the plurality of second slide cores (20) can support a surface adjacent to the surface supported by any one of the second slide cores (20) among the plurality of surfaces of the insert (I).
[0084] At this time, each of the plurality of first slide cores (10) is positioned on the opposite side of the surface of the insert (I) supported by the second slide core (20), so that the tolerance compensation block (200) comes into contact with the surface of the insert (I) facing the first slide core (10) on the opposite side of the surface supported by the second slide core (20), thereby minimizing the error.
[0085] In other words, multiple second slide cores (20) can serve as reference points for the location of the insert (I).
[0086] Even if the size of the insert (I) is formed to be smaller than a preset size, the multiple second slide cores (20) are further inserted inward to fit the error space caused by the insert (I) being formed small, and the slide core device can minimize the error by having a tolerance compensation block come into contact with the insert (I) to fit this error space.
[0087] For example, if the length of the first width (W1) or the second width (W2) among the widths of the insert (I) is formed to be smaller than a preset length, the first slide core (10) and the second slide core (20) facing each side of the first width (W1) or the second width (W2) may be moved further in the direction in which the insert (I) is positioned to fit the size of the insert (I).
[0088] In this state, the upper mold (40) is seated on the upper surface of the second slide core (20) and the tolerance compensation block (200), and molten resin (R) is injected through the injection port (42) to manufacture an injection molded product with an insert (I) inserted.
[0089] Accordingly, an injection device including a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error can be made to insert injection into an injection molded product even if the size of the insert (I) does not match, by minimizing the error space caused by the insert (I) formed with a size smaller than a preset size by the second slide core (20) and the first slide core (10) being smaller than the preset size.
[0090] Meanwhile, below, a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0091] A slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to another embodiment is additionally equipped with a tolerance compensation block and an elastic member compared to a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to one embodiment, but other components are identical, so a repetitive description is omitted.
[0092] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing a state in which a tolerance compensation block and an elastic part are separated from the body part according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0093] Referring to FIG. 9, in another embodiment of the present invention, a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error may be provided with a plurality of tolerance compensation blocks (200) and elastic parts (300).
[0094] The shape of the insert (I) inserted into the injection molded product can be formed in various shapes.
[0095] Accordingly, a plurality of tolerance compensation blocks (200) may be provided to match the shape of the insert (I).
[0096] For example, if a step is formed on the insert (I), the tolerance compensation block (200) may come into contact only with the part of the insert (I) that protrudes further outward from the part where the step is formed.
[0097] At this time, the tolerance compensation block (200) comes into contact only with the protruding part and does not come into contact with the non-protruding part, so the insert (I) can move.
[0098] To prevent such movement of the insert (I), the tolerance compensation block (200) may be provided in multiple numbers.
[0099] The tolerance compensation blocks (200) are provided in multiple numbers to correspond to the step of the insert (I), so that each tolerance compensation block (200) comes into contact with each face of the step, thereby preventing the insert (I) from moving.
[0100] Meanwhile, if the tolerance compensation block (200) is provided in multiple numbers, the elastic part (300) may also be provided in multiple numbers.
[0101] At this time, the number of tolerance compensation blocks (200) inserted into the body part (100) and the number of elastic parts (300) may be the same.
[0102] Accordingly, the tolerance compensation block (200) and the elastic part (300) are formed in multiple numbers to correspond to the insert (I) with the stepped edge, and protrude corresponding to each surface located at a different position, thereby not only reducing defects in the injection molded product but also saving on the manufacturing cost of the tolerance compensation block (200).
[0103] FIG. 10 is a drawing showing a state in which a silicon layer is provided on the body portion of a slide core to minimize the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0104] A slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to another embodiment is identical to a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to one embodiment, except that a silicone layer is additionally added to the block insertion groove, so a repetitive description is omitted.
[0105] Referring to FIG. 10, a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to another embodiment of the present invention may have a silicone layer (140) provided on the bottom surface of the block insertion groove (110).
[0106] A tolerance compensation block (200) can be inserted into such a block insertion groove (110).
[0107] The silicone layer (140) can allow the tolerance compensation block (200) inserted into the block insertion groove (110) to move smoothly when the tolerance compensation block (200) is further inserted into the inner side of the body part (100) or further protrudes outward from the outer surface of the body part (100).
[0108] Specifically, when an external force is applied, the tolerance compensation block (200) applies pressure to the elastic part (300) and is inserted further into the body part (100), and when no external force is applied, the elastic part (300) returns to its original state by the compression release force and can push the tolerance compensation block (200) to move to the outside of the body part (100).
[0109] At this time, the silicon layer (140) can prevent damage to the body part (100) and the tolerance compensation block (200) by allowing the tolerance compensation block (200) to move slowly.
[0110] In addition, not only can damage to the guide pin (400) and elastic part (300) combined with the tolerance compensation block (200) be prevented, but damage to the insert (I) and the injection molded part can also be prevented.
[0111] Accordingly, the silicone layer (140) not only minimizes defects by preventing damage to the insert (I) and the injection molded part, but also reduces friction between the body part (100), the tolerance compensation block (200), and the elastic part (300), thereby allowing the body part (100), the tolerance compensation block (200), and the elastic part (300) to be used for a longer period of time, so that maintenance costs for each part can be reduced.
[0112] FIG. 11 is a drawing showing a state in which a detachment prevention part is coupled to the body of a slide core to minimize the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0113] A slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to another embodiment is identical to a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by size error according to one embodiment, except that an additional anti-detachment part is added and the shape of the tolerance compensation block is different; therefore, a repetitive description is omitted.
[0114] In another embodiment of the present invention, a slide core that minimizes the gap between the slide core and the insert caused by a size error may have a detachment prevention part (500) coupled to one side of the body part (100), and a protrusion (210') may be formed on the lower surface of the tolerance compensation block (200').
[0115] The anti-falling part (500) can be formed in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness.
[0116] In this anti-falling part (500), an anti-falling hole (520) may be formed.
[0117] The anti-falling part (500) can be attached to one side of the body part (100).
[0118] The anti-fallout hole (520) can be connected to the block insertion groove (110).
[0119] The anti-fallout hole (520) is connected to the block insertion groove (110) but can be formed with a size smaller than that of the block insertion groove (110).
[0120] Specifically, the horizontal length of the anti-fallout hole (520) and the horizontal length of the block insertion groove (110) are formed to be the same, and the vertical length of the anti-fallout hole (520) may be formed to be shorter than the vertical length of the block insertion groove (110).
[0121] The upper surface of the anti-fallout hole (520) is positioned at the same height as the upper surface of the block insertion groove (110), and the lower surface of the anti-fallout hole (520) can be positioned higher than the lower surface of the block insertion groove (110).
[0122] The tolerance compensation block (200') may have a protrusion (210') formed on one lower surface that protrudes downward from the one lower surface.
[0123] When the tolerance compensation block (200') is moved outwardly by the elastic part (300) of the block insertion groove (110) of the body part (100), the protrusion (210') catches on the anti-detachment hole (520), thereby preventing the tolerance compensation block (200') from detaching from the body part (100).
[0124] To explain further, when molding an injection molded product with an insert (I) inserted, the body part (100) can be moved in the direction where the insert (I) is located.
[0125] At this time, the tolerance compensation block (200') can be moved so that the body part (100) comes into contact with one of the multiple surfaces of the insert (I).
[0126] Accordingly, the tolerance compensation block (100') can be inserted into the inner side of the block insertion groove (110) while pushing the elastic part (300).
[0127] Here, when the molding of the injection molded product with the insert (I) inserted is completed and the body part (100) moves away from the insert (I), the tolerance compensation block (200') can be moved by the elastic release force of the elastic part (300).
[0128] At this time, the protrusion (210') of the tolerance compensation block (200') that is moved by the elastic part (300) can be caught in the anti-falling hole (510) of the anti-falling part (500).
[0129] Meanwhile, when separating the tolerance compensation block (200') from the body part (100), the detachment prevention part (500) is separated from the body part (100), and the tolerance compensation block (200') is removed from the block insertion groove (110), so that the tolerance compensation block (200') can be separated from the body part (100).
[0130] Accordingly, the protrusion (210') of the anti-detachment part (500) and the tolerance compensation block (200') prevents the tolerance compensation block (200') from detaching from the body part (100) and also prevents damage to the guide pin (400) combined with the tolerance compensation block (200').
[0131] In addition, the protrusion (210') of the anti-detachment part (500) and the tolerance compensation block (200') does not use the first slide core (10), so when storing, even if the guide pin (400) is separated, the tolerance compensation block (200') is not separated from the body part (100), making maintenance of the tolerance compensation block (200') and the body part (100) easy.
