Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cable tension maintenance fixing device for an underground power distribution line in the field of power distribution technology, and more specifically, to a cable tension maintenance fixing device for an underground power distribution line in which the detection of cable tension in a power conduit-type underground power distribution line is automatically performed periodically in every unit of the cable section between two cable cleats, thereby enabling the cable to be fixedly installed in a state where the detection of sections with abnormal tension is more accurate and precise, and when a section with abnormal tension occurs, immediate tension adjustment followed by rapid inspection and maintenance work can be carried out, so that the installation of the cable is carried out in a state where greater stability is secured against such abnormal tension. Background Technology

[0003] In general, utility poles and overhead cables standing haphazardly in urban and residential areas were problematic because they damaged the city's aesthetics and caused frequent power outages during natural disasters such as typhoons and floods.

[0004] In contrast, underground distribution lines allow for the installation of multiple lines, which is highly advantageous for reducing the power energy supply load in urban areas; furthermore, because the cables pass underground, they are safer than overhead distribution lines and contribute to creating a pleasant urban environment through improved aesthetics.

[0005] And these underground power distribution lines can generally be classified into direct burial, conduit, and power tunnel types depending on their installation method.

[0006] Among these, in the case of underground power distribution lines using a power conduit, the distribution lines are laid using a power conduit containing a manhole, and cable hangers are installed within the power conduit to secure the cables of the underground distribution lines.

[0007] To elaborate, the above-mentioned power conduit is configured such that cables of underground power distribution lines are installed on both sides of a walkway accessible to workers; to this end, the cable hangers are installed on one or both sides of the walkway of the power conduit.

[0008] And to briefly describe the general form of the above cable hanger, the cable hanger is configured to include a post installed in an up-and-down direction from the bottom surface of the power conduit, a plurality of horizontal arms installed along the up-and-down direction on the post, and a cable cleat fixed to the horizontal arms to fix and support the cable of the underground power distribution line.

[0009] However, the aforementioned conventional cable hangers may undergo deformation after a certain period following installation, such as the horizontal arm bending downward due to the weight of the mounted cables, or the post being pulled inward toward the power conduit due to the weight of the cables transmitted through the horizontal arm. Furthermore, such deformation of the horizontal arm or post of the cable hanger causes changes in the tension of the cables, thereby reducing the structural stability of the underground power distribution line.

[0010] Accordingly, Korean registered patent No. 10-2677392, “Method for fixing cables of underground power distribution lines,” was proposed. To briefly explain this, if a cable hanger installed in a power conduit of an underground power distribution line to support the cables of the underground power distribution line fails to maintain its initial installation state and undergoes deformation due to various reasons such as the load of the cables or erosion of the conduit floor caused by groundwater, this fact is quickly transmitted to the integrated control room, allowing for rapid inspection and repair work to be carried out. This enables the underground power distribution line to be more safely protected from changes in cable tension caused by the deformation of the cable hanger and various risk factors resulting therefrom.

[0011] However, the aforementioned prior art was limited to monitoring changes in cable tension based on changes in the overall inclination of the horizontal arm relative to the horizontal axis or changes in the overall inclination of the post relative to the vertical axis, and transmitting the corresponding signal to the integrated control room when it was determined that a tension check was necessary.

[0012] In other words, there is a need for technology capable of more accurately and precisely monitoring tension changes in cables fixedly supported by cable hangers within the power conduits of underground distribution lines, while simultaneously automatically adjusting for tension changes based on the monitoring results. Prior art literature

[0014] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2677392 (Published June 21, 2024), “Means for fixing cables of underground power distribution lines” Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2450121 (Published October 4, 2022), “Supporting equipment for underground power distribution lines” Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2231504 (Published March 24, 2021), “Cable fixing system for underground power distribution lines” Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1908967 (Published October 17, 2018), “Crossarm of underground power distribution lines” The problem to be solved

[0015] An embodiment of the present invention provides a cable tension maintenance fixing device for an underground power distribution line, wherein the cable tension detection of the underground power distribution line is automatically performed periodically in units of cable sections between two cable cleats, thereby enabling the cable to be fixedly installed in a state where the detection of sections with abnormal tension is more accurate and precise, and where rapid inspection and maintenance work can be carried out following immediate tension adjustment when a section with abnormal tension occurs, so that the cable installation is performed in a state where greater stability is secured against such abnormal tension.

[0016] In addition, the embodiment of the present invention provides a cable tension maintenance fixing device for an underground power distribution line, wherein cable tension detection of the underground power distribution line is performed by laser irradiation and analysis of the target image, thereby eliminating the need to install a device with a complex configuration for tension detection on the underground power distribution line, and enabling more accurate and precise tension detection by automatically performing tension detection for each unit using a relatively short cable section as the tension detection unit. means of solving the problem

[0018] A cable tension maintenance fixing device for an underground power distribution line according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a cable tension sensing unit installed for each hanger group to detect changes in tension of cables installed in a corresponding hanger group, based on a predetermined number of cable hangers being defined as a hanger group so that a unit section for monitoring is set along the length of the power conduit in a power conduit-type underground power distribution line in which cable hangers are installed at regular intervals along the length of the power conduit and cables are fixedly supported along the cable hangers; a cable tension management server that detects sections with abnormal cable tension based on tension data transmitted from each of the cable tension sensing units; and a tension adjustment unit installed inside the power conduit, which moves to a hanger group where tension adjustment is requested from the cable tension management server and performs a tension adjustment function.

[0019] Additionally, the cable hanger includes a post installed in an up-and-down direction from the bottom surface of the power conduit, a plurality of horizontal arms installed along the up-and-down direction on the post, each installed along the width direction of the power conduit (hereinafter referred to as the “left-right direction”), and cable cleats that fix and support one or more cables installed along the length direction of the power conduit (hereinafter referred to as the “front-back direction”) on each horizontal arm, each installed along the left-right direction on the corresponding horizontal arm, and the cable tension sensing unit may be installed between two adjacent cable hangers in a 1:1 ratio with the cable cleats of one cable hanger.

[0020] In addition, the cable tension sensing unit comprises a frame portion forming a border and a mesh portion formed by ribs arranged in a grid pattern and coupled along the frame portion from the inside of the frame portion, wherein the frame portion and the mesh portion are formed of an insulating material and bolt insertion holes are formed on both the left and right sides of the frame portion, respectively; an upper coupling unit positioned above cables fixedly supported through the cable cleats; a lower coupling unit formed in the same shape as the upper coupling unit and positioned to face the upper coupling unit with the cable positioned above the upper coupling unit as the center; a coupling bolt sequentially inserted into the bolt insertion hole of the upper coupling unit and the bolt insertion hole of the lower coupling unit with the bolt head resting on the upper surface of the frame portion of the upper coupling unit; and a fastening means including a tightening nut coupled to the coupling bolt so that the upper and lower coupling units are respectively in close contact with the upper or lower part of the cable; a support bar installed along the vertical direction of the frame portion of the upper coupling unit; and a sensor installation block installed on the support bar. The sensor installation block comprises a sensor support unit installed to enable vertical movement and selective fixation at various heights on the support bar to prevent overlap with a laser emitted from another cable tension detection unit, a laser sensor installed on the sensor installation block to irradiate a laser toward the wall of the power conduit, a tension change indicator in the form of a sticker with a scale marked along the four directions (up, down, left, and right) centered on a reference point marked in the center on the front and adhesive applied to the back, which is attached to the wall of the power conduit with the laser point of the laser sensor pointing toward the reference point when the cable tension detection unit is first installed, a camera module installed on the sensor installation block of the sensor support unit to photograph the tension change indicator, and installed on the frame of the upper coupling unit.It may include a control unit that pre-sets a monitoring cycle for controlling the operation of the laser sensor and camera module, periodically switches the laser sensor and camera module from sleep mode to operation mode according to the monitoring cycle, and wirelessly transmits image data regarding the tension change display unit transmitted from the camera module to an external receiving target whenever the camera module operates during shooting according to the monitoring cycle, while including pre-assigned lower identification information in the image data of the camera module; and a relay unit installed for each hanger group, which includes pre-assigned upper identification information in the image data of the camera module transmitted from the cable tension detection units of the respective hanger group and transmits it to the cable tension management server.

[0021] In addition, the cable tension management server may have a first allowable tension and a second allowable tension set to distinguish the degree of abnormal tension of the cable, determine the degree of change in cable tension through the deviation between the reference point of the tension change display unit and the laser point of the cable tension detection unit irradiated on the tension change display unit, and if the determination result is exceeding the first allowable tension and is less than or equal to the second allowable tension, detect the lower identification information and upper identification information from the corresponding image data, generate an inspection request signal containing the detected lower identification information and upper identification information, and transmit it to the field manager's smart mobile device, and if the determination result is exceeding the second allowable tension, transmit the inspection request signal to the field manager's smart mobile device and simultaneously generate a tension maintenance request signal containing identification information identical to the lower identification information and upper identification information included in the inspection request signal, and transmit it to the tension adjustment unit through the relay function of the relay unit.

[0022] In addition, the tension adjustment unit (300) is installed in multiple numbers inside the power conduit (10), and

[0023] The tension adjustment unit (300) stores upper location information corresponding to the upper identification information and lower location information corresponding to the lower identification information, and detects upper identification information and lower identification information from the tension maintenance request signal transmitted through the relay unit (190), and then moves to an upper location information and lower location information corresponding to the detected upper identification information and lower identification information, and an autonomous vehicle (310) that moves to a section with tension above the cable (30); and a driving unit (320) that is installed on the autonomous vehicle (310) and is formed as a height-adjustable lifting structure and has a cable support at the lifting end. Effects of the invention

[0025] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as the cable tension detection of a power conduit-type underground distribution line is automatically performed periodically in units of the cable section between two cable cleats, the cable can be fixedly installed in a state where the detection of the section with abnormal tension is more accurate and precise, and when the section with abnormal tension occurs, immediate tension adjustment followed by rapid inspection and maintenance work can be carried out, thereby ensuring greater stability of the cable installation against such abnormal tension.

[0026] In addition, as cable tension detection in underground power distribution lines is performed using laser irradiation and analysis of the target images, it becomes unnecessary to install complex devices for tension detection on the underground power distribution lines. Furthermore, by automatically detecting tension at each unit using relatively short cable sections as the detection unit, more accurate and precise tension detection becomes possible. [0035] As described above, a cable tension maintaining fixing device for an underground power distribution line according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a cable tension sensing unit (100), a cable tension management server (200), and a tension adjustment unit (300). Additionally, the cable tension maintaining fixing device for an underground power distribution line according to one embodiment of the present invention may further comprise a smart mobile device (400) carried by a field manager of the underground power distribution line.

[0036] In a power conduit-type underground power distribution line in which cable hangers (21) are installed at regular intervals along the length direction of the power conduit (10) and cables (30) are fixedly supported along the cable hangers (21), a cable tension detection unit (100) is installed for each hanger group (20) based on a predetermined number of cable hangers (21) being set as one hanger group (20) so that a unit section for monitoring is set along the length direction of the power conduit (10), and detects changes in tension of the cables (30) installed in the corresponding hanger group (20).

[0037] In other words, the cable tension detection unit (100) is installed for each hanger group (20) partitioned along the length direction of the power conduit (10), and each of these cable tension detection units (100) performs the function of detecting changes in tension of the cables (30) located in the corresponding hanger group (20).

[0038] Here, the cable hanger (21) comprises a post (21a) installed in an up-and-down direction from the bottom surface of the power conduit (10), a plurality of horizontal arms (21b) installed along the up-and-down direction on the post (21a), each installed along the width direction (hereinafter referred to as the “left-right direction”) of the power conduit (10), and a cable cleat (21c) that fixes and supports one or more cables (30) installed along the length direction (hereinafter referred to as the “front-back direction”) on each horizontal arm (21b), each installed along the left-right direction on the corresponding horizontal arm (21b).

[0039] And the cable tension sensing unit (100) is installed between two adjacent cable hangers (21) in a 1:1 ratio with the cable cleats (21c) of one cable hanger (21).

[0040] Additionally, the cable tension detection unit (100) may be configured to include an upper coupling unit (110), a lower coupling unit (120), a fastening means (130), a sensor support unit (140), a laser sensor (150), a tension change display unit (160), a camera module (170), a control unit (180), and a relay unit (190).

[0041] Before describing the cable tension sensing unit (100), it should be noted that in FIG. 4, based on the line of symbol A, one side is illustrated with the upper and lower connecting units (110, 120) of the cable tension sensing unit (100) as the center, and the other side is illustrated with the cable cleat (21c) as the center.

[0042] The detailed configuration of the cable tension sensing unit will be described again with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

[0043] The upper coupling unit (110) is configured to include a frame portion (111) forming a border and a mesh portion (112) formed by ribs (112a) arranged in a grid pattern, which is coupled along the frame portion (111) from the inside of the frame portion (111). The frame portion (111) and the mesh portion (112) are formed of an insulating material, and bolt insertion holes (111a) are formed on both the left and right sides of the frame portion (111). Additionally, the upper coupling unit (110) is positioned on top of cables (30) that are fixedly supported through cable cleats (21c).

[0044] The lower coupling unit (120) is formed in the same shape as the upper coupling unit (110), and the lower coupling unit (120) is positioned to face the upper coupling unit (110) with the cable (30) positioned above the upper coupling unit (110) as the center. To elaborate, the lower coupling unit (120) is configured to include a frame portion (121), a mesh portion (122) and its ribs (122a), and a bolt insertion hole (121a) formed in the frame portion (121).

[0045] The fastening means (130) includes a coupling bolt (131) and a tightening nut (132). The coupling bolt (131) is sequentially inserted into the bolt insertion hole (111a) of the upper coupling unit (110) and the bolt insertion hole (121a) of the lower coupling unit (120) with the bolt head resting on the upper surface of the frame portion (111) of the upper coupling unit (110). The tightening nut (132) is coupled to the coupling bolt (131) so that the upper and lower coupling units (110, 120) are respectively in close contact with the upper or lower part of the cable (30).

[0046] The sensor support unit (140) is configured to include a support bar (141) and a sensor installation block (142). The support bar (141) is installed along the vertical direction on the frame portion (111) of the upper coupling unit (110), and the sensor installation block (142) is installed on the support bar (141). Here, the sensor installation block (142) is installed so that it can be moved vertically and selectively fixed at various heights to prevent overlap with the laser irradiated from the other cable tension detection unit (100). Furthermore, the configuration that allows the sensor installation block (142) to be moved vertically and selectively fixed at various heights relative to the support bar (141) can be implemented in various forms through known technology, so a detailed description and illustration thereof are omitted in this embodiment.

[0047] A laser sensor (150) is installed in a sensor installation block (142) to irradiate a laser toward the wall of the power conduit (10).

[0048] The tension change indicator (160) is configured in the form of a sticker, with scales (162) marked along the four directions (up, down, left, and right) centered on a reference point (161) displayed in the center on the front side, and adhesive (163) applied to the back side. This tension change indicator (160) is attached to the wall of the power conduit (10) with the laser point of the laser sensor (150) facing the reference point (161) when the cable tension detection unit (100) is first installed.

[0049] The camera module (170) is installed in the sensor installation block (142) of the sensor support unit (140) to photograph the tension change display unit (160).

[0050] A control unit (180) is installed on the frame portion (111) of the upper coupling unit (110), and the control unit (180) has a pre-set monitoring cycle for controlling the operation of the laser sensor (150) and the camera module (170), and periodically switches the laser sensor (150) and the camera module (170) from sleep mode to operation mode according to the monitoring cycle. Then, whenever the camera module (170) operates a shooting operation according to the monitoring cycle, the control unit (180) wirelessly transmits image data regarding the tension change display unit (160) transmitted from the camera module (170) to an external receiving target. At this time, the control unit (180) may include pre-assigned subordinate identification information in the image data of the camera module (170) and transmit it to an external receiving target.

[0051] A relay unit (190) is installed for each hanger group (20), and the relay unit (190) performs the function of transmitting to a cable tension management server (200) the image data of a camera module (170) that is transmitted from each of the cable tension detection units (100) of the corresponding hanger group (20), including pre-assigned upper identification information.

[0052] The cable tension management server (200) detects abnormal tension sections of the cable (30) based on tension data transmitted from each of the cable tension detection units (100).

[0053] That is, the cable tension management server (200) sets a first allowable tension and a second allowable tension to distinguish the degree of tension abnormality of the cable (30), and determines the degree of tension change of the cable (30) through the deviation between the reference point of the tension change display unit (160) and the laser point of the cable tension detection unit (100) irradiated on the tension change display unit (160).

[0054] And when the determination result is that the cable tension management server (200) exceeds the first allowable tension and is less than or equal to the second allowable tension, it detects the lower identification information and the upper identification information from the corresponding image data, generates an inspection request signal containing the detected lower identification information and the upper identification information, and transmits it to the field manager's smart mobile device (400).

[0055] Additionally, when the determination result exceeds the second allowable tension, the cable tension management server (200) transmits the inspection request signal to the field manager's smart mobile device (400) and simultaneously generates a tension maintenance request signal containing identification information identical to the lower identification information and upper identification information included in the inspection request signal, and transmits it to the tension adjustment unit (300) through the relay function of the relay unit (190).

[0056] Tension adjustment units (300) are installed in multiple locations inside the power conduit (10), and these tension adjustment units (300) move to a hanger group (20) where tension adjustment is requested from the cable tension management server (200) to perform a tension adjustment function.

[0057] And the tension adjustment unit (300) is configured to include an autonomous vehicle (310) and a drive unit (320).

[0058] The autonomous vehicle (310) stores upper location information corresponding to the upper identification information and lower location information corresponding to the lower identification information. Accordingly, the autonomous vehicle (310) detects the upper identification information and lower identification information from the tension maintenance request signal transmitted through the relay unit (190), and then moves to the section with excessive tension of the cable (30) according to the upper location information and lower location information corresponding to the detected upper identification information and lower identification information.

[0059] The drive unit (320) is installed in the autonomous vehicle (310), and the drive unit (320) is formed as a height-adjustable lifting structure and has a cable support at the lifting end. The drive unit (320) can be implemented in various forms through known technology within a range that satisfies the condition of being able to push and support the cable (30) to a certain height for tension adjustment of the cable (30), and thus, a detailed description and illustration thereof have been omitted in this embodiment.

[0060] With the above-described configuration, the cable tension detection of the underground power distribution line is automatically performed periodically in units of the cable section between two cable cleats, thereby enabling the fixed installation of the cable with more accurate and precise detection of sections with abnormal tension. Furthermore, when a section with abnormal tension occurs, immediate tension adjustment is followed by rapid inspection and maintenance work, allowing the cable installation to be carried out with greater stability against such abnormal tension.

[0061] In addition, as cable tension detection in underground power distribution lines is performed using laser irradiation and the analysis of the target images, it becomes unnecessary to install complex devices for tension detection on the underground power distribution lines. Furthermore, by automatically detecting tension at each unit using relatively short cable sections as the detection unit, more accurate and precise tension detection becomes possible.

[0063] As described above, although the present description has been explained with specific details such as specific components, limited embodiments, and drawings, this is provided merely to aid in a more comprehensive understanding of the invention, and the invention is not limited to the above embodiments. A person skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations from this description.

[0064] Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, and all variations equivalent to or equivalent to the claims set forth below, as well as the claims themselves, shall be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
