Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for preventing electric shock accidents for workers during construction electrical work, and more specifically, to a device for preventing electric shock accidents for workers during construction electrical work that prevents electric shock accidents caused by leakage current by detecting and notifying leakage points occurring in cables by the prevention device, prevents leakage current caused by cable damage or sheathing by preventing impact from being transmitted to the cable by the elastic catch support, and improves workability and convenience by allowing workers and construction equipment to move up and down by means of an elevator transport means. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, overhead distribution lines are configured such that a relatively high-voltage crossarm is fixed to the upper part of a utility pole installed at regular intervals along a roadside, and the relatively high-voltage overhead distribution line is supported in an insulated state through a relatively high-voltage insulator installed on the crossarm; a low-voltage crossarm is fixed to the lower part of the relatively high-voltage crossarm, and the low-voltage overhead distribution line is supported in an insulated state through a low-voltage insulator on the low-voltage crossarm; and a pole-mounted transformer is installed between the relatively high-voltage crossarm and the low-voltage crossarm, connecting the relatively high-voltage overhead distribution line to the input terminal of the pole-mounted transformer and the low-voltage overhead distribution line to the output terminal of the pole-mounted transformer, thereby stepping down the high-voltage electricity distributed through the relatively high-voltage overhead distribution line to low-voltage electricity by the pole-mounted transformer and distributing it through the low-voltage overhead distribution line.

[0004] Accidents in which workers are electrocuted frequently occur due to leakage currents in overhead power lines during the installation or maintenance processes of such conventional multi-unit residential buildings.

[0005] However, conventionally, there is no separate device to detect leakage current from overhead power lines in multi-unit buildings, which leads to frequent electric shock accidents for workers. Additionally, there is no separate configuration to support overhead power lines or cushion impacts, which causes leakage current due to cable sagging or external impacts. Furthermore, since workers must move to the location of the overhead power lines to perform work, there is a persistent problem requiring a separate ladder for movement.
