The present invention relates to a road traffic sign assembly for promotional use, and more specifically, to a sign advertising section (100) equipped with an advertising board (120) placed on the back of a sign (110) so as to improve the aesthetic appeal of the back surface and form a new advertising medium by placing an easily detachable advertising board on the back surface of an existing road traffic sign installed on a road using conventional horizontal and vertical supports; and a first horizontal border member (220) placed at the top and a second horizontal border member (230) placed parallel to the first horizontal border member (220) at the bottom so as to form a control space (210) inside between the sign (110) and the advertising board (120) at the border positions of the sign (110) and the advertising board (120), and a first vertical border member (240) and a second vertical border member (250) placed opposite each other so as to connect both ends of the first and second horizontal border members (220, 230) vertically. The present invention relates to providing a road traffic sign assembly for promotional use comprising: a frame portion (200) configured to fix the sign (110) and the advertising board (120) using a frame coupling means (260) that fixes the 1st and 2nd horizontal frame members (220, 230) and the 1st and 2nd vertical frame members (240, 250); and a support coupling portion (300) configured to be inserted into the control space (210) to fasten and fix the sign (110) and the advertising board (120) to a support member (P).
