Abstract

[Problem] To provide a curable organopolysiloxane composition having peelability and the ability to form a curable film that exhibits excellent peel performance without reducing the adhesion to an adhesive material, a peel coating agent made of the same, and a laminate. [Solution] A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprising (A) a liquid phase or gum phase having plasticity with a viscosity of 1,000,000 mPa·s or more and having alkenyl groups only in the side chains of the molecule, (B) a chain organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa·s or less and having alkenyl groups only in the side chains of the molecule, (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms (Si-H) in one molecule, and (D) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, wherein the mass ratio {(A) / (B)} of the above component (A) and component (B) is in the range of 95 / 5 to 5 / 95, and the use thereof as a release coating agent.
