Heat dissipation member integrated thermoelectric element unit

Abstract

The present invention relates to a thermoelectric unit integrated with a heat dissipation member. The invention comprises a thermoelectric housing, a cold conduction plate, a thermoelectric element, a heat conduction plate, and a heat dissipation member. The thermoelectric unit is composed of a heat dissipation pipe and a heat dissipation fin, wherein the lower part of the heat dissipation pipe is fixed integrally to one side of the heat conduction plate through brazing, thereby allowing the heat dissipation member to be easily fixed in close contact with the thermoelectric element through brazing, thereby improving the assembly workability of the thermoelectric unit and maximizing productivity. Furthermore, the heat dissipation fin, through which the upper part of the heat dissipation pipe is fixed, is formed in a structure in which a plurality of fins are arranged vertically at regular intervals and fixed plates are provided in close contact at both ends. This allows for ventilation through the space between the fins, thereby maximizing the contact area with external air, unlike conventional methods where one side of the fins is sealed, and thus maximizing the heat dissipation efficiency of the thermoelectric element.
