Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a steaming device for peeling paper mulberry bark, and more specifically, to a steaming device for peeling paper mulberry bark that maintains a constant steam pressure and heat retention and performs steaming while minimizing heat loss to prevent the paper mulberry from drying out, thereby enabling smooth peeling of the paper mulberry bark and allowing peeling to be performed without damaging the external shape of the paper mulberry bark. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, our traditional Hanji is a neutral paper with excellent preservation properties, so it is used for various purposes in addition to paper products due to its superior functionality.
[0003] Meanwhile, in the case of Hanji manufacturing, the decline in the rural and mountainous populations due to urbanization and industrialization, coupled with rising raw material prices resulting from reduced production of raw materials, led to the import of large quantities of low-quality foreign raw materials.
[0004] Recently, various methods have been proposed to solve the problems of pulp automation production and mass production of Hanji that the Hanji manufacturing industry faces today by inheriting our traditional Hanji manufacturing technology and combining it with the pulping and papermaking technologies currently facing the industry.
[0005] The paper mulberry tree has the characteristic that its fibers vary depending on the climate, soil, and daily temperature range, and domestic paper mulberry trees that grow in mountainous regions of Korea have long fibers and are strong, giving them the advantage of having significantly higher tear strength and tensile strength compared to ordinary paper.
[0006] As the fibers of the paper mulberry tree are known to have excellent antibacterial and deodorizing functions and high skin compatibility, making them a material that can minimize adverse effects on the body caused by environmental pollution, the development of products using them is actively underway. Furthermore, demand is gradually increasing due to the excellent advantages of moisture-wicking, quick-drying, UV protection, and far-infrared radiation emission, which are not found in existing natural fibers.
[0007] Meanwhile, the paper mulberry tree is widely used as a raw material for Hanji, window paper, and banknotes, and depending on the material of the paper, the black bark or the white bark of the paper mulberry tree is used.
[0008] The peeling process, which is typically the process of removing the bark from the paper mulberry tree, usually involves cutting the paper mulberry tree into a certain size, steaming it in a sealed container for about 2 hours, taking it out, and then peeling off the bark.
[0009] At this time, the dried peeled bark removed from the mulberry tree is called Heukpi and is used as a raw material for lower-grade paper. Additionally, the Heukpi is soaked in water and its outer surface is scraped off to obtain Baekpi, which is used for window paper, document paper, and banknotes.
[0010] Meanwhile, as the process of peeling the paper mulberry bark is performed manually, there are issues such as reduced work efficiency and long working times.
[0011] In order to solve these problems, a ‘paper mulberry peeler using steam and boiling and the peeling method using the same (Republic of Korea Registered Patent 10-1261572)’ was previously proposed, which can easily and automatically peel paper mulberry with higher efficiency.
[0012] However, the conventional paper mulberry bark peeler and peeling method using steam and boiling configure a rotating drum so that paper mulberries cut to a predetermined size undergo friction and circulation, and supply hot water or steam to maintain a predetermined temperature, thereby making it easy to perform the peeling of paper mulberries using steam and boiling.
[0013] In other words, by using a rotating drum to rotate the paper mulberry tree, which has been cut to a predetermined length, and supplying hot water or steam to achieve a boiling effect through steam and boiling, and by allowing the paper mulberry tree to be peeled through friction and rotation, the process of peeling the bark of the paper mulberry tree, which was previously done manually, can be performed automatically.
[0014] Accordingly, as the paper mulberry tree rotates and is peeled inside the rotating drum, the external appearance of the paper mulberry tree is damaged, such as by being punctured or split, resulting in a large amount of waste. In addition, there is a problem that additional processing must be performed to process the damaged paper mulberry tree. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention
[0036] In order to fully understand the present invention, the operational advantages of the present invention, and the objectives achieved by the implementation of the present invention, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings illustrating preferred embodiments of the present invention and the contents described therein.
[0037] The present invention will be described in detail below by explaining preferred embodiments of the invention with reference to the attached drawings. Identical reference numerals in each drawing indicate identical components.
[0038] A steaming device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the technical concept of the present invention maintains a constant steam pressure and maintains heat retention while steaming in a state where heat loss is minimized, thereby preventing the paper mulberry from drying out and enabling smooth peeling of the paper mulberry, and enables peeling to be performed without damaging the external shape of the paper mulberry.
[0039] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a front view of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0040] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the present invention may largely include a heating chamber (10), a boiler (20), a cooling unit (30), and a control unit (40).
[0041] First, the heating chamber (10) is a part that has a door (11) on one side of the front and a sealed internal space for loading paper mulberry bark and containing high heat and high pressure steam.
[0042] The heating chamber (10) is basically configured with side walls that surround the side of the floor (14) and a ceiling (12) on the upper side to provide a sealed internal space. At this time, a door (11) that temporarily opens and closes to allow a paper mulberry tree to enter the internal space may be installed on one side of the front.
[0043] Meanwhile, the outer and inner sides of the heating chamber (10) are made of stainless steel, and an insulating material (not shown) may be embedded in the door (11), ceiling (12), side wall, and floor (14) to prevent heat from leaking out from the inside of the heating chamber (10).
[0044] In addition, the door (11) can be opened and closed in a hinged manner, and the part in contact with the side wall can be sealed to withstand internal heat. For example, a soft elastic material such as silicone can be molded and attached to the edge of one side of the door (11).
[0045] Meanwhile, the heating chamber (10) is formed such that the upper side of the ceiling (12) slopes downward from the upper center toward the outer edge, and a steam discharge port (13) that penetrates to the outside and discharges steam may be provided on one side of the upper center.
[0046] That is, the high-temperature steam remaining in the heating chamber (10) comes into contact with the stored paper mulberry tree to promote the peeling of the paper mulberry tree, and then the steam moves upward. At this time, due to the structure of the ceiling (12) which rises upward, the steam naturally gathers at the center of the ceiling (12) where the steam outlet (13) is located and can be discharged through the steam outlet (13).
[0047] The ceiling of the heating chamber (10) may be composed of two ceiling surfaces that converge from the left and right corners to the upper central part, or it may be composed of a polygonal ceiling surface that converges from a total of four corners, including the left, right, front, and back, to the upper central part.
[0048] In addition, the steam outlet (13) may be formed to penetrate the ceiling (12), and may have a diameter that gradually decreases as it goes upward. This is to maintain a constant pressure of saturated steam in the internal space of the heating chamber (10), thereby improving the contact between the paper mulberry and the steam and promoting the peeling of the paper mulberry.
[0049] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a key part of a water discharge channel of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a front cross-sectional view of a key part of a water discharge channel of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a drawing of a steam pipe according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0050] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, the heating chamber (10) is formed such that the bottom (14) slopes downward from the outer edge toward the center, and a longitudinally extended water discharge channel (15) may be provided in the center of the bottom (14) to transport and discharge water hydrated from steam within the heating chamber (10) to the outside.
[0051] The above water discharge channel (15) is formed to extend longitudinally from one side of the heating chamber (10) to the other side, and can be formed in a 'C' shape with the left and right sides formed perpendicular to the bottom when viewed in cross-section and the top side open.
[0052] At this time, the water discharge channel (15) is formed to slope downward from one side where the boiler (20) is installed to the other side so that the steam-hydrated water can be collected in one place, and a drain hole (16) for discharging the collected water may be provided at the other end.
[0053] Additionally, a valve may be included to selectively discharge a certain amount of water collected in the water discharge channel (15) connected to the drain hole (16).
[0054] Meanwhile, a steam pipe (24) having a plurality of micro-holes (24a) formed therein may be installed in the above-mentioned water discharge channel (15) to receive high-temperature steam generated through the above-mentioned boiler (20) and spray it into the internal space of the above-mentioned heating chamber (10).
[0055] Additionally, the steam pipes (24) may be installed so as to be spaced apart and extend in the longitudinal direction, and each may have a different length. That is, by installing multiple steam pipes (24) of different lengths in the water discharge channel (15), the pressure and amount of steam sprayed through the micro-hole (24a) can be varied so that steam is evenly sprayed onto the paper mulberry tree loaded inside the heating chamber (10).
[0056] For example, compared to a relatively short steam pipe (24), a relatively long steam pipe (24) has a relatively long passage through which steam is transported, so the steam pressure can be formed relatively low. Conversely, a short steam pipe (24) has a relatively short passage through which steam is transported compared to a long steam pipe (24), so the steam pressure can be formed relatively high. By creating this difference, the steam sprayed through each steam pipe (24) can reach and be sprayed evenly throughout the entire internal space of the heating chamber (10), whether reaching a short distance or a long distance.
[0057] Additionally, the micro-holes (24a) of the relatively long steam pipe (24) can be formed with a smaller diameter than the micro-holes (24a) of the short steam pipe (24). That is, the long steam pipe (24) can form a relatively large number of micro-holes (24a), so that the amount of steam sprayed can be controlled and set according to the diameter of the micro-holes (24a).
[0058] Meanwhile, a temperature gauge (17) and a pressure gauge (18) for measuring internal pressure and temperature may be installed in the heating chamber (10). After high-temperature, high-pressure steam generated through the boiler (20) is introduced into the heating chamber (10), the pressure and temperature inside the heating chamber (10) are maintained at a set value, and the user can easily check this visually through the temperature gauge (17) and the pressure gauge (18). In this way, by maintaining the pressure and temperature inside the heating chamber (10) constant using high-temperature, high-pressure steam, heat loss is minimized, preventing the paper mulberry from drying out, thereby enabling smooth peeling of the paper mulberry.
[0059] Meanwhile, a support member (19) including wheels and a height adjustment device may be installed at the bottom of the heating chamber (10) so as to be spaced a certain distance from the floor of the installation location and to facilitate movement. For example, the wheels and height adjustment device installed at the bottom of the heating chamber (10) can support the heating chamber (10) of a heavy object, easily move it to a desired location using the installed wheels, and maintain a fixed position by adjusting the height adjustment device after the movement is completed and the chamber is fixed at the installation location.
[0060] Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, a towing hook (not shown) is installed at the top of the heating chamber (10) so that the heavy object of the present invention for peeling and digesting paper mulberry bark can be easily transported using a crane or hoist.
[0061] Next, the boiler (20) is a part that generates high-temperature steam sent into the heating chamber (10).
[0062] FIG. 7 is a diagram of the boiler section of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to the present invention.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 7, the boiler (20) is provided with a water tank (21) that can be filled with water inside, and a water inlet (22) is installed on one side of the water tank (21) to receive water from the outside, and a plurality of heater rods (23) are provided to heat the water filled inside the water tank (21), and the steam pipe (24) is installed so that one side is connected to the water tank (21), so that steam is generated as the water inside the water tank (21) is heated by the heater rods (23), and the generated steam can be delivered to the steam pipe (24).
[0064] At this time, the heater rods (23) are installed spaced apart from each other, and each can be individually controlled for temperature and operation ON / OFF through the control unit (40). That is, the temperature of the water in the water tank (21) can be controlled by individually controlling and operating the heater rods (23) according to the temperature of the heated water and the amount of water in the water tank (21).
[0065] Meanwhile, the boiler (20) may include a water level measuring means (25) for measuring the water level in the water tank (21). At this time, it may further include a water supply control valve (26) installed at the water inlet (22), which automatically opens the water path to supply water when the water in the water tank (21) is measured to have fallen below a set water level through the water level measuring means (25), and automatically closes the water path to cut off the water supply when the water in the water tank (21) is measured to have risen above a set water level. At this time, a separate water supply means (not shown, e.g., water tank and piping, etc.) may be connected to the water inlet (22) so that water can be supplied when necessary.
[0066] Next, the cooling section (30) is a part that collects hot steam moving upward from the heating chamber (10), cools it, converts it into cold water, and discharges it.
[0067] That is, the cooling unit (30) can prevent steam from being discharged from the heating chamber (10) even if the pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark of the present invention is installed indoors, thereby preventing the indoor humidity from rising and solving the problem of rising humidity when installed indoors, thus having the advantage of eliminating restrictions on the installation location.
[0068] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a key part of a cooling section of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a key part of a cooling section of a pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0069] Referring to FIG. 8, the cooling unit (30) may include a steam discharge pipe (31) that extends downward along the outer side of the heating chamber and is connected to the steam discharge port (13) to transport hot steam discharged from the heating chamber (10), a cooling tank (32) that is formed in a cylindrical shape to form a space inside and has the steam discharge pipe (31) connected to one side of the upper portion and collects the steam transported from the steam discharge pipe (31), a cold water supply pipe (34) installed on the other side of the upper portion of the cooling tank (32) to supply cold water into the cooling tank (32), and a water discharge pipe (35) connected to the other side of the lower portion of the cooling tank (32) to discharge water that has undergone heat exchange inside the cooling tank (32) to the outside.
[0070] At this time, the cooling tank (32) can be installed so as to be inclined downward from the part where the steam discharge pipe (31) is installed to the part where the water discharge pipe (35) is installed.
[0071] In this way, the cooling unit (30) allows the high-temperature steam discharged from the heating chamber (10) to undergo heat exchange by air cooling as it passes through the steam discharge pipe (31), and then the steam is collected and comes into contact with cold water in the cooling tank (32) to undergo heat exchange by water cooling. Afterward, the cold water that has absorbed the heat of the steam is discharged to the outside through the water discharge pipe (35), thereby continuously carrying out the process of absorbing the heat of the steam, hydrating it, and finally converting it into water and discharging it.
[0072] Additionally, the cooling tank (32) may be divided into two spaces inside, with a partition wall (33) provided in the center of the interior so that the upper part is open. Through this partition wall (33), one side of the cooling tank (32) becomes a space where steam and cold water are mixed and contained, and the other side becomes a space where cold water is contained after heat exchange between the steam and cold water.
[0073] That is, the cold water supplied through the above cold water supply pipe (34) is installed in a location adjacent to the space where the steam introduced through the above steam discharge pipe (31) is received, so that heat exchange can be performed by bringing the high-temperature steam into contact with the cold water while it is received in the space on one side of the partition wall (33), and after the heat exchange is performed, the continuously supplied cold water moves over the partition wall (33) to the space on the other side of the partition wall (33) and is discharged to the outside through the water discharge pipe (35).
[0074] Referring to FIG. 9, the cooling unit (30) further includes a return pipe (36) in which one side is connected to one side of the water discharge pipe (35) and the other side is connected to one side of the cold water supply pipe (34) to supply a portion of the water discharged through the water discharge pipe (35) back to the cold water supply pipe (34), and a pump (37) may be further provided on the return pipe (36) to transfer the water discharged through the water discharge pipe (35) to the cold water supply pipe (34). In this way, by further providing the return pipe (36) and the pump (37), the water discharged through the water discharge pipe (25) can be recycled.
[0075] Meanwhile, the water discharged through the water discharge pipe (35) via the cooling unit (30) contains a liquid extract produced by steaming the paper mulberry tree, and the extract contains substances including various antioxidants and whitening components discharged from the paper mulberry tree. The water discharged through the water discharge pipe (35) may be placed in a separate container and used after undergoing separate processing such as reprocessing.
[0076] Finally, the control unit (40) includes an operating unit (41) installed on one side of the heating chamber (10) and operated by a user, and is a part that controls power supply and the overall operation of the system.
[0077] That is, the control unit (40) is electrically connected to various components of the present invention for the pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark and can be controlled by operating it through switches or buttons. In addition, it can control whether to operate after making a judgment based on a value measured by various sensors and comparing it with a set value. Furthermore, the control unit (40) has a built-in microprocessor (not shown) to control the system operation numerically and to determine whether to open or close the valve so that it can operate.
[0078] The pulping device for peeling paper mulberry bark according to various embodiments based on the technical concept of the present invention has the effect of ensuring smooth peeling of the paper mulberry bark by preventing the paper mulberry bark from drying out, by ensuring smooth steam inflow and outflow within the heating chamber (10), maintaining a constant steam pressure and heat retention, and minimizing heat loss. Additionally, since the peeling can be performed without damaging the external appearance of the paper mulberry bark, the amount of waste can be reduced and the commercial value can be increased.
[0079] As explained above, the best embodiments are disclosed in the drawings and specification. Specific terms have been used herein, but they are used only for the purpose of describing the invention and are not intended to limit the meaning or the scope of the invention as described in the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom.
