Description

Technology Field

[0001] The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to assembly hooks for vehicle interiors. Background Technology

[0002] Various types of interior materials are provided in the interior of a vehicle. To secure these interior materials to the vehicle's internal components, a combination of hook structures provided in the form of bosses on the materials and clip structures, where clips are attached to protrusions provided in the form of bosses, is used. In this case, the hook structures and clip structures are appropriately arranged and used depending on the fastening force required between the interior materials and the vehicle's internal components.

[0003] In particular, conventional vehicle assembly hooks required an increase in length as the thickness of the detachable interior materials increased. Furthermore, conventional hooks sometimes suffered from breakage when the fastened interior materials were removed. Additionally, conventional hooks were designed for soft materials such as PP (polypropylene) and presented difficulties in use with hard materials, such as composites of PC (polycarbonate) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene).

[0004] The foregoing description is provided to aid in understanding the technical background of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the foregoing description should not be interpreted as reducing, limiting, or restricting the technical concept of the present disclosure. Furthermore, the contents described or suggested in the foregoing description do not necessarily constitute prior art. The foregoing description may include contents that do not constitute prior art. The problem to be solved

[0005] The embodiments of the present disclosure aim to provide an assembly hook for vehicle interiors that minimizes damage during the attachment and detachment of interior materials and ensures that the attached interior materials are stably secured.

[0006] However, the technical problems that the embodiments of the present disclosure aim to solve are not necessarily limited to the technical problems mentioned above. Other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains from other descriptions in the specification, such as the detailed description. means of solving the problem

[0007] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, an assembly hook for vehicle interior may be provided, comprising: a head portion formed to be smaller than the opening of an upper panel; a central support portion connected to the lower end of the head portion and fixed to a lower panel; and a body portion formed by a member having a wider area from the upper end of the body to the lower end of the body, wherein a pair of members are spaced apart from the central support portion and a hollow portion between them at the lower ends of both sides of the head portion, and a portion of the lower end of the body is formed to be wider than the width of the opening; wherein the central support portion comprises a support column in which a pair of members are spaced apart from the lower end of the head portion with a space between them. Effects of the invention

[0008] The assembly hook for vehicle interiors according to the embodiments of the present disclosure is characterized by improved fastening force for securing interior materials to a vehicle and reduced damage during detachment compared to conventional methods. Specifically, the assembly hook for vehicle interiors of the present disclosure is formed in a shape that increases the catch amount for mounting panels and allows for elastic deformation, thereby increasing fastening force and minimizing damage during detachment. Accordingly, the assembly hook for vehicle interiors of the present disclosure can be applied to hard materials as well as soft materials due to these shape features.

[0009] In addition, the assembly hook for vehicle interiors according to the embodiments of the present disclosure has the effect of stably mounting panels that are thicker than conventional ones. Specifically, since the part that elastically deforms upon detachment in conventional vehicle assembly hooks is located at the bottom, the overall length of the hook had to be increased as the thickness of the panel increased. On the other hand, since the part that elastically deforms upon detachment in the assembly hook for vehicle interiors of the present disclosure is located at the top, it has the feature of being usable without a separate shape change even if the panel becomes thicker.

[0019] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the assembled and disassembled states of an assembly hook for vehicle interior according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the present disclosure may be positioned to secure interior materials inside a vehicle. In detail, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the present disclosure may be positioned on a lower panel (20) to easily attach and detach the upper panel (10). At this time, the upper panel (10) and the lower panel (20) may be formed into the interior materials of the vehicle and the interior of the vehicle, respectively, and may be fastened and secured to each other, but are not necessarily limited thereto and may be applied to a member for fastening and securing to each other.

[0021] Specifically, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior in this embodiment may include a head portion (110) formed to be smaller than the opening (11) of the upper panel (10), a central support portion (120) connected to the lower end of the head portion (110) and fixed to the lower panel (20), and a pair of body portions (130) spaced apart from each other with the central support portion (120) in between at the lower ends of both sides of the head portion (110).

[0022] Each of the above components is explained in more detail below.

[0023] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the assembly hook for vehicle interior disclosed in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a front view of the assembly hook for vehicle interior disclosed in FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the assembly hook for vehicle interior disclosed in FIG. 1.

[0024] Referring further to FIGS. 2 to 4, the head portion (110) is formed as a member smaller in size than the opening (11) of the upper panel (10), so that a central support portion (120) and a body portion (130) can be disposed at the bottom. The head portion (110) can be penetrated through the opening (11) of the upper panel (10).

[0025] Meanwhile, the central support member (120) may have its upper end connected to the lower end of the head member (110) and its lower end connected to the upper end of the lower panel (20). Such a central support member (120) may be positioned to secure the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior to the lower panel (20).

[0026] Specifically, the central support member (120) may include a support column (121) formed of a pair of plate-shaped members and spaced apart with a space (122) in between, and a space (122) which is an empty space formed between the pair of support columns (121).

[0027] The support columns (121) are formed from a pair of plate-shaped members and can be spaced apart with a space (122) in between. Specifically, the support columns (121) are formed with a length equal to or similar to the length of the head portion (110), and a pair can be positioned at the lower ends of both sides of the head portion (110). Such support columns (121) can be positioned to connect and support the head portion (110) to the lower panel (20).

[0028] The space portion (122) is an empty space formed between a pair of support columns (121) and can be placed to reduce the overall weight of the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior and to reduce costs by reducing the amount of raw materials. That is, the space portion (122) can be selectively placed or its shape can be changed as needed.

[0029] Meanwhile, a pair of body portions (130) may be spaced apart at the lower sides of the head portion (110) with the central support portion (120) in between. The body portions (130) may be formed as members with an area that widens from the top to the bottom and may be positioned at the lower sides of the head portion (110). A portion of such body portions (130) may protrude wider than the width of the opening (11), so that the upper panel (10) can be fitted and fixed to the body portions (130). In detail, the body portions (130) of the present embodiment may be elastically bent and movable and fastened during the process in which the upper panel (10) penetrates.

[0030] Specifically, the body part (130) may include a body upper part (131) connected to the bottom of the head part (110), a body lower part (132) connected to the bottom of the body upper part (131), a hollow part (133) in which a space is formed between the central support part (120) and the body part (130), a protrusion (134) in which one end of the body lower part (132) protrudes, and a lower rib (135) in which the bottom of the body lower part (132) protrudes downward so that the upper panel (10) is stably connected.

[0031] The upper body portion (131) and the lower body portion (132) refer to the body portion (130) divided into upper and lower parts for convenience of explanation, and the upper body portion (131) and the lower body portion (132) may be formed as a single unit. A pair of such upper body portions (131) are connected to the lower ends of both sides of the head portion (110) and may be spaced apart from the central support portion (120) with the hollow portion (133) in between. The lower body portion (132) is positioned at the bottom of the upper body portion (131) and may be formed with a larger surface area than the upper body portion (131).

[0032] In detail, the body portion (130) is formed as a member whose surface area gradually increases from the upper part of the body (131) to the lower part of the body (132), and a pair of them can be placed on both sides of the central support portion (120) with the hollow portion (133) in between. More specifically, the connection portion between the body portion (130) and the head portion (110) can be elastically deformed during the process of fastening the upper panel (10). In other words, the part of the body portion (130) connected to the beginning of the hollow portion (133) can be elastically deformed, and the upper panel (10) can be detached.

[0033] The hollow portion (133) may be formed as an empty space between the central support portion (120), the upper body portion (131), and the lower body portion (132). Such a hollow portion (133) may be positioned to allow the body portion (130) to be elastically deformed, such as by bending or flowing elastically, during the process of attaching or detaching the upper panel (10).

[0034] The protrusion (134) refers to the most protruding part of one end of the lower body portion (132), and may protrude in the direction in which the opening (11) of the upper panel (10) is positioned. Preferably, the portion of the protrusion (134) that contacts the opening (11) is formed as a curved surface, so that the upper panel (10) can slide smoothly while in contact with the opening (11) during the process of penetrating the body portion (130).

[0035] At this time, referring to FIG. 4(a), when the upper panel (10) is positioned through the body part (130), the acute angle formed by the bottom of the protrusion (134) and the surface of the opening (11) is called the locking angle (d1). This locking angle (d1) can increase or decrease the fastening force on the upper panel (10) by adjusting the positioning height of the protrusion (134) as needed. Specifically, if the height of the protrusion (134) is raised as in FIG. 4(b), the locking angle (d2) becomes larger than in FIG. 4(a), and the fastening force on the upper panel (10) can be reduced.

[0036] Conversely, if the height of the protrusion (134) is lowered as in (c) of FIG. 4, the locking angle (d3) is formed to be smaller than in (a) of FIG. 4, so that the fastening force to the upper panel (10) can be increased. That is, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the present disclosure can increase or decrease the fastening force by adjusting the height of the protrusion (134) as needed to change the locking angle formed by the upper panel (10) and the lower end of the protrusion (134).

[0037] The lower rib (135) is a member protruding downward from the inner lower portion of the body lower portion (132), and can be formed protruding along the longitudinal direction of the body lower portion (132). Specifically, the lower rib (135) is formed as a plate-shaped member protruding along the longitudinal direction of the body lower portion (132) and can be formed with a length that does not come into contact with the lower panel (20). Such a lower rib (135) can be positioned to prevent the upper panel (10) from getting stuck between the body lower portion (132) and the lower panel (20) when the upper panel (10) penetrates the body portion (130).

[0038] Meanwhile, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an assembly hook for vehicle interior according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 6 is a front view of the assembly hook for vehicle interior disclosed in FIG. 5. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the assembly hook for vehicle interior disclosed in FIG. 5.

[0039] Referring further to FIGS. 5 to 7, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the present embodiment is formed in the same or similar manner as the previously described embodiment, but may include additional components in the head portion (110) and the body portion (130). Specifically, the configuration of the head portion (110), the support column (121) of the central support portion (120), the space portion (122), the upper body portion (131), the lower body portion (132), the hollow portion (133), and the protrusion portion (134) of the body portion (130) of the present embodiment may be implemented in the same or similar manner as the previously described embodiment, so a detailed description is omitted.

[0040] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the slit groove (111) and the projection (136) configuration may be further included, and the lower rib (135) configuration of the above-described embodiment may be replaced with the extension rib (137) configuration.

[0041] Each of the above components is explained in more detail below.

[0042] In this embodiment, the slit groove (111) may be formed on both sides of the head portion (110) so as to be recessed inward by a predetermined amount along the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the slit groove (111) may be formed in a portion that is elastically deformed during the process of detaching the upper panel (10) to allow for smoother elastic deformation. Alternatively, if necessary, the slit groove (111) may be positioned to allow the body portion (130) to be folded.

[0043] Meanwhile, the projection (136) of the present embodiment may be formed to protrude outwardly between the protrusion (134) and the lower rib (135) to improve the fastening force between the body part (130) and the upper panel (10). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the projection (136) may be formed to extend along the longitudinal direction of the lower end of the protrusion (134) to improve the fastening force when the upper panel (10) is fastened. Preferably, the projection (136) is formed as a curved surface so that the upper panel (10) can be easily attached and detached along the curved surface of the projection (136).

[0044] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 6(b) as a modified example of the protrusion (136), a dot protrusion (136a) having a plurality of spherical protrusions may be arranged. In the dot protrusion (136a), a plurality of spherical protrusions may be spaced apart at a predetermined interval between the protrusion (134) and the lower rib (135). When the upper panel (10) is fastened, the fastening force is further enhanced and a tactile sensation can be provided as the protruding and non-protruding parts of such a dot protrusion (136a) are alternately arranged. Preferably, in order to more stably secure both ends of the protrusion (134) and improve the handling feel, the dot projection (136a) positioned near both ends of the protrusion (134) may be formed with a relatively narrow spacing, and the dot projection (136a) positioned in the center of the protrusion (134) may be formed with a relatively wide spacing.

[0045] Meanwhile, the extension rib portion (137) of the present embodiment may protrude downward from the inner lower portion (132) of the body so as to improve the fastening force when the upper panel (10) penetrates the body portion (130). Specifically, the extension rib portion (137) of the present embodiment may be positioned in the portion where the lower rib (135) of the previously described embodiment was positioned, and may be formed with a length such that its end contacts the lower panel (20). At this time, the extension rib portion (137) may be formed with a convex curved end so that it can easily move while in contact with the lower panel (20) when the body portion (130) moves. Such an extension rib portion (137) is supported in contact with the lower panel (20), thereby improving the fastening force when the upper panel (10) is fastened to the vehicle interior assembly hook (100).

[0046] For example, the part where the extension rib (137) contacts may include a concave portion (21) that is recessed inwardly so that the body portion (130) can move easily while in contact with the lower panel (20) during movement. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), as the extension rib (137) moves while inserted into the concave portion (21), the movement and position are guided smoothly, allowing for smoother attachment and detachment and improved fastening force.

[0047] Meanwhile, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the assembled and disassembled states of an assembly hook for vehicle interiors according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the assembly hook for vehicle interiors disclosed in FIG. 8.

[0048] Referring further to FIGS. 8 and 9, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the present embodiment is formed identically or similarly to the first and second embodiments described above, and a lower fastening part (140) is disposed on the lower panel (20) and can be slidably coupled to the slide coupling part (150). Specifically, the head part (110), central support part (120), and body part (130) of the present embodiment can be implemented identically or similarly to the first or second embodiment described above, so a detailed description is omitted.

[0049] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a lower fastening part (140) is disposed on the lower panel (20) so that the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior can be selectively attached and detached, and a slide coupling part (150) that is fastened and fixed to the lower fastening part (140) may be included. That is, in this embodiment, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior is formed to be modularly fastened so that it can be selectively applied to other parts as needed.

[0050] Each of the above components is explained in more detail below.

[0051] The lower fastening portion (140) of the present embodiment may protrude from the lower end of the lower panel (20) and be fastened to the slide coupling portion (150). In detail, the lower fastening portion (140) may protrude in a unique shape and be selectively fastened to the slide coupling portion (150).

[0052] Specifically, the lower fastening portion (140) may include a side wall portion (141) protruding downward from the lower end of the body portion (130) and a transverse extension portion (142) having a member extending transversely inside the side wall portion (141).

[0053] The side wall portion (141) protrudes downward from the bottom of a pair of body portions (130), and a pair may be spaced apart with the central support portion (120) and the pair of body portions (130) in between. Preferably, the side wall portion (141) may be arranged longitudinally as a plate-shaped member extending in one direction.

[0054] The transverse extension portion (142) is a member extending transversely on the inner side of the side wall portion (141) and can be inserted into the slide coupling portion (150). Specifically, the transverse extension portion (142) is formed with a predetermined length on the inner side of the side wall portion (141) so as not to come into contact with each other, and can be fastened with the central protrusion portion (152) of the slide coupling portion (150), which will be described later, in between.

[0055] Specifically, the transverse extension portion (142) may include an inclined portion (142a) formed such that the area of the end portion becomes narrower than the center portion. The inclined portion (142a) may be formed as an inclined surface such that the area of the end portion becomes narrower than the center portion so as to be easily inserted into the slide coupling portion (150). That is, the inclined portion (142a) may be positioned so that the transverse extension portion (142) can be easily inserted into the space formed between the center protrusion portion (152) and the center guide portion (153) of the slide coupling portion (150) to be described later.

[0056] Meanwhile, the slide coupling part (150) is formed to correspond to the lower fastening part (140) so that the lower fastening part (140) can be selectively fixed. Such a slide coupling part (150) can be positioned for mounting an assembly hook (100) for the interior of a vehicle or for vehicle interior.

[0057] Specifically, the slide coupling portion (150) may include a side guide portion (151) in which a pair of members are spaced apart to be supported in contact with the outer side of the side wall portion (141), a central protrusion portion (152) protruding upward between the side guide portions (151), and a central guide portion (153) in which the upper ends of the central protrusion portion (152) are bent outward.

[0058] A side guide (151) may be formed by a pair of members protruding upward at spaced intervals so as to be in contact with the outer side of the side wall (141). Preferably, the side guide (151) is formed with a length corresponding to the length of the side wall (141) so as to stably support the side wall (141).

[0059] The central protrusion (152) may protrude upward between the side guides so as to be inserted between the transverse extensions (142). Preferably, the central protrusion (152) is formed with a size corresponding to the space formed between a pair of transverse extensions (142), so that the lower fastening part (140) can be slidably coupled. Additionally, one end of the central protrusion (152) is extended to cover the end of the transverse extension (142), so as to support the slidly coupled lower fastening part (140) so that it does not come loose.

[0060] The central guide portion (153) is formed such that the upper ends of the central protrusion portion (152) are bent outward, so that the lower surface can come into contact with the upper surface of the transverse extension portion (142). Preferably, the central guide portion (153) is formed with a length that comes into contact with or is positioned close to the inner wall of the side wall portion (141) of the lower fastening portion (140), thereby allowing the lower fastening portion (140) and the slide coupling portion (150) to be stably fastened. Specifically, the central guide portion (153) may include a raised portion (153a) with its lower end protruding downward.

[0061] The raised portion (153a) may have its lower end protruding downward to improve the bonding force between the central guide portion (153) and the transverse extension portion (142). Such a raised portion (153a) may be positioned to prevent movement and ensure a firm fixation when the lower fastening portion (140) and the slide coupling portion (150) are combined. Preferably, the raised portion (153a) may have its end formed to protrude sharply so as to be in contact with and supported on the upper surface of the transverse extension portion (142).

[0062] As described above, the second and third embodiments of the present disclosure are in which additional components are partially added and modified to the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the first embodiment, and can be implemented simultaneously with the first embodiment. That is, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior of the present disclosure may be applied to the first to third embodiments simultaneously as needed.

[0063] As described above, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interiors according to the embodiments of the present disclosure has the characteristic of improving the fastening force for securing interior materials to a vehicle and reducing damage during detachment compared to conventional methods. Specifically, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interiors according to the present disclosure is formed in a shape that can be elastically deformed and increases the amount of latching for mounting a panel, thereby increasing the fastening force and minimizing damage during detachment. Accordingly, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interiors according to the present disclosure can be applied to hard materials as well as soft materials due to such shape characteristics.

[0064] In addition, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior according to the embodiments of the present disclosure has the effect of stably mounting even thicker panels compared to conventional ones. Specifically, since the part that elastically deforms upon detachment in conventional vehicle assembly hooks is located at the bottom, the overall length of the hook had to be increased as the thickness of the panel increased. On the other hand, the assembly hook (100) for vehicle interior according to the present disclosure has the feature that the part that elastically deforms upon detachment is located at the top, so it can be used without a separate shape change even if the panel becomes thicker.

[0065] Although embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, those skilled in the art may modify or change the present disclosure in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components without departing from the technical spirit of the present disclosure as described in the claims, and such modifications or changes shall also be deemed to be included within the scope of the rights of the present disclosure.
