[0047] Meanwhile, the nozzle assembly (200) is configured to spray washing water or rinsing water at high pressure onto a cleaning object (O) housed in a rotating basket (100) to remove food residue and the like attached to the surface of the cleaning object (O).

[0048] The nozzle assembly (200) may include a side nozzle section (210) that is extended upward on the side of the rotating basket (100) and is equipped with a plurality of horizontal spray nozzles that spray washing water or rinsing water horizontally toward the object to be cleaned (O), a bottom nozzle section (220) that is extended downward on the rotating basket (100) and is equipped with a plurality of upward spray nozzles that spray washing water or rinsing water upward toward the object to be cleaned (O), and an upper nozzle section (230) that is extended upward on the rotating basket (100) and is equipped with a plurality of downward spray nozzles that spray washing water or rinsing water downward toward the object to be cleaned (O).

[0049] Here, the bottom nozzle part (220) is positioned at the bottom of the turntable (110), and the washing water or rinsing water is sprayed through the inside of the support ring (111) of the turntable (110) to reach the object to be washed (O). At this time, the bottom surface of the rotating basket (100) is covered with the above-described mesh wire (130), so that the washing water or rinsing water sprayed by the bottom nozzle part (220) can easily reach the object to be washed (O) through the grid-shaped holes of the mesh wire (130).

[0050] Meanwhile, a large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a washing water tank (30) and a rinsing water tank (40). The washing water tank (30) is a container in which washing water sprayed through a nozzle assembly (200) in an upper space (11) is stored. The rinsing water tank (40) is a container in which rinsing water is stored to rinse a washing object (O) that has been washed by washing water.

[0051] The washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water tank (40) can receive washing water and rinsing water from the outside through the washing water supply pipe (50) and the rinsing water supply pipe (60) connected to the outside of the washing machine housing (10).

[0052] A large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a supply pump (70) that pumps washing water or rinsing water from a washing water tank (30) and a rinsing water tank (40) and is connected to a nozzle assembly (200) via a supply pipe (70), a washing water supply control unit (35) disposed between the washing water tank (30) and the supply pump (70), and a rinsing water supply control unit (45) disposed between the rinsing water tank (40) and the supply pump (70).

[0053] The washing water supply control unit (35) and the rinsing water supply control unit (45) may each be provided in the form of an electronic control valve, and the supply of washing water and rinsing water to the supply pump (70) can be controlled according to the washing water temperature and washing water level in the washing water tank (30), the rinsing water temperature and rinsing water level in the rinsing water tank (40), and the washing stage of the object to be washed (O).

[0054] Here, the supply pump (70) can be connected to the nozzle assembly (200) by a connecting pipe (75). The connecting pipe (75) can be connected to the lower end of the side nozzle section (210) of the nozzle assembly (200).

[0055] Washing water or rinsing water pumped by the supply pump (70) flows into the bottom of the side nozzle section (210) via the connecting pipe (75), and can flow into the bottom nozzle section (220) branched from the bottom of the side nozzle section (210) and the upper nozzle section (230) bent and extended from the top of the side nozzle section (210).

[0056] Meanwhile, a large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a recycling unit (17) formed in a partition panel (15) that partitions an upper space (11) and a lower space (12) and collects washing water or rinsing water sprayed by a nozzle assembly (200) into a washing water tank (30), and a discharge unit (80, 90) provided in each of the washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water tank (40) and discharges the washing water of the washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water of the rinsing water tank (40) to the outside.

[0057] The recycling section (17) may be formed in the shape of a connecting port that penetrates the partition panel (15) and communicates with the washing water tank (30). A circulating water filter (400) that filters out food residue removed from the object to be washed (O) by washing water or rinsing water may be installed in the recycling section (17).

[0058] A large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include, as referenced in FIG. 1, a first filter unit (310) that filters out foreign substances by being placed at the portion where the washing water supply pipe (50) and the rinsing water supply pipe (60) are connected among the washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water tank (40), a second filter unit (320) that filters out foreign substances in the washing water and rinsing water by being placed at the inlet end of the supply pump (70), and a third filter unit (330) that filters out foreign substances by being placed in each spray nozzle of the nozzle assembly (200).

[0059] The first filter unit (310) filters out foreign substances in the washing water and rinse water supplied to the washing water tank (30) and rinse water tank (40) to prevent foreign substances from accumulating in the washing water tank (30) and rinse water tank (40), the second filter unit (320) performs secondary filtration of the washing water and rinse water supplied into the supply pump (70) to prevent breakdown and malfunction of the supply pump (70), and the third filter unit (330) is placed at each spray nozzle to perform the function of filtering the washing water and rinse water that are finally sprayed.

[0060] In addition, a large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a hot water heater (31, 41) disposed in a washing water tank (30) and a rinsing water tank (40) to heat the washing water or rinsing water to a predetermined temperature, a pH sensing unit (32, 42) that detects the pH of the washing water and rinsing water in the washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water tank (40), and a temperature sensing sensor (33, 43) that detects the temperature of the washing water and rinsing water in the washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water tank (40).

[0061] Here, the washing water and rinsing water in the washing water tank (30) and the rinsing water tank (40) may be strong alkaline ionized water with a pH of at least a predetermined pH. More specifically, the washing water and rinsing water may be strong alkaline ionized water produced by electrolysis using an ionized water decomposition device not shown. Preferably, the washing water and rinsing water may be strong alkaline ionized water with a pH of 12. This has a pH characteristic similar to that of sodium percarbonate and is advantageous for removing odors, removing grease, sterilizing, and disinfecting the object to be washed (O). Thus, the large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention uses strong alkaline ionized water as washing water and rinsing water, thereby replacing the use of general detergents.

[0062] Washing water and rinsing water supplied as such strong alkaline ionized water can be supplied to the supply pump (70) in a state where they are heated to 60°C, which is most suitable for washing the object (O), by hot water heaters (31, 41) provided in the washing water tank (30) and rinsing water tank (40). When the temperature sensing sensors (33, 43) provided in the washing water tank (30) and rinsing water tank (40) detect the set temperature, the supply of washing water and rinsing water to the supply pump (70) can be controlled using the washing water supply control unit (35) and the rinsing water supply control unit (45).

[0063] Meanwhile, the washing water and rinsing water sprayed through the nozzle assembly (200) can be collected in the washing water tank (30) through the recycling unit (17) and then re-sprayed as washing water to the object to be washed (O), and this process can be repeated. At this time, the washing water can be reused until the pH concentration of the washing water collected in the washing water tank (30) becomes neutralized (pH 8) as a value detected using the pH detection unit (32). When the concentration of the washing water in the washing water tank (30) becomes neutralized (pH concentration 8) from strong alkaline ionized water with a pH of 12, it can be discharged to the outside through the discharge unit (80).

[0064] As such, the large-capacity washing device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention uses strong alkaline ionized water as washing water and rinsing water, thereby replacing a separate general detergent and allowing the washing water and rinsing water to be recirculated and reused, thus reducing the amount of washing water and rinsing water used, and since the strong alkaline ionized water is discharged to the outside after being neutralized, the concern for environmental pollution can be eliminated.

[0065] The cleaning process of a cleaning object (O) using a large-capacity cleaning device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention configured as above is as follows.

[0066] First, prior to the start of cleaning of the object to be cleaned (O), cleaning water and rinsing water are replenished in the cleaning water tank (30) and rinsing water tank (40) using the cleaning water supply pipe (50) and the rinsing water supply pipe (60). At this time, the cleaning water and rinsing water may be strongly alkaline ionized water with a pH concentration of 12. The cleaning water and rinsing water are heated to 60°C, which is a temperature suitable for cleaning and rinsing the object to be cleaned (O), using hot water heaters (31, 41).

[0067] Next, the object to be cleaned (O) is received and stored inside the rotating basket (100) provided in the upper space (11). At this time, the large-capacity cleaning device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is limited to use for cleaning parts that come into contact with food among various food manufacturing equipment of a user engaged in food manufacturing. Therefore, the object to be cleaned (O) is stored to match the upper and lower heights of the rotating basket (100), and it is necessary to store it so as not to interfere with the nozzle assembly (200) provided to surround it in a radial direction as the rotating basket (100) rotates.

[0068] When the cleaning operation for the object to be cleaned (O) begins, cleaning water is pumped into the nozzle assembly (200) by the supply pump (70), and the cleaning water is sprayed at high pressure onto the object to be cleaned (O) through each spray nozzle of the nozzle assembly (200), and simultaneously sprayed onto the entire outer surface of the object to be cleaned (O) through the side nozzle section (210), bottom nozzle section (220), and upper nozzle section (230) of the nozzle assembly (200), thereby easily removing food residue attached to the object to be cleaned (O). At this time, since strong alkaline ionized water is adopted as the cleaning water, it is natural to assume that not only does it replace general detergents, but it is also easier to remove food residue attached to parts of food manufacturing equipment.

[0069] At the same time as the nozzle assembly (200) sprays cleaning water onto the object to be cleaned (O), the rotating basket (100) is rotated at a predetermined speed by the basket rotation drive unit (150). At this time, the rotation speed of the rotating basket (100) by the basket rotation drive unit (150) can be controlled differently through a timer not shown according to the degree of contamination, such as food residue attached to the object to be cleaned (O). Here, since the timer can also adjust the spraying time of strong alkaline ion water through the nozzle assembly (200), appropriate control according to the degree of contamination of the object to be cleaned (O) is possible.

[0070] When the cleaning process is completed in which food residues, etc. are removed from the object to be cleaned (O) by spraying cleaning water onto the object to be cleaned (O) as described above, a rinsing process is performed to rinse the object to be cleaned (O) by pumping rinsing water from the rinsing water tank (40) to the nozzle assembly (200) using the supply pump (70).

[0071] Here, the strong alkaline ionized water used as washing water during the washing process and the strong alkaline ionized water used as rinsing water during the rinsing process flow into the washing water tank (30) through the recycling unit (17) and can be reused as washing water in the subsequent washing process. At this time, the washing water collected in the washing water tank (30) while the washing and rinsing processes are repeated is reused as washing water until the pH concentration inside the washing water tank (30) is neutralized, and when the pH concentration is neutralized, it is discharged to the outside through the discharge unit (80).

[0072] In particular, as described above, foreign substances are filtered in the first filter section (310), the second filter section (320), and the third filter section (330) during the process of recirculating the washing water and rinsing water, thereby increasing the number of recirculation cycles, so the overall consumption of washing water and rinsing water can be reduced, and the concern for environmental pollution can be reduced as the pH concentration is neutralized and discharged.

[0073] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto and can be implemented with various modifications within the scope of the claims, the detailed description of the invention, and the attached drawings, and it is obvious that such modifications also fall within the scope of the present invention.
