[0030] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. Identical components in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions of identical components are omitted. Furthermore, it should be understood that the present invention can be implemented in a number of different forms and is not limited to the described embodiments.
[0031] The present invention relates to a product packaging device, and as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 14, the configuration comprises a product conveyor (110) for conveying a product, a pouch conveyor (120) located on the side of the product conveyor (110) for conveying a pouch in an adsorbed state, an opening device (400) installed on one side of the pouch conveyor (120) for opening the opening of the pouch, a product insertion device (300) installed on one side of the product conveyor (110) for inserting a product into the interior of the pouch, and a welding device (500) installed at the rear of the product insertion device (300) for welding the opening of the pouch.
[0032] Here, the product transfer conveyor (110) is provided with a tray (112) in which a product is stored so as to be movable along the conveyor, and on both sides of the tray (112), anti-escape walls (114) are formed to prevent the product contained inside from escaping.
[0033] In other words, in the present invention, when packaging multiple products at once, such as fish cake skewers as well as products consisting of a single item, the products contained inside are prevented from escaping through the tray (112) formed with the anti-escape wall (114), thereby enabling more stable movement and packaging of the products.
[0034] At this time, the product supplied to the tray (112) provided on the upper part of the product transfer conveyor (110) may be supplied by a worker manually supplying a fixed amount, or it may be supplied through a separately provided product supply device (not shown).
[0035] In addition, a plurality of suction holes are formed on the surface of the pouch transfer conveyor (120), and a negative pressure forming part (not shown) that forms negative pressure is installed inside to suck in external air, thereby causing the pouch supplied to the upper part of the transfer conveyor (120) to move in a state of adsorption.
[0036] Additionally, a pouch supply device (200) for supplying pouches is provided at the longitudinal end of the pouch transfer conveyor (120). The pouch supply device (200) comprises a supply frame (210) forming a frame, a lifting plate (230) on which pouches are stacked, a supply lifting unit (250) installed on one side inside the supply frame (210) to move the lifting plate (230) up and down, and a transfer adsorption member (265) for moving the pouches to the upper part of the pouch transfer conveyor (120).
[0037] Here, the transfer adsorption member (265) is installed on a transfer body (261) that is moved by a transfer drive unit (260) installed on the inner upper part of the supply frame (210), and a transfer cylinder (262) for moving the transfer adsorption member (265) up and down is installed on the transfer body (261) so that the pouch can be easily adsorbed and moved.
[0038] At this time, a transfer guide rail (263) is installed along the longitudinal direction on the inner upper side of the supply frame (210), and a transfer block (264) that moves along the transfer guide rail (263) is installed thereon, and the transfer body (261) is connected to the transfer block (264) so that it can move stably along the transfer guide rail (263) without shaking.
[0039] Additionally, the transfer drive unit (260) and the supply lifting unit (250) are composed of a timing belt, a drive pulley and a drive motor that support the timing belt and rotate the drive pulley, and the transfer body (261) is connected to the timing belt of the transfer drive unit (260), and the lifting plate (230) is connected to the timing belt of the supply lifting unit (250).
[0040] Meanwhile, supply guide rails (255) are installed in the vertical direction on both sides of the supply lifting section (250), and supply blocks (256) that move up and down along the supply guide rails (255) are installed, and the end of a supply support member (232) that supports the lower part of the lifting plate (230) is installed on the supply block (256) so that the lifting plate (230) moves up and down stably.
[0041] Here, a photosensor (not shown) is provided on the inner side of the supply frame (210) to detect the height of the pouch stacked on the upper side of the lifting plate (230). If the height is lower than the set height, the lifting plate (230) is moved upward to adjust the height of the stacked pouch to a constant level so that it can be stably adsorbed and moved by the transfer adsorption member (265).
[0042] Additionally, an auxiliary plate (240) is further provided at the end of the lifting plate (230), an auxiliary support member (242) is installed at the lower part of the auxiliary plate (240), and the longitudinal end of the auxiliary support member (242) is hinge-connected to the end of the supply support member (232).
[0043] At this time, an arc-shaped guide hole (246) is formed in the lower part of the hinge joint of the auxiliary support member (242) into which a guide projection (236), formed to protrude laterally from the lower part of the hinge joint of the supply support member (232), is inserted.
[0044] Therefore, since the pouch size varies, the auxiliary plate (240) can be unfolded or folded for use depending on the size of the pouch currently used for packaging.
[0045] And, the above-mentioned entrance opening device (400) comprises a support bracket (410) positioned to cross the upper part of the pouch transfer conveyor (120), an entrance adsorption member (420) installed at one end of the support bracket (410) to adsorb the upper part of the entrance of the pouch, and an entrance lifting part (430) installed on one side of the pouch transfer conveyor (120) to move the support bracket (410) up and down.
[0046] Here, the support bracket (410) is formed in an L-shape, and a width adjustment bracket (416) is installed at the end of the support bracket (410). On both sides of the width adjustment bracket (416), an elongated hole (417) is formed to install the inlet suction member (420), thereby adjusting the spacing of the inlet suction member (420) according to the size of the pouch.
[0047] At this time, the entrance lifting unit (430) is composed of a first opening cylinder (432) connected to the end of the support bracket (410), an auxiliary vertical unit (436) installed at the lower part of the first opening cylinder (432), and a second opening cylinder (434) installed between the auxiliary vertical unit (436) and the pouch transfer conveyor (120).
[0048] Therefore, since upward movement in two stages is possible by the first and second opening cylinders (432, 434), the degree to which the opening of the pouch moves upward can be appropriately adjusted according to the size or amount of the product inserted into the pouch.
[0049] Meanwhile, the product insertion device (300) is installed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the product transfer conveyor (110), and is installed at a position corresponding to the opening device (400), so that the product is inserted with the opening of the pouch open.
[0050] Here, the product insertion device (300) comprises an insertion frame (305) installed to cross the product transfer conveyor (110), an input part (330) installed on the insertion frame (305) to keep the opening of the pouch open, and an insertion part (310) that inserts a product into the interior of the pouch by penetrating the input part (330).
[0051] And, the above-mentioned input section (330) comprises an input body (334) that is inserted into the opening of the pouch and supports both sides of the opening, and an input cylinder (331) installed on the lower sides of the insertion frame (305) to move the input body (334) in the forward and backward directions.
[0052] At this time, side plates (335) are formed on both sides of the insertion body (334). The side plates (335) are formed to slope downward toward the pouch direction, thereby allowing them to be easily inserted into the opening of the pouch, and also supporting both sides of the opening after they are fully inserted to stably maintain an open state.
[0053] Additionally, an insertion guide rail (332) is installed on both sides of the interior of the insertion frame (305), and the ends of an insertion guide member (333) that moves along the insertion guide rail (332) are connected to both sides of the insertion body (334), so that the insertion body (334) can move stably without shaking.
[0054] Meanwhile, the insertion part (310) comprises an insertion plate (313) that presses the rear of the product to insert it into the pouch, an insertion drive unit (320) installed on the inner upper part of the insertion frame (305), and an insertion body (311) that moves in the direction of the pouch transfer conveyor (120) by the insertion drive unit (320).
[0055] Here, the insertion plate (313) is installed at the end of the insertion body (311), and the insertion plate (313) is inserted into the interior of the pouch by penetrating the insertion body (334) while pressing the rear of the product by the insertion drive unit (320).
[0056] Therefore, as described above, the opening of the pouch is kept open to an appropriate size through the input section (330), and the product located on the product transfer conveyor (110) is inserted into the interior of the pouch through the insertion section (310).
[0057] At this time, the insertion drive unit (320) is composed of a timing belt (324) to which the insertion body (311) is connected, a drive pulley (321) and a driven pulley (323) to which the timing belt (324) is supported, and a drive motor (322) that rotates the drive pulley (321). An insertion guide rail (314) is installed along the longitudinal direction on the upper part of the insertion frame (305), and an insertion block (315) that moves along the insertion guide rail (314) is installed on the insertion body (311) so that the insertion body (311) can move stably.
[0058] And, the above-mentioned welding device (500) comprises a welding frame (505) installed on one side of the pouch transfer conveyor (120), a lifting body (510) installed to be movable up and down inside the welding frame (505), a fixing bar (520) installed on the entire lower surface of the lifting body (510) to press the upper part of the pouch, a welding bar (530) installed at the rear of the fixing bar (520) to weld the opening portion of the pouch, and a welding cylinder (512) installed on the welding frame (505) to move the lifting body (510).
[0059] Here, a fixed support bar (524) and a fusion support bar (532) are installed on the inner lower part of the fusion frame (505) to correspond to the fixed bar (520) and the fusion bar (530) to support the lower part of the pouch.
[0060] At this time, a buffer member (521) is further provided between the fixed bar (520) and the lifting body (510). The buffer member (521) consists of a buffer bar (522) installed to penetrate the lifting body (510) vertically on the upper part of the fixed bar (520) and a spring (523) provided on the outer side of the buffer bar (522) to elastically support the fixed bar (520) downward.
[0061] Therefore, when the lifting body (510) moves downward, the pouch can be secured so that the product contained inside the pouch is not damaged even if the fixing bar (520) presses it by the action of the buffer part (521).
[0062] Additionally, the above-mentioned fusion bar (530) receives electricity from an external source to generate heat, and the generated heat fuses the opening of the pouch. Since this is a known fact, a detailed explanation will be omitted.
[0063] Additionally, the welding device (500) is further equipped with a cutting device (540), wherein the cutting device (540) comprises a cutting body (542) installed to be movable in an up-and-down direction on one side of the welding frame (505), a cutting blade (544) installed to be in contact with the outer surface of the welding bar (530) at the lower part of the cutting body (542), and a cutting guide member (546) installed on both sides of the cutting body (542) to support up-and-down movement along both sides of the welding frame (505).
[0064] At this time, guide rails (507) that guide the vertical movement of the cutting guide member (546) and the lifting body (510) are formed on both inner sides of the fusion frame (505) so that the cutting blade (544) can move vertically stably, and a cutting cylinder (548) is provided on the upper part of the fusion frame (505) to move the cutting body (542) vertically.
[0065] Therefore, the cutting device (540) cuts the opening of the fused pouch to make the packaged state look neat.
[0066] Meanwhile, a vacuum device (550) is provided on the side of the above-mentioned welding device (500), and the vacuum device (550) comprises a suction tube (552) inserted into the opening of the pouch, a moving part (556) that moves the suction tube (552), and a negative pressure generating part (not shown) that sucks air through the suction tube (552).
[0067] Here, the vacuum device (550) is further provided with a spacing adjustment part (554) for adjusting the spacing of the suction tube (552), and the spacing adjustment part (554) adjusts the spacing of the suction tube (552) to correspond to the width of the pouch.
[0068] Therefore, before fusing the opening through the above-mentioned fusion device (500), the vacuum device (550) is used to suck in the air contained inside the pouch to form a vacuum state, and then the opening of the pouch is fusing through the fusion device (500).
[0069] Additionally, between the fusion frame (505) and the vacuum device (550), a discharge conveyor (560) is further provided to collect and discharge the cut end of the pouch cut by the cutting device (540), and on the upper part of the discharge conveyor (560), a discharge guide plate (564) is further provided to guide the end of the fused part cut by the cutting device (540) to move to the upper part of the discharge conveyor (560).
[0070] In addition, although not shown in the drawing, a configuration is further provided to press a pouch located on the upper part of the pouch transfer conveyor (120) toward the fusion device (500) so that the opening of the pouch is inserted between the fusion bar (530) and the fusion support bar (532), thereby enabling the opening of the pouch to be easily fused at the fusion device (500).
[0071] Of course, the operator can also manually move the pouch toward the welding device.
[0072] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the scope of the present invention extends to those within a substantially equivalent range to the embodiments of the present invention. Various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs, without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Industrial applicability
